U.A. High is busy as it's being used as a base by the gods and those on their side, trying to come up with a plan to fix the mess that they found themselves in. The search for the two mortal companions who would be the ones who would befriend Izuku and help him fight the demon champions. Being lead by Emily a Seraphim whose duty is to bring joy and happiness to the denizens of Heaven.

The teachers and staff of the school as well as other adults who sin against Izuku, are facing backlash as they been thrown under the bus by the ones in power in Japan. Stripping them of the hero licenses, wealth, and are now seen as pariahs, and the ones above them laying all the blame on them. The young heroes and those who were starting their adult lives, suddenly found themselves blacklisted or fired after their names were called out and their sins told by the Abrahamic God Yahweh. People didn't want to be around them, knowing that they're condemn souls and the ones who push Izuku to the demon side.

And seeing how they are all going to Hell, knowing that there is an afterlife and that they're all going there, because of what they did to the chosen one, all because he's quirkless. Is causing a ripple effect, across Japan as Japan being so into quirks caused the other countries to start talking how if Izuku had been living in their country, he would had been given a chance to try to be a pro hero after he passed the entrance exams. The Japan Diet is having an emergency meeting to deal with the fallout of the world wide shaming that they're facing.

In the realm of the gods, Yahweh is looking through the list of young gods and those on their side to replace the old champions. This time not only looking into their capabilities and powers they would be able to give to Izuku, but also ones who can be trusted in befriending him. Which the last champions had been the top students, the big jerks and bitches of because of their powers, looks and wealth, using their family connections to get away with what they did.

Which their families have lost their wealth and power, being forced to live as mortals on Earth. With the old champions being stripped of their powers and left with only immortality and sent to Hell. Where they're being tortured and are the playthings for Izuku, who they had tormented, the chosen one. The new champions if they're successful in winning Izuku back to the God side, will gain all the sized assets from the old champions families.

The offer gots lots of young gods and other magical beings to tryout to become the new champions of the Gods. The problem is that under the power of a truth spell, and reviewing their memories, showed most of them either think someone without a quirk couldn't be a hero or were bullies themselves.

Inside the council room of Heaven -

Momiji Binbouda, a deity of misfortune.

Serena, who is an angel who is clumsy, lazy, ditzy, a crybaby, a very poor student, and gluttonous.

Charlie Brown, an angel who never has things go his way, partly because he's just unlucky and partly because one of his defining qualities is that he's "wishy-washy", and therefore often fails to go after what he really wants.

Wirt, a gnome who has a habit of getting caught up in himself. A poet who has a way with words, but is awkward around people.

Sara, a young loa or voodoo spirits and is Wirt's girlfriend.

Elizabeth "Eliza" Thornberry, a descendant of Arnemetia the Brittonic River Goddess. She is intelligent, true-hearted, fearless, and good-natured, but she can also be very stubborn.

Yahweh shakes his head seeing how limited the choices are among the young gods and magical beings who already know what they are. And the only demigoddess being a descendent, with all the others being unsuitable to try to befriend Izuku, because of their personalities and behavior. Much needed to be changed so that when the next cycle happens, the choices won't be so limited in young people who aren't bullies. He's thinking of them growing up without knowing that they are gods and other beings, so that it won't happen again.

The choices are so bad that he had to resort recruiting from the descendants who have the bloodline but has been thinned for generations.

Craig Williams, a descendant of a forest nymph. He's a sweet guy with a heart of gold who's more than willing to help out any kid in need and would rather talk things through before resorting to combat.

Kelsey Pokoly, a descendent of a valkyrie. A fan of fantasy. Never goes anywhere without her parakeet, Mortimor.

John Paul "J.P." Mercer, a descendent of a Norse dwarf. He's not very bright, though he has hidden depths.

Eileen, a webbed-toed young woman who is a descendant of a water nymph.

Roger, a young man who is descendant from a troll.

Isabella "Stacks" Alvarado, a book loving girl who is descendant from a brownie.

Vanessa "Wildernessa", a nature loving girl who is a descendant of a woodland spirit. (1)

They're all what's left from the age range that's allowed and didn't have any of the problems that the other candidates had.

"These are the only ones who pass the exams?" Yahweh asks Sera a High Seraphim of Heaven whose duty is to ensure the protection of Heaven from all harm.

"Yes, my lord. All the others have their problems like the old champions," Sera said.

