I do not own anything from Harry Potter, or from Star Wars.

Hello guys, Badger here. Back with a new story. One I've wanted to do for a while. People who have been reading my content for a while, will know that a long time ago I did a Harry Potter/Star Wars crossover titled Magic and The Force, however I deleted it as I hated how it was going and the pacing was rushed and all over the place. Well, after thinking about it for a while, I've decided to redo it, this time with better pacing and story telling. It has taken a few days and went through a few rewrites but the first chapter is done and, already, I think it's far better then my original story, but I'll let you decide how good or bad it is.

And for any Clone Wars fans and fanatics out there, or those who are curious, the events of this story take place around the events of the Season 3, episode 12 titled "Nightsisters" which leads into the Savage Oppress and return of Darth Maul story arc. I don't know how those characters will play out in this story just yet, but we'll see.

Until then, read on, enjoy and I will see you at the end.

Chapter 1

The Force Awakens...Differently

...

It had all happened so quickly.

One second, Harry was standing next to Sirius, the next second, he was gone after falling through the stone arch, that was the Veil. The echoing shriek of Bellatrix LeStrange's 'Avada Kedavra' had only just processed in Harry's head, when he saw the familiar, and ominous, jet of green light heading straight towards his Godfather. Sirius had been able to react quicker than Harry did, conjuring a slab of concrete to take the hit. However, the force of the impact had caused Sirius to fall backwards, into the Veil. Time seemed to slow down around Harry as he watched Sirius fall back into the stone archway, slowly fading away into nothing. In that moment, nothing else existed around Harry as he felt his world shatter in that moment.

A million questions had begun to run through Harry's head, all at once. What just happened? Where did Sirius go? Was he still alive? Was he dead? Harry refused to believe the possibility that his Godfather was dead.

Sirius wasn't dead. He couldn't be.

Harry took one step forward, keeping his gaze upon the Veil, before he suddenly found himself sprinting fall force towards the archway, as the battle continued going on around him. As he ran, he could hear the sounds of both Lupin and Hermione screaming at him, pleading him to stop. However, their screams were quickly drowned out and silenced, as Harry ran into the Veil where he felt a coldness spread across his entire being as his vision was filled by a bright light. And then...nothing. Harry felt himself floating in a cold and empty white abyss. There wasn't a single soul, or sound that could be seen or heard.

This lasted for just a few seconds, before Harry felt every one of his senses be attacked all at once. He felt everything around him spinning, his vision full with nauseating and flashing images as Harry felt like his body was being contorted and pulled apart, twisting and squeezing as if he was being sucked through a straw. During the assault on his vision, Harry could just about see the flashing images that were attacking him all at once. They were images of himself. However, each one was different from the last. One was of him dressed in Slytherin robes, alongside a boy with purple hair, also dressed in Slytherin robes. In another, he was dressed in Ravenclaw robes, a sword on his side, as he stood with Hermione Granger and Padma Patil. Both of who were also dressed in Ravenclaw robes. In another, half of his face was completely burnt and scarred, where he was joined by Sirius as well as Bellatrix and some white-haired girl he has never seen before.

Harry had no idea what these images were, nor did he know what they were supposed to mean. However, he didn't have time to think about it or recover, as the images changed. Changed to something more confusing. A battle up in space. Strange looking spaceships and vessels battling amongst one another, above all sorts of strange looking planets. Men in white armour battling weird looking robots, like those sci fi movies the Dursleys used to watch. People duelling with glowing laser swords, filling Harry's vision with a barrage of greens, blues and reds. It was as nauseating, as it was confusing.

As the images continued to fly passed him, Harry heard a barrage of voices echoing in his ears, along with sounds of explosions and gunfire, as of a battle was going on.

"Captain Rex, call for reinforcements!"

"All units, fire at will!"

"Begun, the Clone Wars have…"

As the images and voices continued, Harry suddenly felt a stabbing pain in his head. It felt like his scar was burning, whilst it was being ripped open. The pain was excruciating and nothing like what he has felt before. Not even the pain he felt whenever Voldemort had tried to forcibly enter his mind. As the pain continued, Harry put his hands to his forehead to try and numb the pain, where he felt his fingers touch a thick, warm liquid. When Harry brought his fingers down, he was surprised to see that it wasn't blood like he was expecting. Instead, it was a thick, black ooze that was glowing with a sickly green hue. Harry looked at the ooze, confused for a moment, before the pain flared up again, this time a lot worse than before.

