"Everyone we are gathered here for our friend Reiko Hinomouto given an opportunity unlike any other to face off some if not the best Wrestlers in the globe representing our country!" one of the girls announced as many bottles were cracked.

Music was booming as Reiko chugged down a beer, many of her friends and fellow wrestlers gathered here to give her their support and wish her good luck.

Whilst Reiko would have preferred this level of partying to be reserved after she wins it was welcome now as she was leaving, yes much to her dismay the tournament will be held in America where the company headquarters are it made sense since it was a large country that receives many tourists and other from the FIFA world cup many worldwide sporting events had been held there from bodybuilding to MMA.

It felt scary being forced to leave the stage she has known for so long and leave the friends and allies she has here but as her mother once told her one can't truly evolve without hardship including exploring new and scary things, someone wrapped their arm around her shoulder snapping her out of her trance "Girl this's your party why are you so meek?"

"Sorry it's just I had been overwhelmed by this is all."

"Girl your now our national treasure you'll represent all of us there so show more guts!"

"YES!" Reiko shouted.

"That's the spirit!" soon enough Reiko joined the party deciding to enjoy this last piece of comfort and calm before the storm ahead.

From drinking contests to arm wrestling recalling and commenting on old matches between wrestlers things were the best right now but no good party comes without one pooper "Keh all of this for a spoiled brat."

Everyone turned to the voice finding a young woman with brown hair and hazel eyes, her hair was styled in two low pigtails whilst her dressing consisted of a black pair of jeans and a matching jacket that was left open revealing her skin that only had a white wrap around her chest "Rin."

"Yo Reiko I see that it's true you'll be competing in a world tournament quite the foolishness."

Reiko took her stance "Dare say that again!"

"Please we all know why they selected you they wanted some good publicity for the daughter of Kamikaze Rose to compete in the tournament honouring her memory, it's no different than giving charity to orphans or poor people."

"Hmph I believe our record says something else remind me again how many times I pinned you so far?" Reiko questioned making Rin grit her teeth in anger.

She turned back "Trust me Reiko if you ever win that tournament it's because those investors wanted you to not because of your skill."

Rin walked away making Reiko shake in her boots before she received a pat to the back "Don't let her get to you, you were selected because they were impressed by your last match remember that."

Reiko nodded and after some more partying everyone went home as they needed their sleep and get ready for their scheduled matches whilst Reiko also needed to get ready to travel.

Reiko zipped the last of her bags looking over to her small hand bag which had her passport and boarding tickets on making sure one last time they are in place and ready, truly she's leaving behind this home of hers and explore new ones if only her mother was here.

*Knock, knock

Turning around to her slightly closed door she saw her father's head peek in "Got a minute for me?"

"Of course dad" she sat down on her bed tabbing a spot next to her, Reiko did find accommodation elsewhere during her career but this one was her permanent residence whenever she needed time to rest and catch up with her sole family member.

After Rose's death and Fujiko's departure the father and daughter agreed to spend as much time as they could with one another "So this's a big opportunity for you Reiko?"

"It is this's bigger than anything I had faced so far but I didn't turn it down knowing I'll never get an opportunity like this ever again."

"Are you nervous?"

"I would be lying if I said no not to mention Rin came uninvited to my party" Reiko admitted.

"That delinquent rival of yours?" she nodded in confirmation.

"She said it was nepotism that I get to be part of this, after all this tournament is supposed to honour my mother's memory."

He quickly wrapped his arms around her "Reiko I had seen you time and again, you have great talent greater than your mother and I know she thinks so too."

He gave her a warm smile "So go there and do your best like you always do."

"Thanks dad is there anything you want me to get you from America?"

"Not really interested in whatever they have there but if you could speak to your sister and get her to reply to our messages will be great" when Fujiko left to America she at first interacted with them via messages and calls regularly unless she had a very important investigation in which she'll put them off until after she finished.

Now a similar dilemma had risen up and unlike past times nothing had yet came from Fujiko Hinomouto which worried both father and daughter.

"Will try."

"Excellent" spoke an African woman as she watched another woman inside a cage growling like an animal, she had a skin tight devil themed costume on with her purple hair sticking out from the bottom "Soon enough I'll get to see you in action my dear."

"RAR!" the devil woman growled at her captive who chuckled, the door to her lab opened as she turned back to see a messenger.

"What do you need?" she hated getting messages as they interrupt her experiments and playtime.

"Lady Damien managed to get the Zero fighter Reiko Hinomouto to sign up for the tournament."

She smiled behind her surgical mask "Quite the beautiful specimen to play with."

"Also a warning" she quickly lost her smile those people just love to ruin her experiments "This tournament has an intruder in it."

"How?"

"The representee of Taiwan the Shinobi wrestler Benikage is believed to be lying of being a Taiwanese of Japanese descent and is in fact parrying into our competition."

"Hmph no worries those Ninja's are easy to deal with just tell them to show my experiments to them and they'll be swayed in my favour even better have this Benikage as an extra helping to gather up all of those beautiful specimens for me."

The messenger swallowed this woman is crazy and disturbing "Very well."

Once he was out she began to hug herself "Yes so many specimens to cut and splice."

As she was lost in her own thoughts she didn't notice the devil masked woman stopping her growls, rather she was pensive as if wondering of her placement.

What was she doing here? Who is she? Why was she so angry? Is that woman related to her? No their skin colors don't match.

However one thing came to her mind when that man spoke "R-Reiko?"

It felt familiar for some reason was it food? No she was fed whatever it is those pills were, then why does she wish to know?

This sense of knowing and yet-"AH!"

She fell as her brain fried once again with those electric shocks "Again another failure we'll just have to adjust that immediately we don't want you to have a breakdown during the tournament Evil Rose."

The plane ride was a long one after all the Pacific ocean being the biggest of the seven seas isn't an exaggeration the young woman learned this from an early and got reaffirmed now, after some quick checking and getting her cap the young combatant admired the giant city the last time she saw such a place was during her mother's final match.

She'll now make a new era for herself before she knew it the cap had arrived at their hotel quite the luxurious 5 star hotel stood before her and all the competitors are here too from what she was told but to ensure no attacks or the like their rooms and floors are kept secret from each other's to ensure a good and memorable competition, it was welcome for Reiko remembering how many times she had to be secretive of her accommodation least Rin or another heel crash her room during the night.

Entering through the spinning door as the staff took her bags she was greeted by a young woman with blonde hair and green eyes that matches her dress "Good afternoon Ms. Hinomouto quite an honour to have you here in our hotel, my name is Jade Cyrus main hostess in this hotel."

"Good afternoon to you too" Reiko gave the woman her hand which she shook lightly before letting go, Jade handed over a bag to Reiko which she opened finding her key card which had both the floor letter and room number engraved on them.

"I do hope your room is to your liking when you come to it" Reiko was about to walk away before Jade coughed getting her attention "Ms. Hinomouto you did pack a good dress correct?"

"Yeah sure did not sure why I was asked to bring a fancy dress with me."

"Well tonight with all the combatants gathered a ball shall be held in our party room where all the competitors can meet, after some song and dance a word shall come from the investors and finally reveal the bracket of the tournament."

"When?" Reiko asked her mind already working on how to managed her time to get ready and be presentable right after she came.

"9 PM we'll start and at midnight we'll finish milady."

"Thanks" Reiko nodded as she entered the elevator and dialled her floor.
