Scourge Origins
On the Atlas Broadcast Network was a man named Barry Basil.
"We received an update on the White Fang." The man spoke. "Specialist Schnee and high-ranking officials have found the hideout only to be pushed back by the Scourge of Anima despite having less members."
A picture came showing Kron wearing his mask surrounded by Lycan, Chrome and other members in the picture.
"Also, they claim to undergo a different name, they are calling themselves the Scourge Troop." The newsman said. "And here is their insignia."
It was a black flag with a white skull with the red eyes and fangs.
"They seem to have taken inspiration from the Unmasked Beringel that destroyed the Grimm King near Vale six months ago." He explained. "What is even more shocking is that Specialist Winter Schnee claimed that Grimm attacked during their skirmish, the Scourge Troop along with their leader fought side by side to defend each other, though many speculate that they are claiming that to hide the shame of failing to apprehend him once again."
A picture showed of multiple Grimm with different colored eyes. "These images were taken on the battlefield, many believe that they are fake given how these Grimm have different eye colors rather than the traditional red."
"Though evidence does show in the form that the assault did fail, few soldiers were killed, had they been the White Fang more would have been killed." He stated though he seemed skeptical at this claim.
"Still good men did die, can we really trust the Scourge Troop? Are they truly different from the White Fang? No one knows for sure, the council has refused to comment at this time deciding what to search for evidence before coming up with a decision, we can only hope that she was telling the truth."
"This is Barry Basil signing off."
The news ended.

Ice Spear Arena
Kron was walking through the hallway he placed on a new mask since the old one was destroyed.
It had been a day since the battle and now it was time to make changes, he's allowed them to think in the old ways for too long it was time to start some changes.
The Saiyan walked up to the Ice Spear Arena and stood on a podium, he looked all around, they all sat awaited what he had to say. He glanced to see Lycan standing by the other Ki users.
"Alright" Kron began. "Now, first I would like to apologize to all of you, I promised to protect you and I failed, we lost good people to both Atlas and those monsters."
None of them spoke, he doesn't know if they're silently cursing him or just accepting it.
"So I have decided to implement a plan Roman, and I have had for a while." Kron continued. "We need more Ki users in our group, ten is not enough for attacks like those."
This caused many to speak either in excitement or worry wondering if more of that dangerous power is the answer.
"However, it can't just be for all of you, we need new members to protect the refugees with us who can't fight." Kron continued. "Which is why we are going to bring the Ice Spear Arena back in operation, we are going to incite the strongest warriors we could find to battle in the arena like it did in the past, the ones who perform the best will be invited to join our ranks."
Lycan growled hearing that knowing how this was going.
"That means whoever is strongest will learn my power, Faunus... or human."
That spurred a conversation and even yelling in the crowd.
"We don't allow humans to join!"
"They will only try to oppress us!"
They yelled their disapproval over this notion as though it were an unholy act.
The Saiyan growled before yelling. "Shut up all of you!"
They were all silent after that.
"I don't care if that's how you feel about it, we need more warriors to protect the refugees in our care, if you don't like the idea of welcoming humans into the troop, then go home, go to Ghira, he leads the White Fang, we are the Scourge Troop we allow human or Faunus to join."
They all kept voicing their opposition.
But the Saiyan was resolute in this and shouted. "I said enough!" He jumped off the podium and landed in the ring between the ice spears.
Again, the voices quieted down.
"Look! Do you know who defended you while i was dealing that strange Android? Blake, three humans even more, the Ace Operatives and two Schnee's, two daughters of Jaques Schnee, they protected you!" Kron yelled. "After all that do you really think we should kill them or any human after what they did?"
Many were silent but inside they saw his point. Humans did protect them, Atlas soldiers, even SCHNEES protected them.
"So, you, see?" Kron asked. "It's time we abandon the ideas of the White Fang, we are a new group, we must open our doors for anyone with the heart of a warrior, for the sake of keeping all of you safe, human or Faunus, can you honestly say that we shouldn't invite humans to join us?"
No one said a word after that.
"Good, and if any of you, or even all of you have a problem with my decision, come to the ring! Bring me down if you can I will not go through with this idea, but fair warning, I'm not afraid to break bone if you try." He dared them all.
None have the courage or perhaps the stupidly to do so, understandably given that he was the world's strongest.
"Good, it will be underway in a few days, now there's one other thing to address." He spoke. "Lycan step in the ring."
The Wolf Faunus did so though he had an idea what was going to happen.
"Lycan, did you remember the rule I gave you when I taught you, my power?"
The Wolf Faunus knew what he was referring to and spoke. "I had no choice, they attacked us, I was only-"
"What was the rule?" Kron interrupted.
The Wolf Faunus didn't look scared only angry but he spoke. "Not to kill unnecessarily."
"And you did it anyway." Kron responded.
"They were going to kill us! I only acted in self defense!" Lycan responded.
The Saiyan walked up to him before glancing at the Faunus with the spotted tail. "That's not what Chrome told me."
Lycan turned to the Leopard Faunus angry for being ratted out.
"Focus on me." Kron told him making him turn to him. "You killed against my wishes, many soldiers were helpless, you could have knocked them out but instead you killed them." He said. "On top of that you encouraged for the Android to kill one of the Schnees, after that you tried to kill Winter."
"And i only regret that you stopped me!" Lycan yelled. "The Schnees have always been the enemy of the Faunus, they manipulate and take advantage of our needs ,you say they protected us but they only did so to keep us under their heels! One less Schnee makes the world better for our kind-gah!"
Kron grabbed Lycan by the throat and forced him on one knee, the Wolf Faunus tried to break free from his grip but to no avail.
"Lycan, you knew the rules I set, I told you what would happen if you misused this power." He rose a hand.
Many in the audience looked at him and many more tried to look away knowing there was nothing they could do.
Chrome stepped forward. "High Leader!"
Kron paused as the Leopard Faunus stood next to him and whispered. "High Leader, I implore you, spare him, he should have a chance to repent."
The Saiyan stared down at Lycan who only glared. "He knew the rules Chrome, if I spare him everyone will see it as weakness."
"It is not weakness to show mercy, many of us see Atlas as an enemy, he feared for the safety of his men and the civilians in our care, many here may see it as you punishing someone for protecting them, if you spare them perhaps it can show them by example not to resort to needless death.
Kron looked all around to see many Faunus with terrified expressions. Just like when Raven had executed her men in her tribe, she had tried to teach him that leading through strength means leading through fear. He stared down at Lycan as if contemplating what Chrome was saying.
"High Leader if you go through with this I will understand." Chrome continued. "However, I will say that a good leader leads through example."
The Saiyan heard and finally lamented, he let go of Lycan but tossed him on the ground knocking him out.
"Take his armor off and throw him in a cell." Kron turned to one of his men. "Rhinestone" He called to the Faunus with a rhino horn. "Watch him, if he tries anything stupid knock him out."
Rhinestone nodded before grabbing Lycan and grabbed him over his shoulder and walked away.
Chrome looked at his High Leader and bowed. "Thank you, High Leader."
Kron turned to him and nodded before turning to the audience. "Now, I will hear no more of this, humans are going to be able to join us, and any who try to abuse the power I taught you any further will join Lycan in his cell, if even after you do your time" He stated with anger.
The Faunus all seemed to agree more out of fear than respect.
Just like the old hag.
And that bothered Kron though he didn't show it.
He will need to learn to show more mercy he didn't want to lead like her.
That was something he never thought he would learn.

