I came up with this story a few years ago. Just yesterday typed it out. My role-playing buddy on DA helped me out with the bad guys for this story. Their team name and outfits

Ch. 1
Deep in the heart of the Unova region, wild Pokemon stay far away from a mound of ruins. Broken pillars covered in moss, surrounded by overgrown grass. Something about this area made the Pokemon want nothing to do with it.
A few people in galaxy style uniforms walk out from an opening in a hill of sorts. A broken building roof incased in vines and moss with a light further down inside.
"It's finally time again," smirks the tall man with spikey red hair. "Time for the Star to arise once again."
"Leader Kale. We're not going to subject one of our own to the star, are we?" asks the girl with long straight blond hair. Her blue eyes in slight concern the answers yes.
"Of course not. The eggs won't appear to just anyone. That's why our Drifblims' are scooping every place there is with a camera to rely to us what they see. The chosen trainer who finds the six eggs is our target. Along with those six Pokemon. Though, I feel like we're forgetting something," Kale tells her, crossing his arms. "Seriously, Melissa. Did you forget that?"
"Oh, that's right. Sorry leader," Melissa says, scratching the back of her head.
"It's been nearly ten thousand years since the first star activated. Of course the legend is still there, that's easily forgotten," shrugs the other man, his brown hair covered up by a starry style bandanna.
"That's true," Melissa agrees as a grunt runs to them from the light.
"Leader Kale. Professor Crafeind would like to speak with you," the grunt informs.
"Better have that serum finished," Kale says, heading back in the broken roof. A series of tunnels go off in different directions with lights on the walls. They head down the right tunnel, coming to a room with various lab equipment. Microscopes, test tubes, syringes, scalpels, specimen tanks and jars, among other things.
"Professor Crafeind. You wanted to see me?" Kale asks standing behind a man in a white lab coat. His short grey hair all messy as he turns around with a smirk.
"Ah, yes. Leader Kale," Professor Crafeind says with a wicked smirk. "I wanted to show you this." He holds up a test tube with a red-ish black substance in it. "It's finally done. Ready to be tested on whoever the target will be."
"About time."
"Leader Kale, please report to the monitor room," says a grunt on a loud speaker they had installed.
"Better be good news," Kale says, walking towards the left to a hallway. "Professor. Have the serum ready to go."
"Understood," Professor Crafeind nods, getting back to work.
Heading down another hallway, Kale comes into a room with tons of monitors on the far wall. "Find anything?" he asks the grunt at the monitor keyboard.
"I believe so, sir. Have a look at screen sixty-three," says the grunt boy, staring at the screen he mentioned.
"Hm?" Kale wonders, turning his black eyes to that monitor.
A dirty blond boy takes off his orange jacket and black hoodie. "Man, it got hot quick. Hm?" His gaze wonders to the right. "What's that?"
"Hm? What's that boy looking at?" Kale asks as the grunt rotates the camera to look ahead at what the boy's looking at.
"Might as well see if the heats getting to me. Come on, Trip," the boy says to himself, creeping towards a bush. Carefully moving the small branches, "Huh? An egg?" He gently takes it out of the bush to get a better look at it.
"Found him," Kale smirks. "Assemble the team!"
Elsewhere, Trip goes back to his bag with the egg he found. All blue with a white puff on one side. Wondering what he should do with it.
"It's not like I can care for a Pokemon egg," Trip says to no one in particular. "What was it doing in a bush? Hm… huh?" Looks to the sky suddenly. "Ah!" Sets the egg on his jacket, swiftly turning back to the sky, catching an all brown egg with a fluffy cloud design on it. "Whoa! That was close. But… what's going on? Eggs don't just fall from the sky like that. Man, now there's two. What the heck?" He sighs, "Guess I can't just leave them here. Wouldn't be a good trainer if I did that. Plus, I don't want an abandonment feeling to haunt me."
Trip opens his bag, placing his hoodie in it before carefully placing one of the eggs inside. Wrapping it up a little before zipping it up. Tying his coat around his waist as he carefully gets his bag on with the strap in back. Picking up the other egg as he walks on. Finding a small pond, he decides to rest a while.
