The next day

You: *I groan*
If you have an alarm that always buzzes when you are getting a goodnight sleep, then you know the frustration of getting up and having to turn it off.
You: *I press the snooze*
"Bzzt! Bzzt! Bzzt!"
You: What the...? *I keep pressing snooze*
"Bzzt! Bzzt! Bzzt!"
You: God... Shut up, shut up, shut up! Your driving me crazy! *I say smashing the alarm*
The alarm get smashed but the buzzing sound was still on.
You: What in the? *I get up*
clearing my vision, I see Rei sitting next to me with her mouth opening and closing, making the buzzing sound...
Rei: "Bzzt! Bzzt! Bzzt! Wee-woo! Wee-woo!"
You: Uh... *I press her nose*
Rei: *she smiles* Wakey-wakey! Eggs and Bakey!
You: So your an alarm clock and a chef, what else can you do?
Rei: Anything of use to you.
You: Wow.
Rei: Today is the day you are going to be the greatest champion in all of GGO. Once you win the BoB match, you will be known as the strongest player of them all, so I thought I'd make you a special breakfast.
You: you thought? You don't think, your artificial inteligence. Even thats only half right...
Looking at the tray, I can see that Rei made scrambled eggs with bacon on the side, with some hot chocolate, an orange and an empty cup.
You: what's the empty cup for?
Rei: Oh, I forgot.
Rei then takes the cup near chest and places the orange in her mouth, as soon as she presses it, orange juice comes out of her... chest...
Rei: *she presses the orange harder*
The glass fills up and she places it on the tray with a proud expression.
You: Mm... suddenly I am not so thirsty... also, I think we need to make some modification to your juice maker. Also, you are putting too much faith in me, there is no gaurantee that I will win, besides it is not my goal to win.
Rei: then what is master?
You: Just to find Death gun, there is nothing more important.
Rei: Master...
"Knock-knock"
Kirito: *he enters* (You), you ready?
You: coming.
Kirito: hey is that orange juice?
You: Mm... yours. *I say with a smirk*
Kirito: Sweet.
Kirito drinks it down.
Kirito: ~Aaah~ pretty good. Seconds please.
Rei: You got it. *she grabs another orange*
Rei proceeds to squeeze the juice out the same way she did.
Kirito: Wha...?
Rei then hands Kirito the juice.
Rei: So, you like?
Kirito: (YOU!) *he shouts angerly*

