A/N I can see Daniel making snarky comments too.

Faith snorted. "Dramatic. But accurate, but before any of that happens you'll think we're insane."
"Come back just before dark." Elder Xander told them. "And come armed, it mostly won't do you any good, but it'll make you feel better." He smirked again, trying to lighten the atmosphere a bit, Colonel O'Neill's team was clearly worried about him and the situation with his new made daughter. "Make sure the Colonel gets back to wherever you're staying before dark."
"What happens after dark?" Carter asked.
"Monsters come out to play." Elder Xander responded seriously. "Fun for them. Not fun for their victims." On that ominous note, the three remaining members of SG 1 left to find their friend, a few hours later, they all returned. Several people were waiting for them, including another Xander.
"You're the local, aren't you?" Daniel asked. Colonel O'Neill eyed the young man who carried himself very differently from his twin.
"Yes, Sir." local Xander answered. "Major Carter, Dr. Jackson. And I'm afraid no one got your name earlier." Teal'c glanced at O'Neill, who nodded.
"It is Teal'c." He answered.
"Nice to meet you, Teal'c. This is Cordelia Chase, she won't be coming with us and Buffy Summers, who will be, along with Faith and both of us Xander's. We're going to divided up into two groups, because large groups get avoided. Buffy and my counterpart will go with Dr. Jackson and Teal'c. The Colonel and the Major will be coming wth Faith and me."
"And you're in charge?" The Colonel asked, noncommittally.
"Military can't give orders to civilians excepts on your bases or forts or in a combat situation. And we're the experts here, Colonel, we know what we're facing and how to deal with it."
"The President hinted that it had to do with aliens of some sort."
"In a way, he's correct, it does."
"Hey, Doofus." Cordelia tossed an order his way. "Bring me back a decaf cappuccino from the Expresso Pump."
"Yes, your majesty." He smirked at her. "How'd your visit with your parents go, by the way?"
"A lot easier than I expected, they've figured out a few things themselves and they've decided to forgive you for breaking my heart, since it turned out to be a big fake out and not your fault. And we need to talk about something, but that can wait."
"Okay, Buff, take your group through the industrial section, we'll hit the warehouses and sweep back through the cemeteries."
"Got it. Teal'c, was it?" She eyed the big guy, whatever was in his belly was nasty, but he seemed nice. "Are you familiar with any kind of weapons besides a gun?"
"I am proficient with a stave." He responded.
"I don't know what that is "
"It's another word for staff, Buffy." Local Xander told her, Achilles' knowledge included how to use one, very well too.
"Oh, okay." She went over to her weapons chest and opened it. "Your usual ax, Xan?"
"Of course." He answered and caught the weapon she tossed him by its handle and tossed Teal'c a staff, which he easily caught as well.
"Those weapons work better on whatever you're dealing with?" O'Neill asked
"Yes, for the most part." Xander answered. "You'll understand soon enough, Colonel."
It didn't take long for their group to run into a pack of five vampires, several of which Xander recognized. "Harmony? You finally manage to get some sheep of your own?"
"Xander? I still owe you, for messing up my plan before." The blond glared at him.
"You're plan to be the top bitch around here?" The Colonel glanced sharply at him and his language.
"Yeah, that one. Kill him, boys!" The blond ordered and Colonel O'Neill and Major Carter both drew their sidearms as the four males with her charged towards them, eyes going yellow and faces deforming. Xander stepped forward to meet their charge and Faith watched as he demonstrated his new skills.
"Carter."
"Yes, Sir?"
"Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing?"
"Are you referring to the aliens or the teenage boy taking them apart? Sir, if I'm not mistaken some of those moves are taught to Special Forces "
"You're not." He responded. And stared as the kid chopped off a head and the body collapsed into dust, a minute or so later and all four of the males were piles of dust.
"What are they?" The Colonel asked, weapon still drawn and steady.
"Simplest explaination." Faith answered. "Parasites inhabiting dead human bodies."
"Not so simple answer?"
"They exist solely on the blood of the living and really enjoy torture. I think you can understand why we call them vampires."
"Where do they come from?"
"They were created, according to oral tradition, by the last demon driven off the Earth and into Hell. As for why they're in Sunnydale, two reasons, there's a dimensional tear under what used to be Sunnydale High School that leaks energy that attracts them. And because the one and only Mayor that Sunnydale had for a century, built Sunnydale as an all you can eat buffet for them."
"Xander Harris, I hate you!" The blond screamed. "You ruin everything! Gods, I wish I'd never become a vampire, I never get to have any fun. Anything else would have been better."
"Oh, what the Hell, I'm bored and it's got to be more fun than just watching vamps get dusted." A voice said gleefully. "Wish granted!"
"That's something you don't see every day." Faith muttered, staring as Harmony transformed in front of them.
"She always did have a thing for unicorns."
