Chapter 7

Todd and Kyle found a room filled with computers and papers, Kyle locked the door as they began to search around the place and hope to find what they were looking for.

"Do you think Nicholas will be all right?" Kyle asked as he was worried about his friend.

Todd despite what happened between the two of their last fight he still cares about him deeply as a tear forms in his eye but quickly wipes it away, "no he won't he's going to explode, I just hope it'll be quick and he won't feel any pain."

Kyle started to look around not bother to say anything as he knew Todd was right but this wasn't the time to be worried this was the time to make action and to make sure they could stop these people.

After some time they found papers about the carrot and learned the history about the town and about Eustace.

The time when it all happened and the time what really happened, I like the cartoon show eustis did not explode due to the fact he wanted 10 million dollars, he was a test subject that went horribly wrong as the carrot was accidentally disarmed with wires that had been cut to make a powerful explosion.

It was because of this he grew and exploded at a fast rate, he was forced to eat the carrot as the people who did this wanted to see how an old farmer would be able to handle such an experiment.

It was believed because of his old age he did not make such a powerful explosion but the younger and with the genetics it could definitely depend on how strong the explosion could be.

Eustace was not the only one, it was different people with different ages, they were forced to eat the carrot and then we're taking away somewhere to explode in the middle of nowhere, kits take longer but because they have growth hormones that will make them grow big into adults one day it makes them become adults first and then make them grow big, teenagers will already start growing without aging thanks to their growth hormones are more advanced especially with them going through puberty that increases growth, adults depending on their health and age will determine the growth process and the events League blowing up part.

Todd and Kyle cannot believe what they were reading and as they kept looking forward it was never even a military base, it was a group of people who had bought the land to make these types of experiments to sell them since the care was not a complete success at the time it was not sold just yet.

They kept looking through papers and discovered there was a way to get the carrot out of a person's body without disarming it and without having another person eat it.

They kept reading it and it was the price to see how easy it was and they looked at each other.

Quickly putting the papers in their bags as Todd was not going to let Nicolas explode if there was a chance to save him as well to stop all of this.

"We have to get there quickly before he detonates," Todd said as he grabbed his backpack and ran.

The two were running looking at the streets to see if any cars were coming as well to find out where exactly where they?

When they were able to figure out they knew where the force was and made a run towards it.

"Do you think we'll get there in time before he explodes?" Kyle asked.

Todd did not know if they would be able to make it and he knew there was a possibility they could just simply run directly into the explosion if they get there too late but get caught in the blast but if that does happen they will all go out together.

"No matter what happens we have to give it a try and Hope everything will be all right for all of us," Todd said as they kept running.

When they finally arrived they found Nicholas with the group of people who were trying to extract the carrots.

All the people were tied up except for Nicholas who was enjoying his muscular adult form standing at 9 ft tall.

"I have to say this body is pretty amazing!" Nicholas said to himself as he was flexing while grabbing the people and throwing them into the hole.

Todd could not believe it but he did feel jealous as he missed himself being that tall and ripped, "dang it Nicholas we could definitely make a lot more videos of that with grip strength.

Nicholas turns around and looks worried, "guys what are you doing here? I'm about to blow up!"

Todd came over and began to explain, "we found a way to get that carrot out of you and destroy the others without any of us being sacrificed."

Nicholas looked surprised but began to tear up as there was a chance for him to live, "really? You mean I don't have to suck for myself I literally was about to jump in with the other guys and explode."

Todd shook his head and began to explain, "no if we get that carrot out of you by extracting it with clippers to cut off the roots, it will temporary be unattached from you and we can push it and then throw it into one of them and quickly detonate them and destroy this whole entire place so nobody will ever be able to use these carrots again."

Nicholas was surprised but nodded as he grabbed both Todd and Kyle and swallowed them.
