Chapter 12: The Next Level

Tengen's Domain

Maki, Mai, and Choso vs. Death womb Painting

"Stay still, you little brat," Maki exclaimed as she tried to cut the curse womb painting in two.

The creature just gave Maki a look like she was stupid, making her feel slightly embarrassed. What person would stay still to get cut in half?

"Hey, let's talk about this. We don't have to fight. My name is Choso, what is your name, little sister?" the blood manipulator asked as he dodged a punch from said little sister.

"Father has not given me a name yet, so you can call me whatever you like," the Death Painting stated as she disappeared before Maki could attack her.

"Make sense that bastard probably didn't even consider you anything else than a science project," Choso said as he blocked a powerful kick from his new sibling. "You need a name, how about Ella."

"Call me whatever you wish. I will not change the fact that you will die by my hands," the new name Death Womb painting stated plainly.

Ella charged at Maki who got into a ready stance with her blade ready to cut the Death Painting down but the most strange thing happened, she swung her blade and for a second she thought she cut into the half curse but the next thing she knew she was face down on the ground in pain.

Choso fired his blood at Ella to get her away from Maki, and she seemingly disappeared before his attack could hit.

"You are annoying," Ella's voice came from the left side of Choso before he could react he was struck by a powerful fist in his stomach, making him spit out a mouthful of blood.

Black Flash

From Ella's attack, black lighting started to fly furiously, Choso was launched away from the newest revealed Death Painting, who started to feel a change happen with in herself.

"So that's how curse energy works," Ella said to herself as she clenched her hands, she got a better feel of curse energy because of that one black flash "I was wasting energy every time I attack, if it control my energy better I should be much stronger."

Ella closed her eyes and was about to do something, but before she could, a bullet hit her head, sending her to the floor with her brains spilling out.

From within Tengen's Domain, but still a good distance away from the battle Mai had a smirk on her face, she couldn't believe an enemy would close their eyes while in a battle and didn't expect to be attacked.

The smirk quickly left Mai's face when she saw Ella get back to her feet with the wound seemingly healing but she could feel something was off this was not reverse curse technique but a curse technique that they have yet to discover.

"Tsk that bug is the most annoying of the bunch," Ella said as she glared in the direction she sensed Mai. "I will deal with her later."

Ella's body started to glow with curse energy until a bright blinding light shined, making everyone shield their eyes when the light died down. Ella was changed.

Yuki vs. Kenjaku

Things were not going well for the blonde woman; Kenjaku was much more powerful than she thought he would be. He had multiple curse techniques and knew how to use each one well, both independently and together.

"You look terrible. Why don't you stop fighting back and just die?" Kenjaku said. The evil sorcerer used his gravity and blood manipulation techniques to send a jet of high-density blood at her. One hit would be the end for her.

"Damn it," Yuki exclaimed as she was forced to dodge Kenjaku's attacks. She had used all of her enhanced speed to survivetjis far but they both knew her stamina would run out soon.Kenjaku suddenly stopped attacking as his eyes went over to his nest creation. She was glowing with curse energy and evolving.

"Well, that is interesting," Kenjaku said with a smile, his eyes shining with a joy that was equally creepy and childish. "I knew you was not a failure like your brothers."

Yuki took the chance to glance at the battle her juniors were fighting, and she was shocked at what she saw.

"She is beautiful, isn't she," Kenjaku said with pride as he took in the form of his now grown creation she looked to be in her late teens with her still naked body on full display showing off her C cup breasts and slender waist and plump behind but that didn't interested the evil sorcerer it was her curse energy.

"How is this possible," Yuki asked in dread. Ella's curse energy was at special grade levels before, but now it felt that Ella had unlimited curse energy.

"Ella is a very special death womb painting. She and the others like her have more potential than those failures I threw away," Kenjaku replied as he looked pleased with what was happening."I would love to watch her kill your friends, but I know you wouldn't just stay there and watch, so let's get this over with."