Harry felt like his head was being split open like a watermelon, as the thick ooze continued to seep out from his scar, causing Harry's mind to burn. As the ooze continued seep from his scar, his ears were ruptured by the sound of a blood curdling screech.

And then, everything went black.

Coruscant

1600 Hours

Things were all quiet within the Jedi Temple. As Jedi, both Masters and Padawans alike, went about their own business, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and his apprentice Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker stood before the Jedi Council as they gave their reports on their battle against Asajj Ventress and her fleet of Battle Droids, within the Sullust System. The Jedi Masters who were unavailable to be present in person accompanied the meeting via their Holoprojector, their blue glow of their holographic image illuminating the Council Chamber. Anakin and Obi-Wan had just finished their reports when it happened.

A disturbance in the Force.

A disturbance that felt like a massive shockwave within the Force, causing any and all Jedi that felt it to recoil in pain, from the sheer weight and the severity of the disturbance. All across the Jedi Temple, Jedi keeled over as they felt the disturbance in the Force crash on top of them. Many Jedi fell and stumbled, or held onto the nearest wall to keep them upright, as they waited for the disturbance to pass. And it wasn't just the Jedi within the Temple. All across the galaxy any and all Jedi, close and far from Coruscant, felt the disturbance as if it was happening right in front of them. Clone Troopers rushed to their Generals in aid as they saw them collapse on the battle field, or whilst they were on duty.

Jedi Master Eeth Koth had been flying in his starfighter, getting ready to land back on Coruscant, when he felt the disturbance. The shockwave had nearly caused Eeth Koth to fall unconscious as he lost control of his starfighter, causing him to crash. A crash that would cost Eeth Koth his right eye. Besides from that, the Jedi Zabrak was left unscathed as Clone Troopers rushed in to help him. However, he was still sent to the nearest Medical Facility, just to be safe.

Inside the Council Chamber, the Jedi Council didn't fare much better. The disturbance they felt in the Force made it feel like the entire Council Chamber was shaking, as if there was an earthquake happening on Coruscant. Due to them being the only ones standing, Anakin and Obi-Wan had to grab onto the nearest seat to steady themselves, whilst the rest of the Jedi Council either looked ill or shaken from the experience. Several members of the Jedi Council looked either pale or close to fainting when the disturbance finally passed just a few seconds later. Not even the Holoprojectors of the absent Council members were safe, as the holographic image turned to static for a few moments before turning back to normal, where the images of the Jedi Masters looked pretty shaken up from what they had just experienced. The only Jedi Master not as affected by the disturbance as much as the others was Master Yoda. Though the ancient Jedi did seem wary.

Once the disturbance had faded, Anakin slowly got back onto his feet, his gloved hand massaging his temple as he looked back to the rest of the Council, who were all also just starting to recover.

"Okay, what the hell was that?!" Anakin demanded

"A disturbance, I felt in the Force…" Yoda spoke up, his eyes closed in tentative thought, "Like none other I've felt before, the disturbance was…right here on Coruscant, I feel it was…"

"Quite the disturbance, indeed…" The holographic projection of Jedi Master Plo Koon spoke up, in his soothing drawl, "I felt it all the way out here, in the Ryloth System..."

"This disturbance..." Anakin spoke up, "Do you think it could've been the Sith Lord we've been looking for?"

Anakin's question silenced the rest of the Jedi Council, as they sat there in silence. The very idea of it made them wary. Ever since Count Dooku had informed Obi Wan about the horrifying revelation that the entirety of the Republic has been under the control by none other than the Dark Lord of the Sith, back on Geonosis, the Jedi Order has been left rather paranoid during their investigations to try and find out who this secret Sith Lord could be. As of yet, their investigations had gone cold. Not even Master Yoda could sense them within the Force, making the ancient Jedi believe the Sith Lord was somehow using the Force to hide themselves. The Jedi Order didn't dare let this revelation be known by the public, in hopes of avoiding any unnecessary terror and distrust within the Republic.