Dr. Watt's Hideout
Watts gritted his teeth at the footage of his prized creation losing to this damn child!
Amaranth didn't express any emotion he had his arms behind his back and only observed the battle. He changed his fighting style mid battle, just as he thought he would, this boy was capable of learning in the middle of battle just as he learned when he fought him.
He looked at his prized creation laying on a lab table, he had been fully repaired but still he shouldn't have needed to be repaired in the first place.
"You!"
The ex-soldier looked at Watts as robotic arms grabbed his neck.
"You! You did not tell me that he could get stronger in the middle of fighting!" The robotic limbs started to squeeze and yet Amaranth showed no resistance. "I can detonate your explosive right now, tell me why I shouldn't."
Amaranth grunted only out of reflex from the robotic limbs squeezing into his throat. "I advised taking your time before engaging, perhaps infiltrate his ranks while staying out of sight so he wouldn't be detected by his sense of smell,I warned you that the information we possess wasn't going to be enough, I told you to bide your time, but you didn't and got too eager."
This made Watts angrier.
Which Amaranth noticed and spoke. "With your Canvas Android still active you can now use it for other purposes, the Schnee has no proof of its existence and only the Scourge's word, meaning either she will not tell anyone what she found, or she will and the council will not believe her."
Watts heard him and saw where he was going with. "So, you're saying I could still use it to infiltrate Atlas's council and dismantle them from the inside."
"Correct" Amaranth spoke. "And I still have some of Rockshow's agents that are willing to assist us, which means you will need my knowledge on how to contact them, I'm sure you're Android cannot take memories from the Aura he takes correct?"
Yes, one of the very few flaws of his prized creation.
And he realized that he did have a point, Watts waved his hand.
The mechanical arms let go of Amaranth.
"Very well you have your uses, just remember not to disappoint me."
Amaranth merely wiped the dust off his clothes and pulled out a canister before taking a sip.
While Arthur was still unhappy with the lack of success he had to admit his infallible non concern with his life was impressive, making him more useful.
"So you say you have a new plan?" Watts asked.
"Yes, we-"
Just then the laboratory let out a loud alarm along with red lights in the ceiling.
"You" Watts turned to him. "If I find that Atlas soldiers are here, I will kill you."
"It is not, no one can track me, Rockshow made it so." He explained.
The robots all rose in Watt's defense, but all fell and turned to pieces.
Watts rose his guna and used his Semblance to control the mechanical limbs around the room.
A tall figure was walking through, when the light showed on him Watts immediately recognized him. "You"
It was a young man with long green hair staring at him with an indifferent expression.
Amaranth recognized him, he was the person that arrived in the battle which the Android seemed familiar with.
"You vile creature." Arthur spoke with anger.
Eclipse stared at Arthur before speaking. "I remember you, you are my father's colleague, Arthur Watts, I hope you're doing well."
"How did you find me? No one knew where I was." Watts responded.
"I felt your anger swell, being Grimm I can practically feel the rage radiating all over me, since it wasn't that long since your android failed I knew it had to be you, I just followed your negativity."
Amaranth was listening and fought the urge to look surprised. Grimm? This boy was a Grimm? He glanced at Watts and wondered. What was he involved with?
Eclipse kept his composure. "I suppose you are wondering why I am here, the simple matter is I am here to tell you to leave Kron be, do not interfere with his life at all."
"Excuse me?" Arthur asked. "I am charged with capturing him, you are merely Dr. Merlot's tool you have no right ordering me around."
Eclipse glared at Arthur. "I am his son, and I do not care if you oversee this, Kron is my priority, leave him to me, if you decide to intervene again I will not hesitate to destroy your Android." He stated. "I would hate to kill you, I merely want to set boundaries, I'm sure Lady Salem has given you orders to do something different correct?"
Lady Salem? Strange Amaranth never heard that name before, but it was good he has a name now, he doubted Watts would be operating on his own.
Watts was starting to realize the intellect of this hybrid, he was right. He was sent here to retrieve something from Atlas before the Scourge was even on Solitas, he only had his Android attack him to retrieve a larger reward for his efforts.
"Have I made myself clear?" Eclipse asked. "You agree not to attack Kron or his forces?"
"I agree" Watts stared passed Eclipse as his Ace began to stand up. "That I will need to apologize to Dr. Merlot."
Eclipse felt his shoulder grabbed, he turned and saw a younger looking Watts holding his shoulder.
"Leave now" Ace warned. "I will destroy you if you do not."
Eclipse turned to Ace and stared him down for a few moments.
"I will not lose to you, not a mere puppet." Eclipse stated as though it were a fact. "It's a shame we can't be friends since our fathers work well together, you look so alive yet you act like a dull machine, a tool to be used."
"And you are nothing but a mass of black gunk with the rotting corpse of an infant that should have never been born." Ace responded knowing that between the two of them Eclipse can be slighted.
Eclipse squeezed his hands hearing that and seem to raise his fists.
Ace's arms were surrounded by yellow energy ready to defend himself..
Amaranth and Arthur were looking for ways to get out of the crossfire.
But then the Arch Grimm sniffed something, he turned to Arthur. That scent it was very peculiar coming from his body. He turned back to Ace who seemed ready to fight, he then turned to Ace, the Android doesn't notice, perhaps the sensors can't pick it up.
He then glanced to Amaranth for the first time his gaze was on him.
Eclipse chuckled before turning to Ace. "I understand now, I will leave you to it then."
Watts seemed relieved as he didn't want to risk losing his creation.
Eclipse turned to the red head and asked. "You, what is your name?"
"Amaranth" He responded calmly.
Eclipse chuckled. "It's nice to meet you, I am Eclipse." He rose a hand to him.
Amaranth saw no reason not to shake it.
Eclipse grinned at him and whispered. "I see what you've done, make sure he stays out of the way. For both our sakes."
The ex-soldier didn't respond though he looked at Watts to ensure he did not hear. So he knew what his plan was but wasn't saying anything. Fair enough though, they both have a common enemy in Watts.
Eclipse turned and walked away. "If you speak to my father tell him I am doing well and will return once I have my battle with Kron." He walked away while smiling at Ace. "I wish you luck on your mission."
Amaranth glanced at Arthur wondering if he would ask why he was cordial with him.
Though the scientist seemed too heated to think of that and just looked at Amaranth. "I trust you have a plan that will work?"
"I have a few ideas, I know the addresses of an important figure, Councilman Sleet would be the best one to replace."
"Very well" Arthur responded while typing on a computer.
Amaranth kept queit and watched the man work, he had to reconsider his plans, this boy, he was claiming to be a Grimm, and he has to find out who Lady Salem is.
Now for the first time in his life Amaranth felt out of his depth.