The gang and I entered the new waiting area for the BoB showdown, this new area however, was bigger and more populated, it was like a big party event, all players were here. But the players that were getting the most attention were the players that were heading for the big showdown.
Kirito: Whoa, this place is crazy!
Sinon: yeah the finals are like one big party.
Players around us were either placing bets or just talking about all the type of skills the top ranking players wield.
Random player 1: Yeah but I'd say-Uh! Hey look! It's Kiriko!
Random player 2: She really messes people up with that photon sword.
Random player 3: Eh I don't know, Sinon's more my type. I wouldn't mind taking a bullet from her.
Random player 1: Oh yeah, then why don't go play knights with the fairies then.
Random player 2: hey look! *he points at me* It's the lucky shot!
Random player 3: Out of everyone here, I'd say he's cheating. Why would he take he's Arfa-sys into battle with him? These matches are suppsed to be one on one but he's making two on one.
Random player 2: I agree, plus I heard that he cheated the match and that's how he got that Arfa-sys.
Random player 3: Regardless, he is really strong, he took out Itsuki and I thought no one could take him.
Random player 2: Dude, in case you forgot, he's Arfa-sys literally squashed him. He is only winning because of her. He is no player from my book.
You: (I didn't care what they thought about me... what I did worry was that Rei would hear them.)
Rei: Mrrmm... *she louds her mini-guns*
You: Don't.
Rei: but master-
You: It's not worth the ammo Rei, just let them believe what they want. I am used to getting complaints like that.
Rei: Master...
Kirito: Mm... *he bumps into someone* O-Oh, sorry.
Random players: Uh! Your Kiriko! Sorry! *they let him pass*
Random player 4: H-Hey Kiriko!
Kirito: Uh?
Random player 4: S-So um... if you are not doing anything later, I thought we could um...
The guy, with some very goofy glasses, made it painfully clear that he was trying to get Kirito or rather, Kiriko out on a date... which made me want to have a little fun.
You: *I smirk* Sorry. *I wrap my arm around him* But my girlfriend and I have other plans.
Kirito: Huh?!
Random player 4: Huh? So, your...
Kirito: Damn you... yeah, sorry about that *he says with an awkard smile*
You: Come on babe, let's go somewhere private.
Sinon: Ugh, I swear...
Soon we all sat down at a table and got down to buiseness.
You: So, this is the massive showdown between the strongest players in all of GGO, huh? It's a miracle Kirito and I even managed to beat them on the first try.
Kirito: So what is this BoB showdown anyway?
Sinon: Alright, looks like I am gonna haft to explain to you guys after all. Alright listen up, this thing is a battle royal between 30 players on the same map. Start points ar random and all players are placed around 1000 meters from where they are standing.
Kirito: whoa! One thousand meters?! That's gotta be one insanely huge map!
Sinon: It's a multi-stage arena, 10 kilomaters in diameter, it's got mountains, forests and deserts. Basically the same type of maps we've already explored.
Kirito: but how can you find anyone in a field that big?
Sinon: that's what makes it challenging. It's a fight with guns, right? But players do get an item to track other players, it's called a satellite scan terminal.
Kirito: wait, there is a satellite? Like a spy drone?
Sinon: Yup, it works just like in real life. It passes every 15 minutes then performs a scan and gives you the exact location of every player in the map. Neat huh.
You: So basically, you can see where the other players are very 15 minutes while also setting out your location, guess you gotta move fast to not atract attention to yourself.
Sinon: As expected from the strongest players, the moment we all get warped into the map, were all on our own. So remember... you two better stay alive, you still got a fight to keep (You). And I wan't Kirito to be a witness to the fight.
You: Mm... you got it. I promise, I will stay alive and give you the fight you've been wanting, in an exchange... you better talk.
Sinon: Huh?
You: You better start explaining the reason as to why you want to get strong. Everyone has a reason, right? Well... you better start talking.
Sinon: Mm... if you guys manage to survive... then fine.

With a cheerful voice, we see Kureha walking to our table.
You: Morning.
Kureha: Morning to you too. I saw your matches yesterday, you guys were awesome. I couldn't help but notice that you guys all won your first matches on the first try... except for Sinon of course.
You: Well, If I am completely honest, the enemy players weren't any different to the ones we faced out in the fields.
Kureha: Well you did take out Bazalt Joe... so I guess it's true.
You: You say it like as if you have some trust issues.
Kureha: No not at all, I just find it amazing that you guys actually got to the finals. Do you guys think you can win?
You: Win or lose, doesn't matter, we are just here to investigate.
Kureha: I see... say... (You)...?
You: yeah?
Kureha: I was wondering... after the BoB event is over... do you still have time to see me after it? There is something I want to talk to you about.
You: (Not sure how that makes me feel...) Sure.

With that Kureha leaves and it's just us four.
You: Well, that was weird.
Kirito: How so?
You: I don't know, I hope it's just me.
Announcer: Hey there! Are you a gamer junkie that likes the smell of gunfire and gunsmoke?! Then get ready and place your bets beacuse we are about to start! Now, are you all ready to find out who is the strongest in all of GGO?
Players: YEAAAAAAAAAH! WHOOOOOOOAAAAAAH!
Announcer: As usual the MMO stream will be broadcasting the event live and uncensored!
Players: YEAAAAAAAAAH!
Announcer: Ready? Help me out with the countdown guys! In 10... 9... 8...
Kirito: Mm...

You: ...