The Jedi have already been quite wary regarding the Sith Lord, they have been trying desperate to find, so the very idea that the Sith Lord could potentially be behind the disturbance that they had felt in the Force, especially one as powerful as that, did little to relieve their worries. As the other Council Members thought about Anakin's statement, they all turned to Yoda, hoping that the Grandmaster would provide his own thoughts and insight on this possibility. Sensing the rest of the Council looking his way, Yoda opened his eyes, his gaze resting on Anakin.

"Know, I do not…" Yoda said, "If the disturbance was part of the dark, or light side of the Force…but was powerful, whoever it was…"

Yoda's words left everyone else in tentative thought. If not even Yoda, one of the most powerful users of the Force, could figure out the intentions behind the disturbance there was no telling what it could mean. Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi scratched his chin gently, as he thought for a moment in silence. As he thought he caught the gaze of Anakin, where his apprentice gave a small nod signifying that he was thinking similarly. Returning Anakin's nod, Obi-Wan crossed his arms as he turned to the Jedi Council.

"Regardless as to the intentions behind this disturbance, if every Jedi in the galaxy felt it, it's entirely possible that this Sith Lord and any of their allies felt it too…" He said

"All the more reason to find who or what caused this disturbance…before Sith do…" Mace Windu spoke up from his seat, before turning to Yoda, "Master Yoda, you said you felt this disturbance here, on Coruscant?"

"Yes, on Coruscant, I felt it…" Yoda nodded, "Not far, from the Jedi Temple…"

"I felt it too…" Anakin said, "It was faint, but it felt like a presence of some kind…could be whoever caused the disturbance…"

"Then its settled then" Windu replied, "General Skywalker and Master Kenobi will go out and find who or what caused the disturbance and bring them in for questioning, so we know of their intentions…"

"Take a small squad of Clone Troopers, you will…" Yoda added, "With blasters set for stun…dangerous, this individual could be…stay safe, and may the Force be with you"

Anakin and Obi-Wan gave the Jedi Council a small bow before they made their way out of the Council Chamber. As they made their way through the Jedi Temple, they passed by many Jedi, Masters and Padawans alike. As suspected, they all seemed to have felt the disturbance in the Force. Many were disoriented and ill from the effects. Anakin looked around the Temple, before he turned back to Obi-Wan.

"Do you believe that whoever caused this disturbance, could be the Sith Lord the Jedi Council has been looking for?" Anakin asked

"Hard to say, Anakin, especially when not even Master Yoda could feel in intentions through the Force" Obi-Wan replied, "However, whatever the case may be, Master Windu is correct…we need to find who, or what, caused the disturbance before the Sith do…"

Harry's vision was a blur, as he slowly opened his eyes. He felt like he had just been hit in the head by a Bludger. His body was sore and his head felt numb. Through his blurred vision, Harry could see his glasses laying on the ground, must a short distance away. With a weak hand, he reached out and grabbed them. The moment he put his glasses back on, his vision quickly cleared. Now that he could see properly, he slowly began to get to his feet. His body was shaky and numb, but he was able to get to his feet, slowly but surely. However, that quickly proved to be a bad idea. The moment he got to his feet, everything began to spin once more causing Harry to hunch over as he threw up, his throat burning as he felt like he was vomiting out his own organs.

Once it stopped, Harry stumbled towards the nearest railing, a hand on his head and a hand on his stomach as he waited for everything around him to stop spinning. As everything began to stabilise, Harry looked up to see where on Earth he was. He held a hand up to shield himself from the brightness of the sun, but as he began to see things more clearly his eyes widened at what he saw. He seemed to be in a city of some kind. But none like what he has seen before. The buildings were all sorts of shapes and sizes and in the distance, Harry could see a large dome building shining the sun. What surprised Harry the most was all the vehicles flying back and forth all over the place. But they weren't planes. They looked more like flying cars and vehicles, like in those sci fi films the Dursleys would sometimes watch.

Harry was starting to wonder if he was even on Earth in the first place.

Standing up right against the railing, Harry thought back to what he could remember. His fight against the Death Eaters. Sirius falling through that stone archway. Harry running in after Sirius. Then waking up here. As Harry thought, the more he came to the conclusion that perhaps that stone archway had brought him here. It was only the logical explanation for how he ended up here. Which meant, if the archway had brought Harry here, perhaps Sirius was somewhere here as well. He just had to be. Harry believed Sirius was alive somewhere and he was going to find him and get back home.

