Chapter 4: New Student

Kuoh Academy

At school, luckily, the brothers got a good amount of sleep last night and were able to go about their normal routine. Well, somewhat normal some what and pair have talked with their respective dragonic partners from their Sacred Gears. We see Issei doing his best to focus on class and taking notes even if the teacher wasn't in yet but also have a talk with Ddraig via thoughts.

"So you never heard about this system?" Issei thought, asking Ddraig about that.

"First time I have heard of it, but has proven very usual and helped speed up you & your brother's training," Ddraig admitted.

"I guess so." Issei shrugged his shoulders and kept doing his studies, which was his ingellence getting a bit more points helped with his learning.

Issei looked at a few of the female students in his class who were talking at their table. Normally, he would stare or do something, still would, but that changed when he felt a cold chill up on his back and heard a cough. He turned around to see his brother was sitting right across from him, frozen in place by that cold stare.

"Don't even think about it," Kiryu warned.

"No...I wasn't doing anything," Issei tried to play innocent.

"Really? You won't happen to be looking at our classmates over there?" Kiryu asked, pointing with his thumb at the female students giggling across the room.

"Uhhhh," Issei was stuck.

"Busted," Ddraig commented.

"Not now," Issei thought.

This caused Kiryu to sigh and shake his head while Vritia hummed to wonder what was behind fate for Ddraig to have a pervert as a host. Weird times, but moving on, and something important came up for the older brother.

"(Sigh) oh boy. As much I would like to flick you or do anything to you, Issei on that, but there's something a bit more important that came up," Kiryu said as he reached into his pocket.

"What's that?" Issei asked, wondering what was important.

"I found these around home," Kiryu frowned in reply, showing a handful of feathers that won't normal size and large enough to be the same size as the pair's dates.

"Oh shit," Issei said in surprise with his eyes widen shock and was deeply concern for their parents & safety around home.

"Yeah...I just found it in the front yard, but the wind blew it there. I don't know if Fallen Angels were around the house, but it's possible. We should inform Sona and Rias when we can at lunch during meetings," Kiryu stated, explaining details and how Fallen Angels may be spying on them, but it wasn't true yet.

"Right. Still...this is very overwhelming," Issei admitted, rubbing the back of his head in reply.

"I know, but still, let's not panic. It won't help, and we will inform our respective kings during the meeting at lunch. Now let's focus on the morning classes," Kiryu stated, getting a node from his brother and seeming to relax him.

Before the pair could say another word, the teacher came with a new student it seems to their surprise. She had a good figure for her age that showed innconet to her looks, a bit brown/golden colored eyes, and dark hair that was short that goes past her chin with a few bangs forming down close to her eyes but not enough. Her attire was collar white shirt with a blue collar, a black short-sleeve shirt, dark blue jeans, and matching shoes.

"Good morning, class. This is our new student who's a transfer one - Han Song-Yi," The teacher informed, surprising the students and causing both girls & boys to swarm the already nervous student who wanted to ask her about or ask her questions about herself that made her very uneasy.

"Why are you joining the school?"

"Are you dating anyone?"

"Date me, girl."

"Are you free to join our photo club?"

Kiryu frowned on those questions and looked at Issei before saying, "I will handle this and make sure you tell your president what we talked about, Issei."

"Hai," Issei nodded his head in agreement.

Kiryu walked up and got other students to back off, much to everyone's surprise and took Han Song-Yi by surprise.

"Please give Song-Yi her space. Teacher, you won't mind if I take the new student around for and tour of the academy. President Sonua has informed me of a new student and personally ordered that I make sure to take her around to be comfortable around the school. Show her around," Kiryu informed, surprising the students that the male ones were glaring holes in him but backed away in fear to see his eyes flashed a dark color for a second.

"Oh? That makes sense. Very well," The teacher agreed, allowing the pair to go.

Kiryu nodded his head before kindly taking Han Song-Yi's hand, to her surprise, and then said, "Please follow me."

Han Song-Yi nodded her head and followed the brown-haired teen while being glad to get her out of that situation like. Kiryu was able to take the dark-haired teen upstairs and to the rooftop to breathe for some clear air.

"Sorry about that. Some can be a bit over top on certain things," Kiryu informed.

"It's fine, and thank you for earlier. It was overwhelming with so many questions all at once," Han Song-Yi admitted.

"Indeed. Oh! My name is Kiryu Hyoudou, a member of the Student Council," Kiryu greeted the new student.

"Nice to meet you, Kiryu. My name is Han Song-Yi, but you must have heard that earlier," Han Song-Ti greeted back with a shy after remembering the teacher had introduced herself.

"Yeah, I have, Song-Yi. Anyway, I believe, I show you around Kuoh Academy for a good tour," Kiryu said, recalling the coverup was a good reason to help a new student as it was one of his duites he needs to do as a student council member.

Kiryu then took Han Song-Yi off the rooftop and wandered around the school for the tour. Luckily, he didn't have a next class but personal study hour and could use this time to help the new student get to know the grounds better. Unknown to the pair, someone was watching them, with a growl could be heard, almost like an angry wolf.

"That's the old school building that was used by Kuoh when it was just a normal school a long time ago, but when it became an academy, the old building was left until a new club opened it and treated the place good," Kiryu said, pointing at the old school building from a window and the pair were close to the gym area.

"That's impressive. And thank you, Kiryu. I should get going to the next class and get myself ready," Han Song-Yi said with a smile and gave her classmates a friendly hug, which Kiryu returned before parting ways.

