Izuku woke up early to meet All Might like he instructed on the message, they were at Dagobah beach, which was basically a communal dumpster with how much trash had been thrown here.
"So... What are we doing here?" Izuku asked once he met with the number one hero, the boy had originally thought they would be doing this training at All Might's own agency, or really anywhere but a dumpster.
"Just a quick physical test, tell me... How much can you lift?" Toshinori asked, to which Izuku almost felt like smirking as he moved in to lift a fridge, initially struggling until he turns into Bane who easily lifts the object over his head with a single hand no less.
"The doctor said Bane's muscles are eight times denser than a normal person, so I can lift a lot more than practically anyone" he said proudly before tossing the fridge pretty far into a pile of litter, although he might have over shot a little bit. He began flexing his arms, confidence shooting out of him "So you're going to pass your quirk now or?"
"I must say that is quite a impressive feat of strength, but how strong are you as Izuku and not Bane?" All Might reformulated his question and it took a moment for the tiger to come up with a answer.
"Like... I Don't know? I was a twig of a nerd before all of this" Bane responded as he couldn't remember exactly how strong he actually was as Izuku, but he knew it was the body of someone who never went to the gym to build muscle. He was best at physical stuff while transformed on Bane while more mentally demanding tasks were better reserved for his plane old Izuku.
"You see young Midoriya while you are physically ready when transformed, my power might be too much for your weaker untransformed self to use. At your current state, your limbs would fly off your torso" All Might explained as Izuku imagined such scenario, needless to say he would like to keep all of his limbs.
"But! I have prepared a special training regiment that should make your normal self ready just in time for the exam, additionally I have made one for your transformed state that focus on other capabilities" Toshinori handed him the 'All American Dream Plan' which had all the training Izuku would need to be ready to inherit his quirk although when it came to the Bane section, he was more confused.
"Who the hell is Gran Torino?" The tiger asked, not recognizing the name but expecting to be some kind of hero considering he would be training with him. In fact most of Bane's training seemed to be just that, what would this guy be helping him exactly?
"He is an old friend, his training might be a bit unorthodox but I believe it will greatly help you prepare for hero life." Toshinori claimed, hoping his late master's ally would aid in getting Izuku's rage under control in these ten months, although... That might not be enough time considering how easily the kid gets angry now thanks to his quirk.
"Anyway! Let's start your training, remember to not transform when you start to feel struggle on cleaning the beach. Not only to train your normal body, but because I didn't get a permit for quirk use" with that Izuku had his first goal at hand, cleaning the trash filled beach, starting with the fridge he threw away with ease before. Every time he starts to turn into Bane, All Might had to remind him not to, which was frustrating but the kid complied considering he needed to get a better hang at his outbursts.
These were grueling, worst of all was keeping himself from turning into Bane, Izuku could tell his body tried to as much as possible whenever he gets frustrated with the training, but Izuku did his best to hold off the transformation. Turns out, this sort of builds up Bane, in the sense that he would stay longer in the form afterwards complaining about everything he did on the training.
Which made having to go to school afterwards weird, due to building up so much anger during the training he would be Bane for the entire duration of the school day, needless to say he would struggle more on his classes than normal. But since the sludge villain incident Bakugou had stopped picking on him for the time, in fact all of his classmates had been less degrading towards Izuku since his quirk manifested. Probably because of how aggressive he was like that, still studying wouldn't be so bad, the training for Bane in specific would probably be the most infuriating part.
"I'm going to rip you apart!" The Appoplexian shouted intensively as he smashed a crate into pieces, in an attempt to hit someone.
"Quite the temper you have, eh?" His opponent taunted as he had effortlessly dodged such attack, which only made Bane more pissed as he rushed in to grab him, only to get his head stuck on a wall as his adversary laughs
It had been a long run to this place where Izuku was meant to train with this hero All Might called to help, thankfully he made it there faster as Bane was only stopped once by a police officer for using his quirk. He got off Izuku's back once he learned that his quirk was reactionary to anger, the kid still received a warning for his aggressive personality disturbing the peace.
Upon getting in the place, Izuku eyes meet someone in the building waiting for him
This person is an extremely short, elderly man with heavy wrinkles and a scrawny build. He has a light complexion and brown eyes. His hair is grey and spiky, styled short with some bangs hanging forward and a trimmed beard. His hero costume from the looks of it consists of a full-body monochrome suit along with a yellow cape, a belt with the letter "G" on it, very thick yellow gloves and boots, and a dark domino mask which resembles two diamonds.
