1st Chapter – We Can Fix This Together
A/N:
Im dont have licenses on Harry Potter, Terminator and another universes, which I used in my fanfiction. Im just using those universes for writing my fanfiction. If you found grammar mistakes, Im was trying to be best.
This fanfiction is HPxTerminator crossover, but its more like Terminator fanfiction with Harry Potter and Hermione Grander as additional main heroes to Kyle Reese and Sarah Connor.
The 1st Part of This Chapter - "Lion and Lioness"
PoV: Harry
House. Living room with yellow wallpaper, a small tea table at the center of the room and a red sofa. On this sofa, Harry, The-Boy-Who-The-Lived, slept. This boy thought about those events and challenges with his friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Harry awoke and found himself alone in the room.
Where am I? What happened to my friends? How did I get here? - thought Harry in his mind
Finally awake, Harry looked around the room. He found it small, with a TV and a tea table. Getting up, his attention was drawn to a paper on the table. Harry found and took the paper, then he found message...
"Greetings, stranger. You are in the room of secrets, where I show the future, but dont speak directly about your future. You might think this is nonsense, but I'm saying it's necessary for you in the nearest future. Just wait, then the TV will turn on by itself, and it will show you the future.
With best regards, Fireman"
Harry has stunned for a minute, then he thought that what he read was a delusion about the "room of waiting".
Harry again looked around the room, then back sat on the sofa, and began to wait. To Harry`s surprise, TV turned on itself. At first, the screen was black, then the black disappeared, and Harry saw...
Bright Light on the TV screen
On the screen, things cleared up, and Harry saw two men standing in the room. One man looked like he was from the special service, and the second man looked like the sheriff. The man from the secret service was saying to the sheriff:
"Im going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Dont plan it, Dont wait for it, just let in happen." - said the man from the secret service
Then...
Bright Light on the TV screen
Again, the screen cleared up, and Harry saw a lady lying on the ground, with the sound of a shotgun firing. Then, a man approached the lady and said:
"Go with me, if you want to live."
Then, someone Harry couldn't see began to stand up. A mate told the lady:
"Now!"
Final Bright Light on the TV screen
Scene Changes
Morning. The tent.
Near the bed, where Harry slept, Hermione stayed, worried about her best friend, as he hadn`t gotten up.
"Harry, wake up, we have problems," Hermione declared.
There was no response from Harry, who was still sleeping. Hermione began to worry even more.
"Harry, please, WAKE UP!" Hermione cried.
"What troubles do we have?" Harry suddenly asked.
"Finally, I was starting to worry about you," Hermione said, feeling relieved. "First of all, Ron left us. Second, the locket is gone too."
"Maybe Ron took the locket and left us," Harry replied calmly.
"Yes, he wore the locket yesterday all day. Maybe he left us last night while we were sleeping," Hermione added
Finally awake, Harry got up, put on his clothes, and left the tent. He sat near the tent, first eating his breakfast, then began to guard the entrance in the tent.
2 Hours Later
He was still sitting near the tent and feeling bored. He noticed a thing that looked like a half-man, half-deer in the forest. Harry became interested in this thing. He looked around, checked the situation, and then put on the Invisible Cloak and went after the creature. His chase was short, and he reached the lake, pursuing the man-deer. While invisible, he saw the thing burying something in the ground near the lake.
He waited until the creature left the lake, then he went to the place where something was buried. He dug into the earth and found a small box. Harry was surprised to find the box, but he took it and returned to the tent.
Meanwhile...
Hermione was sitting near the tent, worried about Harry's disappearance, despite defending the entrance to the tent.
"First, Ron left us, then Harry disappeared, and now I'm left alone. I think I'll never surrender. The only option left is to find and destroy the Horcruxes," she thought to herself.
The young lady heard someone approaching the tent. Hermione watched the forest, but she didn't see anyone on the horizon. The noise of footsteps came closer and stopped at the tent.
"Harry, is that you?" Hermione asked uncertainly.
"Yes, it's me," Harry replied.
"Well," - Hermione firmly said, - "give me one reason why you left your guard post."
"Okay, I saw someone and followed them, then I found this," Harry answered, showing the small box from the lake.
"Good, good. We can open this box later. Together, I'm on the right path?" Hermione asked.
"Yes, Hermione," Harry replied.
After this phrase, Harry went into the tent, and Hermione continued sitting near the tent. He went to his bed and began thinking about how to open the box.
What secret do you have within yourself, my little friend? Harry thought.
He took a box in his hands, he saw a little, white box without a key to open.
How can I open you? - thought Harry, - Maybe I should drop you on the floor or tap you on the table. I must open your secret. Maybe you have some magical defense, but I need to discover the secret.
