Chapter 19
Meeting Jiraiya
Kpov
It has been five months since the mission with team seven and gaining two new members of the clan, since then I have been busy, training with the Hokage, training with team seven, making sure Haku and Zabuza are getting settled in, there where a few incidents where some idiots in the village tried to either start something or tried to frame Zabuza and Haku but since there is always an Anbu there reporting everything they did, the Hokage never took any of the complaints seriously, and then there is helping at the hospital.
My life has never had a moment of rest but I don't mind, as I was walking down the street with Kirara on my shoulder, going around the corner I saw Naruto and Sakura with two little kids behind them, in front of them where two people a girl with blond hair in four piece, while the boy has clan marks on his face and what looked to be a doll on his back, when I saw there headbands I realized why I have never seen them before, they are from the village hidden in the sand.
Once I saw who the boy had in his hands I decided to intervene.
Third person pov
Just as the ninja from sand was about to punch the little kid in his hand, his fist was caught, he turned to tell whoever it was off when him and his sister looked to see a woman with black and blue hair, blue eyes, wearing a black crop top with a Jounin vest, black tight pants with open toes three inch heels on.
"excuse me honorable guest, but could you please put the third Hokage's grandson down"
The sand nin slowly lowered his arm, then let go with a jerk making the kid about to fall before Kagome caught him, after making sure he was ok she turned to the two sand nin as the Hokage's grandson with his friends hid behind her legs while Naruto and Sakura stood on ether side of her.
"may I know your names?"
the boy with design on his face glared while the girl rolled her eyes at him before turning to the woman,
"I'm Temari, this is my brother Kankuro"
Kagome nodded before turning
"and may I know your name"
everyone looked to see who she was talking to, at first they didn't see anything, then sand formed before a boy appeared, he had a giant gourd on his back, auburn spike hair with green eyes, he also had the writing love on his left forehead,
"Gaara"
Kpov
After the nin from the sand introduced themselves, I focus my miko powers on the one called Gaara, and found he is just like Naruto, he has a demon inside of him only his seal was very unstable, I pulled my miko powers back in.
"I assume you are here for the Chūnin exams?"
"we are"
I nodded
"well then, I hope you enjoy your visit to our village, and lets not let another incident like this happen again, are we clear?"
"mistress"
everyone looked up, only to see one of my shishigami, Kazeo, a blue jay with silver wing tips fly down onto my shoulder.
Third person pov
When the blue jay bird flew down and landed on Kagome's shoulder everyone wondered why it was there, Kagome nodded to the sand nin and to her shishigami, and turned around taking everyone with her,
"lets go, everyone, you to Sasuke"
Sasuke jumped down from the tree he was in shocking everyone besides Kagome, once they where away the little ones turned to Kagome,
"thank you for saving us miss"
"it's no problem, but I would advice sticking close to leaf nin for now, just until the other foreign nin have gone home, ok"
they nodded before running off, Kagome sighed before shaking her head with a slight chuckle,
"well I will see you all at dinner then" Kagome said, before team seven could ask a question she was already going around the corner, Kagome started heading to the Hokage tower, what Kazeo just told her was something the Hokage needed to know immediately.
As she was walking near the bath house Kagome herd giggling, thinking nothing of it thinking it was just some women enjoying a bath, until she saw a man looking between the wall of the women side of the bath, dark rage filled her, her left eyebrow started twitching more and more with each step she took near the pervert.
Kagome hid her aura and chakra as she stalked to the man, as soon as she was near him, her left leg went back,
BANG!
Kpov
I kicked the hentai, infusing my chakra into the kick, I watch him go flying before going threw three trees, at the fourth one he stopped, Kazeo flinch on my shoulder from my kick, we watch as the man slowly get up and I got a look at him, he was tall about six foot, he had waist-length white spike hair tied back into a pony tail, with two shoulder-length bangs that framed both sides of his face, he had red lines that ran down from his eyes, he had a headband that has horns on it with a kanji that said oil, he was wearing a green short shirt kimono and matching pants, a read coat over his outfit, hand guards, black belt, wooden sandals on his feet. I saw him look around before he saw me.
Third person pov
As soon as Kagome saw the man look at her, she stiffen as she saw a look in his eyes, years with Miroku's perverted ways has made it to where she can basically since a pervert, the man smiled what he thinks is a charming smile before he made his way to her, he grabbed her hands in his,
"well hello there my dear, my you are gorgeous, say would you do me the honor of modeling for my next book?"