A Far Away Cave
Eclipse flew with his wings back to his cave and sat down before four clumps of snow that he was using to hide Team MUNE.
"Heh, Arthur isn't as smart as I thought he'd be. Clearly he doesn't know he's being played." He said with a smile. "That Amaranth fellow, I just met him and I know he's as calculating as the most intelligent Grimm."
The hybrid then thought of something. "Still, whatever plans he has it might not involve destroying the Android, I don't like Ace, he's boring and acts like a tool, I suppose that's just how his father wanted him to be." He already started to regret not destroying that robot.
Maybe he should make it so Kron would 'bump' into the Android. While he would do it himself he rather not betray Lady Salem, or at least make it look like he was slighting her, she did provide his father with the means to his recreation after all.
Or... perhaps he can arrange someone else to do it.
But who else would be strong enough to do it?
Perhaps the Winter Maiden would be able to do it, from what he saw she should be able to at least damage it.
He should stay here and oversee Team MUNE'S molt, if they get destroyed they will not be able to come back and his father would have to make a new Royal Guard for him.
Still he didn't want to stay here it was boring.
Maybe he can indirectly cause some trouble.
It'll be a nice way to pass the time waiting for his team and for his rematch with Kron.
Now where would the Winter Maiden be staying?

Fort Bismark
Winter was siping some tea, she had bandages on her after her fight against Kron and those mutant Grimm.
"So you did try to contact me about the Scourge of Anima?" She asked the question.
Weiss was sitting in front of her and sighed. "I did, but you wouldn't answer."
Winter took a sip and nodded. "Yes I saw that you tried to send me messages, the councilman were suspicious of you since you wield the same power as the scour- I mean Kron."
"You don't have to call him by his name if it's hard for you to say it." Weiss said while looking away. "He can't even say mine." She squeezed her teacup.
"What was that?" Winter asked confused.
"I.. It's nothing." Weiss said though she had a tic mark on her head remembering that atrocious nickname. "At any rate, I did try to contact you like we agreed but it looks like the council really are exercising their control ever since the bombing in Sanus."
Winter nodded, the moment the supposed Grimm King arrived truly ruined everything for Ironwood. She believed he acted in everyone's best interest, Vale included, but no one truly knew the situation.
"Any luck with the evidence?" Weiss asked knowing the situation with he Faunus he was protecting.
"No" Winter responded while placing the tea down. "Though the Council does seem to be willing to listen to a ceasefire for the White f-, I mean Scourge Troop." She wasn't sure how to feel about the name, they may not be terrorists, but that name sounds menacing. "We are looking into Rockshow's assets, but we found nothing, if he truly was behind the Silver Bullet Brotherhood then he was extremely good at hiding it."
Of course he was, it made sense giving how the council was willing to trust him.
"At any rate." Winter stood up and looked down at her sister. "I have to go, I need to discuss things with the General, you should go check on your leader."
Weiss was sad that their talk had to end soon as it felt forever since they last talked but she only nodded, Ruby had been out for a while.
Winter placed a hand on Weiss's shoulder, and she looked up at her.
"Weiss, I'm very proud of how far you have come, you faced these powerful Grimm head on bravely with your teammates." Winter said to her.
Weiss nodded with a smile and decided to head off to Ruby's room.
Once she was there, she saw Yang sitting by her bedside and Blake reading a book next to her.
"Is she still not up?" Weiss asked concerned.
Yang looked at her sadly while looking down. "Weiss, it's horrible the doctor said that she"
Weiss was starting to look sad. "No, don't tell me, Ruby she can't-"
"That I need more cookies!" Ruby suddenly woke up yelling.
"Eh?" Weiss looked confused hearing that.
Ruby smiled at her still as energetic as usual. "What's wrong bestie?"
"See Ruby?" Yang said with a smile. "I told you it'd be funny."
Weiss glared at her before turning to Ruby. "What was that you dolt?"
"Don't get at me Weiss, Yang promised me a batch of cookies if I did this, but don't worry I'm fine the doctor says I just need to rest for a week then I'll be ready for action."
Weiss turned to Blake and glared at her.
"I tried to tell them not to, they were really insistent on it, sorry." She responded.
"Yang!" She glared at the blonde who was laughing at her. "I'm going to turn you into ice if you ever do that again!"
"Yeah, yeah" Yang responded still laughing. "By the way, any word about Penny? Ruby's been asking for her since she woke up."
"Penny?" Weiss asked. "Right, Winter told me that she was in worse shape than Ruby, she's been looked after right now but she'll be ready, probably after Ruby's healed up."
"Aww" Ruby said before sighing. "Oh well least I can see her soon, speaking of soon." She turned to Yang. "So are we going to see Kron after I get my rest?"
Yang nodded and smiled. "Yep" She popped the 'P' in the word. "Finally we can find out where he came from, we'll go back to him after a week."
"Great, I need to get better soon, starting with Yang you promised me cookies!" She said smiling.
"I know, I'll be right back." She said walking away.
Blake kept reading her book though she had to admit she was excited to find out about Kron's past. Whatever it is, she hoped that he would be honest, there had to be a reason he kept it a secret for so long.
She also hoped he wasn't doing anything too dangerous with his group.

