Reviews from previous chapter:
Ulrich362:
Fair enough on that Yuto and Shay, it makes sense... also I'm guessing that means you aren't sure Dan which is perfectly fine.
Moving onto the chapter, I think you're jumping to conclusions on that prediction Aura... it is a fateful meeting for you with someone who will be very important but I don't think it's going to be a romantic meeting, the Lovers Arcana doesn't just mean romance after all. Though wow I'm surprised Ricardo didn't sneeze at that thought from Yuya... if only he knew what Dan was going up against at that moment... an entire Pendulum Deck and one not even from LID... though yeah really nice entrance Yuya... not the kind of impression you want on Aura and it definitely won't help her desire for a romantic soulmate in your duel. Aura might not have started with much but for her deck a single set monster can be devastating and she's a master at utilizing her flip monsters. As far as Ritual Summoning, yeah it's not used nearly as much as the other mechanics but it can still be a pain to deal with and Aura's Tarotrei definitely proved that in this duel alongside Bibliomuse, a very useful support for Aura's deck... she's no pushover. Though like always the ever faithful Kuriboh archetype saves someone from the brink of defeat... weakest card in the game... not even close. Terotrei and Tarotreith are a dangerous combo and Aura's definitely taking a strong lead in this duel... Stargazer and Timegazer might be able to keep spell and trap cards from blocking a Pendulum Monster's attack but monster effects are something else entirely and Aura took full advantage of that, very nice. Though it was truly a miracle that Yuya both survived her last attack and the chandelier oh and of course debuting a Fusion Monster which caught everyone off guard. He pulled off a miracle and managed to win the duel... though he might not survive Zuzu's fan. Keep that lesson in mind Dan, do not make Zuzu angry. As for the crystal ball shattering, that doesn't seem good, hopefully everything works out? Amazing chapter, looking forward to the update.
Okay here are the questions:
Questions 1 from Ulrich362:
(To Aura)
Your a natural with Flip and Ritual Summoning, was it difficult to become the top duelist at your school using those? You have my respect for mastering them both to such an amazing degree
Aura: Well yeah. At first Flip Summoning, and Ritual together was a long, and difficult road to master but it became second nature eventually. I just wish my canon self was given as much love as bopdog does.
bopdog111: Well you deserve it girl.
Question 2 from StardustLive5:
(To Yuri)
Before you planning capture Chie like you did to Rin and Lulu, are you up for duel against her?
Yuri: Obviously. I dueled the two of them before I brought them with me to the Professor.
Okay we are here for another qualification duel for Dan everyone. But that won't be the only event in this chapter here. Nope, also along with them is the 3 on 1 between Kit, Julia, and Dipper against Shay as the highlight of the chapter given how important it is, and mostly cause it'll be the true first time for Dipper to duel as he never dueled once in the original which was a mistake I made. Well time to fix that here, and we will see how it goes as the Game Board Duelist will be a quick, and fast customer for Dan to duel against. No-one wasting time here, time to see.
Disclaimer: I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! as a whole but I own any OCs! ENJOY!

"Okay, we are all qualified! Let's have a party to celebrate!"
Everyone had exited Fortune Prep together with Aura as well but thankfully off of Yuya for now. After all of that, they had managed to talk to Yuya about the situation back at Melodic Opera where Yuya was shocked that someone like Ricardo can Pendulum Summon wondering how that was possible. Zuzu also told Yuya that Dan has a monster like Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon as a monster that can revive itself when destroyed by the opponent's effect but also make itself stronger to 8000 ATK.
That bit took Yuya, Aura, and the three kids off guard when they heard about not only someone other than Yuya, or Declan able to Pendulum Summon but also that Dan had a powerful Xyz Monster such as that. What really takes them though is that Ricardo gained the Solfachord Pendulum monsters from someone who had seemingly perfected the formula of Pendulum Summoning without Yuya, and given it to him as a test one where Ricardo felt it's meant to test Dan. Test him for what? They didn't had much time to think as they were late for Yuya's match.
"Sora, it's too early for that." Sora turned to Yuya who held a frown towards him. While they were discussing Sora wanted to celebrate that they were all in the Arc-League but Yuya pointed out that wasn't the case quite yet. "Me, and Dan still aren't qualified yet. I only need 1 more win but Dan still needs 3."
"Well, I already ordered a cake, so can we still have that party?"
"No, not only we had enough wins!"
"Actually, speaking about that." Nico was also with them as he had been so impressed with Yuya Fusion Summoning, and knew he made the right choice to help Yuya. It's Dan however that's the subject for his topic as they looked towards him. "See, I had found another duel for Dan so he will probably have 4 wins soon. The Duel School's not far, I can take you all there right now."
"Oh yeah, more of a chance to see Dan's skills." Sora, despite suspicions over Dan with first the Synchro Monster with 2 Tuners, and then that Number Xyz Monster, is eager to see what else Dan has hidden with a grin. "Party can wait then!"
"Party has to wait regardless."
Zuzu looked at her Polymerization card while not being distracted by the argument. She still remembered the words of the guy that defeated Dan in a duel, that Polymerization doesn't suit her. How could it not? She started learning it to protect her friends, her Duel School, and to win against Julia the next time they duel each other. So why did he say it doesn't really suit her? Suddenly as she turned to head to the Duel School, she noticed someone nearby. It was Julia who was looking around for something.
She hasn't seen her since that time when they were encountered by Shay, and Yuto when Shay mistaken her for 'Lulu', and had assumed Zuzu knew about something. She obviously didn't know anything, and when her Bracelet reacted to Yuya approaching them, Yuto and Shay were gone. So she thinks Julia is trying to look for Shay. And she needed to help her so she looked over towards everyone. "Sorry everyone, I need to do something! Laundry to mail, and stamps to wash!"
"What?" That sentence confused Dan as they turned, seeing Zuzu quickly running off. "What is she talking about?"
"She probably has something important to do." Alie suggested.
"Well she's gone, which means me, and Yuya-booya can be alone together, and discuss our love life now!" Aura hugs Yuya's arm tight with a lovey-dovey smile which Yuya sweat-dropped from this looking awkward as the others stared over feeling a bit weirded out. They know she is head-over-heels for Yuya as after the whole situation with Zuzu smacking him with her fan had cooled off, and he had explained that she had seen him as her soul mate from her prediction about him before they dueled.
Dan, having heard she was a fortune-teller, had reminded him of one of the most dangerous opponents ever known in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Universe known as the Light of Destruction who had possessed a Fortune Teller named Sartorius who is arguably one of the most toughest duelists in the universe due to his Arcana Force Deck representing Tarot Cards, and the Arcana of each Tarot card with a dangerous streak of it reaching it's Coin Toss Flip Effects with their always landing on heads even with it's Field Spell, Light Barrier, that can benefit him.
The Light of Destruction sure is one opponent Dan DOES NOT want to mess with.
She had asked Dan if she wanted her to predict his fortune but he said he would rather not, feeling his own destiny should be his to find out, and discover for himself which she had no problems against. But now they find that she became a sorta addition to their company here other side from Gong who seemed to be doing something right around now. Actually, what is Gong doing at this point instead of coming to see Dan, or Yuya's duels?
"Tell me again why you're with us."
Aura only chuckled at Yuya's question as they headed to follow Nico towards the Duel School he was talking about.