Yuki, although worried about her companions, decided to focus on getting rid of Kenjaku as a threat for good even if it kills her."Let's end this," Yuki tensed all of her muscles as she got ready to go all out "Garuda time to show this bastard what we can really do."

Kenjaku watched with a bored look on his face as Yuki just made her shikigami take the form of a ball as usual, he assumed she was going to throw it but instead she held the shikigami in her hand and it started to shrink.

The phenomenon caught the evil sorcerer's attention, especially when he started to feel a strong gravitational pull to the shikigami, which started to emit a dark purple aura.

"I hoped that I wouldn't have to use this, but you leave me no choice," Yuki said as she threw Garuda at Kenjaku, who used his blood manipulation combined with gravity manipulation to strengthen it to meet Yuki's shikigami "that's not going to work anymore."

"What," Kenjaku shouted with widen eyes as his attack was literally crushed by the gravity around the shikigami until it vanished, Garuda continue to get closer to the evil sorcerer making him start to panic "shit I can't get away because the gravitational force is pulling me to the shikigami."

"I got you now, you son of a bitch," Yuki stated with a wide smile as she was sure she would win "Do it Garuda."

"damn you," Kenjaku exclaimed in rage, Garuda slammed into him, forcing the evil sorcerer to the ground and making a huge explosion.

Mai, Maki, and Choso vs. Ella

Minutes Earlier

"What the fuck is this thing," Maki said as she looked at Ella in amazement, she could feel just how powerful she is which was around the level of Gojo maybe stronger.

"She is not a thing, but I know what you mean she is unnaturally powerful," Choso said with sweat rolling down his face from being in the presence of Ella.

Maki rolled her eyes at how stupid Choso was being. He was defending a madman's experiment who was trying to kill them even if she is his little sister in a sense.

Mai was watched at this was worry in her eyes, she would have to do everything in her power to cover her sister but she didn't know if she would be of much help with how powerful the Death Painting felt now.

"Be careful sis," Mai said as she loaded one of her special bullets that attack the soul, she would have to bind her time but in the meantime she would change position while keeping a close eye on the battle.

Maki instinctively swung her blade in front of her as she felt danger their and to her surprise, Ella appeared and caught her blade with her hand.

"That is not going to work any more human," Ella stated as she lift Maki off the ground with her hand still holding her blade and buried her fist in her face.

Maki saw stars and for the first time in a long time someone other than her husband over powered her, the woman found herself flat on her back blood come out from her mouth and nose.

"One down, two to go," Ella said in an emotionless voice as could tell Maki was not going to get up any time soon, the inhumanly strong woman was the most bothersome among them now she was temporary out of the way she would kill the two others and come back to finish her off.

BANG

Ella tilt her head to the side as a bullet sail by her head, this was why she didn't go in for the kill with Maki, her two companions would just get in the way so she would focus on them first.

"You insects are going to regret getting in my way," Ella said as she slapped away the blades of blood was sent her way by Choso like it was nothing.

"Now let all calm down and talk about this," Choso pleaded, his hands raised in surrender. "we don't have to fight."

"I can see why father consider you and you brothers failures," Ella stated with a look of disgust on her pretty face "and for the record I am not you sister."

"Don't you dare mock our brothers," Choso exclaimed at Ella, his blood started to boil but he took a breath to calm himself "I don't mind if you think that I am a failure but my brothers were not."

"Hahaha, you really are a loser," Ella said sadistically with a twisted smile on her face "I honestly wish your brothers were alive so that I can kill them in front of you, I wonder what kind of face you would make."

Choso face transformed into horror at what Ella said, and then his mind went to Yuji, his only remaining brother.

"I will never give you the chance to harm me family," Choso stated as he got ready for the fight of his life "I can see that Kenjaku have made you into a monster without a shredd of humanity so I as your big brother will put you down."

"So you you finally decided to kill me," Ella said with an interested look. "Then come and give it your best shot."
