Mission Fourteen: The Legendary Tommy Oliver... Part 1

Back in the city, a strange portal opens and an individual wearing blue jeans, work boots, a green shirt and a brown jacket exits from it. On his left wrist a familiar green communicator is shown. The man shown is Tommy Oliver, the legendary Power Ranger. He pulls out his morpher and says "Well, here it is. Time to find the other Rangers."

Meanwhile, back at HQ the Rangers are sitting down either reading or watching videos on their tablet. Then the alarm goes off with Officers Banks and Bratt alert them about a new emergency.

Banks: "Rangers, we have a weird emergency going on!"

John: "What's going on?"

Bratt: "Well, it seems a portal has opened and we detected Ranger energy!"

Perry: "Wait you mean there's another Ranger?"

Banks: "Correct, go check it out."

Andrew: "It seems my visions didn't see this coming. Let's go."

They head out into the city and try to find the signal. They get closer and closer and the signal gets louder and louder. Eventually, the signal is so close to them that John notices the signal is behind them. John looks back and notices Tommy smirking at him.

Tommy: "Hey Rangers, nice seeing you again."

John: "Tommy! Oh hey nice seeing you!"

John reaches out to shake his hand and Tommy obliges. John shakes his hand but refuses to let go as his face lights up with excitement.

John: "Tommy! You have no idea how honored I am to see you here!"

Andrew: "Sorry Tommy, he's a big fan of you."

Tommy: "It's okay nice to meet you all."

John: "I guess you know who I am right?"

Tommy: "Yes, you're John, Perry, Andrew, Oscar and Jake right?"

All in Unison: "YES!"

Tommy: "Well, let's talk because we have a lot to catch up on."

Tommy and the other Rangers meet up at the base where they gather around him. Hey begins to tell them about why he is here and why he showed up in the first place.

Tommy: "Rangers we have an emergency. Since Grid Battle has the Morphing Grid in tact the villains from across the multiverse already know that it's here. It's why Messiah is trying to escape. He already knows what you know. That's why he needs that extra Energy. So he can steal it all and conquer every world. Sirius and I have worked back at NASADA to make sure that Messiah doesn't try to escape to any other universe. Venjix was already defeated by the Beast Morphers team."

John: "Beast Morphers, excuse me?"

Andrew: "I've never heard of them."

Perry: "Who are they?"

Tommy: "They have the same suits as you do."

Jake: "So they must have a cyborg like me right?"

Tommy: "No, they have a robot named Steel and a doctor named Nate who is the Gold Ranger."

Oscar: "A doctor as a Power Ranger? Huh?"

Tommy: "Yes it's hard to believe but he earned his right to be a Ranger."

Oscar: "Oh okay. That's okay I guess."

Tommy: "Listen, Venjix is still out there and Messiah doesn't want him to come here. He doesn't want competition."

John: "How does he know any of this?"

Tommy: "I got help from someone named Dr. K and Colonel Truman."

Perry: "Oh I know them they're from Corinth right?"

Tommy: "Yes. The reason I come here is to warn you. You need to keep the Morphing Grid safe. Also, I'm here because an old foe has come back."

Oscar: "So who's this old foe?"

Tommy: "Someone I thought was gone years ago. Zeltrax."

John: "Hold on, I thought you killed Zeltrax long ago."

Tommy: "I did but he's returned and this time he's not happy at all."

John: "Do you think he wants to team up with Messiah?"

Tommy: "No, he will do this alone because he trusts no one. Mesogog is gone and so are all of the Tyrannodrones. He's already upgraded himself thanks to new tech he found at NASADA. He's coming

here. And we have to stop him."

The alarm goes off and Commander Leon runs towards the team and exclaims "Rangers, we have an emergency, look!" He shows them footage of Zeltrax attacking civilians with newly powered

Tyrannodrones.

Tommy: "Well, looks like we have to go."

Commander Leon: "Tommy, I guess you know him well."

Tommy: "Yes I do Commander."

Commander Leon: "Well, I'm sorry your arrival wasn't pleasant but we can surely use your help."

Tommy: "Absolutely I have my Master Morpher in case."

Perry: "Let's go already! Hopefully those two don't try to team up with him!"

John: "Nick let's go!"

Nick: "Yes sir!"

Perry: "Hey Phoebe get ready in case we need the zords."

Phoebe: "You go it!"

Andrew: "George, be ready too. Remember these guys are trouble."

George: "You got it we'll just wait here."

Nick transforms into his motorcycle form and John heads out. The other team takes the Special Ops Van with Tommy driving. They head towards Zeltrax who has already started causing damage. Tommy jumps out of the van and jump kicks him.

Zeltrax: "Ouch! Well well Doctor O! It seems you keep interfering in my plans."

Tommy: "Smitty you're going down this time! And I have help! Dino Thunder Power Up Ha!"

Tommy morphs into the Black Dino Thunder Ranger which leaves the team speechless.

John: "Wow didn't know you could switch powers."

Tommy: "Thanks to my master morpher I can."

John: "Let's do this guys!"

"Special Ops Energize!"

The Rangers morph and fight the Tyrannodrones while Tommy faces off against Zeltrax. He breaks out his Bracchio Saber and they clash. The Rangers manage to dispose the Tyrannodrones with their blasters and swords. Tommy gains the upper hand against Zeltrax until suddenly Zeltrax upgrades himself into his super form. He manages to defeat Tommy until Jake shows up to help him. John then speeds up to Zeltrax and slashes him while Andrew pounds the pavement. Zeltrax shields himself but Perry jumps and manages to catch him off guard. Oscar pushes Zeltrax and then slashes him several times.

Zeltrax: "Ugh, I will not lose to you Rangers!"

John: "Hey loser how did you get here?"

Zeltrax: "Simple, I found a back door here. Thanks to Messiah. And now prepare to die!"

They prepare to fight again but this time an energy beam shoots in the air and throws all of them down. It's revealed to be none other than Messiah but in a temporary form.

Messiah: "Rangers, it's a pleasure to see you here. Sadly I can't spend more time here because I only have enough Enetron to use. However, it's enough for me warn you that I am coming and I will destroy you all. Zeltrax, I see you managed to arrive here in time."

John: "Hey snake head, what the hell are you talking about?"

Messiah: "You see I am still weak but I will be stronger I promise you. So Zeltrax why not we work together to defeat the Rangers?"

Zeltrax: "I work alone! I don't need your trash!"

Messiah: "Very well then I will bid you all goodbye for now."

Messiah leaves leaving everyone puzzled. Zeltrax gets up and declares "Rangers, I promise I will come back soon! He may have stopped me but I will destroy you all!" He teleports away and Tommy stares into the sky.

Tommy: "Zeltrax why did you come here. What is your purpose here?"