Zuzu was running to head after Julia but the girl was running towards a direction, and entered an alleyway while hearing Julia is talking to someone.. Zuzu follows but sees no-one. Still she ran down to try catching Julia before it's too late only for someone to get in front of her.
"Stop."
Zuzu was surprised that someone got in front of her. It was the masked Yuto, who was the person who told her Polymerization doesn't suit her. She widened her eyes from this as he looked over towards her. If he's here then... Shay must be nearby as well, and who Julia is talking to right now. Which means she needs to get in there.
"Turn around, and walk away." Yuto spoke towards her. "I can't let you interfere with my comrade's duel with that girl."
"Comrade?" Zuzu questioned blinking. Then she widened her eyes realizing who he was talking about looking at him. "Then he's about to duel Julia?" Zuzu then looks worried. She knows Shay is dangerous, and needs to stop him so she tries to convince Yuto to have him stop Shay. "You've got to get in there, and stop the duel! He'll listen to you to stop! Before it's too late!"
"I'm sorry, it's already too late." Yuto spoke over, narrowing his eyes in regret that she stepped back. "Now leave." Zuzu looked over towards her arm once he said that. Julia is in danger right now, and if something happens to her, she will never live it now. So despite what Yuto advised, Zuzu ran over towards the duel, almost going past him when he grabbed her wrist. "Stop! If you interfere, you will be in danger like her." She turned towards him, blinking from this. Why is he worried about her? Shouldn't he be more concerned with his comrade?
"What do you mean, I will be in danger?" Zuzu narrowed his eyes towards him. If he is going to stop her, then she will gladly try to get him out of the way. "That some kind of threat?" Yuto blinked surprised from this as Zuzu freed her arm from his hand turning towards him with a stern gaze to get some answers. "Tell me then, is she really in danger right now?" Seeing his eyes moving down to the ground suddenly finding it interesting not answering her gaze looked sterner. "That's what I thought, I need to help her."
"You can't," Yuto turned back towards her. He needs to have her understand that this isn't her battle to fight, and trying to get into it would have them label her as an enemy. And there's also suspicion from Shay that she is an imposter of Lulu, which he doesn't think she is, so he needs to keep innocent casualties from happening. "as I said, it's already too late."
"Well then, why don't you tell me then? Who are you two, and what do you both want?"
"That answer is complicated, Zuzu. We have enemies, and one of our friends was kidnapped by them." Yuto spoke over the simple version of why they were hunting Leo Students. He looked up towards the sky while he spoke of this towards her. "My comrade, and I, will do anything to find her, and bring her back."
'Her'? What is he talking about? Zuzu doesn't recall a girl being kidnapped, and they do look really keen on finding said girl. But then Zuzu realized something, when Shay saw her, he had called her 'Lulu', and was asking her things she wasn't sure how to answer until Yuto punched his gut to restrain him knowing she isn't who they are talking about. "Her... you mean Lulu?" That question caught Yuto's attention as he turned back to her with widened eyes. "When your friend saw me, he called me by that name. Is she the friend that was kidnapped? Do I look like her or something?"
"About that..." Yuto reached, and removed his mask which allows her to see his resemblance towards Yuya. "When I first saw you in the storehouses that time, I thought you were Lulu. Your resemblance towards her is eerily the same as hers. But when I saw you learning how to Fusion Summon with the Polymerization card, I knew you weren't her. She wouldn't do that."
"How come?"
"Fusion is the weapon used by those who attacked us." Yuto sees no reason why he shouldn't explain it. He watches Zuzu's face turn to shock when she hears of that. Yuto knows about Fusion Summoning within his home world, and despite several people in his world using Fusion (one such example being the strongest Duelist of his home) their invaders used it to overwhelm them. So they abandoned Fusion Summoning so they wouldn't confuse each other as enemies, and make the resistance into civil war when they are already so weakened as it is. "Anyone who uses it, is an enemy of ours. But you, you're no enemy, not a part of the Leo Institute in any way."
Zuzu looked shocked from this before her face looked troubled holding a hand to her chest. His home was attacked, and the invaders used Fusion Summoning to attack them? But... that doesn't mean Fusion is inherently evil, should it? "But I use Fusion... to become a better Duelist, to protect my school, and my friends. Is that wrong, how's that make me dangerous?"
Yuto looked surprised by this. She is using Fusion to protect her friends, and allies? That's like what they are doing. Maybe he should've thought about it a bit more, he still recalls when the strongest Duelist from his home can Fusion Summon, and to keep everyone from going to Civil War had removed Fusion Summoning from their Decks. But that Duelist is the strongest Duelist, and had evolved by going pure Xyz (well maybe not pure Xyz) so what he is saying is having her think she's also an enemy. "So you are protecting your friends? We are as well. That's the entire reason why we are fighting. We're fighting for our people, for Lulu, and for friends. We don't have a choice, we must do it. So Zuzu, if you get into this battle, then make sure you do what you can to survive. This is a large war that can rock the Dimensions as we know it even when you Fusion Summon. It's the weapon from our enemy, but you are protecting your friends." He gave a soft smile towards her. "And I admire that. It's what we must do, for a better world."
Zuzu gasped over hearing his words. Dimensions? Worlds? What is he talking about? He isn't making any sense but... is he saying he came from a different Dimension? That would largely explain why his appearance resembles Yuya, a different version of himself, and can Xyz Summon like a master. Does this mean that Lulu... is Yuto's world version of herself?
"And for a better tomorrow... and as one of my best friends would put it, 'High Five the Sky'." Yuto chuckled to himself when he said that having fond memories of the person who said that.
"...That sounds dumb."
"It's how his father motivates him to never give up." Yuto shrugged before he then smiled back. "You, and Lulu have a lot in common, Zuzu." He turned starting to walk off which she widened her eyes reaching an arm as a wind happened blowing at her as she yelped surprised. Yuto turned back towards her. "Lulu is my comrade's sister, I almost forgot to mention. His name is Shay. And we will find her no matter what it takes."
"Wait... what about you!? I don't know your name, or why you dueled Dan that day!"
"My name is Yuto... and as for that match... I thought he was a comrade of ours who was also hurt... but he's someone different, I had to see for myself."
With those last parting words the wind grew stronger which when Zuzu looked over when it cleared away saw Yuto was gone. She looked around not seeing anyone around, she was alone in an alleyway. He had told her some really important things, such as the people that attacked Yuto, Shay, and Lulu's home had used Fusion Summoning to attack them, and had kidnapped Lulu for some reason. And she now knows the reason why Yuto dueled Dan, to see what he can do after mistaking him for one of the survivors within their home. So why are they assuming those attackers are here where they are?
Seeing the time on her Duel Disk, she widened her eyes. She turned back where Julia came from, and saw someone having an LID Badge had passed the other side of the alleyway with red, and blue lights. While she, and Yuto had been talking, someone must've arrived to help Julia with Shay. She hopes she's okay... now she has a duel to catch so she ran to see if she can reach Dan's match in time.
"Whoa..."
"Yeah, whoa."
It was the sound of Tate, and Sora after everyone entered the Duel School where Dan's next opponent is. Looking around they see board games all around the area like Chess, Backgammon, Sorry!, even Shogi. Nico had explained that this Duel School, Gaming Way Duel School, utilizes Decks centered around Board Games. And seeing it for themselves, it was correct including using Dice Related cards to make up for some Board Game Decks having dice as a part of their charm.
"As you can see, Gaming Way uses all kinds of Board Games as their selected Decks." Nico spoke towards them. "Probably every Board Game you think of is a Deck here, and the students here not only practice dueling they also bond with the Board Games based off of them by playing them together."
Wow, a Duel School that not only teaches people to bond by gaming with old style board games but also duel each other as if playing the Board Games themselves from their Decks? That's really unique, and a really interesting way to go about it. Which makes Dan a bit excited to see his opponent. He used to play some Board Games mostly Monopoly, or Jumanji (even seen the classic film himself, he doesn't like the new films with Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Dwayne Johnson) before he had discovered Yu-Gi-Oh! so this'll be a nice nostalgia trip.
"Nico, I can see you are here." they turned over where two people were walking over. One was a woman with black hair to her shoulders with a dress with cards designed on it like trivia cards some board games have. The person beside her was a boy about Yuya's age with the same hair color, and some freckles on his face. His attire kind resembles a Chess Piece or actually looks like multiple chess pieces on a chess board set, and one pants sleeve being black, and the other being white. "So his opponent is here?"
"Yes, ma'am." Nico turned over towards Dan explaining to the young boy. "Dan, these two are the Principal, and your opponent. They are Mrs. Marco, and her son, Ron."
Dan turned towards them, bowing to them. "Nice to meet you ma'am, and sir. I am Dan Kizami, I am from You Show Duel School."
"Oh, it's been a while since we had the pleasure of being with You Show." Mrs. Marco smiled, chuckling over. "Despite what had happened those years ago, we never believed Yusho as the coward people say he is. We are sure he must have good reasons why he had left." That part made Yuya feel great, that people are still supporting his father even after all these years. Despite everything he, and his mother went through, he knows that his father will be back one day, one of these days so the least he can do is still have a smile. "I'm sure as Nico already said, you will be dueling my son Ron."
Ron himself stares at Dan before he lowered his head in a bow. "It's nice to meet you." He looked back up before he gestured to the Duel Field. "Come along now, time to start."
"Sorry about that, he's not the social type." Mrs. Marco spoke as Dan, and Ron moved to the Dueling Field. She then smiled towards the crowd. "But once you see him in action, you'll be surprised by how well he can duel."
"Oh I wonder what kind of Board Game his Deck is about! Maybe Monopoly?"
"No, I think it will be Uno!"
"I think it will be Scrabble!"
Seeing the You Show Trio excited about this Yuya, Sora, and Aura chuckled over this themselves. They are also curious what kind of Board Game that Ron's Deck is like, and are wondering what he can do if he is dueling Dan. From the types of moves, and abilities they have seen or heard from him so far, they wonder how he would fare against this type of opponent.
"Well children, if you're excited why don't I give you the best seats in the house?" Mrs. Marco offered them that they perked up which she chuckled at. They walked together where all of them were in an area just looking ahead as she raised an arm. "We here at Gaming Way Duel School are proud to bond over between games! These games make us the people who we are, and the type of people we become by getting together for fun, and enjoying each other's company! Now it's time for us to bond again this time with You Show Duel School for us to reconcile with them! Now let us begin this fun time!" She snapped her fingers as a card appeared. "Which will take place in the Action Field, Chesscapade!"
Chesscapade
Action Field Spell
You can use Action Cards, but you can only have 1 Action Card in your hand.
"Augmented reality combat system energized. Generating Action Field."
The Field lit up as everything appeared around them while Dan looked around. He sees this Action Field is Chess themed as evident by the floorboard being the chess board of white, and black squares with numerous chess pieces around them that seemed to act as stairways or vantage points. On the other hand, the walls, and ceiling are completely gray.
"I think both this, and what this guy is wearing is pretty evident what Deck he is using." Sora, of course, has experience with Chess. He often played the game with someone back at his home as it supposedly helped them figure out complex strategies, and ways to be creative. It certainly held fruit given how he is right now.
"Chess... quite a complicated game to learn." Aura spoke as she held her crystal apple in her hands staring ahead. "Would this mean his Deck plays like it?"
"We won't know until we find out." Yuya admitted while they watched ahead.
Dan looked around seeing the field. "Never thought Chess would be a big part of a duel here..." He then turned over towards Ron who was silently staring before he smiled. "Well it's nice to be dueling you today. I hope for a great match between each other, so I will not hold back!"
"Indeed. I won't be either." Ron spoke. "I suppose you're ready to begin?" Dan nodded while Ron activated his Duel Disk. Then he cleared his throat starting off. "Duelists locked in battle!"
"Kicking the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!" Dan followed through with a smile having grown familiar to the Action Duel Chant now after rehearsing several times with Yuya while they were making their way here. "They storm through this field!"
"Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!" Ron added following through with the next part.
"ACTION...!" everyone in the audience started as Nico raised his hand to snap his fingers.
"DUEL!" Nico snapped them which made the Action Cards scatter around.