"What now? Wait. Come on out, everyone," Trip calls as his Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.
"Serperior!" smiles the regal grass snake.
"Tranquill, tran," Tranquill flies next to Serperior.
"Frill," Frillish stretches.
"Conkeldurr, keldurr," says Conkeldurr.
"Lampent, lam," says Lampent happily.
"Vanillite. Vanill," smiles Vanillite.
"We're taking a break here for a while," Trip tells them, as his Pokemon nod. They relax by the pond as Trip takes his bag off and checks the two eggs. 'What are you two going to hatch into, I wonder' he thought. "Hm?" He gazes out towards the water to see something bobbing up and down. "Don't tell me. Tranquill, is that an egg out there?"
"Tran?" Tranquill wonders, flying towards the water looking around before coming back to its trainer with a nod.
"Perfect. Wait," Trip sighs, but then recalls something. "No. That can't be what's going on. It's only a legend… but then why did I find three eggs in one morning? Huh? Serperior."
Serperior goes in the water, swimming towards the egg. Swimming back to shore with it. "Ser, ser," Serperior says, looking at his trainer.
"I'm coming," Trip sighs, placing the egg he's holding down as he goes to the water's edge. "Red and white, huh," he takes the egg out of the water. "That legend… may not just be a legend. Found three… so there's three left in the legend. Six altogether. But there was a secret in that legend no one knew. Hm?"
"Bell… bell… bell," a Weepinbell comes around with a dark blue egg with silver lines decorating it stuck in its mouth.
"There's number four. But what's that Pokemon?" Trip places the wet egg on his jacket before taking out his Pokedex. Once it told him about the Pokemon, he decides to help it.
"That does look uncomfortable. Hold still, Weepinbell. I'll help get the egg unstuck," he says kindly, slowly approaching it.
"Bell? Bell," Weepinbell stays still, allowing the young trainer to help it. First, Trip examines the situation before making a move.
"Conkeldurr, I need your help over here," Trip calls.
"Conkeldurr, keldurr," Conkeldurr nods, coming over.
"Relax Weepinbell. I promise, Conkeldurr won't hurt you," Trip says after noticing the grass Pokemon shaking in fear.
"Keldurr, keldurr," Conkeldurr says softly.
"Bell, bell? Bell," Weepinbell stays still once more.
"Okay, Conkeldurr. I need you to gently hold Weepinbell, right here," Trip tells his Pokemon, placing his hands on both sides of Weepinbell's head.
"Keldurr," Conkeldurr nods, leaning one of its cement pillars against a tree before gently holding Weepinbell's head. Trip takes ahold of the egg, "Okay. One, two, three!" He pulls on three, but the egg didn't come out. He keeps pulling until it does come out, nearly throwing him backwards. "Whoa! Ah, it's out!" Conkeldurr lets go of the Pokemon before returning to its friends with both of its pillars.
"Bell! Bell, bell!" Weepinbell says happily, bouncing around.
"Weepinbell! Where are you?!" hollers a young girl in worry. "Weepinbell!"
"Bell! Bell," Weepinbell hollers happily, seeing the girl emerge from the trees. "Bell, bell." It goes over to her with a smile as the girl's blue eyes swell up in tears.
"I was worried sick, Weepinbell!" the girl sobs, her red hair flowing in the breeze.
"Bell. Bell, bell, bell," Weepinbell slightly blushes. "Bell, bell."
"Hm?" the girl looks up to see Trip at his bag drying off a Pokemon egg. "You! You tried hurting or catching my Pokemon, didn't you?!" She suddenly got upset, her blue eyes slightly fuming.
"Does it look like your Pokemon's hurt?" Trip sighs. "If a Pokemon already belongs to someone, it won't go into a Pokeball other than its own. Don't you know that basic stuff?"
"Huh? Then I wonder why it ran off on me."
"Bell, bell," Weepinbell says, happily. Pointing at the eggs with a vine whip.