Death gun: Hm...
Announcer: THE THIRD BULLET OF BULLETS HAS BEGUN!
Everyone: YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
The entire glocken was roaring with screams of joy, the skies lighted up with massive neon light and fireworks, it was like the countdown to new years.
The screens displayed the battle royals between the players, all kinds of "Dead" signs wer appearing over the map from players killing other players. Honestly, the way the role this game was playing kind of reminded me of the hunger games.
You: Igh!
I am on the run from two players chasing after me, this game was supposed to be a battle royal and yet these two were working together to kill me, If I had to guess these players must have a grudge against me, didn't matter to me either way.
You: Now Rei!
Rei: *she opens her palm*
Players: Wh-what the-?!
"BOOOOOOM!"
Rei places a few mine traps and as she opened her palm, it sent the signal to the mines and blasted them away.
You: Good job Rei! Let's go!
Everywhere I go, there was gunshots, it was like being in the events of world war II, if it even counts in a game, right now our only goal was to survive long enough and let the others take each other out until we are left with only the strongest ones, hopefully Death gun will make his move by then and we can intterigate him, even if its by force.
Right now Rei and I were located somewhere around the rural area and on our way to the lost city, knowing Sinon, she is probably hiding somewhere with a good view to snipe her oponents, fifteen minutes were all she needed to take out a player but I had no definetive proof that she is over there but it is a place with buildings and with my UFG it should give us an advantage to survive.
Rei: We are entering the Lost city Master.
You: Good, we can lay low for a bit but only for few minutes, the satellite scan will come in 4 minutes.
Rei: We can take shelter on that building.
You: Come on.
Rei and I rushed to the building and as we got closer a red bullet line was on my face but then... it vanishes in an instant.
You: Huh? That was wierd.
Rei: Master, the scan is coming in!
Rei's eye then glow bright white and the entire map is shown in front of me, its design kind of reminded me of the mirrage sphere from SAO.
You: Whoa, so your eyes can display the map too. Lets see...
Looking at the map, I saw all the players that were still alive, the closest one was... Sinon and another player... Subtilizer.
You: Wait... wasn't that... Oh no. Come on Rei!
Feeling a great sense of panic, I grab Rei by the weist and use my UFG to take us to the only window that was broken on the building. Upon arriving, I raise Rei up and then myself... what I saw in front of me... was too dreadful to say the least, Sinon was being choked my another player, he seemed to be male, almost like six feet tall, his hair was short and was wearing camo-gear, he wasn't even wielding a weapon, only his hands. His eyes... they were soulless.
You: Grr! You!
?: Hmm?
With all my might, I attempted to slash him but he succesfully dodged it, the way he moved it was like he was possesed.
You: What the-?! PUGH!
He manages to punch me so hard I nearly fall of the building.
Rei: Master!
Rei pulls me from the edge and the two of us face the strange man as Sinon lied on the floor coughing.
You: Sinon! What did you do to her?!
?: ...
He didn't react to a single word, it was like he was dead inside.
?: Are you the real deal?
You: Uh?! Death gun?!
?: No, no, I am no Death gun, the name is Subtilizer, remember that.
You: Subtilizer...? What were you doing just now?!
Subtilizer: Was it not obvious, I was killing her. That is the point of BoB isn't it?
You: not the way you were doing it, it looked like you were having pleasure doing it... and not the gamer junkie way.
Subtilizer: You have big eyes...
You: What are you-? GAGH!
In the blink of an eye, he was facing me face to face as he had both of his hands on my neck.
Subtilizer: They remind me of them... guess you are the real deal, what's sad is that you don't even know... perhaps even remember.
He squeezed my throut harder.
You: AGGHAAA...GHHHGG!
I couldn't even begin to express the amount of pressure it was putting me, I couldn't feel any pain... but I could still feel his cold handed hands. It was honestly scary.
Rei: master no! AGHH!
This man held Rei with one hand as he began to choke on her too, thankfully Rei doesn't breath but he could still break her.
You: R-Rei...
Rei: Ma...ster. "Screeech..."
The sound of metal was heard being crush on her neck, her HP was going down as well as mine, whoever this guy is he has... unbelievable strength, strength I haven't even seen from any player, he claimed he wasn't death gun... but then who is this man?! And those eyes... I swear I've seen them on someone before... but who was it?
You: What... are you...?!
Subtilizer: ...
He didn't even react... but seeing Rei's neck nearly getting crushed and her eyes widing in fear not for her, rather for me... reminded me of Koharu... my vision was bluring out and... I was able to see... Koharu...
You: No...
Subtilizer: ...
You: Let... go...