"Have the files of the ones who aren't bullies or think quirkless humans can't be heroes on my desk. I'm not making the same mistakes like what happened before. I don't need some desk clerk think they know best of what candidates are good material and who aren't. In fact, I want the ones responsible for picking the old champions brought before me. I want to make sure the punishment I give them is earned and not because of something else like a bribe or something else. The higher ups are watching now," Yahweh said.

"I have it done at once," Sera said seeing how upset Yahweh is and got on her terminal to give out the orders.

"Wait aren't you the big boss in the sky?" J.P. asks.

"For this planet yes, but for the rest of the universe. I'm just the manager of this planet's divine beings and such. I have higher ups that I answer too. They're the ones who decided to have us do this chosen one cycle. And before any of you children ask. I have never seen the creator of this universe in person before. The closest I ever got was at regional meeting for upper management where I was in the audience when she came on stage. And yes for this universe the one who created it is a woman," Yahweh said.

"There are other universes?" Isabella asks.

"Yes like in Marvel and DC comics, I really don't know much, I have enough work and other problems for me to bother. It's not my department to worry about any of that," Yahweh said waving it off. "Now you kids need to prepare to win back Izuku Midoriya from the demons and get him ready to fight them. Get to know each other and work together."

"But how? He's in Hell and we can't just walk into Hell… can we?" Wirt asks.

"There's no need to, the terms of contest is that both sides will have equal opportunity to interact with the chosen one. Izuku will return to Earth and you all be able to interact with him. Just prepare yourselves and come up with a plan," Yahweh said waving for the kids to leave the council chambers.

Once the kids were gone, Yahweh looks at the other members of the high council.

"What about the two mortal champions to accompany Izuku?" Yahweh asks.

"Emily is still working on that on Earth. We tried looking for any human friends of Izuku, but he has none. We also expanded to search for candidates in other regions of Earth," Sera said.

"With the level of the God champions, their blessings won't be as powerful as the ones they're replacing," Odin said.

"They were powerful but completely unsuited to be champions with how cruel they are to others," Hestia said who has taken over as the lead goddess of her pantheon. "They were reported upon but nothing was ever done about them. Which the Japanese pantheon should had handled."

"All parties and those brats are now being punished for their sins," Amaterasu the sun goddess of Japan said.

"Which your people should had reported about their behavior years before. And why you and the rest of your pantheon are barred from anything to do with Izuku, as your people are the ones who failed to make sure the champions were suited. Enough damage has been done, and knowing my son, he will be explaining everything to Izuku and he will know that if a candidate of either side shows themselves unsuited to be a champion that the pantheon of that region are the ones responsible to keep an eye on them," Yahweh said causing the sun goddess to look down unable to meet his glaze.

"The samething happen with first choice of candidates during the 3rd cycle and I had them replaced," Ra the Egyptian sun god said.

"Hopefully in the next cycle the pantheon who should be watching for unworthy candidates, will do their jobs," Yahweh said. "But we have to focus on fixing this mess. My granddaughter and the others have a lifetime of growing up with Izuku and believing and supporting him when no one else would. The new champions aren't the popular or powerful like the old ones, they can relate to him and hopefully win him over."

"And if not?" Rama the Hindu god asks.

"My son and his allies will rule Earth for the next 2 thousand years. And I fear that the next chosen one will be very aware of what happen to Izuku," Yahweh said as what happen during the last 4 cycles have faded from human memory, fading into myths and legends.

A tall woman entered the room, having large white wings on her back, a unicorn horn on her forehead, multiple colored hair and wearing a white dress that shows off her voluptuous body.

"I was told to come in," the woman said looking at the council of gods.

"Yes, Princess Celestia, the sun princess of Equestria and the birth mother of Sunset Shimmer Morningstar. The adopted daughter of my son," Yahweh said causing Celestia's eyes to widen.

Hell -

"And that's how the chosen cycle works," Lucifer said having explained all rules that both the demon and god sides have to follow after the higher ups had setup the cycle.

In front of him are Izuku and the other girls, either on the sofa or around it. The birthday is still going on around them as Lucifer explains things to Izuku.

"The Japanese pantheons were suppose to have been keeping an eye on the god champions?" Luz asks having listened in too.

"Yes and seeing how they didn't do anything, it's clear that they didn't care till they had to," Izuku said.