Once he figured out where, exactly, he was.

Harry was quickly caught off guard by the sound of a gentle rumbling, like that of a jet engine, as everything around him began to shake slightly. He turned around to see a strange vessel, none like Harry had seen, beginning to land just a short distance away from him. Harry couldn't begin to describe what it was. It wasn't a helicopter. It wasn't a plane. Harry didn't know what it was, but he was on high alert. He stood a little straighter with his wand concealed up his sleeve, ready and waiting to snap into his palm at the first sign of trouble. As the vessels landed, the doors opened where people wearing white armour, each one armed with strange looking guns, disembarked. Harry vaguely recognised the white armoured individuals as the same individuals he had seen in the many bright flashes he had seen, after entering the Veil.

Harry didn't know who, or what they are but he didn't trust them. He's found it hard to trust anyone after the last couple of hears he's had at Hogwarts. He flexed his fingers, ready to grab his wand.

As the white armoured individuals stood ready, to men also disembarked off of the vessel. They were both dressed in strange robes, akin to those Harry had seen a few wizards wearing around Diagon Alley. One was a man around his mid-thirties, dressed in tan robes made of fabric, with auburn coloured hair and beard and bright blue eyes. The man beside him was much younger, possibly in his early twenties, dressed in dark black robes that looked to be made of leather instead of fabric, dark brown hair with a scar over one of his blue eyes, which weren't as warm as the man beside him. Harry couldn't help but notice that the two men had strange looking cylinders attached to their belts. Harry didn't know what they were, but he had a feeling they weren't flashlights.

Harry's jaw tightened as he stood straighter, as the two men approached him. The two men looked to one another, sharing a look of surprise, as they approached.

"Who are you?" Harry demanded, taking a small step back

The two men shared a perplexed look. Eyeing Harry up and down, noting the odd clothing that the boy was wearing, they figured he might have been a tourist of some kind from off world. Holding his hands up in a peaceful gesture, Obi-Wan took another step forward.

"I, am Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi..." The auburn-haired man said, "And this is my apprentice Anakin Skywalker...we are part of the Jedi Order at the Temple..."

"Jedi...apprentice...temple..." Harry said, before shaking his head, "Doesn't matter...look I'm looking for someone and I need to find them desperately..."

"Well, that's going to have to wait..." the brunette, the aforementioned Anakin, spoke up, "We're going to have to ask you to come with us..."

"What?" Harry asked, feeling a lot of warning bells in his head

"Anakin patience!" Obi-Wan lightly scolded his apprentice, before turning back to Harry calmly, "My apologies...what my apprentice meant to say, is that we at the Jedi Temple felt a disturbance in the Force around this area...and as you're the only life form currently present..."

"You think I had something to do with this...disturbance!" Harry interrupted, in an accusing tone

"Not necessarily..." Obi-Wan replied gently, "However, we are going to have to ask you to come with us, for questioning..."

"I'm not going anywhere!" Harry exclaimed, discreetly flicking his wand out of his sleeve and into the palm of his hand, "I am sick and tired of people believing that I've done something that I didn't do…all I want is to look for my Godfather and go home!"

"Look, we have strict order from the Council to stun and restrain anyone, if need be!" Anakin spoke up, "So we can do this the easy way, where you come with us quietly, or we can do this the hard way and we stun and restrain you before taking you back to the Temple…"

As Harry saw a couple of armoured men approach, one of them holding a pair of handcuffs in their hands. Immediately his fight or flight kicked in and, with a shout of 'CONFRINGO', fired a Blasting Hex at the ground behind the group. He didn't do it as a means to harm or kill any of them, but instead to distract them long enough to make a run for it. The small explosion had shook the ground, sending a few armoured men flying to the ground, as the rest stumbled. With them distracted, Harry took his chance and ran off. He didn't know where he was, nor did he know where he was going, but he knew he had to get away from those lot and find help elsewhere.

As the Troopers attended to their fallen brothers to make sure none of them were injured or killed, Anakin and Obi-Wan steadied themselves after being shaken from the small blast.