Kagome's eyebrow was twitching, by the time he was done talking, Kagome's anger reach high, she yanked her hands away, balled her right hand, and let it fly.
Bang!
"HENTAI!"
the pervert went flying again and as he flew Kagome took off running, when she was far enough away, she slowed down and gave a sigh of relief, Kazeo chuckled from her shoulder,
"still attracting hentai's I see mistress?"
"oh shut it, it's not my fault, they just appear out of no where"
"sure mistress, what ever you say"
Kagome glared at Kazeo, before shaking her head, deciding not to get into it in the middle of the street, finally the Hokage tower was in site, making her way in, heading up the stairs, Kagome got to the door and knocked.

Kpov
I entered the Hokage office and went to Sarutobi-sensei standing in front of the desk, he looked up and smiled,
"ah Kagome, good your hear, but by your expression it isn't a good thing"
I shook my head,
"no sensei it isn't, Kazeo just returned with very disturbing news about Orochimaru"
" I see, before we get in to that I want you to meet someone"
The door to the office opened, the Hokage and I both turned to see who would disturb our meeting, when I saw who it was my eyes widened and I couldn't help but exclaim
"YOU!"
the man from before closed the door and looked up, as soon as he saw me that same perverted look came back.
Third person pov
Sarutobi looked at his students as Kagome stiffen and his other student got that look before moving forward to grab her hands, before Sarutobi could stop his other student, Kagome already punched him to the ground.
Bang!
"HENTAI!"
Sarutobi winced then leaned forward a bit, just to see his other student twitching on the floor, he leaned back and sighed,
"Kagome, meet my old student Jiraiya, and Jiraiya meet my current student Kagome Higurashi"
Kagome looked at the Hokage in disbelief
"this is one of the Legendary Sannin you told me about? You didn't tell me he was a pervert"
"I'm no ordinary pervert"
the one now known as Jiraiya jumped up and went into a pose,
"I'm a super pervert!"
Kagome looked at him with a flat look while the Hokage slapped his own forehead, 'Miroku at least had the since to try to be innocence' Kagome thought with a sweat drop.
"Jiraiya how many times have I told you not to say that, also please re frame from hitting on Kagome I really don't want to find out she killed you because of your pervertedness, now not that I'm not happy to see you but why are you here"
Jiraiya turned to the Hokage with a serious look on his face, he looked at Kagome before turning to back,
"perhaps it would be better to discuss this in privet."
Sarutobi looked at Jiraiya with a slight glare,
"I trust Kagome with my very life, so whatever news you have, you can say them in front of her"
Jiraiya slightly taken back at the look but didn't question his old sensei,
"very well, the akatsuki have gone into hiding and Orochimaru has disappeared, my sources say that Orochimaru was last seen near the sand but after that nothing"
"Kazeo has more on Orochimaru sensei"
Sarutobi and Jiraiya turned to Kagome before they all looked at the blue jay as it landed on the desk,
"correct mistress, as I fallowed the nin known as Orochimaru, I saw him assassinate the Kazekage of the sand"
all where shocked,
"can you show us Kazeo"
Kazeo looked at Sarutobi before he started glowing, Sarutobi, Jiraiya and Kagome watch the memories of what Kazeo had seen, after the memory was done they where very concerned, Jiraiya looked at his old sensei,
"Sensei, you should stop the Chūnin exam, with this information it wouldn't be wise to continue with it"
Sarutobi got up and looked at the village below, he then turned to his two students,
"no, we will continue on, we don't know where Orochimaru is still, I will inform the nins to be on high alert and up the security"
"what about you? Will you have extra protection as well?"
Kagome couldn't help but ask but she had a filling that his answer was not one she or Jiraiya is gonna like,
"no, if Orochimaru is near we don't want him to know that we know he killed the Kazekage, our nins will keep an eye on the sand and be on the look out"
Kagome and Jiraiya didn't like it but they both go with it for now, as the meeting came to a end, Kagome went home, as she got to the compound she put sutras all around the grounds, after the sutras where in place Kagome went inside and started on dinner.
After everyone ate, Naruto, Sasuke and Haku went out back to train while Kagome went out the front and stood looking at the stars, Kakashi and Zabuza notice something was on Kagome's mind so decided to fallow her, as all three where watching the stars Kagome spoke,
"when the Chūnin exam begins every leaf ninja needs to be on guard, I can't tell you why but just be careful, alright"
Kakashi and Zabuza nodded before Kakashi left to go home while Kagome and Zabuza went inside the house.
