"Three years," Ricardo says, his eyes closed as the twins crawl all over him. He laughs a little as Mariana leans over his face, staring down at him. "Hi, baby," he says softly, peering up at her.

"It doesn't feel like it's been three years," Alicia muses, soothing her hand over Clara's chubby little arm as she ends up between the two of them, looking somewhat confused.

"I know, right?" Ricardo says. "I've been thinking the same thing, but it absolutely has been." He helps Mariana when she almost drops a cracker, chuckling as she hungrily chews on it. He smiles down at her. "I think it's nice I was given my three prizes for making it this far ahead of time." He kisses Mariana on the cheek and she squirms, wiggling as he chuckles. "My sweet girls."

Alicia hums. "If Andre and the twins were your prize, then what am I?"

Ricardo smiles at her. "Should be obvious," he says, lacing his fingers with hers. "You're my support and comfort. These babies were my prizes, but you were the thing who got me here, and gave me motivation to stay on this path."

Alicia beams at him and leans in, pressing a kiss to his lips. "You are what motivates me too," she murmurs against his lips, ignoring Mariana as she pats her hands against their faces, looking for attention.

They chuckle and pull away, looking over at the twins. "We have a pretty good life," Alicia murmurs.

"Damn straight," Ricardo says, brushing his fingers over Clara's head, smoothing her messy dark hair. "I love you all."

"We love you too," Alicia murmurs, pressing another kiss to his mouth.

Ricardo hums, resting back with his three girls curling up close to him, and can't imagine feeling any luckier than he does right this moment.
