After the jingle, we see Pooh Bear in a red tank top with sweat bands on his head, wrists, and ankles. He was doing some stretches when he sees the viewers "Oh hello, welcome back my friends. You're just in time for this week's session of keeping your raging bloodthirsty monster in check."
"Sometimes when we're dealing with some strong emotions, like happiness or sadness or anger, at say a friend moving away suddenly or being kidnapped as a kid an experimented on by a mad scientist." Pooh gave out some hypotheticals, he dozed off at that last one.
He shakes off that and continues, "We feel a lot of pent up energy and aggression that we need to expel from our systems, one recommendation that my good buddy piglet found that works for him is... EXERCISING!!!!" He presents with magical letters.
Knock knock knock
Winnie gasps, "Who could that be?" He smiled before he opens the door and reveals...

... "PIGLET!" Winnie cheers
The sounds of kids cheering for the tiny cartoon anthropomorphic pig gave Piglet the willies as he wore similar sweat bands, "Uhhhhhhhhuuuhh hey Pooh." He meekly greeted.
"Piglet!" He pulls him in for a hug. "Thank you for coming to partake in this session."
"I... I thought it would... it would be just... just us." He sweated under the gaze of the camera.
"Oh bother, I knew I forgot something." Winnie tapped his head in realization, "Sorry Piglet, but my new friends have really wanted to see you." He rubs his shoulders as he stands behind the shy pig, the little porker feeling very naked at the audience. "Especially when they heard your great progress in your therapy seasions."
"I thought we agreed to not talk about that in front of them." He wheezed and hid his face.
"Awwww but I was just so proud of your progress." He nuzzles his little head, making Piglet even more stage frightened "Anyway, lets get started with some basic stretches."
He and Piglet do some basic stretches, "Always keep yourself limber." Pooh told the crowd.
He and Piglet are then doing curls with dumbell weights, "Feel the burn." Well Pooh was doing curls, Piglet was trying and failing to lift a 5lb weight off the ground.
Pooh and Piglet then ran on a pair of treadmills, "Never skip leg day." Winnie said as Piglet was reaching for the handles.
Winnie then shows Piglet a punching bag, "Now go on, give it a punch." Piglet nervously went up and gives it a timid punch. "Come on, let me show you." Pooh moves Piglet aside and goes across the punching bag.
Pooh gave the bag a few punches, nothing too hard. But then he started punching harder, and with each hit he lets out more animalistic growls as he starts imagining the Blood and Honey 2 Christopher Robin on the bag.
The camera glitched as Blood and Honey Pooh is shown ripping apart the fake Christopher to pieces, imagining blood and guts coming from the thing as Blood and Honey Piglet noms at the head.
"Pooh... Pooh... POOH!" Piglet shakes Pooh back to normal as the camera cuts back to the regular feed and shows Winnie had actually torn apart the punching bag.
Winnie pants as he calms down, he looks down "Oh bother, I lost control again." He sat on his knees as Piglet comforted him.
"It's okay Pooh, we're not gonna turn our lives around in a day." Piglet pets his shoulder.
Winnie smiled and stood up to face the crowd, "I'm sorry you had to see that, it's never easy to be rid of your monsters. But it gets better with your friends by your side." He pulled Piglet into a side hug, the little pig hugs Pooh as flashes of B and H 2 them were shown in their days alone in the woods before the screen goes to static.
The camera then shows Nick and Johnny rearing back from that segment. "I... I don't know what to say." Johnny struggled to find the words.
"Well lets move away from... that." Nick said, "And move onto our next match!"
Ginro is shown in the ring as he leans on the corner turnbuckle as Caine makes the announcement, "The following contest is scheduled for one fall, currently in the ring from Ishigami Village... GINRO!"
"Ginro has gotta be thinking of all his life choices that got to this point." Johnny said.
"Not even signed and he's facing an absolute piece of garbage." Nick said.
Speaking of which, said piece of garbage walks out on stage to a booming barrage of boos as he walks out with his lawyer, and manager.
Caine introduces "And his opponent, coming to the ring accompanied by Courtney, Captain Henry Rhodes!"
This made the boos louder as Henry through put obscenities and middle fingers at the crowd, Courtney pulled him away from a screaming match with a fan.
"Already this crowd is ready to tear him apart." Johnny said.
"And Henry is making it easier for them to hate him." Nick said.
"Courtney trying to make sure he doesn't get in legal trouble." Johnny said as Courtney walked Henry down the ramp.
Henry slid into the ring, and stared Ginro down.
Ref Daniel Nelson from the Shiloh and Bros YouTube channel looked to the two opponents, "Alright, I want a good clean fight. No shenanigans out of any of you." He turned to Courtney, "Any of you." He emphasized.
Courtney rolled her eyes, "Just start the match."
"Ring the bell!" Daniel called for the bell.
Ding, ding, ding.
Henry took a step forward, making Ginro flinch and causing the army guy to laugh at him. "HA! Flincher!"
"I did not! I-" Ginro retorted before he goes for a punch that Henry caught and replied with a hard slap that sends Ginro down.
"Ginro attempted the first blow, only to be shot down by Henry." Nick said.
Henry then kicked Ginro in the gut to push him towards the northeast corner, where he then stomps into the midsection of Ginro before he sticks his foot into the face of the kingdom of science's resident jester.
"Come out of the corner!" Daniel told Henry before he administered a five count, reaching four before Daniel pulls Henry away.
Henry then pressed his foot into the back of Ginro's neck choke him on the bottom rope, and held the top rope and pressed both feet down on Ginro to add more pressure.
Daniel again does the five count, with Henry getting to four.
"Henry using the most of tbe five count to torture Ginro." Johnny said.
"I can only imagine what he'll do to Deku without any restrictions." Nick said.
While Daniel had pulled Henry off of Ginro, the blonde primitive man then had his head slammed down on the ring apron by Courtney. Who the fans jeered at for her interference, but she steps back and raised her hands defensively "It wasn't me!"
"And now Courtney getting involved behind the ref's back." Johnny called.
"Typical, Johnny." Nick said.
Henry then pulled Ginro into the center of the ring and hooked his leg.
Daniel goes for the count.