Let the duel commence!
"Guys!" They turned seeing Zuzu had arrived after running all the way here. She takes a couple of breaths before raising up. "Sorry, I didn't miss the duel did I?"
"No, it just started Zuzu." Yuya assured her smiling. "Dan's against this guy who has Chess like cards, and is the Principal's son."
"What'd you run off for?" Sora couldn't help asking Zuzu wondering why she had ran off like that.
"Oh uh... I seen Julia, and thought she needed help. She's getting some help though, so I had to make sure not to hinder them." She mostly spoke the truth, as she wanted to see if Julia was alright but from seeing that LID Student, and ambulance lights, she knew Julia is getting some help herself. She hopes she'll recover fine. Plus doesn't want anything worrying when people like Nico, and Mrs. Marco are here as knowing about Yuto can do more harm then good.
"He's starting first." Hearing Tate speak this the three turned over towards the duel wondering how this will go.
Ron 1st Turn:
"Since you are in my Duel School, I will go first." Ron said towards Dan who nodded over not having any problems with that. Checking over his hand Ron nodded. From the way this is, he can do a lot against Dan, and end this pretty fast. So he takes a card and places it on the field. "I start by summoning Puppet Rook in Attack Position."
Appearing in front of him was a small warrior that has gray armor with the helmet shaping as a rook chess piece. It has no face seemingly in the shape of a Pawn Piece with armor in design like a Chess Board, white, and black squared readied on the field.

Warrior/Effect
ATK: 1200
DEF: 1800
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can change this card to Defense Position, and if you do, send 1 EARTH Warrior monster from your Deck to your GY. Monsters your opponent controls that can attack must attack this card. Once per turn, when this card is targeted for an attack: You can target 1 Level 6 or higher EARTH Warrior monster in your GY; send this card from the field to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon that monster, then change the attack target to it.
"When I summon this card, I change it to Defense Position." Ron moved Puppet Rook's card to horizontal which Puppet Rook crossed its arms to defend.
Puppet Rook: (Defense Position)
"After that, I take an EARTH Warrior monster from my Deck, and put it in the graveyard." Ron checks his Deck, showing the card as some kind of monster as a queen before slipping it in his graveyard. Taking another card he shows it as a Continuous Spell which resembles a wasteland battlefield with a sword, and lone gauntlet. "Then I activate the spell, Battlefield Tragedy."
(face-up)
Battlefield Tragedy
Continuous Spell Card
During your Main Phase 2, if no monsters battled each other this turn: You can discard 1 card; Set 1 "Battlefield Tragedy" directly from your Deck to your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "Battlefield Tragedy" once per turn. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if any monsters battled each other this turn: The turn player sends 5 cards from the top of their Deck to the GY.
"Right now its effect isn't important." Ron spoke before he placed down a card. "I end my turn with a card face-down."
Ron's Hand: 2/Field: Puppet Rook (Defense Position), Battlefield Tragedy (face-up), One Set Card
Dan 1st Turn:
"A monster in Defense Position, and a set card... that's pretty much a classic move to do, and one so predictable to set up for a trap." Sora frowned having encountered this many times in his line of work. Usually this is where people could guess already what this type of duelist is planning by doing a trap when they attack a monster. So far his expectations of this guy just lowered.
"I wouldn't think of him lightly, Sora. That monster he sent to the graveyard, must be important." Yuya however has a different opinion with a frown. He wouldn't underestimate any opponent, and although this was a classic move, there are always reasons why. Not to mention this guy's spell... it's dangerous, he wasn't sure why though.
"Okay my turn! Draw!" Dan decides to not pay any mind towards this drawing. (Dan's Hand: 54/60) He checks his hand to see what he can do. He can feel this will be a difficult duel so he better not play this lightly. Seeing Power Giant, Chain Resonator, Resonator Call, Reject Reborn, Powerful Rebirth, and Resonator Engine in his hand he knows what he has to do first. So he takes, Resonator Call starting with this. "Okay, first I activate Resonator Call!"
Resonator Call
Normal Spell Card
Add 1 "Resonator" monster from your Deck to your hand.
"I take a Resonator from my Deck, and add it to my hand!" Dan searched his Deck adding Dark Resonator to his hand. (Dan's Deck: 53/60) Taking Chain Resonator's card he slips it in the graveyard placing Power Giant on the field. "Then next by discarding Chain Resonator from the hand, I can summon my Power Giant!"
Power Giant rose onto the field readying for whatever Dan wants it for.

"Power Giant's level is lowered by the Level of the card I sent to the graveyard. Since Chain Resonator's Level 1, I can lower it by 1!"
Power Giant: (LV: 6 - 1 = 5)
"And then afterward, I can summon this little guy from my hand! Dark Resonator!" Dan shows the card summoning it which allowed Dark Resonator to manifest onto the field.

(LV: 3 + 5 = 8)
"Dragon Born from the Magic of the Archfiend's! Press through, and from your own will defend those you care about! Synchro Summon! Level 8, Red Dragon Archfiend!"
From the flames emerged his Synchro Deck's signature card, the Red Dragon Archfiend roaring above him to battle.

During your End Phase: Destroy all other monsters you control that did not declare an attack this turn. Monsters Summoned after your Battle Phase are excluded from this effect. This card must also remain face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.
Ron looked up with a blink. This kid can Synchro Summon? Well this is certainly surprising. But oh well, the matter the type of monsters he has, what awaits him here, will be something he can't break against.
"Still not using his Fusion Deck." Zuzu sees that Dan still using anything but his Red-Eyes Deck. Still trying to improve the Decks to be certain before he can use his Red-Eyes Deck it seems. And her guess, the next duel will allow them to see his Fusion Deck again.
"I am curious what kind of surprising moves Dan can use with his Fusion Deck. So we're gonna have to wait on that for a while longer." Yuya agreed, having been told that Dan had used his Hieratic Deck again against Ricardo instead of his Red-Eyes Deck. Although he is wondering about the monster he had been told, Red Nova Dragon that can use 2 Tuners to summon something hoping he will see it himself.
"Okay battle!" Dan called pointing ahead. "Red Dragon Archfiend, attack with Absolute Power Force!" Red Dragon Archfiend readied roaring as it charged in with a flaming fist towards Puppet Rook.
"When you attack Puppet Rook, I can send it to the graveyard to summon a Level 6 or higher EARTH Warrior monster from my graveyard, and force you to attack it instead." Puppet Rook looked as the graveyard portal opened where it jumped into it forcing Red Dragon Archfiend to stop as they blink from this. Ron takes a card from his graveyard revealing it as the Queen he sent a while ago. "I will summon the Puppet Queen from the graveyard!"
Raising up from the graveyard portal rose a large figure. She has the same design as Puppet Rook such as appearance of her body, and head with it white, and black squared with her head in the shape of a Pawn piece. She is wearing a golden crown while having a scepter in her right hand, the same crown at the top, and a jewel at the bottom and a shield that's gold rimmed with it being black, and white squared. Alongside it was a symbol of a crown, a Queen Crown like the one on her belt.

You can only use this effect of "Puppet Queen" once per turn.
"Huh, that kinda reminds me of the castling move you do in chess." Sora admitted that the You Show kids turned to him confused. Seeing this he explained to them. "Castling is a special move within Chess where the King can move 2 spaces forward while the Rook takes the space it was on. It has some conditions for that to happen though. When you do it with a King it's called kingside while the Queen has it called queenside."
"2200 points..." Dan spoke to himself before pointing ahead. "Well due to Puppet Rook's effect, I must attack it! So, Red Dragon Archfiend attacks Puppet Queen!" Red Dragon Archfiend charges in roaring towards Puppet Queen.
Ron takes a card from his hand. "When Puppet Queen is summoned, I take 1 Level 7 EARTH Warrior monster from my hand or graveyard, and summon it." He places the card down, raising an arm. "Come to the field, Puppet King!" This time raising beside Puppet Queen was another royal figure with the same design of black, and white squares on his body and shoulder plates alongside a large red cape. There is also a crown with the same colors of white, and black on it, and have a scepter in his hand. Unlike Queen, and Rook, this one has eyes, and a beard.

Puppet Queen: (ATK: 2200 + 1000 = 3200)
Puppet King: (ATK: 2800 + 1000 = 3800)
Widening his eyes Dan knew he had a chance to stop his attack. "Red Dragon Archfiend, hold your attack!"
"Not so fast!" Dan looked over where Ron had revealed a trap card on his field which shows of a graveyard that has smoke raising out of it.
Call of the Haunted
Continuous Trap Card
Activate this card by targeting 1 monster in your GY; Special Summon that target in Attack Position. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster. When that monster is destroyed, destroy this card.
"When the Puppet Queen summoned Puppet King, my Call of the Haunted also called on Puppet Rook from the graveyard." Ron spoke as Puppet Rook rose from the graveyard. And as it was summoned in addition to Puppet King, Puppet Queen's effect had also given it 1000 points.
Puppet Rook: (Attack Position/ATK: 1200 + 1000 = 2200/Call of the Haunted)
Call of the Haunted: (Puppet Rook)
"And due to the effect of Puppet Rook any monster you have must attack Puppet Rook if they can." Dan widened his eyes as Red Dragon Archfiend was forced to attack Puppet Rook as it readied before Red Dragon Archfiend struck its claw down on Puppet Rook destroying it without mercy as Ron raised an arm. (Ron: 3200/Hand: 2)
All of You Show blinked from this. Why'd he summon two strong monsters, summon a weaker one, and have Dan be forced to battle it? Wouldn't it make more sense to just save that trap for later when you can use it to defend yourself?
Dan grunted, not sure what he's up to but checked his hand. He isn't sure what Ron is planning but must be careful. With that in mind he sets a card to end it here. "I place 1 card face-down, and end my tur-"
"At this moment the effect of Battlefield Tragedy activates." Ron spoke up suddenly that they paid attention, surprised there is more. "Since our monsters battled this turn, at the End Phase of that turn, the turn player must send the top 5 cards of their Deck to the graveyard. It's your turn which means you send your top 5."
Dan blinked from this before taking his top five cards showing them all, and slipped each one in his graveyard. (Dan's Deck: 48/60)
"Was that his plan? To force Dan to send his cards to the graveyard each time he battles?" Allie still looked confused on what Ron's strategy is, not sure if what he is doing is right.
"It also means that if Ron attacks he takes the effect as well." Zuzu frowned at this. "He's putting both of them at risk like that." She has some suspicions about what kind of Deck Ron runs but if she's right then this will get ugly fast.