"What the hell was that?" Anakin demanded

"I don't know, but we need to catch him…" Obi-Wan said, before turning to the Clones, "Troopers, give chase and set blasters to Stun…remember we need them alive, for questioning…"

As Harry ran through the empty streets, he could hear the armoured troops running after him. They were firing at him, which he dodged to the best of his ability, thanks to his Seeker reflexes. Whilst he ran, he also used his magic to break and destroy things to block his chasers path so he could get away and hide. He couldn't remain on the main streets. Whilst he continued running, Harry spotted a small alleyway. Taking a chance, he blocked another gunshot with a quick Protego shield and made a break for it, ducking into the alleyway, hoping to lose those currently chasing him. The alleyway was narrow and winding, branching into different directions. As he turned another corner, Harry practically ran into a wall as he found himself trapped in a dead end.

Harry cursed himself, as he quickly turned around to see two of the Troopers had caught up with him, their guns pointed his way. Harry stood ready and quickly protected himself with a Protego shield as the two Troopers shot at him once more. Feeling his shield rumble against their gunfire, Harry quickly dropped the shield and fired a Stunner at one of the Troopers, who fell unconscious. However, this allowed the second Trooper to quickly fire a second time where everything went dark as Harry slumped against the wall, unconscious.

With Harry unconscious, the Clone Trooper checked on his fallen brother, to see if he was alive or not, just as Anakin and Obi-Wan arrived at the scene.

"Is he dead?" Obi-Wan asked, regarding the fallen Clone's condition

"No commander…" The Trooper replied, "Just unconscious…"

"Good" Anakin said, before he looked to Harry, "How on earth did he do all that…is he a sorcerer of some kind?"

"Possibly, there are all sorts of sorcerers and magic users in the galaxy, but none within this sector…" Obi-Wan replied, stroking his chin in thought, "Regardless of whether or not he was responsible for the disturbance in the Force, or his intentions, the Council still need to be informed about this…"

Across the galaxy, after forcibly commandeering a ship from a group of Scavengers, Asajj Ventress was preparing to head into lightspeed to head back to the planet Dathomir. Her original home world, and home to her original clan the Nightsisters. She was full of anger and rage, as she punched in the coordinates to Dathomir into the ships Navigation Computer. Rage towards her Master, or rather former Master, Count Dooku. She had been nothing but loyal to the man. Or at the very least, what the Sith consider loyal and he betrayed her. Granted, it was the way of the Sith, but her Master had left her for dead. A man she, to an extent, trusted.

And she will have her revenge.

However, just as she was about to head into lightspeed, she was almost thrown off of her seat as her senses were attacked by a disturbance in the Force. The disturbance was strong and heavy. And it felt powerful. Ventress couldn't think of anyone, or anything powerful enough to cause a disturbance as large as the one she just felt, but she was going to find out. However, she had to deal with Dooku first. She punched in the last of the coordinates into the Navigation Computer and activated lightspeed, flying into Hyperspace, where Ventress hoped that the Nightsisters would help her, in her quest for revenge. Once she had gotten her revenge on her former Master, she was going to investigate whatever had caused the disturbance.

And she was going to use its power for herself.

For the second time in just a matter of hours, Harry felt like he had been hit in the head by a Bludger as he woke up. Blinking a few times to clear his vision, Harry sat up where he found himself in a small room, which he guessed to be a cell of some kind. The cell was small and cramped, made from some sort of metal with a red energy barrier of some kind, similar to a Protego sheild, acting as a door to the cell. Immediately Harry went to reach for his wand, only to see it was gone and that he had some handcuffs clamped around his wrists, binding his hands together. With a heavy and frustrated sigh, he slowly stood up and walked to the barrier blocking his exit, to try and see where he was. He kept a small distance from the barrier, due to the heat it was emitting, as he looked back and forth down the corridor.

Besides from rows of cells similar to the one Harry was currently occupying, Harry couldn't see anything. Or anyone. Sighing again, Harry sat down, as he looked down at the cuffs of his wrists. He tried to pull them a bit, but they wouldn't budge. As he looked at them, he recalled something Hermione had read after one of her many visits to the Hogwarts library. Wandless Magic he believed she had called it. The ability to preform magic without use of a wand. It was a long shot, but Harry had to at least try. He saw no other way to escape.

He narrowed his eyes as he looked at the cuffs, concentrating to the best of his ability as he tried to let his magic flow through him, like he would when using a wand.