Ice Spear Arena
A few more days had passed and Kron was sitting at the throne wearing his mask, and smiling.
Why? Because finally Roman's idea was taking fruit and it was so much better than he expected.
The arena was packed but not with Scourge Troopers, but an audience that just wanted a good fight.
There were rows of fighters standing in the ring waiting for him to give a speech.
Kron stood up from his throne and walked to the balcony overseeing the arena and began to speak.
"I thank you all for coming to compete in the revival of the Ice Spear Arena, now I'm sure you came thinking you could be this arena's champion just as I was the champion of the Golden Daggers Arena, but let me clear I already have a champion, and don't worry, it's not me."
Many actually breathed a sigh of relief hearing that, while they did want to fight they didn't want a battle they will absolutely lose in.
Kron rose a hand and by his side walked the tall, short white haired Snow Leopard Faunus walked by his side.
"This is Chrome, he is my champion unless of course he's beaten." He said to the group of fighters. "Now, beating him maybe impossible, but if you face him and do well, you will be invited to join the Scourge Troop, the group that fought off the Atlas military and won. And be trained by my champion or maybe even me."
That got many in the fighters talking, they seemed interested, which is good it's what he wanted. There were plenty of humans and Faunus all excited at the prospect of this.
Although he will still need to keep his original group in line for this as he knows that they will not want humans to be involved, but like he told Lycan, too bad for them, he will do what he must, it was for their own good anyway like he told them the other day.
"Now, with explanations out of the way, please head into your assigned rooms, you will be summoned when it's time to fight, remember to behave yourselves and follow the rules that my men had told you."
The Saiyan announced and walked away as his men organized the arena attendants and sat back on his throne.
By his side Roman walked by him and smirked. "So, I take it you're pleased with how this all turned out?"
The Saiyan didn't even turned to Roman and only responded. "I admit this ended up better than I thought, I had no idea you'd bring this much of a crowd."
"Course I did, I haven't played the game this long without knowing a few people in low places." He said to him.
Kron couldn't help but be confused. "I'm surprised you managed it after the battle a few days ago figured a crowd this big wouldn't show."
"Oh the opposite." Roman said laughing. "I mean kid, you, the Scourge Troop stood their ground against the world's strongest army and won, yeah people say they worked together to fight off Grimm but many more believe that they weren't strong enough to bring your men in, that leads to this."
He was right there were dozens of applicants looking to join the Scourge Troop, thankfully the renovations they've done they have enough room to shelter this much. IF they prove themselves strong enough to make it.
"It's impressive I didn't expect a turn out." Kron responded.
"By the way, I'm also looking into hiring a staff for the arena, after all I imagine you'd rather have your members train instead of cleaning and serving food right?"
"A staff?" Kron asked. "I'm not sure about that this place may be huge but I don't know if that's necessary."
"Hey we turned this place into a fortress we need the help, and trust me there's plenty of people looking for employment, I mean the other arenas have chefs, janitors and what not don't they?"
He wasn't wrong, having people do menial labor would be nice. "Alright fine."
"Great now, are you sure you want humans to join the gang?"
Kron looked to him and responded. "Of course, we work with you, so I don't see how that's different, besides many look up to Chrome so if he speaks to them, they will accept it."
"Sure, but many follow Lycan to, where is he anyway?"
"In a cell." Kron responded. "He'll be monitored and not allowed to leave until I can trust him. If he gets punished like this, I'm sure plenty who follow him will see things my way."
Roman thought it'd be better to kill the wolf but knowing how Kron is he decided against it, with how things keep going his way he'd get a share on the profits.
"Alright fine, but anyway, so now that you've beaten back Atlas what's the plan now?" He asked. "You got the pod, you got the sword, once your kin are back home that mean you're finally going to hunt down Cinder?"
"Yes"
"And do you know how long that's going to be?" Roman asked with a straight face.
"I don't know, why?" Kron admitted honestly.
"I think since this partnership is lasting than either of us have planned, I think we should discuss payment, a fee for my services, after all I got the word out to the right people of you needing new recruits, didn't I? Plus, you need someone to manage the wealth this arena will accumulate, don't you?"
The Saiyan mulled it over, he knew how greedy he was, but he wasn't wrong, he did make this happen, without him he's not sure where to get new recruits.
"Alright fine, you will act as the arena manager just remember this place belongs to me, and make sure my men and the people we are protecting are getting the supplies they need to get by."
Roman smirked and nodded. "You're as fair as usual, I'll be off then." He turned to walk away.
The Saiyan looked at Roman thinking that he was far more useful than he thought, despite needing to be protected he did carry out what he said he would. Now though he wondered if he was ever going to betray him, Ozpin did warn him a long time ago that he would if it ever suited him.
But for now, he will use him just as he uses him.
He looked down at his arena warriors and watched as two combatants entered the ring.
As he watched the fight taking place he couldn't help but think of that man, no, that 'Grimm' that arrived to him.
Eclipse, he called himself, he claimed to be that monster that he fought six months ago, that thing he had to use the Oozaru to destroy. Or at least what he thought he destroyed, he didn't think that was possible given that the Great Ape should be the apex of power this planet had ever seen.
He thought maybe it was some sort of trick.
But he remembered the speed he had.
The human like Grimm moved so fast he could barely keep track, even if he was worn out he should have been able to see him move at least.
Also, from his demeanor it looks like he wasn't trying to be super-fast.
If that's the case does that mean he's stronger than him?
Kron punched into his palm getting his two guards beside his throne's attention.
"High Leader?" A goat Faunus asked. "Are you alright?"
The Saiyan paused at that thought and let out a sigh. "I'm fine, I'm just getting into the fight." He said looking at the two fighters.
Don't be crazy, he was tired, yes, there's no way that Eclipse would get that much stronger. After what the Oozaru did he couldn't have had the time to get stronger right?
What he can't die what was worrisome though was what they told him.

Weiss looked at him seriously and spoke. "There four more of those monsters like the one you fought each with their own special powers."
Kron looked like he was shocked hearing that four more mutants existed though he immediately shifted to a smile and said. "Oh, good, I was wondering when I'd find more of them, sounds like fun."
"I'm not sure if this is something that can be excited about Kron." Blake responded. "I think if all four of them with that monster Eclipse, or even just those four fought you they could beat you"
The Saiyan growled hearing that. "Stop exagerating I've proven more than once that I'm the strongest on the planet."
"You have" Blake admitted. "But more and more are starting to get strong enough to make you bleed, don't you think that means they will eventually reach you?"
Kron heard tha and he actually wasn't sure how to answer that.

Present Day
Kron couldn't deny that Blake had a point, he had reached a level of power he thought was untouchable to all of Remnant. But more and more people are starting to make him bleed.
Even Yang, while she was impressive in her own right she shouldn't have gotten strong enough to wound him in just six measly months, she thought it'd be a year or two to reach that level.
Now that he thought about it all on Remnant had things he didn't have.
Yes, he had Saiyan genetics but that alone doesn't make him invincible.
He didn't have any teachers to help guide him to get stronger, he didn't have special recourses to train him, not to mention he was too stubborn to rely on Dust or anything like it to get stronger.
Also, the key to a Saiyan's growth is powerful opponents, without any to fight his growth rate was more limited compared to others.
So, if that's the case Blake was right.
These hybrids if they are as strong as Eclipse was when he first met him, he doubts even now he can take on four with that level of power.
Not to mention there's whoever is behind Soul Dust, that machine that was using it was far stronger than any he fought he wondered if it was going to be further upgraded.
He wondered how many more fighters were starting to reach him? And how many would it take to bring him down?
Or worse how long would it be before only one can fight him?
The Saiyan had a smile, it looks like he wasn't done with Remnant after all. He had planned to leave in a year or two to find another planet, he'll stay a bit longer maybe he will find another worthy opponent since people that can make him bleed are starting to be common.
Though he has no desire to lose his spot as Remant's strongest especially given that he's a Saiyan and the power levels here are far too low to challenge them.
But right now he had to correct a wrong.
His men need him, and he needs more warriors with Ki.
One of the combatants was knocked out.
Hopefully he can find worthy people to teach.
Who knows maybe he will find another worthy opponent among these people.