Ron 2nd Turn:
"It's my turn now, I draw." Ron drew checking as they braced themselves. "I move to my Battle Phase." They readied as Dan moved to try getting an Action Card so he can protect his dragon. He ran up the stairs of the Pawn Chess Piece, and just as when he was about to grab the Action Card he heard Ron speak. "And I end the battle."
"What!?" Everyone from You Show, and Aura dropped down anime-style when they heard that. Dan also stumbled on a step in shock as he looked over towards Ron, confused who had grabbed an Action card himself.
"What!?" Sora yelled getting up. Ron had the chance to attack but he chose not to do it despite having 2 powerful monsters. "Dude, you had two monsters stronger than, Red Dragon Archfiend, and you didn't attack!? Why'd you let an opportunity slip by!?"
"It's because he isn't intending to attack." they turned to Mrs. Marco who starred over paying attention to her son. "Ron's Deck is different, it doesn't rely on attacking. Watch, and see." They turned over like she suggested as Ron then discarded his Action Card.
"I use the other effect of Battlefield Tragedy. During my Main Phase 2, if no monsters had battled each other this turn, I can discard a card to place a second Battlefield Tragedy from my Deck to my field face-down." Ron checks his Deck, and takes his found card placing it down before he then activated it. "And without delay, I activate it on my field."
Battlefield Tragedy: (face-up)
"Two?" Dan blinked, widening his eyes. So now instead of 5 cards it will be 10 cards they send if either of them attack. And as Ron used it when he didn't attack he managed to place a second copy onto the field for him to use. What is the strategy here though, it's like he's stalling for... time... too... Just then Dan finally realized what's going on, widening his eyes. "Wait, this strategy... it can't be-"
"Looks like you finally realized it, young man." Ron spoke to confirm this over. "The Deck I have is in fact a Mill Deck."
"Mill Deck... what is that?" Allie spoke confused, never hearing about that type of Deck.
"Let me tell you kids about how Ron's Deck works. He focuses on forcing his opponent to send their cards to the graveyard. Instead of focusing on Life Points, Ron's Deck allows him to force his opponents to send his there Deck to the graveyard." Nico took this chance to explain to them about Mill Decks. Even today there are still some duelists to never know about Mill Decks. "They're popular yet rare around here, and the goal of Mill Deck users is to empty their Decks as fast as possible. Their main strategy is to stall for time, and protect themselves so he can empty their Decks."
"But why is that, even if his opponent is out of cards, they can still duel can't they?"
"Actually that's not right Frederick." Zuzu spoke her suspicions confirmed with a frown. "When you run out of cards to draw for your Draw Phase, you lose automatically which is called a Deck-Out. All Mill Decks use this type of victory condition to win duels, and from how fast they can drain their opponent's Decks, that can happen quickly if they can stall their opponents long enough."
"So if this keeps up Dan will lose all his cards before he can win!" Tate realized that's bad as his Deck will quickly be drained from the pace this is going.
"That's not fair though all the work, and the strategies you worked in are gone!"
"Which is why Mill Deck users exist, to keep their opponents from using those strategies." Sora spoke over himself. He had encountered a Mill Duelist himself, and boy was he annoying. "So if Dan falls for that guys traps then he will have his Deck get smaller."
"So he can't attack so that his spell's effect won't activate?" Frederick asked hopefully if not attacking can give Dan a chance against this guy.
"He can... but then there is no way for Dan to win if he doesn't attack." Yuya this time was the one who explained it. "And not to mention this guy can also force Dan to battle if he uses Puppet Rook that way. So not attacking isn't an option. What Dan should do is land powerful attacks to deplete this guy's Life Points before he loses his Deck." The You Show Trio turned over worried for their classmate. From all of this, they hope Dan can beat Ron, and avoid losing all of his cards at once.
For Dan's Deck this was quite a predicament. It's not often he faces a Mill Deck User, and usually when people duel them in the anime they lose like X from GX who was defeated by ironically running out of cards, Mr. Armstrong or Trudge with his Worm Deck from 5D's, and Vector from ZEXAL. He has faced Mill Decks before in the past but unlike some archetypes, they are mishmash designed to stall, and force their opponent to draw or send their top cards. Like the Morphing Jar Deck that can force them to draw endlessly.
So although the obvious bit would be to avoid attacking to avoid Battlefield Tragedy's effect, Ron would have cards to force his opponents to battle. And besides, if he doesn't attack then he can't win. He needs to find a way out of this, and fast before his Deck runs out.
"I end my turn here." Ron spoke up with the second Battlefield Tragedy being his only move. At the very least his monsters got weaker from Puppet Queen's effect ending.
Puppet Queen: (ATK: 3200 - 1000 = 2200)
Puppet King: (ATK: 3800 - 1000 = 2800)
Ron's Hand: 3/Field: Puppet King (Attack Position), Puppet Queen (Attack Position), Battlefield Tragedy (face-up) x2
Dan 2nd Turn:
"Okay, I'm on the clock here." Dan grunted as he readied himself for this turn. Now's the chance to try and come back from this. "I draw!" He checked his drawn card. (Dan's Deck: 47/60) He sees his drawn card was Mad Archfiend. Useful against Defensive Moves but not what he needs right now. So he turned back towards the Action Card he almost grabbed, and ran taking it. "Alright battle! Red Dragon Archfiend, attack Puppet Queen! Absolute Power Force!" Red Dragon Archfiend charges in ahead towards Puppet Queen to quickly deal some damage against her. Dan sees his Action Card was Miracle which doesn't help for here but useful for later.
Ron however reveals a card in his hand. "I activate the effect of Rookie Warrior Lady in my hand! By sending this card from my hand to the graveyard any monster that battles a Warrior loses all of their attack points!"
"What?" Dan blinked in shock as, Red Dragon Archfiend was weakened considerably.
Red Dragon Archfiend: (ATK: 3000 - 3000 = 0)
"No-way!" Dan yelled as Red Dragon Archfiend thrust it's claw on Puppet Queen's shield which from the power difference was evident it's quickly losing. Dan quickly takes Miracle to activate it but pauses. Something is telling him that despite Ron's Deck being a Mill Deck he can't use Miracle quite yet. His instincts are telling him to keep Miracle for now although he would lose Red Dragon Archfiend if he does, and take a lot of damage. So with a heavy heart he listened to his instincts not using Miracle which allowed Puppet Queen to push back Red Dragon Archfiend, and smacked her scepter down on it which made it roar loudly on the field destroyed. (Dan: 1800/Hand: 4 (Action Card))
"He... lost his dragon." Allie spoke in shock that Dan's dragon was destroyed so easily like that.
"He looked like he was about to use that Action Card in his hand. But why didn't he?" Sora having seen Dan's conflict of using the Action Card but eventually didn't use it made him look confused wondering what's up.
"Dan also has no monsters, and half of his life points are gone." Aura spoke with a frown worried for him as well. "Even if it's a Mill Duelist that can be bad."
Dan slowly gets up grunting over it. His instincts to not use Miracle should be worth it now he has to find the reason. He looked around before then noticing a card in his hand. Reject Reborn. Which he then gasped. Of course, at the off-chance that Ron will attack, he can summon back Red Dragon Archfiend, and also make it stronger. So he takes the card and places it down. "I end my turn here."
"The effect of both my Battlefield Tragedies activate." Ron reminded him as both copies on his field glowed. "As a monster on each side of our fields battled this turn, they sent the top 5 cards of your Deck to the graveyard." Dan takes his top 10 cards showing them before he sends them all watching as they slipped in all together. (Dan's Deck: 37/60)
"Now he has 17 cards left!" Allie spoke worried seeing this at how shorter Dan's Deck just got.
Dan's Hand: 3 (Action Card)/Deck: 37/60/Field: Two Set Cards

Ron 3rd Turn:
"My turn again now." Ron drew, checking to see. Seeing the card he places it on the field. "I summon Puppet Pawn." Placing down a monster a new monster this time the Pawn Piece itself. It was small but it's body is somewhat large with the same design as the others with a short sword almost like a dagger in it's hand with a round shield that's black, and white squared like Puppet Queen's, and has only a rounded bronze helmet.