This was Gran Torino, a hero who worked closely with All Might's predecessor and even trained the number one hero himself. At first Izuku thought this was some kind of mistake and tried calling him, but the old man got on his nerves quite easily by calling him the wrong name more than once.
Which brought to the current events of Izuku's first training section with the retired hero, a simple game of catch. Obviously Bane would not play nice after being irritated, the constant taunting wasn't helping either, but the man moved surprisingly fast for his age as air jets exited the holes on his feet.
Removing his head from the wall, Bane looked around for the old man only to see him sleeping! So he roared loudly before jumping in to hit the man, who woke up in an instant just to zip around the entire room in quick succession.
"Stand still!" The tiger threw a large box at the wall Gran Torino was with all his might, but the old man moves out of the way, even predicting the follow up slash from Bane.
"I don't think the villains are going to stand still just because you asked" Gran Torino laughed as Izuku was ready to strangle the remaining life out of him
"Let me tell ya somethin Gran Torino, an old pro hero who is pissing me off but was called to help me train by All Might, Bane can-" he got a powerful kick to the stomach, followed by an kick on the jaw that lifts him in the air. The tiger tried to grab him, but Gran Torino uses his quirk to land a much more powerful kick boosted by his quirk, so strong it causes Bane to rotate in the air for a few seconds before falling flat on the ground.
"All that trash talk won't help you in a fight, I expected more from All Might's..." Gran Torino notices a large shadow behind him, rolling out from being sliced in half by a claw swipe.
"... As I was saying, Bane can and will beat you into a fine powder because... Bane doesn't go down... Easily." Izuku claimed as he caught his breath that had previously been beaten out of him, snapping his neck before preparing for the second round. The physical training from All Might and this whole fight should leave him exhausted, but Bane was still ready and kicking for more fighting. The retired pro looks closely, seeing as how the kid barely looked hurt or bruised from his attacks, only his black tank top and sweatpants seemed dirty.
'His stamina is remarkable, he can take quite the physical punishment. His reflexes are also better than I expected for someone who just developed a quirk recently' Gran Torino thoughts as he saw how the kid had not even landed a hit while taking a beating the whole match, but still shows no sign of slowing down.
"Ready or not, Bane is-" his phone starts ringing an alarm, the appoplexian moving in to see what it was. Letting out a sigh of disappointement as he stores the phone
"I believe our time has ended, hopefully you won't be as slow next time" the old man chuckles as Izuku just glares at him angrily
"Next time you won't have the luxury of Bane's scheduled training routine stopping him from ripping apart that old head of yours from your head" The tiger said as he packed his stuff,
"I'll be waiting" Gran Torino waved at him as Bane just screamed angrily at the man for this mockery, but he had to go running back to the damn beach for a... Swimming exercise, just the thought sends a shiver down the Appoplexian, large bodies of water were not something cats commonly liked.
'Toshinori saw something worthy inside you, enough to reveal the existence of One for All. The kid has guts, that's for sure. But to be a hero, you need more than just that to truly carry that title, I wonder if he made the right call, your personality certainly makes it seem that way' Gran Torino thinks about the kid, he was not exactly what he would expect to follow in Toshinori's steps in carrying this legacy. So much aggression and rage didn't feel right to give so much power, but at the same time it seems that Midoriya kid is set on being a hero no matter what.
Toshinori told him about the sludge villain incident, that was what caused him to choose the kid to carry on his quirk. Admittedly is pathetic to think that amongst the pro heroes in the incident, it was a random kid who had the courage to save the hostage even if he had a quirk.
But since he was here to give Izuku some discipline, it was of Gran Torino's best interest to get this kid prepared for this massive responsibility.
The following months of training with Gran Torino would be probably the worst thing Izuku could hope for.

Decided to introduce Gran Torino earlier, because why not? He is going to teach some stuff to Bane that should help him not to get too distracted by his anger when doing hero work (some anger management just for him to be more thoughtful in a fight)
The next chapter is the entrance exam, honestly I have come up with a few ideas but not sure if some of them would work in this fic... Also we are going to see just what happens when you give One for All to an Appoplexian hybrid.
Someone made a comment about it and the answer is simple, Izuku pulls an All Might with his clothing as he wears clothing a few sizes larger just for when he eventually turns to Bane (considering it happens due to stress and anger, this occurs more than once a day)