He held the box in his hands, and Harry dropped it on the floor of the tent. The box broke with a sound like thunder. Harry got up and went to the place where the pieces of the box lay. He found under the remaining pieces of box a paper. Young man took the paper and found the following message:
"MEET THE PATH SUGGESTED BY FATE WITH UNDERSTANDING
REMEMBER ONE THING, THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY OUT
SEE THAT YOU CANT PROTECT EVERYONE
AND REMEMBER ABOUT YOUR LUCKY STAR IN THE DARKEST HOUR
REMEMBER ONE THING BEFORE YOU GO, THAT YOUR FRIENDS WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU"
First, my dream, now this paper. I need to talk to Hermione about this, Harry thought.
But before Harry went out, he saw something under the remaining pieces. He raked through the pieces and found a Time Turner. He couldn't believe his eyes; before him was a surviving Time Turner with erased words. Harry knew that all Time Turners had been destroyed in the battle for the Prophecy in the Ministry of Magic. He took the Turner and went outside the tent.
"Would you mind if I sit next to you?" Harry asked.
"Of course, Harry," Hermione replied.
"Thank you. I broke that box, then I found this paper and the Time Turner," Harry said.
"What? A Time Turner? You're kidding me," Hermione said.
"It's not a joke; this is a survived Time Turner," - Harry said and showed the untouched Time Turner to Hermione. "This Turner was clearly stored away from the Ministry of Magic's sight."
Hermione was too surprised, knowing about all the destroyed Time Turners.
"I agree with your theory. Well, I may ask about one thing," Hermione said.
"Ask me,"
"OK, can you promise never to leave me, no matter the reason?" Hermione asked.
Then there was silence fell between Harry and Hermione. Harry was like he had been hit by a shell from her request.
"I..., - Harry said, but having seen her face and understanding situation – I`ll try to complete your promise."
"Thank you, Harry. You trust me?"
"I always trust you, and youre asking me about this for second time."
"Really? But thank you again. I can take that paper?" Hermione calmly asked
"Do it," Harry told
He gave paper to her hands. She took the paper and began to read the message. They watch the sunset and felt together as never before so close. Suddenly, their hands were together. They didnt understand what happened.
"I...dont know what happened now. Our hands suddenly were together. You know why our hands got together?" Hermione surprised asked
"I really dont know about how our hands got together. You felt something?"
"Yes, I felt something for you." Hermione answered
"Really, for me?" Harry funny asked
"Im not sure about my feelings, but its maybe to you," - Hermione said, -" And now we go inside the tent. Together?"
"Of course, kiddo." Harry told to Hermione
After that phrase, Harry continued sitting near the tent. Hermione stood up and went inside the tent.
Scene Changes
Several hours later...
Evening. The tent
One day had passed since the "hard" dialogue with Ron about the future of the Horcrux Hunt. Harry and Ron had talked a lot, and they both hurt each other deeply. Now, on the one hand, Harry and Hermione were together, but on the other hand, they missed Ron before he started wearing the locket. The music from the radio played in the air of the tent, trying to relax them. Harry, feeling this, stood up from his bed and held out his hand to Hermione. She accepted his move. Then Hermione stood up, and the teenagers went to the center of the tent and waited for something.
From radio began to play "Find Yourself" by Brad Paisley
The teenagers started dancing to the song. Their dance was long and happy for couple. They feel that were they big than just best friends.

Then, something happened suddenly. For Harry and Hermione, it meant that their location had been discovered. They had a little time to go to out from tent - together took only important things to road. After, they fled out from tent. While running from the Death Eaters, they thought about using Time Turner. Finding a safe place, they took the Turner and used it with one purpose – to run as far away...
Scene Changes
May of 13th, Los Angelis, 1984
Harry and Hermione fell to the ground, with things from their bag flying around them. They stood up and looked around, taking in their surroundings. They quickly realized that the Time Turner had transported them to an unknown city and time. They were safe from the Death Eaters, but they had stumbled into an even bigger problem. Harry sensed magic in the air and saw someone approaching them. The stranger was a man wearing dark blue jeans and a red jacket.
"How do you feel?" the stranger asked.
"Not bad," Harry replied.
"OK. Come with me, if you of both want to live," the stranger said.
"Do you have a name?" Hermione asked
"You can call me Rudy. Now, Harry and Hermione, please follow me," Rudy replied.
The teenagers had a question: "How does this man know our names?" But they followed Rudy.
The 2nd Part of Chapter – "Sometimes I cry"
May of 13th, Los Angelis, 1984
PoV: Rudy Rivers
Rudy Rivers was lying in his bed. His mind was preoccupied with thoughts about his "luck" in finding, perhaps, Harry Potter and his friend Hermione Granger. He was an ex-wizard, standing 183 cm tall, with grey eyes, a good face, and light-brown hair. He had helped them by giving them a children's room on the second floor. But he cleared his mind and began to sleep.