"This card can attack you directly even when you have a monster on the field." Ron spoke towards Dan.
"He summoned a monster that he will attack with? I thought his Deck doesn't rely on attacking as that will trigger Battlefield Tragedy's effect." No-one can blame Tate for being confused about this. They are too if they haven't already known one detail.
"Your right Tate, my son's Deck doesn't use attacking as a way to win." Mrs. Marco agreed with the young man. She herself had been confused when she had seen this before herself but she already knows what he's up too. "However, for that particular monster it's different. See Battlefield Tragedy's effect can only be applied if he attacks with a monster against one of Dan's own. Puppet Pawn can attack directly which gets around the effect for Ron to ignore as since it's attacking directly there's no opponent for it to fight."
"So he can attack without losing his cards? But why, if he focuses on emptying his opponent's Deck, why would he have a monster that can do that?" Allie couldn't help asking why Ron would need something like that as it seems pointless.
"That monster probably has an ability that helps when it attacks. Some monsters that can attack directly can have powerful effects when they deal damage so that's probably why he's using it." Sora spoke over, already having a guess why. "Not to mention if it lands a hit, even if draining his Deck wasn't the issue, he needs to worry about his Life Points if Dan doesn't beat him fast enough."
"And that can be a problem. Both dealing with losing his Deck, and his Life Points side by side." Zuzu agreed with a frown. "Which means this will get even more difficult."
"Battle." Ron started his battle before pointing ahead. "Puppet Pawn attacks directly!" Puppet Pawn readied charging in at Dan raising its dagger. Dan was ready, flipping his face-down. "I activate my face-down! Reject Reborn!" "After that I can summon a Tuner Monster, and a Synchro Monster back from the graveyard but without their abilities!" Two graveyard portals opened which Red Dragon Archfiend rose back alongside another card which was a small pink dragon. It's small but has yellow eyes, and long angelic like wings glowing in light.

Ron doesn't let it distract him from moving over, and takes an Action Card raising it up. "I activate Battlefield Tragedy's effect! During Main Phase 2 if monsters on our sides haven't battled each other, I discard a card to set, and activate another copy of Battlefield Tragedy!" Discarding his Action Card he sets, and activates a third Battlefield Tragedy.
Battlefield Tragedy: (face-up)
"Now he has all three... which means 15 cards." Tate spoke worried more. When Dan battles again, he will lose 15 cards, and almost his entire Deck.
"I place 1 card face-down, and activate the effect of Rookie Warrior Lady in my graveyard!" Ron added after setting a card. "I banished her to take Puppet Rook back to my hand." As it stands Powerful Rebirth can't assist, and with Mad Archfiend, Miracle, and Resonator Engine in his hand, he needs to get a Level 1 so that his plan can be carried out. So he takes a breath taking his top card, and draws. "I draw!" (Dan's Deck: 36/60)

Everyone stared at the shiny dragon in awe. This wasn't Red Nova Dragon, it was something else entirely. They didn't get much time to think as Dan pointed forward. "I activate Majestic Red Dragon's special ability! It negates the abilities of 1 monster on the field, and absorbs its attack points! Power Gain!" Majestic Red Dragon shot a beam of light which struck Puppet King, enveloping it in a large red crystal while Majestic Red Dragon powered up.

"6... 6800 ATK?" Ron stepped back staring in shock seeing how strong the dragon is now. If it attacks, it can wipe him out in one attack before Battlefield Tragedy can empty his Deck. Did Dan perhaps have instincts that allowed this to happen?
"Battle! Majestic Red Dragon attacks directly!" Ron grunted as Majestic Red Dragon charged in at Puppet King with it trapped. Ron quickly flipped his face-down. "I activate Battle Break!" A trap revealing 2 robots battling with an icon for not allowed on it over them.

"I don't have a monster in my hand." Dan spoke before then grinning as the effect failed to destroy Majestic Red Dragon that made Ron blink shocked. "However Majestic Red Dragon cannot be destroyed by card effects so Battle Break doesn't destroy it! And since it didn't, Battle Break doesn't end the battle phase!"
"Red Nova Dragon, and now this one can't be destroyed by an effect!?" Zuzu widens her eyes at the immunities Dan's monsters are having like this. If they get stronger like this, then Dan will have a monster that is immune to everything. Oh god, she hopes he doesn't actually have something like that.
"Ultimate Power Force!"
Majestic Red Dragon moved in quickly, tackling through Puppet King, and destroying it as Ron grunted being launched away yelling out landing nearby defeated by the hard attack.

Ron groaned as he slowly got up rubbing his head while the Action Field vanished around them. Dan stares over before he grinned, raising an arm up. "Oh yeah, I owned the zone!"
Tate, Allie, and Frederick cheered from this while Yuya, and Zuzu sighed together relieved that Dan managed to beat a Mill Deck User. That just leaves 2 Duelists left for Dan to battle, and qualify. If Dan can handle someone like a Mill Deck User then the next two will be tougher, and much more difficult. Nico looked over but had a smile himself. He had some kind of suspicion that Dan can handle a Mill Deck Duelist, and something like Majestic Red Dragon came out of nowhere like that... he thought by this point, he'd stop underestimating Dan but more, and more surprises are coming from him. He doesn't know how much more his heart can take, he's too young to die from shock.
"Well that was a great battle between you two." Mrs. Marco looked proud as they made their way back to them. Dan, and Ron looked towards her as she smiled. "I hope you both bonded really well here. The main goal for Board Games is to allow people to bond, and make precious memories with each other. Like Duel Monsters they have the goal of helping people bond."
"I certainly had bonded." Dan turned towards Ron with a smile. "I had a great time battling you Ron, you were tough, and really made me be on my toes to figure out what to do. I don't often go up against Mill Decks so it was fun while it lasted."
"You definitely surprised me with that Synchro Monster." Ron admitted towards him with a faint hint of a smile on him. "Should I last the turn, you ran out of cards, and all I had to do was pass." To their confusion Dan looks confused on him saying that. Ron blinked seeing the change of expression. "Is it something I said?"
"What do you mean by me running out of cards?"
"Well from that last turn you have 15 cards left so if I had survived the turn, then all three Battlefield Tragedies would send them all to the graveyard." Dan blinked from this. Then he started snickering to himself which confused them further. "Uh, what's so funny?"
"Sorry, it's just... you saying that was funny when I wouldn't really run out of cards." Dan spoke with still chuckling a little which further confused them. What exactly does he mean by he wouldn't run out? All of his cards would be gone at the end of that last turn, and he would lose then. Dan once he caught his breath cleared his throat before speaking. "Well... I still had more cards even if that was the case."
"What?"
"See the Decks I play," Dan spoke as he raised his Duel Disk where his Deck is for them to see. "they are no 40 card Decks. There are in fact 60 card Decks." Everyone blinked surprised from this while Allie, and Frederick looked confused from this. Dan seeing their expressions explained to them. "I use 60 card decks to gain more of an advantage, and have many resources available to use without the worry of quickly running low."
"I didn't know that Decks can go beyond 40 cards." Allie admitted to them. "Then how come we all don't play 60 card Decks?"
"You have less chances of drawing the cards you need to draw with that one." Tate explained why not many people use 60 card Decks all that often. Having more cards in your Deck would mean the chances of you drawing what you need, or can use would get lower, not to mention difficult to make a comeback. But from what they saw from Dan, he had seemed to build his Decks to the point where 60 card Decks are what he can use effectively.
"Yeah, but I managed to build my Decks to the point where I can manage to do with whatever hand I have instead of being hindered." Dan confirmed, smiling. "60 card Decks aren't for everyone but I managed to make the formula for me to use for myself, and it works well enough."
Well how about that...? Which would mean that even if Ron gets rid of 40 cards he would still have a problem to deal with, and if he kept hammering him away Ron would still lose. The thought that the outcome wouldn't change despite how fast he can get rid of Dan's cards from it being over 40 cards made Ron give a soft smile on his face. It was a good duel, not often people managed to work past his Mill Strategy. Maybe he should follow Dan's own formula of 60 cards, and have his Deck be stronger to handle more aggressive attacks, and not focus on Milling the entire time like he usually does. Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.
"Well then Dan." They turned towards Ron who smiled towards him. "The next time we duel, I will be stronger, and show what I learned from this experience. I will change to be better, and take you down next time."
"Looking forward to it." Dan accepted Ron's handshake, shaking hands while everyone smiled from this. Seems like Gaming Way's philosophy of bonding with each other through duels like Board Games really does hold true with both Dan, and Ron being friends, and promising a rematch at some point. They need to enjoy the good times cause pretty soon things will change, and not for the better.
Earlier...
Julia by herself having been seen, and lost by Zuzu, had exited the alleyway, and saw someone was waiting for her. It was Shay in a lone street as if he had been expecting her as he turned towards her. She grunted over from this clenching her hands. It's the guy she had encountered at the harbor while interrogating Zuzu, and Sora for information regarding the attacks including with Professor Marco, and she's for sure that he's who she is looking for. Now she's gonna make him regret messing with LID.
"So you alone?"
Julia grunted glaringly towards Shay when he started talking to her. Determined to get some answers she demanded towards him. "Tell me! Were you the one who had Professor Marco disappear!?"
"Who?"
"You know who I mean!" Julia snapped at Shay for not remembering him. He doesn't remember his past victims, which makes him even more cold-hearted, and remorseless than he truly is. "The top Professor of the Leo Institute's Fusion Course!"
Shay's eyes narrowed. Now he remembers, among the Fusion Duelists he had captured, there was a Professor among them who he battled personally to make him pay for his actions. He had thought for a top professor he would be a real challenge but boy was he disappointed. Gaia Decks fell out of place years ago. "Oh, that guy. I'd expected him to have me break a sweat but he was so weak. Pathetic, not even worth my time."
"Shut up!" Julia snapped with tears in her eyes glaring with all her rage at Shay. So he IS who had made Professor Marco disappear, and he's right in front of her! On top of that, he had just insulted him! The very same person who taught her Fusion Summoning, and helped her out of her depression when her mother died! There's no way she's gonna take that lying down, this guy can insult her all he wants but NEVER insult Professor Marco without a fight! "You have no right to talk to Professor Marco that way! He's the one who helped me become the person I am today, and I will not let you spit on his memory!"
"Is that a challenge? Why not show me how good his lessons are?" If she's a Fusion Duelist it's all the same to him. Probably some whiny brat who cares too much about others, and wants to prove herself. This is a war, he will teach her that those feelings will get you in a card or worse. In response to his offer, he sees her talking to her Duel Disk telling two people to quickly head to her location. "Calling some backup? You need more than 2 people to take me on, and match me."
"Oh it might be two people," Julia started with a grin towards him. "but all of LID already knows who you are, and you're probably on camera right now here!" She then points over towards him with a declaration. "But right here, we are personal with a grudge match! So we will take you down!"
"That's right!" Dipper jumped down beside her, having quickly responded to her call. "We won't let you continue to treat the Leo Institute like your playthings! We're gonna take you down right now!"
"That makes three of us!" Kit also quickly joined up beside Julia with a grin. He had been in the middle of helping Gong with something when he got Julia's message so he cut the lesson short, and headed over towards her location as fast as he could. Looks like he made it in time. "Glad we didn't miss the party, we hate to miss out on the action!"
"Guys, thanks for coming." Julia smiled towards her two fellow representatives as they nodded back grinning towards her. Then she turned towards Shay who doesn't look threatened by the fact he's outnumbered. "Now all three of us will take you on 3 on one! We will do Battle Royale rules so all three of us can battle you at the same time!"
"That's fine by me, just means less time to waste if I take you on one at a time." Shay spoke without having a problem with it. He had faced odds like this before, and despite being outnumbered, he likes these odds. As always his friends, and comrades when pushed back with these kinds of numbers will push on back, and lead the resistance to victory against their enemies. Plus allows him to measure if these three are really worth his time against him. "Then as the lone opponent I will proceed first, and you three will go after me. None of us can attack on the first turn. That fine with you all?"
"No objections with me." Dipper equips his Duel Disk with his usual arrogant smirk. If he had heard the rumors right then he uses Xyz Summoning, and him being the best of LID's Xyz Course he wouldn't have anyone give it a bad name, more than eager to teach him a lesson.
"Me too." Kit also had a grin as he put his own Duel Disk on. If they can get this guy before the enforcement team arrives, it would mean they would all be better than the best LID has to offer! Of course, at the same time being protectors of the school is a nice plus as well!
"Me three." For Julia's case while she readies her Duel Disk this isn't some glory mission, or a way to make a name for themselves. No this time it was personal.
When ready Shay activates his own Duel Disk but unaware to all of them someone was nearby watching the duel concerned. Julia had unintentionally let someone else know as well, and he's peeking out of a hiding spot nearby. It was a boy who had brown-hair with a cow-lick on his head with light blue bangs dotted around. He looked to be younger than Dipper, Kit, and Julia, and he has on a gray jacket has has some details with white buttons with a pocket on his left breast area. He is also wearing a blue tank-top underneath with simple blue pants having several pockets down the legs alongside brown sneakers. On the collar of his jacket was an LID Pin.
This was a boy who is also a part of their Top Representative Course, and although had been acknowledged by others, he wasn't within the School Duel as his own style wasn't well liked by others (including Henrietta despite her admitting his own style is a part of LID's charm). He is long friends with Julia, Kit, and Dipper, and he had been busy on qualifying himself so he wasn't present in Kit's duel against Dan. Indeed Julia had accidentally let him know as well, and he is watching nearby concerns for his fellow classmates.
'Dipper, Kit, Julia... I hope you three know what you're doing.' the boy spoke as he watched. He has 911 readied for him to call in case things get really ugly, and hopes that they can beat this guy or not be hurt too much.