Subtilizer: ...
You: If you don't... let her go... you will...
Subtilizer: *he grips my neck tighter* I will what? You don't honestly think you can defeat me, can you?
You: I... can't...
Subtilizer: That's what I thought. Just sit tight and accept your fate.
You: let you... kill her... *I grit my teeth* Let... MY PARTNER GO!
Staring at him with my eyes filled with rage, I grab his wrist and snap it.
Subtilizer: What?!
You: "Shrvrooom" *I activate my photon sword* HREAAA!
He was still moving at incredible speeds but I was able to keep up with him now, we were both dashing around like mad people.
Subtilizer: It's one thing for your eyes to change to yellow, but to actually keep up with me besides having this special power.
You: GRRR! *I slash through a wall*
Subtilizer: You really are the real deal.
You: SHUT UUUUUUUUUUUUP!
Using my fist, I attempt to punch his face but he uses his hand to block it as it did.
"SWOOOOOSH!"
A shockwave of our strength blasted through the room and made all the windows shatter. But as he held my arm, I grabbed his shoulder and Judo threw him to the wall and he got knocked down.
Using the last of my strength, I manage to finally hit his torso and split him in half.
Subtilizer: Ugh!
His upper body sperates from his legs and he falls down on the floor still with soulles eyes.
Subtilizer: Guess you are still able to wield that power, you may have been able to defeat me today... but trust me... you have no I-I-I-I *He glitches out* D-d-dea wh-what is c-c-coming *he disappears with a wierd sound*
You: *pant-pant-pant* Rei...
Rei lays on the ground still holding her neck, watching me horrified.
Rei: Master, are you okay?
You: I should be the one asking you that...
Rei: Your eyes are back to normal.
You: My eyes? What do you mean?
Rei: they were glowing bright yellow.
You: Really? You aren't the first one to say that... what is that anyway? Wait, Sinon!
Sinon laid motionless on the ground and then sat up and starred at me.
You: Uh... Sinon?
Sinon?: Be careful... she is not what she seems...
Sinon then... disappears with a wierd sound, the same way Subtilizer did. The sound... it was hard to discribe but it was like... hearing the "Vroom" sound of the photon sword but like, over and over again, like I said, it was hard to describe.
You: Sinon? What happened to her?
Rei: master...
You: Yeah?
Rei: Sinon's location... is somewhere between the bridge and the forest.
You: What? Are you sure?
Rei: Yes, I saw it on the map. The map displayed Sinon's location somewhere between the bridge and forest, the locations we came to investigate are straight up gone. The guy Subtilizer status is displaying "Dead" but the icon of Sinon seazed to exist.
You: What? But then... what was that just now? Why did they both disappear with that wierd glitch and sound?
Rei: I am not sure master... that guy, Subtilizer was defeated... but I don't know what that Sinon was.
You: Weird... was she some sort of clone?
Rei: I don't know...
You: Mm... well, at least Sinon is safe, that's enough for now. Let us keep moving, we'll discuss about this later.
Rei: Okay master.
With massive confusion, Rei and I exited the building and proceeded to run through the city, the place looked like the aftermath of the apocolipse. Not long after we covered some of the map, I was hot by a bullet circle.
You: Who the?! *I Jump away*
The ground was left with a gap as the bullet striked it and from the buildings, I saw the silhouette of a player.
You: who was that?
Rei: the gender appears to be a female... her name is... Muskateer X.
You: Muskateer x? She is one of the names we didn't recognize on the board. At least we know she is not Death gun.
The bullet line was in my field of vision again and I quickly dodged it.
You: it seems she likes to take out her enemies on higher grounds.
Rei: She is carrying an assault rifle.
You: Guess were gonna haft to be fast. Or rather... I am gonna haft to be fast. Rei, stay low and cover me, I'll get to higher ground.
Rei: Right master.
Meanwhile in SAO
The entire gang stared at the screen as the livestream displayed the battles of all the players, though the camera changed from position and other players.
Klein: This game looks sick, you get to wield guns and don't haft to give a crap about people dying, now that sounds like fun.
Koharu: I don't know, after everything that has happened with LafCof, I don't think killing player will ever be fun for me.
Klein: Aw come on, no one dies in these games, it's just for fun.
Twilight: Fun comes in different point of views of different people, actually being on this topic, I would have also appreciated it if you guys told me about this livestream yesterday.
Asuna: Were sorry twilight, we tried reaching out to you but you didn't answer our messages.
Twilight: Yeah I guess that's my own fault, sorry for sounding so pushy, I am at least glad I will be able to see my brother here.
Leafa: So far we haven't seen Kirito, Sinon or (You), I wonder if they're okay...
Lisbeth: of course they are look. That monitor displays the status of all the players, dead or alive. It shows that they are all still alive.

