"I think I shall go! I have faced the Grandmaster's challenges before. I think I'm enough to stop him." Thor answers as Peter nods.

"I'll gladly go with! I wanna get my hands on Grandmaster completely!" Naruto says as he growls.

"Slow down Naruto! First we need a plan. I'll go with to strategize!" Peter says with confidence as Trini nodded.

"Alright, well sun's down...who do you think he'll have out?" Zack asks

"At this point anyone!" Yelena says as the gates open and Naruto, Peter and Thor enter the battle arena.

The Grandmaster hovers in the air with a smirk.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the second round of the Tournament of Champions has BEGUN! presenting on this corner, Spider Man, Naruto and Thor! And coming into the arena..." The Grandmaster said with a smirk as he pointed at three hulking beings entering the arena.

"Venom!" Grandmaster announced as the first hulking monster of a creature with sharp teeth, white eyes with no cornea' and a similar insignia on his chest to Spider Man as his tongue wiggles around his mouth.

"Snacks!" Venom said as he smiled

"The giver of pain himself...Vilgax!" Grandmaster announced the next being, an alien creature with a warrior build, tentacles for a beard and a snear that would kill someone just by looking at it with beaming red eyes with a scar on the right eye.

"Oh man...maybe we're biting more than we can chew?" Naruto says as Vilgax cracks his knuckles.

"And the Master of the Universe...He-Man!" Grandmaster pointed at another being that was human, had a physique as if he were built by a Greek god, wearing barbarian-esque style clothing and blonde hair that made even Thor shake his head with a sword in his right hand.

"Prepare to die!" Venom shouts as he lunged at Peter.

"Woah!" Peter says as he flips out of the way. Venom creates a scythe out of his hand and try's to slice Peter's head clean off as he picks him up.

"I've been waiting for this for a LONG time! I wonder what a SPIDER'S BRAIN tastes like!" Venom asks sarcastically as he opens his mouth. Peter struggles as he fights free and punches Venom as his hand seeps into his chest

"Ewww, GROSS!" Peter says as he gets his hand free as Peter wipes off the mysterious goo.

Thor and He-Man do battle as Thor slams Stormbreaker on his sword as the later slides Thor away to gain distance

Thor then blasts a stream of lightning at He-Man only for him to block it with his sword as he plants his feet firmly into the ground sliding back slightly.

As Naruto attempts to aid Peter, Vilgax grabs him.

"Let me go fishface!" Naruto says as Vilgax squints at him.

"You DARE insult me child!" Vilgax says as he chokeslams him to the ground.

As Vilgax attempts to punch Naruto, he bursts into smoke as multiple clones of Naruto charges and attacks Vilgax.

"What trickery is this?" Vilgax asks as Naruto conjurors a blue aura engulfs his hand as he tries to strike it against Vilgax's back, Vilgax grabs Naruto's hand and chuckles.

"It'll take MORE than cheap tricks to defeat ME!" Vilgax says as his eyes glow red as a boulder hits his head.

"What the?" Naruto asks as Vilgax releases Naruto from his grip as Peter webs his eyes blinding him as Naruto conjours another blue aura around his hand.

"RASANGAN!" Naruto shouts as he drives the blue ball of energy into Vilgax chest as he shouts in pain and flies into the wall.

"Vilgax has been eliminated!" Grandmaster says as Vilgax descends into a beam of light.

"Ok, ideas on how to take down goo guy?" Naruto asks

"Thor I have an idea! Cap, I'ma need your shield right now!" Peter says as Cap throws his shield at Peter who grabs it

"Thor! Hit the shield." Peter says as Thor hits it making a bell like sound that causes Venom to split revealing a human man.

"STOP THAT!" Venom says as he grabs Peter.

"Forget this, I'm going to rip your head off!" Venom says as Naruto blows some fire onto Venom as he seeps back into the body of a human man

"Uh...Venom? What's going on here?" The man asked.

"We're outnumbered fool, I wouldn't take the chance!" Venom said through his chest.

"Ok? I surrender?" The man said being beamed in a bright light as Peter sighed as a part of Venom wiggles it's way back into the gates.

"So it's just him?" Naruto asks breathing heavily.

"I think we can take him" Peter said as He-Man slashes his sword at the trio which they dodge as Thor drops Stormbreaker and He-Man drops his sword as they fight in hand to hand combat.

Thor throws He-Man in the wall as he struggled but a knee to the gut catches him by surprise.

"They're pumbling each other!" Peter says as Thor throws He Man into the wall as he picks him up and headbutts him. He-Man grabs his sword and slashes at Thor's armor as Thor punches him in the air and summons a bolt of lightning that stuns He-Man.

Thor walks up to him as He-Man transforms into a an average teenager.

"He-Man has been eliminated! Our heroes win!" Grandmaster says as He-Man disappears in a beam of light. Naruto wipes his head.