Vale
In the city of Vale the streets were bussling a month after the Vytal Festival and are now free of the White Fang that festered in the city.
People were still enjoying everyday life not knowing what could have happened if not for the Scourge of Anima.
A young woman with a hood was walking through the streets until she made it to a bullhead dock that was headed to Beacon.
Just as she was about to walk in the bullhead a man dressed in armor held up a hand. "Student ID please."
She held up a picture of herself with her name.
Vernal Bloss.
The man scanned the ID and it accepted.
"Very good, enter."
Vernal did so, when Salem instructed her to fake a last name, what better than the previous Spring Maiden, she knew not to go with Branwen, drives too much attention.
Though it will be obvious that she is not a student if she takes her time like Cinder was planning to before He screwed those plans over.
She wondered how she would feel if she told her she directed Kron to Vale.
Good she'll never tell her.
Vernal made it to Beacon Academy and looked up at the massive school, how that blonde bimbo must feel coming to this school.
Spoiled brat, it's a shame she wasn't here yet, but it's fine, just do this one thing and then she can hunt that blonde bitch down.
She'll take her head to Raven once she finds that traitor to.
Maybe even Him, even if he'd kill him, just taking away something from him made her smile, it would be worth death.
Vernal was now at the school, it was time to confirm Cinder's suspicions.
Once she got into the school she sat down in one of the bunches and closed her eyes.
It was time to test one of her new abilities.
Her first Semblance was Sever, the ability to unleash waves of slashes anywhere she wants, she gained two more thanks to the hell she went through with Salem.
Vernal's New Semblance: Ethereal Body- She can now phase through solid objects, even the ground if she wishes to, if she goes through a solid object she can go up or down as she pleases as though she was swimming. The drawback is she cannot breath while activating the Semblance.
The former bandit 'swam' beneath Beacon, she found this job beneath her, but she wanted the Semblance as it would be a decent counter against the blonde bimbo's Semblance.
If her Aura was at it's natural level she would have ran out and forced to get solid, but she was already five levels below the school and completely fine.
Vernal eventually reached what she was looking for, only peeking with one eye to not be detected by any surveilance.
Lo and behold there she was.
A brown skinned girl with brown hair in suspended animation in a machine.
Finally, now she was pretty much done.
Vernal 'swam' back up until she was at the school grounds and pressed a finger in her ear. "She's there."
"Good work Vernal, I see why Salem assigned you to help in our mission."
She heard the patronizing, but she ignored it, that wasn't important. Are we done then? Can I go find Xaio Long?"
"Patience, the mission is about to start." Cinder spoke with a calming voice. "Once I have the girl, we will head to Solitas, I promise."
Vernal kept quiet and sat in the bench and sighed. "Just don't take too long, I can't be here forever, the only reason they haven't noticed me is because I'm not on a wanted list."
"I'm well aware, remain on standby."
The girl sighed just a little longer and then, the bitch who ruined her plan will die.

Vale's Forest
Cinder ended the call with a smile, it was finally time. 'We have found the target, we will begin the assault tomorrow get a good rest." She said smiling to her three fighters.
Mercury Black, the ruthless assassin.
Emerald Sustrai, one of the world's greatest thieves.
And finally, the newest pawn to her collection.
Former White Fang leader Adam Taurus.
While Mercury and Emerald were about to agree to her plan Adam stepped forward clearly confident after absorbing the Soul Dust.
"Why wait? We have the power, we know where your target is let's just go and kill everyone in our way."
Cinder kept her smirk and responded. "Keep calm Adam, remember Ozpin may have more allies with that monster's power." She remembered the Vytal Festival and couldn't help but get angry remembering how that bastard gave them more power.
She was going to make him regret that.
But first things first.
"First, we need a distraction or two." Cinder made another call.
"Hazel, are you and Tyrian in place?"
"Yes, the Crown was willing to spare some of their agents now that they've grown in number." Hazel responded. "They should arrive by tomorrow at dawn."
Cinder smiled. "Excellent work, make sure that fool doesn't ruin this for me." She wouldn't put it past the Scorpion to make this mission go wrong on purpose since Salem of all people seems to have lost focus on the Maidens.
"Very well, good luck Cinder." The call ended and Cinder looked out the window where she can see the city of Vale.
That damn boy, if it wasn't for him this city would be in flames, and she would have gotten the power she deserved.
But now, now she can make things right.
She chuckled looking forward to tomorrow.
After that it's straight to Solitas to make sure the Scourge, Kron meets his end.