The whole gang widen the screen and are now seeing my battle with Muskateer X.

Grabbing my UFG I begin climbing the buildings.
"Ta-ra-ra-ra!"
With precise movements, I manage to dodge the bullets but thankfully, I wasn't alone.
"Ta-ra-ra-ra!"
Rei fired from below which made her get down to take cover.
You: Thanks Rei!
My UFG jumped me from building to building until I reached her top and was standing right in front of her, she wore... to much skin on her upper body if that is enough to suffice.
Muskateer X: Well now, I didn't expect for you to carry such device my jolie joueurs.
You: What?
Muskateer X: If I were to guess, you must be the lucky shot I've been hearing about.
You: That I guess I am...
Muskateer X: Now I have the chance to see if you are trully what they say.
Without wasting another moment, she loads her gun and begins to rapid fire, thanlfully though, thanks to Zeliska, I manage to grab speed and dodge the bullets and activate my photon sword.
You: "Swroooow!" HREAAA! "Clank-clank!"
As I deflected her bullets I covered ground from us and managed to reach her but she managed to dodge me by back flipping the wall and then fired me right in the back.
You: Ghigh!
Muskateer X: Don't blink. *She throws a smoke bomb*
The smoke bomb covers my field of vision and I can't see a thing.
You: You sure do know how to avoid getting cornered, considering that you liked to take out your enemies from higher grounds.
Muskateer X: I don't like to "Take them out" I like to scare them out, once they are in my line of sight, they just know that I am on higher grounds but nowhere near them, giving me the chance to strike fear into their hearts! "Ta-ra-ra!"
You: "Clank-clank-clank" Guess everybodies got their own taste, got a question for you though, do you like to strike fear... or do you like to kill them?
Muskateer X: Killing is the point of GGO, so I am not quite sure what you are asking. "Ta-ra-ra-ra!"
You: "Clank-clank-clank-clank" I am asking that if you had the power to kill someone in game and I mean really kill them... would you do it?
Muskateer X: ...
I wasn't sure if she was shocked by what I was asking or just dumbfounded but eventually the smoke cleared and she was standing in front of me with a curious look, her silver hair fluttered with the wind as she stared at me.
Muskateer X: You are quite different from the other male players i've seen. There aren't many female players so it can get hard to get attached to someone in this game. You say that if one had the power to kill someone in real life, they would use it... and what would you do if it were possible? If you don't mind me asking a question with another question.
You: If it were possible... I'd find a way to stop it. Killing is bad no matter how you look at it.
Muskateer X: ...I would as well.
You: Hmm... sorry, didn't mean to bring a question into our duel. "SWROOOOSH!"
Muskateer X: IGH!
With her guard down I slash through her and stare right at her.
You: Let us continue, shall we?
Muskateer X: *she smiles* Lets.
Meanwhile in SAO

Lisbeth: that girl certainly isn't holding back.
Leafa: Look at them go, it's like they are fighting with overpowered weapons.
Silica: Do you think he will win?
Strea: What kind of question is that? He managed to slash her, I believe he will win no matter what.
Koharu: They seemed to have a converstaion earlier but I couldn't hear what they were saying, does anyone know?
Klein: Nope, the volume isn't that great.
Agil: If I am being honest I thought he was done for after she threw that smoke grenade.
Yuuki: She kind of reminds me of Sanya with her Silver hair, except that she looks more freestyle like.
Sanya: What is that supposed to mean?

The screen showed me switching from my photon sword to my handgun and then rapid firing Muskateer X.

