TWO HUNDRED FOURTY ONE: MUSICAL!

Red looks out at you smiling, a fairy tale book on her lap. You are there with other readers, eagerly awaiting another annoyance. "Once upon a time in a far-off kingdom there lay a small village at the edge of the woods."

Icefox was dusting behind her, "I wish…" she sang.

"And in this village," Red continued to read.

"More than anything…" Icefox sighed sadly.

"lived a young maiden," Red ignored Icefox and it seemed Icefox ignored her.

"More than life...More than jewels…" Icefox sighed sadly, disappearing into dust herself.

"A care free young lad." Red read no longer looking at the book. But rather, looking straight at you, excitedly.

Alec walked in with a white cow behind him, "I wish... More than life…" he sang.

"And a childless baker." Red smirked, you and her disappeared.

The Count and Tippi sang in their small bakery, "I wish." The Count kneaded dough while Tippi organized a window stand.

"With his wife."

"More than anything." The Count sang with a sad sigh.

"More than the moon." Tippi added, singing sadly to the ceiling in exhaustion.

"I wish." They sang together.

"The king is giving a festival." Icefox sang, cleaning dishes in her own home.

"More than life." The Count and Tippi looked at each other sadly.

"I wish." Alec sighed outside his home, petting his cow fondly.

"I wish to go to the festival." Icefox looked longingly at the letter that had arrived earlier that day announcing the king's festival.

"More than riches." The Count took Tippi's hand from across the counter.

"And the ball." Icefox looked down at herself sadly while she sang.

"I wish my cow would give us some milk." Alec patted his cow's head like he would a dog and the cow nuzzled his cheek as he sang.

"More than anything." Icefox and Tippi sang sadly.

"I wish we had a child." The Count walked around the counter, not taking his eyes off Tippi.

"Please, pal." Alec coaxed his cow.

"I want a child." Tippi agreed with The Count wrapping her arms around him in a tight hug.

"Squeeze, pal." Alec urged.

"I wish to go to the festival." Icefox sang.

"I wish you'd give us some milk or even cheese." Alec sighed.

"I wish we might have a child." Tippi and the Count rested their heads on each other.

"I wish." They all sang.

"And then there was a hungry little girl who always wore a red cape." Red's voice could be heard.

"Why, come in, little girl." Tippi coaxed gently to Acro who skipped in, yet looked around worriedly.

"I have no gold for you ma'am, but," Acro bit her lip and trailed off.

"Well we're not a charity service, so, get lost." The Count sighed.

"I wish...It's not for me, it's for my Granny in the woods." Acro sang, "A loaf of bread, please-To bring my poor old hungry Granny in the woods…" Acro quickly picked up a small loaf, "Just a loaf of bread," she picked off a bit and snuck a bite but The Count had caught her, "Please." she sighed with her mouth full of the fresh bread.

"I hope your grandmother is well, dear." Tippi smiled sympathetically, "Here, take some of these." she placed one by one a bit of bread and sweets in the girls arms.

As she did, Acro continued to sing, "Into the woods, it's time to go, I hate to leave, I have to, though. Into the woods-it's time, and so I must begin my journey. Into the woods and through the trees to where I am expected ma'am, into the woods to Grandmother's house-" Acro snuck another bite, "Into the woods to Grandmother's house."

"Are you certain of your way?" Tippi asked, finishing piling sweets and bread into Acro's small arms.

"The way is clear, the light is good, I have no fear, nor no one should." She looked at The Count when he shuddered at the mention of the woods, "The woods are just trees, the trees are just wood." She sang proud of herself, then she frowned, " I sort of hate to ask it," she blushed, "But do you have a basket?"

"Yes we do." Tippi smiled.

"Don't suppose you're going to buy any of these?" The Count accused.

"Oh shh," Tippi scolded the Baker. "Now," she helped Acro fill the basket, "don't stray and be late, alright?"

"You might save some of those sweets for Granny." The Count taunted as Acro skipped out with half their wares and their basket. Acro stopped at the door she turned back and grabbed a cinnamon roll. "Oh my-"

"Leave it." Tippi took his hand which was accusingly pointing a finger at the leaving girl.

"She's a thief!" The Count argued.

"Into the woods and down the dell," Acro sang to herself, tucking the basket on her arm, "the path is straight, I know it well." she giggled to herself proudly, "Into the woods, and who can tell what's waiting on the journey?" She skipped along a path of stones to the edge of the woods, "Into the woods to bring some bread to Granny who is sick in bed." she started down a trail, "Never can tell what lies ahead." she shrugged to herself, "For all that I know, she's already dead." she paused and thought of the sweets in her basket that would go bad if not eaten soon, she then shook out her ill thoughts and smiled, continuing on her way "But into the woods, into the woods, into the woods to Grandmother's house and home before dark."

"I would like to return this movie." Dimentio placed the poorly made DVD onto the counter at the movie rental shop. "I though Blockbusters went out of business, anyways." He said as the suspiciously familiar looking girl behind the counter took the DVD from him.

"Blockbuster?" The girl asked, "No no no, this is Blookbuster."

I LIIIIIIIIIVE

Actually I won't for long because I'm sure you'll all kill me. But anyways, here is a new set of annoyances…

It's been a while hasn't it? Nearly a year.

Wow...what's happened in a year...I got a boyfriend...I graduated from High School...I started college...I've gotten 3-4 chapters of Acro's story done (by done I mean WIP)...I've been clean over a year (almost 2 now)...uhm...yeah...

How has your year been everyone?

Wowza. I only got back into this because I had two dreams two nights in a row where this weird looking Dimentio was rescuing me…Like picture Dimentio, but all the purple parts on him were white…very weird indeed…