"Alohomora!" He said

He tried to concentrate and think about unlocking the cuffs on his wrists. However, the cuffs didn't budge. Not even a click. Harry growled a little, before trying again this time concentrating a lot harder, sweat beginning to form against his brow.

"Alohomora!" He said, louder this time

Once again, nothing happened. His cuffs didn't budge. Harry sighed in frustration as he slumped against the wall. He was going to have to find another way to escape. Once he did, Harry was going to begin his search for Sirius. Harry believed his Godfather was out there somewhere, he had to be. And Harry didn't trust these…Jedi, to help him. After having the entirety of Hogwarts turn against him during the TriWizard Tournament and then have the entirety of Wizarding Britain turn against him, believing him to be a liar when he tried warning everyone about Voldemorts return, Harry was finding it particularly difficult to trust anyone anymore.

He'd find Sirius on his own.

Once Harry found Sirius, which he believed he would, then he would look into finding a way home. Unless those flying vehicles Harry had recalled seeing earlier, were merely a figment of his imagination, he had a bad feeling that he wasn't on Earth anymore, if such a thing was even possible. He hoped he was wrong. However, Harry knew he had to get back home quickly. His friends were still in danger over at the Ministry and Voldemort was still at large, so he needed to make his escape and quickly.

Once he figured out how he was going to do that and where, exactly, he was.

Across the planet, within the Senate building, Chancellor Palpatine was pacing back and forth in his office. Thus far, the war had been going well in the favour of the Sith and neither the Republic or the Separatists even knew about it. He had just received news from his apprentice, Count Dooku, that he had followed his orders and elimated Asajj Ventress. Dooku may have thought he was sly, but Palpatine knew the truth behind Dooku's 'assassin'. Palpatine knew Dooku was training Ventress as an Apprentice to overthrow him as the Dark Lord of the Sith. It was the way of the Sith after all, for an Apprentice to eventually over throw their Master.

And Palpatine had grown wary of Ventress' growing power and abilities. Especially when all his plans were going well so far. Which is why he had ordered Dooku to eliminate Ventress. Dooku may have been as traitorous as any Sith with his actions, but he was still loyal so Palpatine had no doubts that Dooku would do as ordered. This was only confirmed shortly after, when Dooku had contacted him to report his success in eliminating Asajj Ventress in the attack in the Sullust system.

It was that moment, when Palpatine felt it. The disturbance in the Force. A disturbance that sent a massive shockwave across the entire galaxy. It was so strong, it nearly knocked Palpatine to the ground from the sheer weight. It was powerful too. More powerful than anything that Palpatine had felt before. Once the disturbance had passed, he paced within his office thinking about what he felt, as well as tapping into the Force briefly, to try and sense what may have caused it. Through the Force, he had felt a presence. He couldn't tell if they belonged to the light or dark side of the Force, but he could tell that they were brimming with untapped power and potential. Power that could benefit the Sith and bring the destruction of the Jedi.

As Palpatine thought, the more he considered about changing his plans regarding Anakin Skywalker. The power that Palpatine could sense within this new individual was nothing that he was familiar with and Palpatine could only imagine what the Sith could do with such power in their hands. However, the only problem was that this individual was no in the midst of the Jedi Order, within their temple. No matter. Palpatine was a patient man. This war wasn't close to ending any time soon. There was plenty of time to find this individual and lure them to the Dark Side of the Force, claiming the power for himself.

And should it fail, Palpatine could always go back to his plans regarding Skywalker.

Alternative Chapter Title:

Stranger In A Strange Land.

So that was chapter 1 done, what did you all think? Good? Bad?

It may not be perfect, but I quite like how this chapter played out. There was also a lot going on, but I don't think it feels cluttered. At least I hope it doesn't. I'm hoping that this is a story that both Harry Potter fans and Star Wars fans can enjoy. I've learnt a lot when writing fanfics for the past couple of years, especially when it comes to story pacing.

I have a few ideas for what might happen in this story, though there's no telling if they'll all make it into the story just yet. We'll have to see. But let me know what you think and feel free to share which characters you'd like to see in this story at some point. If I have any ideas for how they could fit in, I will do my best to include them.

But that is all for now, I hope you enjoyed and I will see you next time, in whatever story I see you in.
