Iyori couldn't cave if she wanted to. Ami, was just her after school classmate. Not a…anything else. She had her big eyes drifting towards Reizo. Her perfect brother was here to lock her up like their father had possibly been ready to do. He'd never wanted her to pursue the family name of magic, not like her mother had. They said she would have amazed even Lord Seimei by her abilities. Reizo had no such ability and thus deemed after their mother's death, the craft to be too dangerous for anyone to observe. Their grandfather was kept at a safe distance, and their father. A big company president of toy and game company was competitive…but, he never needed her for anything. Iyori was forced to be sturdy, to make the house more a position of prominent wealth and gain to her father's "people" for years to come. What Ami didn't know, was that…
Reizo was not her, full brother. But to another family… Thus, they –
(Getting weird here. Just to tell you this is no princess ever after. Reizo was not the one, she wasn't born out of the pride of the family, explaining it later. Half siblings in Japan are not legal to we'd in any cases, so she was actually adopted but they won't say from whom yet…. )
Reizo was her father's right hand. Her grandfather was…just pushed aside. Besides that.
It was out of wedlock, so she wasn't wanted anywhere but here.
"Iyori – sama?" Tapped the little grasshopper on her arm. "We will find them. It is alright."
Shoving her tears back down, Iyori nodded and walked as she'd been brought up to do as the second bastard bray of that awful man. That man who had sabotaged Iyori's chance at being simple for once. For getting in his way…one might look for the gods for help.

Slade let the sirens die out as his ears rang, the phone right beside the one he wasn't trying to block. ~ Mr. Wilson. ~
"Kohaku Dairenji – san?"
The man didn't reply back.
"They were easier than I thought. I sent the file wkth the drive's info to your address, the one listed as you had contacted –
~ You're not very sincere – and as to your word, Mr. Deathstroke. ~ Huffed the ceo in the next city over. ~ My client went rogue, not a problem. You said it was taken care of then, with the competition…~
"They're not going to bother us. Someone else is giving them the slip…by that note." Slade tapped his fingers to drum at his side of the hotel bed. "The dog, Takahara. You knew about the project. That intern was never your real mole, was he?"
~ I never needed one to stay inside for more than a single hour at one time. The press and board members all had a say, and I would like to point out…you acted well in getting the mutt to trust your word. How did it go? The discussion. ~
"Very." Slade acted casual, as if this man was not your average crime lord disguised as a big wig in the city. "I even had fun seeing some old faces…including, your daughter."
The man didn't respond as Slade stayed ever patient. ~ That girl, was a mistake. You're never to get too close. Your job is to monitor Project Daylight. I didn't pay you to chit chat. ~ Sneered the ceo. ~ Gather what is requested, then leave. I will call again if your services, are ever needed again. Your pay will follow once the task is completed. Shoji didn't get to return to his desk. He had to feeling Ayane would spot the imposter, but not AZ soon as a mean bunch of head executives above his post pulled the dog out. WHILE….
He looked at the screen as the Kokkuri jerk to his side turned up the volume. In Shun's little flat, he was a hostage without a say. ~ Breaking news at Takahara Corp's main location here in Shinjuku…~
Shoji fought against the demon scum that had him drained.
~ The heads of the company have…decided to replace their current CEO with…-
Shoji didn't have enough power to undo these threads. They were spider silk, thick as he was forced to the takeover –
~ Mr. Dairenji Kohaku of "MO- Chin Company, (searched this and chin can translate to royalty, (like the dog from Asia) while mo can mean also or too, which would be?...also royal or famous, which shows how much of a jerk Dairenji is.) ~Mo - Chin the children's franchise that started from a decade ago and has still had much popularity today. ~ It had come as a shock to me, that the standing board of this company saw our potential. I have great plans to maximize the efforts that Takahara attempted to reinvent – including our prototype which nearly wrecked the city. For thus, Mr. Takahara should know better than to show carelessness, as our toys and items at the company my family helped to build, could never compete. Mr. Takahara used a brilliant science that some say isn't science at all. This is still up for debate, and we intend to continue his good work with crafting medicines for those in need worldwide, allowing his foundation of Success in Sincerity to thrive. His Vice President has this to add, that working for such a brilliant mind had never been so rewarding. Hakuro paced along as he stared from a safe seat. John was there. Zee, and even Lisa. She'd tried to figure out of the crowd goers were now under Ageha's control, yet the answers weren't visible yet.
"Richard, mate."
Dick Grayson raised his head up as John tended to his pupil's state. In chains once more. Bound by a curse that still dragged the half djinn into his nightmares. "I'm not leaving his side, but I think you should go back. Amelia is in a pinch from what I can gather out of all of this guessing."
"I'll go, but Lisa. Weren't you going to stay with Aiden too?"
"I have to report to Aria, here in the city of London." Lisa replied sheepishly. "Sorry, tell Aide I'll join him once I'm good on my reports…"
"She's not exactly a team player; Aria has influenced a number of officials in the U.K to look away. How can you still lean on her words so easily?" John perched a brow with arms crossed.
"She helped me to stay me. Alicia and I made a promise. If any if you were ever in danger that one if us had no idea how to fix. An end of the world scenario, she'd step in and borrow my body, then return it. I don't remember how your Alice was, Dick…but she's a really noble being from what I know. She doesn't lie. Aria respects that. It's why I still get to tour the world with my band."