Ice Spear Arena
Another day had passed, and Kron was sitting on his throne overseeing the matches.
It was a tedious task if he were honest, he needed their numbers to swell, that was clear to him after what happened the first time still it was kind of annoying, most didn't make the cut.
Chrome was doing as he asked, holding back just enough so the applicants' can fight back, if they cal last a minute they get to join the Scourge Troop.
The one that does the most well against Chrome gets to learn Ki, the rest have to earn it by fighting in the arena before they have a chance to join.
It was a process that he and many agreed with, after all they were in need of warriors, not just any lot would do.
"Sir, you have visitors."
Kron turned his head and saw Quarts walking forward with four guests.
"Hey Kron, we're back just like I said we would." Yang's loud voice yelled.
It was Team RWBY all of them had arrived.
"I see the red head recovered." Kron commented. "I actually thought it would be longer." He commented.
Ruby looked at Kron and smiled. "Yeah, I needed a lot of rest, sorry to keep you waiting." She then gave him a hopeful look. "So? You remembered what you promised right?"
The Saiyan looked at Yang's smug grin who seemed proud at the feat she accomplished. Which for his taste was becoming too common now.
Blake walked ahead of Quartz and said. "Alright Kron, we're ready, are you going to tell us like you promised?"
Kron was silent for a moment before he looked at Quarts and said. "Watch the fights for me, call me if there's anything important."
"Yes High Leader." The Elephant Faunus responded.
The Saiyan walked away while gesturing Team RWBY to follow him.
As they walked they couldn't help but notice the arena, one Faunus was fighting multiple people, some from what Blake could tell were human.
"Are you allowing humans to join your White Fang?" Weiss asked surprised at the sight.
"Scourge Troop" Kron responded. "Haven't you watched the news? I'm sure you know that we have our own name, Discount Winter."
The Schnee growled but Ruby was trying to ease her.
"Kron, I don't know if it's a good idea, they were members of the White Fang originally, and please tell me your not planning to teach more people Ki."
"My power my rules, besides I got them under control." Kron responded.
"For how long?" Blake asked not liking the way he said it.
Kron didn't respond and kept walking through the icey cavern as they did they can see multiple doors, now they can see that this place was a much larger hideout than they thought.
"Where are we going?" Yang asked. "If you don't want your guys to hear then you can just talk to us here."
"This isn't something you can believe unless I show you proof." Kron responded as he kept walking. "Speaking of, where's Dr. Oobleck?"
That made Yang chuckle. "Don't worry your new BFF is still in Atlas, he says he'll see you again as soon as he's done taking care of something."
The Saiyan grunted as they made it to a large door. "Alright, here we are." Kron opened the doors.
Once it opened it showed a room with nothing it, except for some round metal object.
"Here we are." Kron walked in as Team RWBY just watched him go inside.
"What is that?" Weiss asked. "Is that an Atlas escape pod?" She asked confused.
The Saiyan stood next to it and turned to them. "Close the door." He told them.
Ruby did so as Team RWBY were now in the room with Kron.
Kron looked down at the pod, he was trying to consider how to best put this. He promised them to reveal his origins, he was ready to do it, though he wondered just how they would take what he has to say and why he was here in the first place.
"Kron?' Yang stepped forward. "You alright?"
The Saiyan decided it was time, he turned to them and turned the pod to them. "This here is not from Atlas, it was how I came here."
That made the girls silent hearing that.
"Sorry what?" Blake asked confused. "Do you mean from your home?"
"Yes, and by here I don't mean Solitas, obviously." He looked up for a moment before looking at them with a chuckle. "I meant to this planet."
Again all of them were silent not sure what to say.
"I am a-"
"An alien?" Ruby interrupted with a face that looked like she was indifferent, she didn't know what to say.
Kron paused hearing that and looked at the wide-eyed little girl. "Um, ye-"
"No" Weiss said.
Again, the Saiyan was interuppted. "Excuse me?"
"This is a joke." Weiss said, though not that she wanted it to be true, just that she couldn't. It was too ridiculous. "You said you'd tell us the truth this is... too weird."
"I mean do you know any other 'Faunus' that could turn into a giant red eyed ape?" Kron responded. "I am not from this planet, I am an alien." He said in a deadpan voice annoyed that he was being doubted even if he can understand how it seems farfetched, after all he looked like a Faunus.
Ruby couldn't stop staring at Kron and blinked. She said nothing, gave no expression. She thought of this but never thought she said it.
Given how much time she spent with him Yang could tell that Kron was serious, he would never tell a joke like this, still she was almost at the same level of disbelief as Weiss.
Blake looked confused as well, Kron was always different, when they were kids she never believed him when he said he killed an Alpha Ursa, it was impossible for a kid, but then it was impossible for a kid from this planet. And he also has Ki a power she never heard of, not even Ozpin knew what it was, and he seemed to know everything.
Weiss's jaw dropped hearing him say that she wanted to call him out again but, it made too much sense. He was ridiculously strange, so is her and her team. Wait, oh no that means the dolt was-
"Ah hah!" Ruby yelled in triumph and turned to her teammates, specifically Weiss. "I knew it, I KNEW IT! I! KNEW! IT!" She yelled running around the room like she had too much sugar.
Kron watched her running around and circling around him, if she gets any faster she might turn herself on fire. Why was she so excited? She guessed he was an alien? Guess that's why she was named their leader.
"I knew it!" Ruby yelled into Weis's face. "You see Weiss! You see! I was right! And you doubted me!" She looked to Yang and Blake.
"Come on Rubes" Yang responded. "I didn't hate on you're idea too much."
"But you didn't back me up!" Ruby yelled. "I was right and you all doubted me!" Ruby pointed at her teammates. "Shame on you!"
She then turned and got Kron into a hug who looked at her strangely.
"Thank you for being an alien! I'm going to hold this over them foreeeever." She said with a chuckle.
"No problem I guess, now get off." Kron looked down at her, she refused to let go, he then looked at Yang. "She always like this?"
"Only when she's had too much sugar, ugh, she probably has another stash of sweets somwhere, gonna have to find them." Yang walked over and pulled Ruby off of him and stepped back. "You good? I'm sure he has more to say."
Ruby nodded and wiped dust off her clothes before looking at Weiss and smiling. "Never doubt me." She whispered to her.
"Ruby, you are making me this close to make you explode again." She said refering to when she sneezed her Dust the first time they met.
"Ok" Blake got involved and looked at Kron. "Can you please elaborate, I get your an alien but WHAT exactly are you, where are you from? The moon? Mars?" She was so confused and didn't know how to comprehend
"How big do you think space is?" Kron asked. "No, I'm from nowhere near your solar system." He sighed and continued. "I hail from the Planet Vegeta, homeworld of the Saiyans, a race of warriors and conquerors, born and bread to fight, it just so happens that all of us have these." Kron lifted his tail and pointed at it. "All of us have black spikey hair, black eyes and monkey like tails, making it easy to appear like a Faunus."
That made Blake pauses even with all his incredible power she didn't doubt he was a Faunus even if his hair didn't match his tail, there were plenty of people with multicolored hair.
"A race of warriors huh?" Yang asked. "Huh, that does make sense given how battle hungry you are."
"And that makes no sense for you given that ridiculous hair color you almost act like us, without the bloodlust." He responded.
"Wait, wait" Yang rose her hands and smiled. "You're called a Saiyan?"
"I just said that." Kron responded. "Wh-" He stopped and glared. "Don't say it." He knew Yang well enough that she wouldn't pass this up.
"What? I'm just checking if you're a Saiyan."
"Yang, please don't" Blake knew what was coming.
"Oh no, Kron what have you done?" Ruby asked and tried to cover her ears.
"Don't you dare, Xaio Long!" Weiss demanded in anger.
"I'm just Saiyan!" Yang laughed saying that making her teammates groan.
Kron groaned and face palmed so hard that a red hand print showed on his face. Why did he walk into that one? She's going to milk this idiotic pun forever. Why did his people have to have a name that's such an easy target for this dumb joke!
"Jokes, and I use the term very nicely, aside." Weiss began trying to change the subject. "Say that we believe you, you're an alien called a Saiyan, so, why are you here on not on your home world?"
And there it is, this part he wasn't sure how they were going to take this.
"Was your planet in danger?" Ruby asked. "Did your parents put you in that pod to save you!" She asked putting more of a fantastical spin on his tale than it already was.
Ironically if that were true, Kron probably would've been a different beast, he might've been killed by Raven given how young and untamed he would have been.
"No" Kron said with a calm voice it was time. "See, us going into space is pretty common, we go to many planets across the universe for one purpose."
He looked at their faces, Weiss was serious, Ruby was in awe, Blake was inquisitive and Yang looked like she was entertained.
"Conquest"
That changed their faces to surprise.
"What?' Blake asked not sure if she wanted to know the details.
"Conquest" Kron said in a voice devoid of emotion. "Our people send soldiers to various planets, sometimes it's to force the inhabitants to submit to our whims, most of the time" He paused looking at Blake and Yang's faces, they looked distraught. "Most of the time it's to wipe the planet clean of all life and sell it to a race willing to pay for a new planet to call home."
Ruby looked shocked hearing that and Weiss had a widened mouth not sure what to say.
Blake opened her mouth but stopped as if she didn't want to know more.
Yang was the one who broke the silence. "So... your here to... kill everybody?"
Kron looked at Yang, he was surprised she didn't try to attack him. "I was" He admitted. "Not anymore though, not sure how much that helps."
They all were silent for a few moments before Blake could speak up.
"I um..." Blake paused not sure how to say this. "If you're not going to any more than, what happened?"
Kron fought not to scoff at an obvious question. "Your mother" He can see she was still confused. "She... she kept trying to help me, not for my power but for me." He explained. "Before I met her Raven, the human that raised me only wanted to use me, then betrayed me, she gave me no reason to abandon my original goal, but then your mother she... she became someone that I didn't like the idea of hurting, just thinking about it made me sick, at first I thought she weakened me, made me let my guard down to get captured, which was what lead to the Menagerie incident."
He thought of the fight he had against Ghira, Sienna, and Adam. Where for the last time he acted like a typical Saiyan.
"When I realized that Kali didn't trick me, I had to make a choice, if I commit to the mission, I will eventually." He stopped as he felt disgusted saying this. "would have to... deal with you and her along with the planet."
Blake couldn't help but look scared hearing him say that.
Yang put a hand on her shoulder to try to ease her.
Ruby at first was excited but was now shocked to hear he was basically an alien invasion.
Weiss didn't know what to say, she had her issues with Kron but overtime she saw the good in him, but she didn't know what to make of this.
"So in the end I gave it up." Kron finished. "I couldn't even imagine hurting you or your family Blake, I even felt... guilt for what I did in Menagarie." He remembered beating down Ghira, taking Sienna's leg and knocking out the young Adam. "And you know the rest." He said not bothering with telling them what they already knew.
None of them were saying anything, which Kron couldn't understand since his people were more simple and straightforward than the people of this world.
"So? What now?" Kron asked growing impatient with their silent.
"Huh?" Yang asked. "What do you mean?"
"Now that you know what I am, and why I'm here, does that mean I'm your enemy?" Kron asked. "I honestly rather not be, but if you want to try to take me down, you can try as many times as you want, I will fight back, but I won't do anything lethal."
It's how he felt about Sepia when she found out he killed her husband in the old days. Plus after Raven he understands revenge.
They were silent, all taking in what he said. He had just admitted he had come to commit genocide, it explained why he was a monster at a young age. Mixed feelings swell hearing that they gave him looks to show they were uneasy.
Yang, while thinking of him in a new light realized something though. He had proven that he was more than some evil alien, he had saved them multiple times.
"Kron" Blake began to finally speak and walk forward, she was thinking the same thing but still she was processing. "This is a lot, it's more than I thought."
The Saiyan said nothing and stared at her.
"I" She tried to find the right words. "You were going to kill everyone, me, my mom, if you hadn't met us when you did how would you have turned out?"
Kron felt uncomfortable with that question. "I would have been like any other Saiyan, only caring about killing and fighting, I get it if you want to make me your enemy now."
"No, I don't." Blake said. "I... I know you're different now it's just this is a lot to process ok? Just give me some time."
She started to walk away.
"Blake?" Ruby asked stunned from what he said.
"I" She turned to Ruby. "Can we go? I think maybe we should go now."
"Ok" Ruby said looking at Kron and then at Blake.
"Kron" Blake began. "We'll talk again soon but... still thank you for being honest."
Kron wasn't sure why she was thanking him considering how she acted.
Weiss looked at Blake and frowned seeing how much this was doing to her and left with her, she looked at Kron. "Um, thank you again for saving my sister." She said as though she had to acknowledge that he wasn't the beast he was at the beginning.
The Saiyan said nothing and watched her left with her teammates, except for one.
All that was left was Yang looking at him with a serious look.
"Y'know, we already knew you were a horrible person as a kid, my mom kept telling me but I gotta admit I didn't think it was something this... big." Yang said.
"Never hid it, I just never had a reason tot tell anyone." Kron responded. "You're taking it better than I thought."
"Heh" Yang chuckled. "Believe me I am kinda freaking out, I mean you were going to end the world Kron, that's ALOT to unpack." She smiled. "Still, Kron believe me when I say I know that your different now, I mean you didn't exactly have a good role model when you came to this planet, I KNOW Raven probably didn't do anything to make you a better person, knowing her she probably wanted you to keep killing."
She wasn't wrong, Raven saw the idea of his bloodlust as an asset to mold her into her own weapon until it was turned on her.
"You had every right to kill Raven but you didn't, for me and Ruby." Yang said with a smile. "So, I'm sure Blake will come around in no time and I think her mom would agree that your not that guy anymore, so try not to let it get you down."
Kron chuckled slightly. "I'm only down that you decided so quickly not to make me your enemy, you humans and Faunus really are strange creatures."
"Says the alien." Yang said smiling. "Later Kron and thanks for keeping your word." She said walking off to leave the hideout.
Kron didn't like the look Blake had gave him but Yang's words seemed to have set him at ease.
That actually went better than he imagined.