Muskateer X attempted to rapid fire me but my speed over took her and she was out of ammo.
Muskateer X: "Snap" Hm, looks like I am out of ammo... however *she brings out a knife* I don't fall easily.
Muskateer X jumped at me... but it was a mistake to challenge me sword to sword.
You: Hmph! *I parried her attack*
As she looked at me with a shocked look, I slash her down and the "Dead" sign appared in front of her as her assault rifle laid down in the floor.
You: *Pant-pant* you faught well... hope you don't have any hard feelings.
Looking down from the buildings, Rei was waiting for me and I give her a thumbs up, she then gets teleported by my side.
Rei: You did it Master!
You: Yeah... thanks for lending me a hand earlier.
Meanwhile in SAO
Klein: YEAAAH (YOU)!
Mito: You know, I have a feeling that he could have easily taken her out, I think he was just playing with her until she ran out of ammo.
Koharu: Sounds like something he would do, but who is she?
Lisbeth: You mean that girl he is with? I don't know... but I don't think it's a player, did you see the way she got teleprted? Plus she doesn't have a cursor, I think she is an NPC.
Koharu: an NPC? Well, it wouldn't be the first time he has teamed up with an NPC, she does look cute though, I wonder if its a personal NPC that he has.
Klein: Man, to have a personal NPC that fight by your side, I know I would want her to be cute.
Leafa: Regardless, she seems to be powerful, the way she attacked, It looked like she is a robot.
Yuna: With that one down, how many did he take out?
Asuna: I am not keeping count if I am being honest, I am too focused on the battles.
Lisbeth: same here, but where are the others?
Meanwhile in GGO
Rei and I made it to the outside of the city and made to the crossing of the bridge, according to Rei, Sinon is on the other side.
Rei: Master, I am detecting movement on the bridge.
You: Let's see *I grab my binaculars*
Looking through them, I see a player, seemed to wear white camouflaging outfit, laying on the ground but twitching, it looked like he was paralyzed.
You: That's weird...
Rei: It seems to be a paralisis attack, most likely temporery.
You: Hmm...
I kept watching him, I had a feeling that something wasn't right, not long after, a figure emerged from hiding but I am talking about a weird type of hiding, the figure literally standed there as his coat revealed his spot. The figure was my worst fears.
You: Death gun!
Death gun was standing right in front of player all paralyzed, he then held a gun point at him... I had a very but I mean VERY bad feeling about it.
You: Igh... Rei...
Rei: Yes master?
You: Use one of your missiles and aim for the tall guy in black coat...
Rei: The tall one?
You: Do it now!
Rei: O-Okay! Firing up!
Rei stomach hatch then opened up and then a missil was launched.
Death gun: *he notices the missel*
"Ka-Booooom!"
with little time to react, Death gun attempt to dodge the missel but gets blasted away, the other player... well he wasn't so lucky as the "Dead" sign appeared above him and his boddy disappeared, at least he was out of danger from Death gun.
Death gun: Grr... *he looks at my binaculars*
You: he spotted us...
Death gun: Listen to me all... *he held his gun high* Death gun is my name... as well as this gun. A few might have gotten lucky but not for long, it is not over... I am just getting started... It's Showtime.
Death gun then walked to the side of the bridge and faded into the darkness.
You: Oh boy...

A glass shattered as Koharu let go of the glass she was holding.
Koharu: *she stares horrorfied* it can't be...
Asuna: I've meet that persone before...