Shay 1st Turn:
"As the lone opponent, I am first." Shay reminded them, already thinking of his strategy by showing a card. "To start I summon Raidraptor - Vanishing Lanius!"
Placing the card something appeared beside him which seemed to resemble a falcon like monster cawing loud. It looked like a cyborg bird with multiple jet engines on its body with its wings, and having spikes around its blue body with armor around it as well. It also has a single blue orb on its forehead acting as an eye with a red crest on its chest.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Raidraptor" monster from your hand.
"When this card is summoned, I summon another Raidraptor from my hand." Showing a card between his fingers Shay summoned the card. "Such as Raidraptor - Noir Lanius!"
Another bird in the shape of a blue jet turbine appeared on the field with yellow wings around alongside a black body, and the same crest like Vanishing Lanius on it's head. It also has a yellow orb on his chest.
(Attack Position)
Raidraptor - Noir Lanius
DARK
Level 4
Winged Beast/Effect
ATK: 1600
DEF: 500
During your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can target 1 "Raidraptor" monster you control; add 1 "Raidraptor" monster with a different Level than that monster from your Deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; increase or decrease the Levels of all "Raidraptor" monsters you currently control by 1. You can only use each effect of "Raidraptor - Noir Lanius" once per turn.
"When this card is summoned, I take a Raidraptor that's a different level then what I already have on my field." Shay spoke as he took a card adding it to his hand before shuffling his Deck. "Then I activate the spell, Wing Requital!" A spell showing Sacred Crane appeared on the field flying through a barren field at night with the moon showing while two feathers flew down from it.
Wing Requital
Normal Spell Card
If all monsters you control are Winged Beast monsters and you control at least 2 monsters with different original names: Pay 600 LP; draw 2 cards. You can only activate 1 "Wing Requital" per turn.
(Shay: 3400/Hand: 2)
"As I have 2 Winged Beasts different from each other on my field, I pay 600 Life Points to draw 2 cards." Shay drew two cards building his hand to four as he checked at his hand. Checking them over he places them in before raising an arm. "Now I overlay Vanishing Lanius, and Noir Lanius to build the Overlay Network!" The two glowed purple shooting up, and entered the Overlay Network together before it exploded forming the monster.
"Avian hunter of the afterlife, uncover the truth with your dark insight, and snatch glory with your sharp talons! Xyz Summon! Take flight! Rank 4! Raidraptor - Force Strix!"
Forming down the field was a large brown, and black owl like monster who cawed loud with purple like joints on its body lowering down. Its body has mechanical armor that's dark brown, and light brown with purple pieces around it. It has yellow orbs on its head acting as eyes, and having the crest of the Raidraptors on its head like Noir Lanius does.

(ORU: 2)
So this guy can Xyz Summon... and starting off with a strong defense it seems. 2000 DEF is a strong shield for now but nothing for them to worry over. As soon as it's their turn, their strategy together can handle this thing where it won't be attacked he needs to worry over.
"I activate Force Strix's ability!" Shay calls raising an arm as Force Strix takes an Overlay Unit.
Raidraptor - Force Strix: (ORU: 2 - 1)
"Once every turn, I take 1 Level 4 Winged Beast that's DARK, and it to my hand. And my choice is Raidraptor - Singing Lanius." Shay's Deck ejects a card that he takes, adding it to his hand. "It won't be there for long as due to its effect, and Heel Eagle as well since I have an Xyz Monster, and a Raidraptor on the field, I can summon these 2 from my hand in Defense Position!"
Two portals appeared where two birds appeared on the field. One was a yellow, and black bird having the same jet engines on its wings like Vanishing Lanius equipped with armor on its form with the Raidraptor crest on its chest.

"Three monsters at once..."
"All three of them are pretty meager." Dipper spoke towards Kit with a smirk on his face not feeling threatened.
Shay paid no mind. "The effect of Force Strix gives it 500 points for every other Raidraptor on my field." Both Heel Eagle, and Singing Lanius both flew near Force Strix, giving it some power for it to have.
Raidraptor - Force Strix: (ATK: 100 + (500 * 2) = 1100/DEF: 2000 + (500 * 2) = 3000)
"I set 3 cards, and end my turn." Shay finishes it off with 3 face-downs on his field. His field looks pretty solid, capable of fending off any threats that his opponents have on the field, and some defenses afterward. But the LID Trio aren't threatened from this, they can take this guy on.
Shay's Hand: 0/Field: Raidraptor - Force Strix (Defense Position/ORU: 1/ATK: 1100/DEF: 3000), Raidraptor - Singing Lanius (Defense Position), Raidraptor - Heel Eagle (Defense Position), Three Set Cards
Dipper 1st Turn:
"Okay, you had your fun making fun of the Xyz Summoning name. Now I will show you the kind of skill, and abilities on how the Leo Institute does it, and how someone like an outsider like you would never have." Dipper spoke readied on his turn with an arrogant grin. Now it's his turn for a go, and show this guy how Xyz Summoning really works. So he drew, and after checking his hand came up with his move. "I will first start by summoning Constellar Siat!"
Appearing on the field was a lone child on the field. They are wearing white plated armor with big yellow eyes with golden decorative fittings around it alongside gems. On its chest was the silver crest of the Constellars alongside having a cape of space, and it was holding a large jug of the same design as its armor that's white with silver fittings, and crest that is the same color.

"With no monsters on my field but one on yours I can summon this card from my hand." Dipper spoke to Shay with a smirk before he added over. "Next I summon Constellar Caduceus!"
What rose from the ground was a golden, and dark green armored warrior holding a long gold spear that has wings at the top with a crystal on it with two swirls trailing down to the bottom with a handle shown in the swirl with gems, and the Constellar Crest on its chest with golden spikes that are long, and curved on his shoulders.