"No problem, take care, Song-Yi," Kiryu said, happy to help a fellow student and do things peacefully for once rather than the usual scaring perverts away.

Normally, Kiryu won't have a problem with that, but after the night of going into the Gate, killing some monsters, and then unlocking a new power to even have Raikan as his first shadow creature. And having a dragoness for a parnter from his Sacred Gear. So, sometimes, a peaceful solution was needed for once.

Then, all of a sudden and before Kiryu knew it, he found himself suddenly tackled by a powerful yet speedy bur that crashed into him and soon found himself in the gym's storage room.

Kiryu grunted and shook his head before opening his eyes to see a familair figure who happened to be a stunning woman with a figure that many would turn heads or be jealous of. She has long, dark blue and light blue colored hair that seems like a tail that connects to her actuall wolf-like tail and pair of wolf-like ears on top of her head. She had stunning light purple or blue colored skin, light blue eyes, and a pair of fangs like a wolf. Her attire was very revealing from a skipy bikini that was dark blue with dark fur on them, leggings, sleeves, and several chains around her attire to her body & collar around her neck.

This was Mephilia Garou, an online college student of Kuoh Academy and one of Sona's Rooks. She was also a lycan, a cousin of the werewolves.

"What the? Mephilia!" Kiryu said in surprise to come face to face with an angry lycan/devil who had tackled him into the storage room and pinned him to the floor.

"What were you doing that new pup? That pup doesn't have the right to be around you," Mephilia stated with her eyes narrowed and a growl escaping her mouth.

That made Kiryu a bit nervous and scared, but he remembered how Mephilia was territorial due to her nature as a Lycan and would need to calm her down.

"It's nothing like that, Mephilia. I was just showing Song-Yi around the school as her tour guide. I am a member of the Student Council, and she's a new student that could get overwhelmed or used by one of those pervert idiots," Kiryu informed, slowly calming down the dark-haired woman.

Mephilia slowly calmed down and took deep breaths but still frowned and looked at the brown-haired teen. She didn't like anyone outside of Sona's peerage to be anywhere near Kiryu, to her surprise. She never thought she would feel like this, and her interest kept rising.

"I still don't like you hanging around girls outside the pack, Kiryu," Mephilia stated with a frown.

"I won't betray Sona, anyone, or you in the peerage, Mephilia. I won't forget what Sona has done for me and a second chance to enjoy life, even it's a bit chaotic," Kiryu admitted, being able to calm down the dark-haired woman while calming himself down from his surprise & worries.

That made Mephilia very happy, having her tail wag and ears twitch to mirror that. Everything in her was demanding to claim Kiryu right here and now, but she didn't want to focus herself onto him and had a better idea to calm down her wolfish sides to even lay her claim to the teen.

"Mephilia?" Kiryu asked in concern before blushing when the lycan/devil woman lowered herself and pressed her breasts on top of his chest before coming close to his ear to whisper something to him.

"You are very different and so special, Kiryu. Your concern and smile...makes me feel happy~," Mephilia whispired in pure honest yet some seductive and hapinnes before letting out her tongue to lick Kiryu's right ear to his neck and cheek much to his surrpise.

"What!?" A blushful and shuttered Kiryu shouted in surprise.

"I have marked you as my mate, Kiryu~. In the future, we will mate, but not for now. Our king has an important meeting coming up," Mephilia informed, much to the brown-haired teen's surprise and more when she got up on her feet before helping her future mate up on his feet.

"I see, yeah. That meeting," Kiryu remembered, which he can also tell Sona about the Fallen Angel's feathers he found near home and wonder what else the meeting would show.

"Don't worry. I won't tell anyone what happened here, Kiryu. It's between us," Mephilia smiled, assuring Kiryu that she won't tell and would like to keep this a secret from others.

Kiryu nodded his head in understanding as the pair left the storage room, and he could hear Vritia was giggling like a mad woman in his thoughts.

"Hehehe-hahah! Oh, you got some luck on you, parnter. Not only did you have me - the main soul in Absorption Line - grained a wolf as your first Shadow from your first Gate, and now you have a lycan marking you as her future mate. Heheh, you got some devilish luck there," Vritia laughed while calming down her giggles and found this very amusing to watch.

"You are a bit out of line there, Vritia," Kiryu thought with a frown.

"Maybe, maybe not. I am just saying you might want to be extra careful with that kind of luck, as either that lycan would pounce on you again, or someone else would. Plus, your dragonic is growing and would start to affect your growth due to the training you have done through from the system," Vritia explained and a somewhat warning to keep an eye on.

"Is that a bad thing?" Kiryu asked in concern.

"No, not really. It's very helpful, as your training has helped with the right growth so far, and you could do a bit more of these quests in that Gate you did the other night. It could help by allowing more of that growth to grow more naturally and get stronger to control more of those magical & natural abilities," Vritia advises in reply, being a good reason and making sense to do more training.

"Not a bad idea and could test out more of these shadow abilities to see what else Raikan can do than remaining in my shadow," Kiryu thought, admitting to that and was curious on what else he could do with his shadow abilities & more training for his dragonic as well.

"That's good, parnter. Now I would say focus on the meeting to see what those filers/summonings do and see if later you can do a Gate trip with or without your brother," Vritia stated.

"Not a fan of my brother, huh?"

"Nope."

That caused Kiryu to let out a good chuclked without Mephilia noicting and could see that through chaotic times, he's got a good life.