"Huh?" the girl wonders.
"This egg was stuck in its mouth," Trip tells her, placing a hand on the blue and silver egg. "Didn't you see it?"
"Not until now," the girl shakes her head, now a little confused.
That's in the legend too Trip thought, gently cleaning the other three eggs. Only the Chosen can see the eggs until he/she touches them. Which also means these eggs will hatch into legendary Pokemon
"Oh, no! I did it again!" the girl gasps, running over to Trip. She bows to him saying in a panic, "I'm so sorry! I have a bad habit of jumping to conclusion! I'm so sorry!"
"Uh…" Trip blinks a few times. "Don't worry about it. I'm Trip."
"I'm Miranda," she smiles, suddenly remembering something. "Oh, I just recalled something. I came across a trainer with a Vileplume acting strangely. The trainer looked concern and doesn't know why."
"Hm?" Trip wonders, looking up at her. "So, you think there might be an egg or something…"
"Probably," Miranda nods.
"Vile, vileplume, plume!" shouts the Pokemon they were talking about comes out of the trees. Spores escaping its head like drool. Trip takes his Pokedex out once more to learn about it.
"Hm… that isn't normal behavior for a Vileplume. According to my Pokedex," Trip sets the egg down on his jacket before standing up. Slowly approaching the Pokemon when a boy comes around.
"Vileplume," he huffs lightly. "Wait… up."
"Mind if I have a look in your Vileplume's head? I have a feeling I know what's wrong," Trip says softly.
"For real? That'd be a huge relief if you could. Nurse Joy couldn't figure it out," the boy smiles. "Vileplume, stay still and let this guy have a look."
"Plume," Vileplume nods, as it sits down, lowering its head to make it easier to peer inside. Trip looks in Vileplume's head flower. "Hm?" He holds his breath before reaching inside. Feeling a smooth surface as he takes ahold of it with both hands. Coming out of Vileplume's head with an egg as Vileplume suddenly sneezes.
It's orange stun spore escaping the flower on its head. Slightly covering the three trainers in it.
"Vile? Vile," Vileplume scratches its cheek in embarrassment.
"I hope no one breathed that in," the boy says with a slightly blank expression.
"I'm good," says Miranda.
"Well, this makes five now," Trip says walking back to his Pokemon. How am I supposed to carry five eggs?
"Vile?" Vileplume wonders, watching Trip clean up the egg.
"Hm? This one's all white," Trip says in a sigh. "Now what do I do?"
"Thank you," the boy smiles, walking over to him. "So, there was a Pokemon egg in Vileplume's head?"
"Apparently," Trip shrugs, getting the egg fully clean.
"Here. I believe you could use this," the boy says, taking an egg tray out of his bag. "I'm Lyle."
"Trip and thanks," Trip says, accepting the tray able to hold six eggs. Gently, he places the five eggs in the tray before packing up his stuff.
"Hm? Leaving already, Trip?" Lyle asks.
"I have a feeling I'll run into one more egg soon. See you two later," Trip sighs, returning his Pokemon before picking up the egg tray, walking off into the woods. Arriving at a large tree a few miles from the pond.
"Why me?" Trip asks himself, placing the egg tray down. "If that legend is truly real… then why did I get… hm?" He sits down and leans against the tree. Looking up as he cleans up some sweat from his face. "What's… that?" His eyes catch sight of a smooth object in the branches. "There's the last one."
Trip stands up, turning around to face the tree before climbing it. Took him a little while to get up to the branches. "Yup. It's the final egg," he verifies, carefully taking the all green egg with a black microphone type decoration in one hand. Holding it close as he maneuvers back to the ground. Once to the forest floor, he lets out a grunt. "Ah, ah, ah," he gasps slightly, gently placing the egg with the others.
The sun starts setting as Trip falls asleep with the eggs close by. Suddenly waking up in the middle of the night to someone or something calling his name. "Huh?!" He looks around yet sees nothing, until his eyes fall on something he never thought he'd ever meet.