Klein: there is no doubt... he was Laughing coffin.
Everyone: *they all gasp*
Asuna: Is he their leader? PoH?
Klein: No, pretty sure it's not PoH, something about the way this guy acts is different... except for that line "It's Showtime" PoH was the only one who said that. But this guy, he must have been close to PoH, I am talking right hand man close.
Asuna: Igh... Kirito...
Koharu: Hang on, I need to make a phone call.
Meanwhile in GGO
Rei: master, the scan is upon us.
You: Okay...
Rei's eyes then display the entire map and we both see that Kirito and Sinon are together just at the other side of the bridge.
You: Sinon and Kirito are close, let get over to them, they must have saw what happened.
Rei: okay.
Rei and I began to run through the bridge, almost to the end we saw that a "Dead" sign appeared in the bridge, the map said that the ID name of the player that died here was Dyne, must have been taken out by the player that almost got killed by Death gun, his name was Pale rider.
You: Come on Rei.
Rei: I am going as fast as I can Master.
A red bullet line appeared in my field of vision but considering that the only players in this area were just us, I had a feeling I knew who it was and waved my hand, the bullet line faded away and I saw two figures standing up and we both saw Kirito and Sinon but when they did, Kirito took out his photon sword and began to deflect bullets.
You: Looks like they are under attack.
Rei: Should we help them.
You: Hang on... I think they got it covered, they are fighting the same way we do. Kirito makes sure that the plahyer is out of bullets and then Sinon will deliver the final blow.
Kirito deflected all the bullets the player was firing with precise speed and movement, honestly they were movements gthat were better then mine, Rei was even left amazed.
Kirito: Switch!
Sinon then shoots and splits the player in half as the hot bullet tears him apart and the death sign appears in front of him.
You: *I whistle in surprise*
Rei: They attacked the same way we do.
You: Yeah, guess they learned something from us.
Rei and I both reached Sinon and Kirito and they both looked at us with relieved expressions.
You: Hey you two.
Kirito: Looks like you managed to survive.
You: Looks like you two managed to copy our moves.
Sinon: Seems pretty effective. By the way, was that you earlier?
You: You mean with the missil? Yeah, had to do something before anything bad happened.
Kirito: Glad you did. But we couldn't find Death gun anywhere in the scan.
Sinon: My guess is that he probably jumped into the river and if he did he probably dissabled his gear like you did.
Kirito: what about his handgun?
Sinon: If he took it with him it is just one tiny handgun, I can take him easy with-
Kirito: You can't! I don't know if its legit but we can't risk it, not alone at least, one shot is all it takes and we are dead.
You: he's right. We are all together in this, we are SAO survivors and our main job as SAO survivors is to stop all red players.
Everyone: Mm...
Rei: Red players...?
You: Don't worry Rei, you will understand soon.
Sinon: Still... I am having a hard time believing all of this, I mean how is a Laughing coffin member got here in the first place?
You: Guess all we can do right now is track him, any ideas where he could have gone?
Sinon: I've seen that he carries a sniper so if I were him... I would take place in the ruins in that city across the bridge.
Kirito: Good, then thats where we are going. Come on!
You: great, now we are going back.
Rei: Does that involve us having to run again? Because I am going to need an oil change soon!
Meanwhile in SAO
Everyone was shaking from what they saw and Asuna was doing her best to calm everyone down.
Klein: here in SAO we have a rule... Never let a players HP hot zero because if they die in real game, they die in real life... Laughing coffin didn't care, they killed hundreds to thousands of players and they loved it... the Assault team stepped in and thanks to (You)'s plan, we outmatched them and took them all out.
Twilight: But his leader made it out and used me to break everyone out again. He used them to complete their umtilmate revenge... PoH killed everyone except for me, I got out and hid throughout most of the slaughter and then PoH faced all of you guys face to face. My brother took him out but then he striked again.
Philia: In the hollow area, he tricked me into almost killing Kirito and (You) but they both stopped him and ended his life.
Mito: Everything shows that they are all dead, so how the hell is a Laughing coffin member in another game and still alive?
The door swings open before anyone could answer and Koharu enters with Kikuoka by her side.
Koharu: Sorry I took so long. Had a bit of a conversation with him.
Kikuoka: If we can even call it a conversation *he says with a shacking voice*
Asuna: Okay *she stands up* Start talking, what is happening Mr. Kikuoka.
Kikuoka: Well... I'd be happy to explain in detail but it might take a while, also you can refer to me as Chrysheight here in game, just to keep a low profile. Honestly, I don't know where to start-
Koharu: Stop rambling and just talk!
Yui: Don't worry, I know just where to start. On november 9th a player calling himself Death gun fired at the screen to another player and strangely that player died the same day when he was shot somewhere in Nakano ward.
Chrysheight: Whoa now, I am astounded. To gather all that information and conclusion in such a short time. Hey, do you want a gig at the virtual division?
Asuna: Hrr!
Chrysheight: O-Okay, okay, I am not going to stonewall you this late in the game, I knew you guys would call. To summerize yes, that is what happened and it is all true.
Klein: Yo, Kikuoka or Chrysheight or whatever, let me get this straight, you made (You), Kirito and Sinon dive in game knowing that a player got shot in game and died in real life-
Chrysheight: Please calm down, that is not how the players die. The three of us discussed it and arrived to the same conclussion.
Leafa: Okay... if what you are saying is true then how come you had my brother and (You) dive in to GGO for you. I have a feeling that you might have had a hunch-no scratch that, you knew something was up. That Death gun guy is a part of it and I bet you sent both of them to find him.
Asuna: We figured it out, Death gun is an SAO survivor just like us but unlike us he was a red player, a player that only focused on murder.
Koharu: Another thing that we noticed is that he managed to switch to another game which is supposed to be impossible because all of the LafCof members are dead, their leader were not sure but as for the members, they were all killed by their leaders hand, so there should be no possible way for any survivor not even the leader to be in a different game because none of us can log out.
Asuna: This group that we are talking about, they are called Laghing coffin.
Chrysheight: Uh! Is that right?
Asuna: You are well informed Chrysheight and with a little bit of digging, you could find out who this Death gun is, if not real name, you could find his address and or location.
Chrysheight: N-No I am sorry, without a provable reason that this player is killing people the ISPs aren't going to give away a players real life information like that.
Silica: Can't you contact the admins? They could probably help.
Chrysheight: They might but they are located in the U.S so it will take a while before we can get an answer.
Koharu: (You) has always hated murder... ever since his parents and sister, well... he always had this look on his face, like a face of guilt and anger.
Argo: I remember that face, a face I never thought I'd see him make.