Scene Changes
PoV: Hermione
House. Room with one window, a bed, a small color TV, red wallpaper and wooden table. Hermione Granger was sleeping on a red bed and suddenly woke up. She felt anxiety mixed with curiosity. Getting up from bed, she noticed a paper. She went to the table, took a paper and began to read:
"Greetings, stranger. You here not because you are chosen, but here begins your path of love. Dont try to find an exit, just wait. Now, see what you need now and in the future.
Best regards, Fireman"
And I needed to see the possible future. I should remember this information, and I should understand my feelings – what means that paper, - thought Hermione
Suddenly, on the paper, the old message disappeared, and then new words appeared, transforming into a new message.
"Go to bed, Wait and Remember everything."
Another piece of information, which needed for me in the future? Yeah, Granger, yeah, - Thought Hermione to herself
She followed the notes instructions and was now waiting...
Bright Light on the TV screen
Screen was cleared. Hermione saw a knight in strange yet more elegant armor with number on left side of his chest: "117" and a human was dressed as a scientist. The human told to knight something:
"You are here because you are chosen. Our enemies are getting smarter and more numerous every day. What I`m about to show you will help turn the tide of war. Are you ready?"
"Yes, Doctor Halsey." replied knight
Then Hermione felt that what TV was showing her was something redacted, but the scene was similar: the knight with the number 117, Scientist Halsey, and a little purple woman on the left hand of the knight. "Together you become our newfound hope. Together you become a key to humanity survive."
Then...
Bright Light on the TV screen
Again, the screen cleared up, and Hermione saw a car in which a woman and a man were sitting. The man was driving, and the lady was afraid of something. Then the man said:
"Do exactly what I say, dont move without asking, dont make a single sound, do you understand? Do you understand?!
"Yes, but only promise not kill me."
Then...
Bright Light on the TV screen
Then the screen cleared up. Hermione saw, for the third time:
Hotel, Room.
Old man, dressed in black pants and white shirt, was staying near another man. Old man something spoke to man, which dressed in black clothes:
"The owls are not what they seem."

May of 13th, Los Angelis, 1984
The room, where Harry and Hermione slept was big, with blue wallpaper, two beds, a desk, and a lamp, the celling of the room was like clear sky. Hermione first woke up, when Harry continued sleeping. She quietly and stealthily took her clothes and went out of the room. When she reached the living room thought the stair, Hermione put on her clothes and noticed a note with message on the fridge.
"If someone wakes up and finds this note, dont worry. Ill back as soon as possible. Food in the fridge.
With best regards, Rudy"
Well, we shouldnt speak about our wizard past to Rudy, - thought Hermione
After reading this note, lady found the sofa and sat down. Also, she found a clock and it showed 10:05AM. Hermione started thinking, but her ears heard footsteps from above. Steps were made by Harry: he had also woken up and dressed. He sat next to her on the sofa.
"How are you?" Harry asked
"Im fine, how are you too?" Hermione told
"Good. You don`t know how we ended up here?"
"Maybe, Harry, this Time Turner moved us in this city. Good news – were in a safe place, Bad news – we can`t back in England. It`s our fault to use it"
"Listen, sometimes we dont make the right decisions, and this leads to mistakes. This makes us human. My fault – I should stop Ron from leaving us."
"Well, but Ron left us because he was corrupted by the Locket. its you mistake, you recognize your mistake. Recognizing our fault and mistakes also make us human. Am I on the right way, Harry?" Hermione uncertainly asked
"Yeah."
"Well, I found a note where our savior wrote: hell be back as soon as possible. While hes not here, maybe we can cast something to check if magic is working in this city?"
"Yes, first – you, then I. We shouldnt talk about we are wizards"
"Noted," Hermione said
Then, Hermione first stood and tries to cast Lumos, but it worked. After Hermione`s attempt, Harry tried to cast Lumos and his attempt also worked.
"What shall we do now?" Hermione asked
"Maybe we can watch something on TV, while were waiting for Rudy."
"Good idea."
After this phrase, they began seeking for how to turn on the TV. Then, they found method how to turn it on and sat down on the sofa. They began watching a show about big humans, who could transform their body into cars or planes.
Twenty-two minutes later
Harry with Hermione were watching another TV show.
Suddenly, they heard sound from the side of the door. The noise of the door opening. When the door opened, Rudy walked into the room and found Harry and Hermione on the sofa.
"Both of you," - said Rudy, - "woke up and now watching the TV."
"And?" Harry asked
"And... nothing. Well, did you eat from the fridge?"
"No, sir." Hermione answered
"OK, I won`t bother you of both."
After this, he took off his jacket and went to his chamber. Harry and Hermione continued watching the TV.
