It was a beautiful afternoon in the realm of Edenia as the sun shined brightly in the midday sky and the citizens were going about their daily lives in the town square and market places. "Yes Mileena, you heard me right. I don't want to be forced to marry a random man I don't even know or care about and pretend to be something I'm not. I want to spend the rest of my life ruling Edenia alongside you...my one true love." Kitana replied with a warm smile as she assured Mileena that she heard her right and claiming that she didn't want to rule Edenian alongside anyone but her.
"Kitana..." Mileena softly whispered as she looked at her lover with emotional tears building in the corner of her eyes.
"Mileena...will you be my wife?" Kitana softly asked with love radiating in her eyes as she reached for and held Mileena's hands in her own.
"...Yes." Mileena answered as she automatically cupped Kitana's beautiful face in her hands and captured her lips in a deep burning and passionate kiss as she happily accepted her lover's and future queen's proposal before they pulled away and smiled loving at each other.
"Yes." Mileena repeated as she and Kitana locked lips again and again before they pulled away and enjoyed the rest of their time at the bathhouse before they eventually left and returned home to the palace.