Koharu: Even if what was happening was just a rumor, he wouldn't take any chances... he'd go and see if the murder was for real and if they were, he put a stop to them.

Klein: *He smashes his fist* Damn it, why didn't they tell us? I could be backing them up, I could have converted over! All they had to do was ask!
Silica: We all would have, don't you see? That's why they didn't tell us, they did it to protect us, that's just how they are. That must have been why they were hesitent to take Sinon along with them.
Lisbeth: yeah, it's just their nature. They always think about everyone else before themselves, they are practically twins. They both are probably protecting Sinon right now and she must not be happy about it.
Asuna: Hrr... alright Chrysheight, where are Kirito and (You) located right now, I know you know so spill it out.
Chrysheight: Uh well... that's confidential.
Koharu: Hrmm!
Chrysheight: Geez woman, you give a glare that could stop a heart in an instant. Fine, they both are located within our facility, they are in no harms way and I can assure you all, they will not be harmed in any way possible. (You)'s mother is actually there with us, honestly it's the first time we've ever let an outsider enter the facility but... despirate times calls for despirate measures. Due to the matter that (You) is half american, we needed the information and pressence to his legal guardian so we could grant the neccesary proceedures. I also got both of them a trained profesional that is keeping an eye on both of them at all times so I can assure you all, they are in no danger.
Everyone: ...
Twilight: My brother is an idiot... but he is strong. I know he can pull it off.
Eydis: I have no idea as to what is happening, I am practically just standing in the dark right now... but she is right, it's not just him, that guy Kirito can do it too.
Agil: All we can do is wish them luck on the sideliness, it's not like there is anything we can do.
Asuna: Wait, can't you just activate that teleport gate? Activate it and let us convert over as well!
Chrysheight: I-I am sorry but I am not the one controlling them.
Asuna: Then who is it? Can't you get in contact with them?
Chrysheight: *he sighs* if only it were that easy, she is the one who actually made all this possible.
Asuna: what is that supposed to mean? Who is she?
Chrysheight: she is a gifted scientist, very special for her age. Her name is Nanairo Arshavin. The problem is that she is also located in the U.S so even if she wanted to re-open the gate, it will take days or weeks until she answers.
Koharu: *she sighs in frustration* Guess our hands are tide... *she looks at the monitors* all we can do is wish them luck and when they come back, (You) is going to get an earfull.
Asuna: The same thing goes to Kirito.
Klein: Oh man, I am so glad I am not them right now...