Ginro kicks out.
Henry growled before straddles the spearman and rained down elbows to his face, he then got up and held up Ginro in a headlock. Wringing out the neck of Ginro before pulling him to his feet and tossing the jobber into the southwest corner, Henry then followed this up with a series of short arm clotheslines in the corner.
"Henry is destroying Ginro with these short arm lariats." Nick called.
"Ginro has just had zero offense in this match." Johnny said, "Must be regretting taking this match."
Henry then walked out of the corner, throwing up middle fingers to the booing audience before charging back into corner and eating a boot from his prey.
"Ginro gets the foot up to catch Rhodes." Johnny said.
"Taking too long flipping off the crowd." Nick said.
Ginro then hopped on the second rope as Henry stumbled out, the blond cave man then nailed a middle rope code breaker to the military asshole.
The crowd gave a small applause for this move as Ginro felt a surge of confidence that he caught him, "I did it! I actually did it!" He laughed at his successful move before be ducks an aggravated lariat from Henry before he nailed a series of running forearms to the captain.
"Ginro now has a comeback." Nick said.
Ginro then hits Henry with a body slam before he runs the ropes and hits a middle rope cannonball senton to the ribs of Henry.
"Ginro with a senton." Johnny said.
"How?!?!" Courtney exclaimed
Ginro then goes for the cover.

Henry pops the shoulder up.
Ginro gets up and picks up Henry before he goes to run the ropes again, only for the prick to grab his pants and pull him into a German suplex.
"German suplex by Henry." Johnny said
The suplex makes Ginro roll over to the northwest corner, he pulled himself up before he catches Henry with a back elbow before he hits Henry with a tornado DDT off the middle rope.
"And now a Tornado DDT by Ginro!" Johnny said, "Ginro is showing out tonight!"
"But will he keep that momentum?" Nick asks.
Ginro then pulled Henry by the foot over to near the northeast corner before climbing the top rope, Courtney gets on the apron to yell at him "Hey! No top rope moves!" She gets warned by Daniel to stay back.
"And once again Courtney is testing the ref's patience." Johnny said.
"Screw off lady!" Ginro said to her as he perches himself up top. He goes for the frog splash, only for Henry to get the knees up to catch the blonde.
"And that gave Henry time to counter." Nick said.
Henry then got up and pulled Ginro's hair to pick him up to his feet, the blonde's confidence fading as Henry hooks him up in a half nelson before hitting that variation of the face buster.
Living Dead Finale
"He calls this the Living Dead Finale." Johnny called as Henry hit Ginro with the half nelson face buster. Henry then Ginro over for the cover and hooks the leg.

Daniel called foe the bell as the crowd booed the result.
Henry gets up after the bell and tea bags Ginro for extra heat as Courtney slid in and held his arm up.
Caine announced, "Here's your winner... Henry Rhodes." He droned.
"And Henry gets his first win under tye UFW banner." Johnny said.
"With Courtney in his corner he may be more dangerous." Nick said.
Courtney then had Henry pick up Ginro and roughly throw him out of the ring.
"Was that necessary?" Nick asks
"I don't think they care, Nick." Johnny said.
We cut to Deku watching this with one of his girlfriends Tsu, as they were approached by Minami. "Deku, you just saw the first match with the unholy duo of Henry Rhodes and Courtney. The former you're facing in two weeks inside the Cell from Hell, does their partnership make you concern going into your first PPV match?"
Deku responded, "Minami, Rhodes has been after me ever since the premiere. He had Tsu sidelined for a month, and he can get the most underhanded lawyer at his side, he's going down."
"Good luck Deku." Minami said before leaving.
"Having Courtney out there can be dangerous." Tsu told him. "If's she's out there, you'll need back up."
"You sure? You're still hurt." Izuku worried, but she shuts him down with a peck on the lips.
"Relax, I'm a hero. Regardless of head injuries." She told him as we cut to a commercial shortly after.