"And the reason why Vaggie is always around Charlie is because she's her companion who would had fraught against the chosen one and their companions if Izuku wasn't picked?" Luz asks.

"Yes I would had," Vaggie said standing behind the overcrowded sofa.

"And Charlie could have one of mine if the chosen one had beaten me," Sunset said eyeing her companions, Cherri Bomb a sinner, Princess Octavia of the Ars Goetia a Hellborn noble demoness, the demoness twins Glitz and Glam, the witch Trixie Lulamoon, the sirens Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dust.

"Shouldn't there be only two?" Luz asks.

"Sunset had made sure that she could pick the right combo to fight the chosen one and the two companions," Loona the Hellhound said.

"And you would had been the mastermind who analyzed the chosen one and the companions, so that we know how to deal with them," Karin said.

The main doors of the grand hall open allowing an elegant beauty to enter.

"Look who it is, Belldandy the ex goddess of the present now just a desk bunny," Lucifer said. "Careful she looks gentle but she will play you along like the others on the god side. She's also a personal friend of Amaterasu. The one who is in charge of what happens in Japan for the divine and other mystical beings. Like the champions of the gods being allowed to do as they like for the last 15 years. You should just give her the boot."

"Lucifer that's his decision to make," Belldandy said.

"Which I'm all in favor for," Izuku said.

"Besides with your history of playing around with mortals for your own pleasures," Sunset said.

"I heard how she never once told the guy she was bonded to by a wish for years that his sex drive was sealed away because of her father Kami and the heavenly elites of that time, don't like half-breeds between gods and mortals," Ahri said.

"Thats true, isn't that right, Keiichi?" Lucifer said looking at a demon standing with another demoness.

"Keiichi? Mara?" Belldandy asks in shock seeing them again.

"The entire reason for the chosen one thing being set down was because of how bad the head god of the time Kami was running things. Short story, Earth got a reboot, Kami and the others were strip of their powers and sent to their personal Hells. And others like Belldandy were strip of their titles and are now working as paper pushers of the Japanese branch. Meaning that like the other staff members she would had known about how the so called champions being the best of the best were beating you and the only ones who did anything about it was Charlie, Sunset and their friends. Making it a big deal about them defending you as it's perfectly ok for them to beat a quirkless boy, as he could never be the chosen one who will decide either the gods or the demons will rule till the next cycle. Of wait he is and much more important now and suddenly they're scrambling to show that they do care about you," Keiichi explained.

"Thought that you would have learn from your past mistake, old maid. And the count is 7 kids now," Mara said glaring at her old friend.

"Send her back and you tell them to send someone who is actually a decent person," Izuku said.

"We have wronged you, and we want to make it up to you," Belldandy said which Izuku looks at her in disgust.

"Why do you think that I want to anything to do with you gods after how I was tormented for years by god?" Izuku asks.

"You want to be a hero. You're better than this, and you can prove everyone wrong," Belldandy said. "We prepared everything for you. The ones responsible for what happen to you, are being punished and more can be added as much as you like. We're prepared to grant you godhood and more to make it up to you."

"You think it's that easy to win me over?" Izuku said getting up from the sofa.

They all watch as Izuku walks over to the piano that's been placed there for the party. Sunset felt a familiar magic that's only Charlie regularly uses to do musical numbers after learning about it, drawing the magic from her.

"Sunset is he?" Charlie asks looking at her sister.

"He's drawing magic from me and using it for his Heart Song," Sunset said. (2)

"Oh, this be good," Lilith said and looks to Mammon who had brought in entertainment for the party and showing what's happening to the rest of Hell by several camera crews after getting the go ahead. "I want this broadcast both here, heaven and earth. Now!"

"On it!" Mammon said as he got his crew to have cameras and other equipment up and ready in seconds.

Izuku sat down on the piano and began playing a soft melody before he began to sing and the Heart Song began.

'In this life I tired to played a hero.'

'Tried to hold the light too tight.'

'But others kept on just telling me to give up'

'Through the beatings and taunts.'

'I kept on smiling as I bled'

'I kept calling out to the heavens for a sign'

'But the silence broke me more than.'

'All that I suffered through.'

'While the heavens watched.'

'Now I wonder if I mattered?'

'What was I even suffering for?'

"You haven't earned forgiveness," Izuku said to Belldandy as she was encased in an energy ball by Lilith and casted out of Hell.
