Ms. July isn't one of Kurts favorite teachers. Santana likes her. They say what they want and snarky comments are part of her class. If he wants to graduate Kurt has no other choice than talk to her and if she has a good day she isn't that bad. Let's hope it's one of her good days.

"Ms. July?" Kurt asks as he comes in. "Kurt. Rumor says you're getting better. That's good to hear" she turns her attention to him. "Yes but I had a check-up yesterday and like I thought I won't have recovered until my dance final. I wanted to talk to you about solutions" Kurt says. "Solutions?" the woman asks with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes. I can take all the theoretical finals, dance theory included, besides the practical dance final and I think it would be unfair if I can't graduate and have to do the whole year again because nothing that happened to me last week was my fault. It was a pure act of violence and out of hate" the student tells "I can take the dance final as soon as I can and you let me pass in advance so I can graduate. You know that I'm a good student".

"Are you expected to make a full recovery?" the teacher asks and the student nods "In about 12 weeks according to the doctor". "It won't affect your ability to dance later?" the teacher asks further and Kurt answers "No. I'll be as good as new". "Okay" the woman nods. She looks at Kurt. At the scars and at the cast. She nods again.

"How about this: You've been one of the best in this class and you never missed any of my classes. You worked hard to be where you are now and yes what happened wasn't your fault. I count your last few practical exams as your final. Since you passed them you pass your dance final. But for this exception I expect nothing less than an A- in your theoretical final. B or worse and you won't pass dance" Ms. July says.

"Thank you so much Ms. July. I won't disappoint you" Kurt says "If I could I would hug you right now". "If you make it quick I won't tell anyone" the woman says with an eye roll. Kurt smiles widely and hugs her. Shortly and only lightly. Then he quickly says goodbye and leaves the classroom. He sends Blaine a text on his way outside.

Kurt: I'm done. I tell you how it went when we're home. While you finish your class I'm waiting in the café down the street.

Blaine: I pick you up at the corner. Also I text you when I finish class. I'd like a coffee to go please.

Kurt: Extra cream as always?

Blaine: You know me. See you later.

"You seem happy. I suppose the talk went well?" Blaine asks after Kurt greets him with a kiss. "At home honey" Kurt answers and hands Blaine his coffee so he can fasten the seat belt. Not only does Blaine know Kurt very well but the younger can't hide his excitement. He's just so happy that everything worked out so well. Now he just has to study extra hard for his theoretical dance final. During their ride home they make a quick stop at the studio and Kurt waits in the car while Blaine grabs his song book just like he promised yesterday.

At home Kurt waits until Blaine and he are upstairs. He's glad that the girls are still at NYADA so he has some time with Blaine but he will just tell the girls tonight. Upstairs he falls in Blaines arms and hugs him tightly, not caring about his ribs. He's simply too happy to notice any pain and Blaines arms feel so warm and welcoming.

A bit taken by surprise Blaine hugs him back and laughs while he lifts Kurt just the slightest bit to carry them to the couch. "Okay sweetheart. Time to let go now. Let's sit and talk. I want to know everything" he says and let's go of his boyfriend again. Together they sit down on the couch and Kurt tells him everything that he and Ms. July talked about.

"When Marisol is back it's up to her to grade your final so for me there are no more papers to correct. I can focus on classes now and I can help you study for your dance final so you can graduate" Blaine proposes and his boyfriend hugs him again "I would be grateful if you help me. The girls have to focus on their own finals". A C or up at NYADA is mandatory to pass so Kurt really has to focus on the A-. Everything else should be stressful but okay.

"Okay the text is final and the melody only needs a few final touches. Also since I'll only play it on guitar by now you basically hear the acoustic version but you'll hear the real version as soon as it's done" Blaine says while he gets up to get the guitar. Before sitting down he bends down to give his boyfriend a kiss and once he sits down he takes some time to tune the guitar before he starts playing.

Good morning, welcome to the kingdom

I got my ducks all in a row

They're exactly how I like them

But now, I'm afraid they've gone

Good afternoon, I'm losing focus

My soldiers are putting down their guns

And I think, oh no, where did they go

Maybe all this time

Maybe all this time I've been wrong

Falling in love

Was another foolish thing

That I never really needed

But you were the first to change my mind

You're knocking me off of my horse

And here I lay fallen and defeated

And I'd leave it all behind

For this foolish thing of mine

The jester sent his resignation

And my tower is crumbling to the ground

And as far as I see

I would much rather be in the place you appear

As if I needed a distraction

As if I wanted an attack

But a prince in distress needs a damsel to test

What he always feels

I couldn't run

I couldn't hide

I'd look away if I tried to

Falling in love

Was another foolish thing

That I never really needed

But you were the first to change my mind

You're knocking me off of my horse

And here I lay fallen and defeated

And I'd leave it all behind

For this foolish thing of mine

I'll close the door

Put it to bed

My loneliness

Falling in love

Was another foolish thing

That I never really needed

But you were the first to change my mind

You're knocking me off of my horse

And here I lay fallen and defeated

And I'd leave it all behind

For this foolish thing of mine

Falling in love

Falling in love

With this foolish thing of mine

Falling in love

Falling in love

With this foolish thing of mine

Falling in love

Falling in love

Falling in love

Falling in love

"Honey that song is amazing" Kurt compliments and his boyfriend grins "I'm crazy in love with you Kurt Hummel". He puts the guitar away so he can close the gap between them. "You wrote another song for me?" Kurt asks flattered and his boyfriend nods "And I would write a thousand more". They kiss again and again, not wanting to stop.

"Are you sure that we won't do anything yet?" Kurt asks "The girls won't be home for another hour or so". "Kurt no. You're still injured" the other man says and brings a little space between them. "Not even a blowjob or something?" the younger man pouts and Blaine laughs at how desperate his boyfriend is.

"No. Not until at least your ribs healed. We can do something while your wrist recovers but no tying up. But you arch your back so beautifully but believe me you won't feel any pleasure when your ribs hurt so much. I just don't want you to be in more pain than you have to and you always, and I mean always, arch your back. Can you understand me now?" the curly haired man asks and Kurt nods in defeat "Okay we'll wait".