Ironwood was sitting at a table. "So, you're acting as a messenger for him?"
Across from him was a man with short green hair wearing glasses. "Yes, I promised the boy I would act as the courier between you and he, it seems like the best choice given that your authority is now limited." Oobleck looked all around. "That reminds me this place is not.. Bugged is it?"
"No only my calls are being monitored, it's why I couldn't call Ozpin or Winter for some time, visitors like you are safe, they don't seem to completely distrust me."
"I see, very well on to brass tax." Oobleck responded. "I met the boy, he seems much more welcoming than i initially thought, I believe he is a good, minded lad, I believe you can trust him."
Ironwood thought of that and knew that he could attack Atlas if he wanted to, with or without his men. "I've started to see that."
"Your issue is that you do not have evidence of his claims that Fort Lee lead the Silver Bullet Brotherhood, I believe that is where i can be of use." He said with a smile. "Give me some time and I will find you evidence of their wrong doings."
"That's all well and good, but I'm not sure how much more you can help, Winter had said that she was already going to investigate, and no one has found anything yet."
"I'm well aware, however if this young man Amaranth was able to stay in Atlas that must mean Rockshow has some agents that are under his command, allowing him freedom to go where he pleases." Oobleck reasoned. "Let us start with the soldiers that were supervising him, they would know about where he went correct? Which means they likely have some connection to Rockshow, why else would they allow him to escape?"
Ironwood can see the logic of that, the soldiers that were supposed to watch him insist that he escaped before they were headed to Kron's hideout.
"I agree with you, I will bring this up to the council from there we will find out where he is and what he had to do with the Android that had disguised itself, I wasn't sure what to think when Winter had brought that up at the council meeting but I would never doubt her, if she says that's what happened then that must be what happened, let's go, I'll ask the council to allow your investigation after Amaranth's disappearance I'm sure they would listen to me now."
"Right-o" Oobleck said with a smile "Let us go then General."
Ironwood couldn't help but chuckle, when he first heard of the Scourge of Anima he saw him as Atlas's greatest threat, how could he not when it looked like he was linked to the White Fang? But now he was going to try to prove his innocence.