"Ready Steady?" Sniffed Lisa to the blonde brit in the room. "Come on! I was a bigger hit than Michelle! (Michelle branch she's saying.)
"Another wannabe band, I know it." John scowled a bit. "Bet you lot never caught on to the punk world in my time, didn't ya? Mucous Membrane." He laughed in a smug tone. "I was the first ti walk into that room with the crowd at my feet. Chas a-
"IT." Chas sighed and waved away the image as John saluted his friend, jokingly. "Right, then. Raku, or should we call it…more than one inside that body. The twins."
"Which." The form that held Raku was certainly slender and yet, imposing. "Why not both of us? This day and all too much for the big bad magi to cancel?" Snickered Raku's keepers.
"He…merged them??" Lisa put a hand to her face. "Why?"
"I was never either or neither. If in fact…" The face had eyes as Raku's while it let out a little laugh as John gripped the cuffs and pulled the thing up to eye level.
"Give him back, give him up… IGNITO."

After the big news, Ami could not care less. She didn't have a TV to worry about. But demon minions taking over her school?

"Kaede, we have to….get to the shrine!!"
There was a special shrine of the goddess she harbored on this mountain; uncommon, however, it was needed as Ami swung her red crystals out that Shoji had given.
~ Begone! By the heart of a red star…the sun may purify – let us pass!~
Kaede clawed her way there as the two finally opened the way to the shrine to find that a gate was opened. A wide spiral as Ami tried to not let her magic be tugged away. ~ THAT….IS…
Ami's eyes began to glow as her whole body changed gears. She wore the holy maiden's kimono of red and white. Holding the fans of the goddess, ~ No more running around. Kaede!~
The fox transformed and made sure to flank the rebel child. Ami floated with a raiment at her neck to the place of power the very foot of the shrine. She began to glow even brighter like the sun. The demons and their summoned friends all shuddered as the light blinded the floor in which they were grounded.
~ To the great gods of old, I give no mercy to the guilty. Those if evil wills shall be vanquished by my light…~
Ami let her arms extend as a mirror appeared in them in place of the fans.
~ Okami – sama; the gods hath gathered within my body to banish the evil of our time. So spake the vessel of the goddess of what is true and just – the mirror shows the world and the reverse….is….~
Kaede in spirit surrounded the mini vassal as she let the mirror shine and keep shining as the portal began to close. The skies began to normalize.

Iyori stopped and clutched her heart as a glowing light emmited from her back again. Haru popped over and tried to help, yet the barrier of this power prevented the kitsune from getting her way. "Iyori??" Saturday gasped and looked to the others, then the sky…
Damn, too soon.
"Iyori is hurt." Aya told the two brothers in their group. "Eiji. Where is he??"
"You should keep walking. " Eiji reappeared before them as he pointed to a blinding magical presence a few steps higher on the grounds. "She's found the source of the chaos. We must hurry."
"But, my sister…" Reizo didn't care if the barrier was in the way as he banged onto it. Ziyi was not here. Aiden was busy trying to see if his connected spirit had any presence here. But he couldn't use magic. He just tried to call out to Iyori as she squirmed in her pained presence before them. Curled up into herself, he saw something come from her back. A wing. Thin. Like a dragonfly.
Did Reizo see it??
"IYORI!! STOP THIS!! FATHER WON'T LISTEN, I KNOW…YOU HAVE TO STOP !"
"What…" Aiden pulled back as Haru's ears dropped with a whimper. Aiden finished, "What is she??"

