Here's more and surprised, well not surprised that people are enjoying because of Sonic 3 and Shadow being in the spotlight but this one involves our hedgeboy's favourite thing, coffee along with imagining him having the coffee bean Jellycat stuffie alomg with frequenting Starbucks.
Maria and Shadow go to the local Starbucks in Green Hills and Shadow needing his coffee.
Shadow smirked, as he and Maria entered Starbucks as it was mid-morning in Green Hills and of course, Shadow needed his coffee as the orange-furred female hedgehog touched her Jellycat coffee to go cup bag knowing the baisitas were very aware of Shadow frequenting the coffeehouse gulping. "Relax guys, Shadow's just excited to have coffee, trust me." Maria told the barista giving him an order of hot chocolate for herself and a cookie while her hedgeboy ordered a tall latte for himself as they sat down at a vacant table unaware Knuckles and Wade were there at another table knowing Shadow would be here, as he loved coffee relieved that Maria was there keeping him calm.
"They got my order right this time, Maria. You okay." Shadow told her.
"I'm fine Shadow just enjoying being with you, I'm not sick." she said.
"That's good as I don't want anything to happen to you." Shadow said softly.
He'd woken up this morning from a bad dream involving Maria not wanting to tell her, in case it upset her, something he hated doing so the coffee was helpful as this was their hangout plus Sonic was not there which was a good thing which was a good thing to hin making Maria roll her eyes at him saying this. She knew he helped Sonic and his friends sometimes so Sonic wasn't all annoying as Shadow claimed.
"Stop, thief." Shadow heard a barista yell majingvShadow leap from the table cornering the thief scowling at him making the thief anxious dropping the money running off until the Green Hills Police Department got him stunned the thief wanted to be taken away seeing Maria with Shadow getting it. "Here, make sure Starbucks gets the money back." Shadow told the officer making Maria surprised, that Shadow hadn't wanted to return it himself seeing him shrug his shoulders.
"It's better if the police return the money than me. You know how some people feel about me." Shadow told her.
"That's because they don't know you or see you how I see you." Maria said as he nodded as they left for now.
At home, Maria was on the couch as Shadow joined her feeling cold as it wasJanuary and still Winter so activated the heating to keep warm. They were surprised that what had happened was on the news making Maria smirk knowing her boy didn't like being the centre of attention too much.