A "Constellar" Xyz Monster that has this card as material gains this effect.
● Before damage calculation, if this card battles a LIGHT or DARK monster: You can banish that monster.
"As there is a Constellar on the field that's different from Caduceus, I can summon this card from my hand. And since I did, I can take a Constellar Spell or Trap card to my hand." Dipper's Deck ejected a card which he took showing it towards Shay. Then he takes another card, raising it up. "Next up, I summon Constellar Leonis!"
An armored man rose up being white armored with it's crest the same color as Siat's it also has the same cape as them with spikes on its shoulder guards that are glowing blue like it's hair, and blue blades around it's fingers almost like the Lightsaber from the Star Wars universe.

Leonis lowered down to the graveyard where a new monster appeared in his place. Constellar Kaus: (LV: 4 + 1 = 5)

"In addition Siat's special ability has its Level be the same as Alrescha's!" Siat raised the jug above it as its Level quickly grew.
Constellar Siat: (LV: 1 + 5 = 6)
"Now to start the show!" Dipper grinned as both Caduceus, and Kaus glowed a bright gold flying up towards the Overlay Network together exploding over which materialized the monster. "I overlay Level 5 Kaus, and Caduceus to build the Overlay Network!"
"Light of the stars, descend and shake this very earth! Xyz Summon! Rank 5! Constellar Pleiades!"
What rose was a white armored warrior with gold patterns on its armor with the golden Constellar crest on its chest plate with its cape shaping as space with a long sword with a big handguard that's also gold. "Rain down your dazzling light! Xyz Summon! Appear! Rank 6! Constellar Ptolemy M7!"
A large silver mechanical dragon with star light, and space based wings has golden designs on it, including a golden Constellar crest on its chest. "Two Xyz Summons in one round!" Kit grinned over towards his companion who grinned back towards him.
"To make this more interesting." Dipper grinned, taking the card Caduceus allowed him to add. "I activate, Constellar Belt!" A Continuous Spell card appeared which shows of two Ptolemy M7s on it are flying in a circle around each other

The activation of LIGHT monsters' effects cannot be negated.
"So now as long as it's on the field, the effects of LIGHT monsters on the field can't be negated." Dipper smirked to Shay who still doesn't look threatened. Dipper then raised an arm. "I activate the effects of Pleiades, and Ptolemy M7! By using one of their Overlay Units, I can force a monster on your field back to your hand! So Heel Eagle, and Singing Lanius are going right back to your hand!"

"By giving up the battle this turn, I take Siat, and Kaus back to my hand from the graveyard!" Dipper's graveyard ejects the cards as he takes them, showing them before adding them to his hand. Even if he wanted to, he can't attack as Battle Royale rules prevented him too so Star Cradle's effect was technically for free. "I can't do much else this turn now, so I'll pass things off to Kit. But this is LID's Xyz Summoning, and far different than your attempt to slander it!" He has shown this guy how to truly use Xyz, and with the way this is going, they can finish him off in no time.

"As Hyunlei was Synchro Summoned, it can destroy 3 of your spell or trap cards!" Hyunlei readied some throwing knives, throwing them over as three cards are revealed towards them which reveals 1 trap, and 2 spells. Hyunlei's throwing knives struck the cards, destroying them.
Dipper grinned over pointing ahead. "And I activate Pleiades' special ability! I use another Overlay Unit to return Force Strix to the hand or in this case, the Extra Deck!" With that Force Strix was removed from the field back towards Shay's Extra Deck. Its other Overlay Unit however went to the graveyard.

"And with Gottom's special ability, I send them both right back to the graveyard to have you discard a card for each one!" Both of them turned to energy that Gottom's sword absorbed, and slashed over towards Shay striking him. Both of his cards which were Heel Eagle, and Noir Lanius that were forced back by Dipper glowed, forcing Shay to send them to his graveyard leaving him with no hand, and no cards on his field either.
"With this he has nothing to use!"
While Dipper grinned from this over there fellow representative who had been watching the duel looked worried. He had seen Shay dueled before against Professor Marco, and despite all of what he had managed to do, Shay had come through the impossible formation he had, and destroyed him in a single blow. Even if it looked like his fellow representatives have a huge advantage, he's almost sure that Shay has an effect that can deal with this. Now it's Julia's turn, and she can't attack yet so he hopes whatever she can do will be enough.
"Nothing else for me. I end my turn." Left with only The Warrior Returning Alive in his hand, Kit ended his turn. He grinned towards Julia. "Your turn Julia! Show him not to mess with LID's Fusion Summoning!"
"Kit... Dipper..." Julia turned to said friends a grateful smile on her face. They did all this so she can land her strong combo without trouble, and take him out before he can have a chance to retaliate. She looked ready looking towards Shay. The path to revenge is about to begin.

Fusion Summon 1 "Gem-Knight" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 "Gem-Knight" monster from your Graveyard; add this card to your hand.
"With it, I can Fusion Summon a Gem-Knight by sending monsters from my hand or field to the graveyard! I fuse Gem-Knights Lapis, and Gem-Knight Lazuli!" Julia raised her Duel Disk while two Gem-Knights appearing identical towards each other appeared before fusing together.
"The blue and green stones that hides mysterious power. Now, become light and appear! Fusion Summon! Level 5! Gem-Knight Lady Lapis Lazuli!"
Materializing from the two emerged a woman that has white skin with purple gem eyes, and a purple robe on her form complete with yellow designs on it, and blue gemstones on the bottom of her dress. She also has on yellow slippers rising above Julia.

ATK: 2400
DEF: 1000
"Gem-Knight Lapis" + 1 "Gem-Knight" monster
Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials. You can only Special Summon "Gem-Knight Lady Lapis Lazuli(s)" once per turn. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Gem-Knight" monster from your Main Deck or Extra Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Special Summoned monster on the field.
Shay stares at the Fusion Monster in rage. So she really can Fusion Summon... That makes her a target for his rage as well the other two with her. Maybe once he captures her, he will finally find the master of this school, and find Duel Academy to save his sister. He will do anything to get her back even if it means completely destroying everything.
"Due to Gem-Knight Lazuli's ability, I take Lapis back to my hand!" A card ejected from her graveyard that she takes before adding towards Shay. "Then by banishing Lazuli from the graveyard, I can recover, Gem-Knight Fusion in my hand!" After pocketing the card, Gem-Knight Fusion ejected from her graveyard before she immediately activated it. "And next I use it immediately so I can fuse Lapis in my hand with Gem-Knights Alexandrite, and Emerald!"
She raised her Duel Disk again as Lapis alongside two other Gem-Knights appeared on the field fusing together to turn into 1 force.
"Magical stone with facets of day and night! Brilliant emerald of good fortune! Become one with the blue stone and create a new light! Fusion Summon! Supreme radiance who illuminates everything! Level 9! Gem-Knight Master Diamond!"
Appearing above her was a large warrior in elegant silver armor with a massive diamond in his chest and several gemstones embedded in the hilt of his sword, and the blade of it as well with a large cape.

Rock/Fusion/Effect
ATK: 2900
DEF: 2500
3 "Gem-Knight" monsters
Must first be Fusion Summoned. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Gem-" monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Level 7 or lower "Gem-Knight" Fusion Monster from your Graveyard; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects.
"Yeah that's her ace!"
"And this is LID's Fusion Course!" Dipper smirked towards Shay to gloat over with Kit while the man just glared silently.
"Master Diamond gains 100 points for every Gem in the graveyard!" Three gems on Master Diamond's sword shined which powered him up.
Gem-Knight Master Diamond: (ATK: 2900 + (100 * 3) = 3200)
"Then I activate Lady Lapis Lazuli's special ability!" Julia takes her Extra Deck, and sends a copy of Lapis Lazuli to the graveyard to activate it while Lapis Lazuli readied a blast in her hands. "For every monster on the field that is Special Summoned, you take 500 points of damage!" Although she would've inflicted more if Dipper hadn't returned Shay's monsters to his hand, they needed to make sure he wouldn't have anything on his field or hidden in his hand to stop this effect.
"With 6 you're taking 3 grand!" Kit grinned as Lapis Lazuli concentrated a beam of purple energy striking Shay who stepped back from the blow. (Shay: 0400/Hand: 0)
'Can they actually do it?' the spectator watched over hopeful. With nothing on his field, or in his hand to stop Lady Lapis Lazuli, he wonders if the three actually have a chance to defeat Shay before he can retaliate. Although he can't help but have a bad feeling. Seeing Shay's indifferent look makes him concerned if this really is the end.
"Now I activate Master Diamond's special ability!" Julia raises an arm as she pockets Lady Lazuli's card from her graveyard. "By banishing a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster from the graveyard, Master Diamond can gain the effects, and name of the banished monster!" An image of Lapis Lazuli appeared above Master Diamond as he grunted feeling the power coursing through him.
Gem-Knight Master Diamond: (Name: Gem-Knight Lady Lapis Lazuli/Gains effects of Gem-Knight Lady Lapis Lazuli)
"And that allows me to use the effect of Lapis Lazuli from him!" Julia takes her Deck, sending a different monster to the graveyard while Master Diamond raises his hand charging a purple attack like Lapis Lazuli's. "So now by sending a Gem-Knight from my Deck to the graveyard you take 500 points of damage for every Special Summoned monster on my field!" Master Diamond blasted over while Dipper, and Kit cheered over with grins with the spectator watching with widened eyes that they actually did it. Will this work?
Nope, unfortunately it doesn't as Shay takes a card from his graveyard one of the traps that have been destroyed. "I activate the effect of Raidraptor - Readiness in my graveyard! By banishing this card while a Raidraptor monster is in the graveyard, I don't take any damage for the rest of this turn!" A barrier formed around him that blocked the attack Master Diamond tried inflicting onto him.
"Nuts!" The spectator silently spoke frustrated. Talk about surprising your opponent, and audience by a surprise effect. He had waited until the right time to use that trap to give the feeling of hoping they can win. Now Shay will have a chance to retaliate, and it won't be pretty. So he called 911 to quickly have some aid come, and fast while Julia, shocked from the failed attempt, nervously ended her turn.