In her great cave, Jorogumo sighed and held well to her orb that saw all, and her little prize that never batted an eye. ~ You have visitors. ~
Raku's amber eyes spied the one person who should not be here right now.
~ Shoji….what…..~ He winced as the binds kept him quiet.
~ I know why this is all happening. You don't think I remember your voice, Jorogumo? Or should I say –
~ That is unnecessary, old friend.~ Jorogumo wove her binds to made the dog appear, Shoji's body gone in a popf as the long eared dog daemon wriggled in a vat of threads and high pressure against his less bony body ~ I…know your secret….a human….~ He gasped out as Raku's eyes went wider. ~ A human, your descendants…summoning….you….are –
The dog was completely absorbed into the web casket as the crunch of bone had Raku scream out until he was also absorbed into his tiny cell. The crushing sounds thankfully, were just the threads rubbing together. A scare from an even more formidable monstress.
~ Ignore him, my dear. The dog speaks in yips and calls not understood by these ears. You are, not comfortable-
~ I….must get away. You…you would have us destroyed and I will never care for you. R…ROKU, never cared for a woman's touch. ~
This was true due to Raku's gender identity and sexual identity. Yet Jorogumo didn't care to understand these terms and twisted harder, making the teen gasp out in a yell.
~ You've forgotten reality. It is in our bones, my lovely specimen. I chose you, and if you return to me, make the world as it was…I will return your body to ye. The one that was loved by our kindred.~
Raku shivered as the doorway opened. Ageha had returned with Kotori in her throws. ~ Sge won't cause a stir, now I'll do my best to go slowly in assuring that the campus knows of these changes, Lady Jorogumo.~ She bowed as the Headmistress stayed unconscious.
Raku shook his head, the rest of what he saw…not his fault. None of it, but…
~Stop this. Please! You're not going to win –
~ But I am, dear red lord.~ She tutted the daemon boy as he shied from her fingers round his jaw. ~ Was there trouble with the curse, Lady Ageha?~
~ The goddess's power banished the demons, yet the first wing hath shown itself, my ruler!~ Excitedly, Ageha's eyes grew terribly passionate. ~ The small vassal is indeed unaware that she has aided us , or that when I take back to my body as a teacher in that school, every exposure will feed the seed to their world fir you, my great ruler!~
~She's a catalyst….~ Raku grunted. ~ You're going to ~
~ Both understand naught of their power. Nor of their fates.~ Jorogumo said. ~ Very well, my faithful servant. Go. Return to them and I shall report to our inward eyes….~

The cell at his side rung as Dairenji Kohaku didn't have to answer as quickly. He let his hand wander as he pressed the screen. "There is no need to worry." He looked out the window to Shoji's old office with a dark grin. " Everything is going as planned. Just keep up your end of the bargain. I will do as you request, my ancestor."
~ IF you do as you are instructed by this goddess, you shall have what you desire most, my faithful descendent.~ The phone clicked off as the man didn't question a photo in his wallet pocket. Of two of them, man, woman and children. Two. There was never a doubt in his mind about it…
" Iyori. You don't have a choice for what you did to me…" Grimaced the older male as his aura changed, Shun seeing from that window down below that the man wasn't the only being cursed to do by a dark contract.

So, the thing is that Reizo is not the family's son. He was adopted through a source abd Iyori's mother was a secret lover of Kohaku, until he found out about her gift and curse. When Iyori was born, she was replaced as the one cursed with her mother's gift and was left with her father to dwell on the fact that if Iyori had never existed, his wife might still be alive. Now, we will find out why this is. Why Reizo is even this close and why Iyori is constantly pushing him away. Noted, this is non blood related so there is a clause here on the law. In japan, half siblings cannot marry but adopted is an exception. Why was this the case for Iyori's family, and who did the man leave to be with her mother?
Yet Jorogumo WAS the one who cursed Seimei's line THUS he is not aware that Jorogumo isn't a goddess at all because of his disdain fir a child who let the prophecy of his wife's death come true. The truth though, is she really actually gone?