Ice Spear Arena
After Team RWBY had left Kron had walked his way back to the arena to watch the potential recruits.
Never thought he'd tell his secret so soon, he was surprised that they didn't seem to think of him as an enemy, though admitting what he was planning to do didn't exactly feel great. Ugh, these new emotions really made him want to vomit, still, at least it was over now, he wondered what Kali would think of now knowing the true monster he was, and what he wanted to be.
After saying all that he was glad that Raven brought him to Menagerie, it was the only thing she did right by him.
Though wondered what they thought of a new threat coming for Remnant in time
"High Leader" Quartz bowed politely to him. "Your guests have already left?"
"Yes, have we gone through the new recruits?" The Saiyan asked.
"Not all, however we have already selected the strongest canidates to be trained by us, of course Chrome would like you to review his choices." The Faunus responded. "Also the Roman would like your approval to bring in audience to allow betting to increase the funds."
"Sure it was part of the plan anyway." It was how things worked in the other arenas anyway.
That was good, it's nice to have help with the minor issues, he sat in his throne and watched as Chrome was sparring against another batch of applicants for his cause.
Blake doesn't approve of him teaching Ki to people willing to join him. But it's his power, if they go too far he'll make sure to punish them, if they go too far he will kill them.
Though he may need advice on how to lead a group this large, Winter was right about thing, it wasn't easy to be a leader.
Maybe he should go to Ironwood when he has a chance. No, he may never get a chance at least not before he can send the refugee's home.
As he sat in his throne a serving tray showed in front of him. "A drink sir?"
Kron looked at the sweet looking drink and took it before looking at who served him.
It was a young woman with long blonde hair, blue eyes wearing a coat over a white dress, with a sapphire necklace on her dress.
Must be one of the staff that Roman wanted to hire.
"Sure" Kron took the drink and sipped, not bad, it was very sweet.
"If I may, High Leader"
Kron turned to her who had a smile on her face.
"I have been a huge fan of you, I watched your battles in the Golden Daggers Arena, I had to come here to work under you." She said to him. "Your battle against Slate and Mull were my favorites."
So she's been a long time fan? That's rare, he didn't think he'd bump into one all the way out here. "That's good to hear, happy to have you here."

Kron was almost put off by this devotion but at the same time he liked the attention. "What's your name?"
"Selene Trials, my High Leader." Selene bowed to him like a servant would to their lord.
Kron never had anyone bowed to him, it felt strange to him honestly.
"Well, thank you Selene, I will let you know if I need anything, I appreciate your loyalty." He sipped his drink.
"Thank you, you have no idea how long I wanted to meet you." She said in sultry tone that put Kron in a strange mood.
He focused on the matches thinking how strange this woman is.
Selene focused on the match though her eye couldn't help but glance at Kron, this was the first time she was ever so close to him.
She waited so long to meet him, such an interesting creature. It looks as though Ozma didn't tell him about her, or at least her last name.
How invigorating, she knew he'd be too independent to work for him making him an easy target.
That makes it possible for her to infiltrate with her original appearance.
She looked at the arena as a sparring match went on.
When she arrived to this continent in this state, she had heard whispers of the Scourge Troop looking for recruits and restarting the Ice Spear Arena.
She had thought to try to join the combatants, to try to earn a place as one of his students to this unique power he possesses.
But she immediately realize that she did not nor could have Aura, if she used her magic to do well in physical combat and they try to measure her Aura she would be found out right away and she doubted he would teach her if she reveals her true nature.
So she decided to be a humble servant girl, specifically his servant.
Her old self would have thought this was beneath her, but it was only temporary and she didn't mind so long as she can be close to her new interest.
If Ozma could learn this power by observation than so will she.
'Oh Kron, I'm looking forward to working for you, getting to know you so well, my interesting boy.'
Salem couldn't believe how easy it was to be near her favorite subject.
She wondered if her beloved Ozma would be jealous at all, she giggled on the inside thinking that.
Cinder is finally taking action and that is not the worse situation as of now.
Salem has finally met Kron in her disguise.

I originally was going to have Team RWBY accept Kron pretty quickly but hearing why he was hear, I thought it make more sense for them to process everything, especially Blake considering that she had the world's would be conqueror in her home.
But don't worry she'll come around to keep acting as his sister, it's just a lot to take in, don't worry she won't be an enemy for him or anything.
And now Selene Trials. I think you all knew who she was when Trials was mentioned, for those of you who have read One's Many Paths, you all know that I wrote Salem's last name to be Trials. Seemed appropriate given that she's named for the Salem Witch Trials.
Originally I was going to have her join the Scourge Troop as a fighter, but then in my story I wrote her unable to have Aura, so either she wouldn't ever be able to be taught Ki or Kron would've discovered she had magic and knew not to trust her.
So here she is as Kron's personal servant girl, and Kron's sharp nose isn't going to help, doesn't help that Ozpin never told him about her or her last name.
Hope you guys enjoyed the little twist in the end as well as Kron's confession.

ThatSaiyaGuy: Thankfully Kron isn't afraid to borrow skills from other fighters, yea yang will definitely lord it over him when she finds out. The scary thing is, if Eclipse is indeed comparable to Kron, imagine four others evolving to the same stage as him, even if Kron could fight for himself, what does that say about the rest of the world?
Well Kron has a very simple way, he starting back the Ice Spear Arena to increase his numbers, and likely the number of Ki users, also inviting humans definitely is going to off putting to some.
And it's a lot to process but they're taking it well considering everything. Also here she is, here to watch Ki users up close just like Ozpin though who knows if she'll be there long enough to learn it.
Kron's blood is going to take time to figure out but I will say it will have a huge payout, that I think you'll like.

3. Sounds like a great idea but the thing is the only relics RWBY haven't touched on was the Challice of Choice and Sword of Destruction, so that might not be plausible.
MAYBE I can have an Artifact capable of doing that, but not sure since Artifacts are supposed to be Semblances in the form of tools and weapons.

I did consider that but I decided Amaranth now knows better than to just make Kron his enemy, he's proven too dangerous to screw over, so instead he's made another backup plan but I think you'll like it.
As for Salem, here she is with her own little plan, I wouldn't count her experimenting with his blood out just yet, but now being at his side she may gain some valuable insight.

Though they could have been Arch Grimm after enough Molting, but the quickest way is to molt after being exposed to so much Ki, which is what Ruby used combined with her Silver Eyes. Yes, though it is minor because for a big Zenkai Boost he needs an opponent to outclass him physically, since they had to nerf him it's not too big. After all Kid Goku didn't get much Zenkais (Though to be fair zenkais werent a thing by then.)
Shrine: Yep if they had been able to use Oraki they would've been able to do more. And yep, becoming Arch Grimm means giving up your humanity.
Eclipse is now a perfectly merged Grimm Human which is what you call an Arch Grimm, he does posess a Soul but activating Aura would destroy him since his human cells are properly merged with his Grimm side. His skin has more human though to sheild against Aura and Silver Eyes.
They sure did, they were lucky Eclipse like Kron has no interest in unfair fighting, he would have been able to kill Kron if he decided to fight him there.
Perhaps, though who knows for how long that's the case.
Salem is just enjoying life at this point finding out new things.

HopeKobster07:Soul Dust wouldn't really work, but Ki, nothing says they can't have that. Originally I did plan on giving them Soul Dust basically making them Nomu but if Aura is unavailable to them then it makes more sense they can't use Soul Dust.
