Loki granted the Ex-Convicts Superhuman powers so they could ransack New York. He gave them Alias names: Eliot Franklin as Thunderball,Henry Camp as Bulldozer,Dirk Garthwaite as Wrecker,& Brian Calusky as Piledriver. Tony met Nick Fury about those who face deadly foes. The S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents brought in Steve Rogers & Bruce Banner. Veron Van Dyne shows them the cube called the Tesseract. The Ex-Convicts,who are called the Wrecking Crew,broke into the base to steal the Tesseract. Tony & Steve suits up and fought the Wrecking Crew.
As Loki fled with the Tesseract,The Black Panther knocks out the Wrecking Crew. Thor confronts Loki,convincing him to abandon his plan and return to Asgard. Ironman & Captain America intervene and Loki is taken to S.H.I.E.L.D. Base. The Wrecking Crew infiltrated the base,attacking the Agents & free Loki. Clint Barton,also called Hawkeye,kills Piledriver,but Veron is fatally wounded by Loki. Bruce transforms into the Hulk & pummels Bulldozer to death. Wrecker & Thunderball are later arrested. Veron's daughter,Janet became devastated of her father's death.
Tony,Steve,& Thor decided to go together. They joined by Bruce,T'Challa,& Clint,along with Janet,also called Wasp,Hank Pym,also called Ant-Man, Romanoff,also called Black Widow. Loki opens the portal,allowing the Chitauri to invade. The Heroes fought against the Chitauri. Hulk overpowered Loki as Ant-Man & Wasp remove Loki's staff to close the portal. Loki was taken back to Asgard as the Heroes are applauded by the People and are dubbed as "The Avengers".

Tony was having Coffee & watches the News about Jameson ranting about a "Mysterious Figure making a Web that caught the Robbers".
Post-Credits:
Nick Fury was in a meeting with Charles Xavier,who assures him that his Team maybe great,but his could be greater.
