It was late at night, Miles had devised a plan. Filled with excitement, he texted Chapa, asking her to meet him at Swellview Park. He had everything planned to the smallest detail, aiming for an unforgettable night they would both look back on fondly.

"I'll be there in a few minutes," Chapa texted back.

"Alright, see you soon," Miles replied, his anticipation growing.

As he waited, Miles mentally rehearsed his plan, making sure everything was in order.

"I'm at the entrance to the park. Where are you?" Chapa inquired.

"I'll come to meet you," Miles responded, putting his phone back into his pocket.t

Miles walked over to the park entrance, where he spotted Chapa and greeted her with a smile.

"Glad you came," Miles said warmly.

"Well, you asked me to," Chapa replied, a hint of uncertainty in her voice, curious about what Miles had planned.

Miles led Chapa into the park, and she noticed its emptiness—a rare sight that pleased her, devoid of the usual crowds that often bothered her.

"Where are all the people?" Chapa wondered aloud. Some repairs are happening in another area of the park, so the Mayor closed it temporarily," Miles explained.

"Oh, so are we sneaking in?" Chapa asked, expecting a secret adventure.

"No, unlike you, I respect the law. I asked Bose's stepdad for permission, and he granted it," Miles answered, slightly disappointing Chapa.

Continuing their stroll, Miles guided Chapa until they reached a spot where he had prepared everything in advance.

Chapa's eyes widened as she saw a blanket, a picnic basket, a projector, and a projector screen, with Fairy lights around the nearby trees to give light.

"You did all this?" Chapa asked, surprised and touched.

"Of course," Miles replied proudly.

"But why?" Chapa wondered, still puzzled by the gesture.

"You deserve it," Miles said sincerely, his eyes shining with admiration.

"Thanks, Miles," Chapa said, her smile growing as she hugged him in appreciation.

Chapa grew curious as she noticed the projector and screen.

"So, what's the projector for?" she asked, eager to uncover the surprise.

"We're going to watch your favourite movie," Miles revealed, a mischievous grin playing on his lips.

"Oh, Chainsaw Clowns IV?" Chapa guessed.

Miles chuckled. "No, I mean your actual favourite movie."

"Chainsaw Clowns IV is my favourite!" Chapa insisted, sticking to her answer.

"You claim it is, but it's not the real one," Miles countered.

Chapa raised an eyebrow..w "Oh yeah? Then tell me, what's my favourite movie?"

"The Enchanted Butterfly," Miles declared confidently.

Chapa's puzzlement grew. "How... How do you know that?" she asked, completely surprised.

Miles smiled warmly. "Because I pay attention, Chapa. I pay attention to you."

Chapa couldn't help but blush, but her curiosity wasn't satisfied. "That's sweet, but I know I haven't told anyone in Danger Force that The Enchanted Butterfly iis my avourite movie."

Miles admitted the truth, "Alright, fine, I lied. Your grandmother told me."

"My Abuela?" Chapa's eyes widened in surprise.

"Yeah, she and I had a conversation, and she told me all about you," Miles explained, his voice filled with affection.

"Why would she tell you about me?" Chapa asked, her curiosity growing.

"Grandmas love me," Miles replied with a grin. "And she just couldn't stop talking about you and how I should date you."

Chapa was surprised at this revelation. "Oh, she did?"

"Yeah, she told me that, and I quote, 'Mi Tesoro Chapa is a wonderful girl, and she needs a boyfriend,'" Miles revealed, doing an impression of Chapa's Abuela.

Chapa's eyes sparkled as she looked at Miles. "Well, I do not need a boyfriend." Confidently

Miles's face fell, disappointment evident in his expression.

"But," Chapa continued, a grin matching Miles's earlier one, "I wouldn't mind having you as my boyfriend."

Miles's face lit up once again, a bright smile spreading across his face. "Really?"

Chapa nodded, "Yeah, I think you're pretty amazing, Miles."

Miles's excitement couldn't be contained as he pulled Chapa into a warm hug. "You have no idea how happy that makes me, Chapa."

The two of them started to watch the movie.

Miles opened the picnic basket and grabbed two sandwiches. She gave one to Chapapa as they watched

"Why this movie?" Miles asked

"What do you mean?" Chapa asked

"It's a decent enough movie, but what is it about this movie that makes it your favourite? Miles asked

"Oh, well, WheI i was super young, my Abuela would watch me, and to entertain me we would watch the enchanted butterfly it'ss how I bonded with my Abuela", Chapa explained.

That's sweet, so it reminds you of your abuela?" Miles asked

"Yes, " Chapa replied as she began eating the sandwich

The two of them sat in comfortable silence, eating and watching the movie

When it was over, they both stood up.

"Want me to walk you home?" Mileoffereddd

"Sure," Chapa replied as she interlaced her fingers with his as they walked together side by side.

So, are we... official?" Chapa asked, her voice displaying a touch of vulnerability

Miles looked at her, a soft smile tugging at his lips. "Like, are we boyfriend and girlfriend?" he looked at her, hiis eyes filled with hope. "I'd hope so."

Chapa's heart skipped a beat, her own smile growing. "Me too," she stated, a sense of assurance in her voice. "So, I guess we are."

A surge of happiness washed over Miles, evident in the sparkle of his eyes. "I'm glad," he admitted

Chapa's hand graced the two of them started holding hands

They later approached Chapa's front door

"Thank you so much for this, Miles, this was amazing," Chapa said

"It was enchanting" miles said with a grin "It was" Chapa said not being able to stop herself from laughing "Bye Chapa" Miles said "Goodbye" Chapa said as she kissed miles on the cheek and walked inside Chapa pulled her phone out of her pocket and checked the time, she knew her grandma was awake at this time so she called her "Abuela, guess what just happened" Chapa said
