In 1993,CIA Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr are locating mutants,humans that develop superhuman powers. The Soldiers held them gunpoint. Charles and Erik revealed their mutant powers. One of the Soldiers shot Charles in the Spine. Erik kills them in anger. Charles memory wiped anyone who knew him and Erik.
In the Presents after the attack in New York, Logan was sitting in the Bar watching the news. The Guys approached him to pick a fight. Apparently,He begun threatening them with his Metal Claws that came out of his knuckles. After leaving,He found a stowaway named Kitty Pryde in a truck. They were both attacked by Blob,Toad,and Avalanche,but are saved by Cyclops,Storm,and Beast.
At the School of Mutants,Logan meets Charles,who explains to him about Mutants. He introduced them to the X-Men. Kitty meets Piotr Rasputin,also called Colossus. Logan flashes back about being in the War against HYDRA before Captain America's disappearance.
At Magneto's Lair,He begun testing on the Machine to humans into Mutants. Later,Scott Summers spend a romantic time with Jean Grey. Charles tells Logan that he has been lucky to be living over the year before the Avengers battles the Invaders. Logan goes to the Bar when he hears a commotion. Blob,Toad,and Avalanche begun attacking the city. Kitty,who was looking for Logan,was nearly crushed by debris,but survives by going through it.
After Logan defeats Avalanche,Kitty reveals to Logan that she ran away when nearly hit by a drunk driver,but phasing before the driver was injured. The X-Men learned about Magneto's plan. Logan joins the X-Men as the Wolverine and goes to Magneto's Lair along with Cyclops,Jean Grey,Storm,Colossus,and Beast.
Magneto begin activating his Machine while Toad and Blob fights with X-Men. Storm electrocuted Toad and Wolverine kills Blob. As the Machine activates,Wolverine goes up and distracts Magneto,allowing Cyclops to blast him so that Wolverine destroys it. After Magneto is arrested,Charles assures Logan that they're more Bad Mutants like Magneto. Logan goes to Kitty while she's training.

While Erik sits down in the cell,A Security opens his it and shapeshifters into a Blue Woman with Red Hair.
