Got this idea after re-watching all of 'Born Again', since I thought I should take a look at it again once all episodes had aired, and now I have. I've already given my opinion on the show before, and it still stands.

While I loved the ending, I wish it ended similar to this.

Karen Page opened the door, walking inside as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil walked in after her, sensing many familiar people, who'd help in the war against Fisk.

There was Josie, and Detective Kim, and of course- Brett Mahoney, who'd retired as a detective the day Foggy had died, and found out Matt's true identity, before becoming his private investigator.

"You know", Mahoney began, Matt turning to him. "I was against you doing this, but now I'm glad you are. And I'm with you."

"Thank you, Brett", Matt said in appreciation, while Marci Stahl sat on the other side, taking a drink. She'd started a new firm with him after they'd lost Foggy, but now here she was, knowing things were getting worse, and the chaos couldn't be babysat anymore. Of course, she still didn't know Matt was Daredevil.

Perhaps it was time to bring her into the fold.

"Its actually nice to see you, reminds me of better times", Marci had to say, Karen and Matt both smiling at that.

"Yes", Sister Maggie stood up and walked to Matt, smiling at Matt as he smiled back, Maggie grasping his hand gently, Matt pressing hers. "We are all with you, because we know you will save the city from that man."

"As long as you're behind me, I know I will", Matt agreed, glad to have his mother back in such a moment, while others entered behind him, Matt's smile getting wider.

"What? No words for us, Devil Boy?" A female voice asked, Matt turning around. "I'm hurt, really fucking hurt!"

"Good to see you too, Jessica", Matt said with a chuckle as he walked to Jessica Jones, but she held up her hand.

"I don't do hugs, but yeah, good to see you." She walked to Josie. "You know what I need!"

"Of course." Josie was amused while she started making the drink, with Karen walking to the blonde woman with Jessica, sharing a hug with her.

"Hey Trish."

"Hi Karen", Trish Walker greeted Karen as they parted, smiling. "Horrible situation, but its good to see you again."

After the Accords had been repealed, she'd been released, and eventually, become a real hero, while also reconciling with Jessica finally.

"You too."

"What are we planning to do about the situation?" Luke Cage asked, walking in with Danny Rand, Colleen Wing, Misty Knight and Claire Temple.

"Still planning on that, Luke", Matt said, Luke nodding as he and Matt tapped each other's shoulders.

"Whatever it is, we're behind you", Danny assured Matt, holding out his hand that Matt shook. "We fought for New York once before."

"And now its time to do it again", Colleen declared, holding out her sheathed katana.

"How are you holding up?" Claire asked Matt gently, and Matt shrugged.

"As well as I can", Matt sighed, sitting down, Claire doing the same. "I'll be much better once we've taken down the Fisks, no matter how long that takes."

"However long it is, count me in", Misty said, pressing her prosthetic arm. "Guy has made a joke out of the city and the police, and I won't be standing for that."

"I definitely won't." Everyone turned as Kate Bishop aka Hawkeye walked in with Pizza Dog, who ran to the corner, some people petting him, while he sat down, slowly falling asleep. Kate looked at Daredevil. "Big fan, Daredevil. After Hawkeye, you're my favorite.

Daredevil chuckled. "Thanks."

"And like I said, not standing for what Fisk is doing."

"No one is."

A figure in white with a cloak behind them stepped into the room.

Moon Knight!

"Holy shit!" Jessica muttered while putting her drink down as she saw him, everyone's jaws dropping, as he wasn't someone they'd expected to see here, considering how he was.

"Sweet Christmas!" Luke muttered himself.

"Well, we've a lot of people", Moon Knight said, talking to the air, confusing the rest. "So there's a lot to do…..what do you mean?"

Before the rest could ask him anything, Matt heard someone landing nearby, followed by another, and smiled, the door opening once more.

"Hey everyone", Spider-Man greeted with a wave, Black Cat by his side. "This all seems….horrible."

"It is, Spider-Man", Daredevil agreed with him.

"And trust me, few years ago I was at the center of something just as horrible", Spider-Man said. "But now, this is something affecting all of us."

"Oh well, we're all here, meaning we won't go down just like that", Black Cat said, a smirk on her face while she looped her arm around Spidey's. "Isn't that right, Spidey?"

Spider-Man groaned internally at how horny Black Cat was for him 24/7, not that he minded. She loved all of him after having found out who he was, and he loved all of her too.

"Yep."

"I can feel this city", Daredevil finally said, getting everyone's attention. "The system isn't working. And it's rotten. Corrupt. But this is our city. Not his. And we can take it back, together. The weak….the strong…All of us….resist. Rebel. Rebuild."

He finally finished.

"Because we are the city. Without Fear."

And done! I wish this was how the Season had ended, though Dario did say that he is trying to get the Defenders for the next Season, so I hope he succeeds.

Sony fucking sucks as because of them, we can't have Spidey around in this show, when it'd make perfect sense for him to show up, but I didn't have that constraint, so I'd him show up and Black Cat too, as I love that pairing.

Yes, I removed Cherry and Kirsten, because Brett Mahoney and Marci Stahl would have made much more sense. Cherry's role especially seemed tailor-made for Brett.

These two were clearly pre-overhaul characters, as there wasn't much focus on them.

Anyways, brought in a lot of Heroes. Didn't put in Echo because I found that show boring so I don't have much liking for it or the character. Even Moon Knight I didn't like but the main character was decent (though he could be much better) so I put him in.

This is only a one-shot, an alternative way Season 1 could have ended.