Shay 2nd Turn:
This is fine. This is alright, they all have a major advantage over Shay. He has no cards in his hand, or on his field, they all have powerful monsters that will take a long time for him to manage to defeat, and have Life Point advantage. Nothing he can do can handle them. Especially if he tries attacking Pleiades it will be banished.
"As I suspected, you three are not worth my time." Shay spoke up, catching their attention as he glared towards them. "When me, and my comrades are always pushed back, we push back harder with all of our strength."
"What does he mean?"
"Is that the crazy thinking of someone who's gonna lose?" Dipper shrugged off Kit's question, having a grin on his face figuring Shay must've snapped from being at a disadvantage, and liked to spout some words.
"And it will be our enemies who will cower in fear when they face us. The time for us to be oppressed is over, we will rise and bring forth the revolution!" Shay shouted before he moved drawing which made crows around them fly off which surprised the three wondering where they came from. Taking a look at his drawn card Shay's eyes widened a little. This card... out of all the times for him to draw, it's the one he needed here? The one entrusted to him by...
"Yuma believes you are capable of using it, Shay." a flash in his eyes of a white being with gems on his body had appeared as he stared at the card. "Use it well on your quest, and bring Lulu back safe, and sound with it." The card given to him by a dear friend of everyone back at his home world had believed he could use it. And Shay? Well he appears to be correct... With it he can bring down rebellion on the Fusion Dimension, and show them the true power of the Xyz Dimension.
Well now is the chance, and he looks up to his opponents who blinked. "I activate Heel Eagle's effect in the graveyard!" Shay added as he took a card. "By banishing it from the graveyard, I recover a Raidraptor Spell or Trap card from my graveyard!" He takes the card and adds it to his hand. "I activate the spell, Raidraptor - Roost!"
(face-up)
Raidraptor - Roost
Continuous Spell Card
If a "Raidraptor" monster (s) is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can add 1 " Raidraptor " Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand , except "Raidraptor - Roost". You can target 3 of your "Raidraptor" monsters that are banished and/or in your GY; place them on the bottom of your Deck in any order, then draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Raidraptor - Roost" once per turn.
"With it, I take Heel Eagle, Vanishing Lanius, and Noir Lanius back to my Deck to draw a card!" Shay places them all to the bottom of his Deck before drawing that he nodded when he sees what it is. "Then I activated the effect of Rank-Up-Magic Skip Force in my graveyard! By banishing this card, and Vanishing Lanius from the graveyard, I can revive Force Strix!" A graveyard portal opened which revealed Force Strix cawing loud in front of him.
Raidraptor - Force Strix: (Attack Position)
"Ha, how good would it be to revive that now?"
"What good? For the revolution." Shay responded to Dipper's question which he blinked. He readied to use his drawn card while speaking to him. "You speak like you know Xyz Summoning, and are believed to have mastered it. But you have only truly begun to see what it can do... with the power of this card!" He raised it up as it shined brightly forcing them to step back. "I activate Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force!" It was a spell card that had a golden pendant with an emerald on it shining in light surrounded by blue light.
Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force
Normal Spell Card
Target the 1 Xyz Monster you control with the highest Rank (your choice, if tied); Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 monster with the same Type and Attribute as that monster you control but 2 Ranks higher, by using it as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your GY, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add this card from your GY to your hand. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect, except by the effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force".
"What? What is this?" Julia grunted from the light trying to see what's going on.
"This card takes the Xyz Monster on my field that has the highest rank! I can then evolve it by 2 Ranks into a new monster as long as it's Attribute, and Monster Type are the same as the monster I use!" Shay explained as Force Strix turned purple flying up into the Overlay Network that exploded as they all watched, shocked seeing this.
"Prideful falcon. Spread your wings, dyed in the blood of heroes, and charge through the path of revolution! Rank-Up Xyz Change! Appear! Rank 6! Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon!"
A large mechanical bird rose up with adjusted wings like Vanishing Lanius' but is entirely black with its body under the armor being dark blue with a large silver spike on the bottom of its body, and yellow orbs all around it. It's complete with red eyes, and a beak alongside the Raidraptor crest on the right side of its body armor cawing loud appearing.

You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's face-up Special Summoned monster: That monster's ATK and DEF become 0. If this card has a "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster as Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
● Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK that monster had on the field.
(ORU: 1)
When... how does such a card exist?
A spell that can evolve an Xyz Monster, and can also do so with 2 Ranks? In all of their experience with Xyz Summoning, they had never seen anything like this! If what Shay just said to Dipper is true, then he still has a long way to go with Xyz Summoning.
"Then I activate Revolution Falcon's ability! When it has an Xyz Monster as an Overlay Unit, I destroy a monster on the field, and deal you damage equal to half of its attack points!" they widen their eyes as Revolution Falcon charges in attacking Pleiades destroying it without mercy. (Dipper: 2750/Hand: 2)
Well so much for using Caduceus' ability to gain an advantage back...
"Okay not bad but you're out of luck! Your monster doesn't have enough attack points to destroy even one of our monsters!" Dipper spoke pointing towards him.
"I don't think so." They blinked as Shay raised an arm which made his Xyz Monster take an Overlay Unit. "I use one Overlay Unit to allow, Revolution Falcon to attack every monster on your field!"
Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon: (Can attack all monsters/ORU: 1 - 0)
"Then I activate Raptor's Ultimate Mace!" It shows of some kind of weapon as one appeared on Revolution Falcon.
(Equipped to Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon)
Raptor's Ultimate Mace
Equip Spell Card
Equip only to a "Raidraptor" monster. It gains 1000 ATK. When the equipped monster is targeted for an attack by a monster whose ATK is higher than the equipped monster: You can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, you take no battle damage from that battle.
"With it equipped it now gains 1000 attack points!"
Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon: (ATK: 2000 + 1000 = 3000)
"Now battle!"
"Your monster may be stronger now but it can't take out all of us, and it's not stronger than Master Diamond!"
"When Revolution Falcon attacks a Special Summoned monster, its attack and defense points become 0!" Shay revealed towards Kit as all of their monsters weakened.
Constellar Ptolemy M7: (ATK: 2700 - 2700 = 0)
XX-Saber Gottoms: (ATK: 3100 - 3100 = 0)
XX-Saber Hyunlei: (ATK: 2300 - 2300 = 0)
Gem-Knight Master Diamond: (ATK: 3200 - 3200 = 0)
Gem-Knight Lady Lapis Lazuli: (ATK: 2400 - 2400 = 0)
"No way!" The three yelled as, Revolution Falcon flew up dropping atomic bombs onto all of them which destroyed all five at once. The destruction had made all of them yell landing harshly nearby defeated.

Shay wins!
"Guys!" The spectator yelled running over after seeing this while an ambulance truck just pulled in and Shay looked over noticing the two.
"Leave us. This is a manner of rebellion."
"What rebellion are you talking about?" The spectator turns towards Shay with a glare while he's kneeling beside Julia to check on her. "You were attacking Leo Students without a good reason, and did something to them!"
"It's not 'without a good reason'. I'm sure if you've been paying attention, I am simply fighting my enemies." Shay glares towards him. "Do you want to join this too?"
The spectator grunted over this. There's no doubt in his mind if he does duel Shay he will get crushed after what he just witnessed. If he was capable of dealing against numerous Leo Elite Duelists, Professor Marco, and now three of the four LID Representatives of various summon methods, then he has no chance against him. Still he won't back down, and run when people are in danger. So he begins to reach in one of his pockets for his Duel Disk probably to have the last duel in his life.
"Hector, that will not be necessary." A familiar voice spoke up which made the spectator, Hector, pause before looking over and past Shay shocked while the man turned around seeing numerous Leo Elites in special uniforms with a suited man wearing glasses had arrived while someone was walking over. It was Declan who had come just in time before things got even uglier than they already were. "So you were the one who's been attacking my students?"
"Are you there master?"
"Indeed, I am. We have much to discuss." Declan confirmed to Shay as the two stared at each other Shay with his glare, and Declan with his calm gaze while Hector looked concerned as Paramedics came in to help Kit, Dipper, and Julia to get some aid.
Just what is going on here...?
And there you have it. Now Dan had done his forth Duel, and succeeded further making 2 matches left. On the otherhand Shay had defeated Kit, Julia, and Dipper but has been discovered by Declan now. Which means things will be escalated further for the near future.
I have use 60 card Decks myself, and had Dan use it since me, and him are alike in a lot of ways. The Puppet Chess Deck was came up by one friend of mine, and I had made sure to use it how he had intended it. Maybe we will see it in action again with Ron in the future, who knows?
And onto here, there is absolutely no reason why Shay shouldn't have Astral Force. The card fits his Deck perfectly especially since he has a Rank 13 monster. It's only missing a Rank 9 or 11 to truly be complete though.
And the spectator, Hector, here was a new decision I had decided to implement since I always like to experiment with four different representatives, and placed in understandable reasons why he wasn't around at first. You might've guessed but he uses Ritual Summoning, and if you any of you remember him from me, and Ulrich's other fics, you know what Deck he uses here. Hopefully he will duel soon in the future.
Next up will he back to the original story where Dan faces Elijah once more with the Artifact Deck. Alongside using his Fusion Deck again since he had won twice with the others already. Be sure to ask questions, and be sure to review!
