Inside of a room in the kingdom of Dragnof's castle a young woman with scarlet red hair awakens and immediately places a hand over her face and groans in pain 'Where am i?' She looks around seeing a room made of stone lit only by sunlight and seeing this scene causes her to panic 'What's going on?! This isn't my room!'
"Calm down child" A voice speaks in her mind
'Who?' The young woman looks around furiously for the source of the voice 'Who's there?!'
"I'm in your mind. You died and it was my fault so i brought your soul to a world you favoured" The voice tells her "Unfortunately i couldn't place you in the time you know within this world so i had to place you four centuries in the past"
'Another world and one that i favour? Which one is it?' The words of the spirit confuse the young woman
"It is called earthland, you are on the continent of Ishgar in the kingdom of Dragnof" The voice replies
'I'm In Fairy Tail?!' The young woman exclaims mentally 'In fucking Dragnof!'
"Indeed, and now i must say goodbye as I've held myself in this world as long as i can" the voice fades out of the young woman's mind and at that moment another young woman with the same scarlet hair as her own who looks just like her opens the door
"Good morning Eris" The new woman's tone is sad but she clearly knows who the first woman is
'Hold on a second that's' With a hoarse voice the first woman, presumably named Eris, speaks "Irene?"
Her voice seems to cause a reaction in Irene as the young woman's head snaps up and over to Eris "E-Eris..." tears well in her eyes and she dashes over to her twin and hugs her "You're awake, You're actually awake!"
"What happened..." Eris can barely speak so something definitely happened, she also has vague memories slowly coming to her presumably from the original Eris
Tears fall down Irene's cheeks "You were caught in a cavern collapse when we were exploring, Belserion saved you but wouldn't wake up. It's been a year since then"
"Belserion..? I remember now, i saved you but got caught in the collapse" Eris recalls something very important to her from the memories of the original eris. 'Shit I'm a celestial wizard of course i am' "My keys, what happened to my keys"
"They're right here, i kept them safe for you" Irine reaches into a pouch on her waist and takes out four golden keys and hands them to Eris at which point four beings poof into existence around her specifically a lion with shining golden fur places it's head across her legs, a ram with a coat white as snow does the same as the lion, a red and white scorpion appears on her head and a purple serpent carefully coils itself around her neck. These four animals are the spirits of the Zodiac to whom the keys belong their names are Leo, Ares, Scorpio and Ophiuchus
"Hello you four" Eris gives each of them a pet. "It seems you're relieved I'm okay"
Each of the form give their own responses in the form of a happy growl, baa, click and hiss
"Irene will you help me up i don't think i can walk" Leo and Ares move their heads so Eris can stand up but her muscles have atrophied over the last year so she falls over and gets caught by Irene "Thank you sister"
Irene laughs a little "You're funny Eris. Come on let's bring you to Belserion so he can heal you"
Eris nods. She, Irene and the celestial spirits exit the room slowly and carefully walking through the hallways of the castle
'Okay so I've been Isekai into Fairy Tail by an unknown entity, presumably a god of some religion, four hundred years in the past as the sister of Irene freaking Belserion not to mention I'm a celestial mage who holds the keys to Loke, Ares, Scorpio and Ophiuchus... Agh! this is so freaking wierd but i can't freak out, I've got about four hundred years to learn as much magic as possible before canon starts'
"-is... Eris are you there?" Irene is shaking Eris waking her from her stupor
"Gah!" Eris rubs the back of her head "Sorry Sister my mind wandered, what was it you were saying?"
"I was saying that we're coming up on the central plaza" Irene tells her
"Oh, right let's go then" The twin sisters walk into the courtyard which is a large open area with several plots of flowers and a statue in the middle. both humans and dragons can be found admiring the flowers as they talk, laugh and play
"Belserion!" Irene runs up to the dragon
The sage dragon looks down at her "Irene my friend what has you in such a flurry?"
Irene is basically vibrating with excitement "It's amazing Belserion, Eris woke up!"
"I see" Belserion looks over at Eris who's staring at him in awe "It's good to see you're okay Eris"
"Um hello" Eris gives the dragon a small wave
Belserion cranes his neck down to her level "How are you feeling? That was a very bad cave in you were caught under"
'He's so cool!' Eris rubs the back of her head "I'm fine but my memories are a little fuzzy"
The dragon smiles "At least you're mostly okay"
Its been ten years since then, Irene and i are now in our mid twenties and the events of Irene's backstory have long since begun. The dragons from the west began their assault, Irene created Enchantment magic then taught it to me and together we developed and used our dragon slayer magic to protect our home alongside our dragon friends and the forces of Irene's husband. If you were to ask yes i do know the consequences of being a dragon slayer but i don't care, i need to get as strong as possible so i can save everyone i can but on the battlefield you can't save everyone and the one i couldn't save is Belserion...
"It's alright sister, he'll live on through our memories" Eris Hugs Irene who Sobs into her arms until she falls asleep
Eris looks over at Irene's husband "Rung please take my sister back home with you and tell her goodbye and that i love her"
Rung looks confused "What about you Eris? What are you going to do?"
Eris clenches her fists "I'm going to bury Belserion then I'm going destroy Acnologia with my own two hands" magic leaks off of Eris in waves showing her evident fury towards the apocalypse dragonslayer
Rung simply nods and takes Irene in his arms before leaving the scene with her
Eris sighs and places a hand on Belserion "I'm sorry this happened Belserion, i tried to stop it but some events can't be... but don't worry, your memory will live on, you'll become my power as a fifth generation dragonslayer" Eris opens her fanged mouth and sinks her teeth into one of Belserion's wounds
My memories from my past life helped me out a lot in this situation because i know from 100 years quest that fifth generation dragon slayers are born from eating dragons so i devoured Belserion's corpse to gain his power then buried his bones and erected a gravestone before setting out for the future
