Day 5

Class 1A was at English Class their Teacher is mic

I been saving up for those 4-litre water bottles said Ochako, who was talking to Izuku. Oh I could buy you one said momo who overheard the conversation .

I can't take it anymore said Bakugou. Quit being a spoiled rich bitch OK money tits . Oh I'm sorry for rubbing my wealth In everyone face said momo looking down. It's OK, said Ochako. I'm actually Quite touched at your offer.

Now if only she'll rub something else in everyone's face said denki, clearly referring to Her breasts.

Your reading is bugging me, Bakugou said. Why can't you just read like a normal person?

Dude , I have dyslexia , said Denki . Denki is insulted and feels bad about his intellect, despite being in one of the top-ranked schools in the world, both for heroics and education.

During lunchtime Izuku, Tenya, and Ochako are minding their own business, lining up to get lunch, when they're approached by a girl with black hair braided behind her and snow-white eyes, with a red band on her upper arm. Hello I am Shuryou Kisai of class 3D. I'm the President of the student council.

You must be Izuku Midoriya. I would Like you to join as secretary

Wow that's something I mean wow Izuku rambled On . Fucking nice man take the job Tenya looks at her with disappointment at her bad language. I mean go for it, Ochako said nervously.

Who are you really, Izuku thought .

Calm down, Kisai said . My quirk is called 'Suggestion', which allows me to implant suggestions into people's minds, though i can't exactly control them, just make it easier for them to listen to me.

It might be due to your vocal chord changing to release in specific waves of sound, resulting in a hypnotic tone. It's harder for you to implant suggestions if they have a stronger psyche, and if you're lacking confidence for one reason or another said Izuku

Kisai Smiles at Izuku's explanation . her face goes back to her serious Expression. due to U.A. specialising in different things, students are often more focused on their education and projects, and the secretary position is seen as far too much work. The previous secretary graduated last year, and the few people who applied for the role weren't qualified or quickly backed out after hearing about the responsibilities.

So why me Izuku asked

I approached Nedzu for a recommendation. He suggested you after revealing your score for the written exam. It's the fourth highest in U.A. history, only beaten out by those whose quirks happened to increase their intelligence. 89.76%. The third ranked was 93.16%.

Still I don't think I'm a good choice . I would have voted for you as Class President if you said Ochako. Same said Tenya.

Oh please I'm a nervous wreck, nothing more than a hollow null who would fail at picking up trash. It was Bakugou who had put those thoughts in his head And hadn't he resolved himself to ignoring him?

Kisai is smiling when he looks back to her, as if she already knew his answer, and he accepts.

You will record the meetings which are dubbed 'minutes' and are saved to a system. collect other council members for said meetings; take a roll call when everyone is gathered; take note of any complaints students come to you with, which the others will take care of. As a student council member, they have to listen to student complaints and deal with them if they're not serious enough to involve a member of staff. If they are serious, they'll be taken to the advisor, Midnight. They also handle school-wide events, such as the Sports Festival, Culture Festival, Music and Play Appreciations and non-traditional events such as CosDay or Bent Day,

We try to have a meeting every two weeks, though this can change depending on the urgency of the complaint. As for meeting length, it's roughly 30 to 45 minutes. If someone has other duties, they are welcome to attend to them. Their position will not be in danger unless they deliberately skip meetings and do not attend to their duties. While on campus, they will be fitted with a specific communicator, which is basically an earpiece that works on radio waves, rather than satellite, with a one-mile radius, which encompasses nearly all of the U.A. city from within the school, just about missing the entrance, the USJ, and the edge of the centre (mall).

In reality, students rarely approach anyone but ,e and Ayame about complaints, so your job is basically only really based in the student council meetings and specific events.

The U.A. student council is known to be nearly ruthless, handling any concerns the students had, being the people to go to when you couldn't find the courage to face the principal or were too nervous to tell the teachers. They're the ones sorting out the details for festivals and specific days, as well as doubling as the disciplinary committee. They handled club issues, making sure each one was attended to as quickly as possible.

Izuku, after school, arrives in the Student Council room, which is on the third floor of the Practical Building

The Vice-President is a girl named Kiyosumi Ayame

She had Blonde hair tied into a messy bun. And green eyes

Her quirk is Bloom

She can make plants sprout in a 5-metre radius. She can only sprout plants she knows the make of. Dangerous plants require more energy and focus.

The treasurer is a boy named Kaneko Diaki

He has Dark yellow hair, straight and parting in front of his eyes, which are the colour of gold.

His quirk is Light Notes

He can draw notes into thin air from his fingertips, which glow enough to allow him to see. This makes it easier for him to sort through his thoughts and plan things out easier. Erases via waving.

The Disciplinary Leader is a boy named Chobatsu Osamu

He has Black hair tied into a small ponytail and equally dark eyes. Sunglasses, and is somewhat beefy

His quirk is fear The longer he looks at someone, the more scared they become. Even if they are aware, they will still become afraid. Usually wears sunglasses, as they block his quirk, but takes them off for disciplinary issues.