Later, 10:40 AM
When the TV show was finished, Rudy sat next to Harry with Hermione on the sofa.
"You`re know me, and you are Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, right?" Rudy asked
"Yes, but how do you know us." Harry said
"Im a wizard like you, but an American wizard. Magic World knows Harry for how he sends in knockout the Dark Lord. You used an experimental Time Turner?"
"An experimental Turner, which was buried in the earth near the lake in the UK." Harry sarcastically said
"Really? Harry, can you tell me about how you got that thing."
Harry told the story about how to he got a Time Turner. When he finished telling the story, boy showed it to Rudy.
"Well, very original story. Ministry of Magic has three experimental Time Turner from time of the first Magic War. They work like as usual Turner, but thing moves the owner from 1 to 50 years in time and that Time Turner will not back owner. Ministry created with one purpose – kill Tom Reddle before he ascends to the Dark Lord."
"That means well never back in our 1998." Hermione spoke, shocked from this information
"Yes, Im so sorry for you." Rudy sadly declared
"Well, where are we?" Harry asked
"In LA."
"LA?" Harry again asked
"Well, LA is short name Los Angelis. You of both now stand in Los Angelis." Rudy justified
Scene Changes
Eight hours and forty-five minutes later, 9:25PM
Evening, Second Floor, Children Chamber
Isolated from hope, Beaten and Scared
That thought was in their minds. They lay on their beds. They didn`t know how to deal with this trouble. Always, the golden trio dealt with troubles together, but everything was changed yesterday. They might hand down to trouble, but they won`t surrender.
"I`m want to talk with you, Harry." Hermione said
"Begin." Harry replied
"Well, I feel sad and sorry for us being in this situation." Hermione started
"And I feel about this too, but we never surrender for seven years of being best friends."
"I agree with you, and I have a plan." Hermione told, intriguing her friend
"What`s the plan?"
"We can survive, if we stand with Rudy. Now, we now create our plan to integrate into muggle society:
First step – we`ll take new names.
Second step – when we`re 18 old, we`ll go to work.
Third step - survive until the day we`ll full integrate in muggle society."
"I`ll take first step of our plan." said Harry
"Yes. You would like to go for a walk?" asked Hermione
"Noted." Harry replied
They stood up from their beds and dressed. They walked to entrance door, and they wanted to open it, Rivers stopped them with question:" Where are they going to?" Harry answered: "We`re going for a walk." Rudy told "OK" and gave them 30$ each. They walked from home and stood before an unknown, but interesting city with name of Los Angelis.
Scene Changes
Hour later
May of 13th, Los Angelis – City streets, 1984
They walk on sidewall, seeking a place to relax. Then, they noticed one big word above the door:
"TECHNOIR"
"Maybe that place can help us relax?" Harry asked
"Maybe or not, we need go to in and check" Hermione seriously said
They opened a door and found a decent place. First of all, they paid for entrance, $4,50. Then, they found a free table amidst the crowd. They looked like farmers, who had come to the city. Afterward, they sat down and began listening to the music.
"Hermione, did you see any dreams that told you about the future?" Harry asked
"Yes. What`s the problem?"
"Okay, dreams can show the future without directly speaking about the truth future. I can saw yesterday. You can saw that dreams?"
"Well, I saw that one today, when I slept. Their message we can understand in the right time." Hermione told
"You`re on right track. Can you see here one woman in light-blue jeans and pink sweater with white lines?"
"Why should we search her?"
"Because I saw her in my dream when I slept. And I saw her somewhere before."
"I saw her too in my dream," - answered Hermione, - "I want to ask you about one thing. You sure about that woman?"
"I`m really sure."
"Okay." Hermione hopely said
They continue sitting for a table and listening to music. But then, shots from a shotgun rang out. People began fleeing from "TechNoir," and Harry and Hermione started to flee as well. However, they had to take cover from the bullets. They stood in a phone booth near the table where they had sat. The teenagers heard the sound of a submachine firing and the cries of people.
Then, the sounds of a shotgun rang out again. Harry looked out from phone booth and saw, amidst dead bodies, a scene similar to the one from his dream.
"We should help that woman and the men." Harry declared
"Why, because of your dream?" Hermione asked
"Right, we both saw those people in our dreams."
"I agree with this point. So, we must go to and deal with this." Hermione told.
Harry with Hermione walked out from phone booth. Harry helped a woman, Sarah, to her feet. A man, Kyle, wanted to ask: "Why those children were helping him on a mission to defend Sarah?" But he understood that the boy and girl could help defend Sarah Connor. While the quartet stood in one place, a mate, which Kyle had shot with a shotgun, began to get up from the sidewalk. Seeing this move, everyone was afraid, except Kyle, who had seen it before in his timeline. The quartet began to run from the bar "TechNoir" into an unknown future.