After school Bakugou is called into the principal Office his parents were sitting down

His dad Masaru is a middle-aged man of average height and build who has short brown hair similar in style to his wife and son, a short mustache, and rectangular glasses.

His mom Mitsuki is a woman with spiky ash-blonde hair and red eyes; the same aforementioned traits that her son Katsuki inherited. Because of her Quirk, Glycerin which allows the user to produce a smooth liquid from their skin.

Its moisturizing effect gives Mitsuki a flawless skin quality which maintains her youthful appearance, despite her age.

She maintains a youthful appearance despite being in her late thirties. At home, she is seen wearing a white blouse underneath a lavender cardigan with a short black skirt.

What did my son do this time she Asked he gets his angry Issues from Me. I can't seem to wrangle.

You are aware of his perfect record, asked nezu. That's a surprise but I supposed Bakugou simply behaved better in school and took classes seriously, said Masaru .

I would agree with you if I only trusted the records, said nezu .

His files also recorded many exams and tests coming back with exceptionally high scores. Mostly 90s. Which is why I'm skeptical.

Bakugou's score in the entrance exam, for the written portion, was 70.36%, which is a typical score for most hero course students, but not so much when you consider his high scores in his past exams. From the records, he should have gotten an 80& to even a 90%.

I believe Aldera doctores his results.

what the Hell are you talking about I didn't cheat Bakugou yelled

shut up and calm down, because nobody was accusing you of cheating. Mitsuki Yelled .

Yes, said nezu. I was accusing Aldera, not Bakugou. He is smart - you have to be in order to get into U.A.

issue is not with his academics, it's what lying about one thing means for another. The issue of his behaviour.

why Bakugou would behave better at a school, which isn't very prolific, than at U.A., where they have a strict policy on behaviour. I

suggests that he was, in fact, worse in Aldera.

My classmates are sensitive babies who can't Handle The truth, said Bakugou.

This meeting is about Bakugou's placement at U.A said nezu

There is no way in hell that I'm leaving this school said Bakugou

Aizawa walks in the room. He barely got in and has been a nuisance ever since, insulting his classmates and attempting to assault another, as well as trying to use his quirk inside class, outside of sanctioned use. if had taken it a single step further, he would have been expelled immediately, he said.

please Don't expel him, Mitsuki said . He worked hard to get here

everyone in U.A. worked hard to get in, and effort does not mean he deserves more chances than he's already had. Aizawa said bluntly .

I can recognise it's not entirely Bakugou's fault, as it's the teachers job to not just teach, but to guide children and make sure they grow to become good people. In that sense, it is our fault for allowing Bakugou to become this way said nezu

That being said, Bakugou is old enough to know better. He should have come to learn on his own what is right and what is wrong. He still needs to be punished in order to learn that what he did was wrong. that he may have scored the maximum amount of Villain Points, but he did not gain a single point in any other, the most important being Hero Points.

How can he expect to blossom as a great hero if he does not act as one?

Now you believe you should be expelled?"

And Bakugou think about his bottom-placed ranking in the entrance exam. He was two points away from failing. He thinks about his rank 15 in Aizawa's assessment, a single rank away from being punished. Nobody cared about how strong his quirk was. Not when one of them could make items from her fat, one could use ice and fire one could use electricity, one could negate gravity. It didn't matter.

Nobody likes him. The extras from middle school didn't matter - they were just sheep following the strongest shepard. They thought he was cool for nearly dying. Worthless Deku saved him. Deku, who isn't good for anything but relieving anger, saved him where other heroes were content to let him die. If Deku wasn't there, he'd be dead. He'd be dead and it was Deku who saved him.

Deku, who everyone liked. Deku, who was popular. Deku, who Hobo hasn't told off once. Deku, who he tried to shove into the dirt. Because Deku was better than him.

He thinks about it. And he nods. After all, why would they keep someone who isn't heroic?

And Nedzu grins. Had Bakugou not agreed, he truly would have expelled him. Admitting he was wrong is the first step to improvement. There is room for growth.

That being said, you're not getting away scot-free. You're banned from participating in practical assignments, such as sparring, which was something he looked forward to the most, but doesn't argue against it. You will still be allowed in physical education, as they don't want to restrict his education, but will not be allowed to duel anyone else. If you insult anyone, it will result in being kicked out of the hero course and to the gen-ed.

You will also have to attend mandatory therapy sessions with Hound Dog. It's acknowledged that this is not a punishment and, if your implied bullying is true it's far more than he deserves. However, it is a punishment in the fact that it will help you realise his wrong doings and deal with the fact that it was wrong and he enjoyed it.

I may not be able to punish you for what you did before U.A., but I can take actions according to his behaviour within U.A. A single infrastructure will lead to his expulsion.

that there is a chance Bakugou will turn to villainy should he be expelled, but that I am far more willing to allow a villain in public than a villain in my school.

Bakugou reels from that, realising that, despite striving to become a hero, Nedzu sees him as a villain. And from the silence from his parents, so too do they.
