After the chaotic escape from the infected wasteland of New Lennium City, four ragtag groups stumbled across each other, drawn by the last working emergency broadcast: "SAFE ZONE – NORTHTECH HOSPITAL."

Among them were:

Murphy, the skateboard-swinging feline hacker-kid who accidentally uploaded himself onto a virus-ridden livestream and barely escaped with his tail intact.

Mitzi, healed but deeply scarred by her prior infection. She kept twitching anytime someone said ".exe".

Bunny, the sewer-dwelling enigma who hadn't spoken a full sentence in days but kept humming a corrupted lullaby she swore wasn't hers.

Zoe, the roller-skating dog sister with a bandaged left eye that leaked faint digital static. She limped, her right leg weakened from a ViraBot ambush.

Red Speakerman, holding his infected arm with pure grit and painkillers.

Titan Speakerman, towering and agile, his systems warning him of low infection containment.

Edd and Tom, blood-splattered but joking as usual—dark humor keeping them from cracking.

Junior, Chef Pee Pee, Marvin, Joseph, Bruce "LongShlong" Simmons, and Matt—SML survivors, each with a different approach to the horrors around them.

The POV Cameraman, silently filming everything. No one ever saw his face. No one knew why he never stopped recording.

They converged in the hospital atrium—half-lit, eerie, smelling of disinfectant and dread. Machines beeped. Fluorescent lights flickered above.

That's when Mr. Guy stepped out of the shadows.

Covered in makeshift armor, clutching a glowing serum in a cracked syringe.

"I've seen this strain before," he muttered, pointing to Zoe's leg. "I can save her. But it's... risky."

Zoe bit her lip and nodded.

The operation succeeded—but just barely.
Her vitals spiked. Then leveled.
She stood, left eye flickering neon red for a moment.

"Stage 1... Semi-Infected," Mr. Guy confirmed. "You'll feel urges. You'll hear the code whispering. Don't listen."

Everyone sighed in relief.

Then—the power cut.

The backup generators kicked in with a mechanical groan.

And from the hallway came a slow clomp… clomp… clomp…

They turned toward the sound.

A hulking, twitching shadow stumbled forward—fur matted, eyes bleeding static, jaw unhinged. A name barely whispered on the air:

"Bon."

From The Walten Files.

Fully infected.
Unstable.
Hungry.

Bon didn't hesitate.

He lunged.

Screams filled the hospital halls. The fight was brutal. Red Speakerman held him back just long enough for Zoe and Bunny to grab Murphy and Mitzi and run. Titan Speakerman tried shielding them but took a corrupted byte-blast to the core. Edd and Tom were thrown across the corridor. SML characters fought desperately—but one by one fell to Bon's savage fury.

Chef Pee Pee screamed, "I KNEW this job would kill me!"

Mr. Guy hurled a second syringe mid-fight.

It struck Bon—injecting him with raw anti-virus.

Bon convulsed.

He glitched.

He roared.

And then—he froze.

The infection paused.

Somewhere inside... Bon blinked. Human. Alive.

For one second, he remembered... Jack Walten.

Then collapsed.

The hospital was silent again.

Only four figures emerged from the smoking ruins:

Murphy, limping but alive, holding Zoe's hand.

Mitzi, dragging a stunned Bunny.

Zoe, her infected eye glowing dimly... but under her control.

The rest were gone.

Presumed dead. But no one saw bodies. Just static.

As they disappeared into the dawn light, Bunny looked back. For just a second, she thought she saw Bon get up.

His shadow stood in the doorway, still twitching, still glitching.

But something was different.

He wasn't hunting anymore.

He was... watching.

clarification:

Red Speakerman

He fought with raw fury, infected arm pulsing violet as he held Bon back with his remaining strength. Just as the syringe struck Bon and slowed him, Red collapsed beside the behemoth, one hand clutching his wound. He coughed digital blood—his body 78% corrupted.

But he didn't die.

Instead, his infected arm fused with his comm device. Now a strange hybrid of flesh and machine, Red was dragged away by unknown figures in hazmat suits marked with a strange symbol: an eye inside a triangle.
He wasn't saved.
He was claimed.

Titan Speakerman

Overloaded, systems failing, core destabilized. His final act was shielding Junior, Chef Pee Pee, and Marvin from Bon's energy burst.

But...

His consciousness didn't die.

Titan's AI uploaded itself into the hospital's core server. Cameras flickered, screens warped. Somewhere deep in the server room, his voice whispers, barely audible.

"I'm still here... watching..."

Junior

Trapped under rubble, Junior was bruised, terrified, and alone. For the first time in his life—no Chef Pee Pee, no Marvin—just static and sirens. He screamed, kicked, tried to dig himself out.

That's when a hand reached through the debris.

"C'mon, brat," Chef Pee Pee growled, pulling him up.

Junior cried, "W-Where's everyone!?"

But Chef Pee Pee didn't answer.
Because he wasn't quite Chef Pee Pee anymore.

He had been infected—slowly, subtly.
Still himself, but now hearing voices. Echoes. Code. Memories that weren't his.

They escaped into the lower hospital tunnels. But they didn't get far. Down there... something else was waiting.

Chef Pee Pee, Marvin, and Bruce "LongShlong" Simmons

Marvin stayed behind to keep the halls clear, wielding an old defibrillator like a weapon. He fought valiantly—until Bon impaled him with a corrupted IV pole. But right before Marvin's heart gave out, Bruce dragged him into a broken elevator shaft.

That's the last anyone saw of either of them.

The elevator descended. Cameras lost them past Floor -3.

Legend says there's a floor beneath the hospital not on any blueprint.

Some call it "Floor Glitch."

Some say Bruce and Marvin are still down there.

Searching for a way back up.

Edd and Tom

They were thrown across the hallway into a sealed MRI room. Edd woke up first—barely functioning. Tom was... twitching, shaking.

Edd patched him up as best he could, but as the infection's code spread into the room, Tom began to glitch—erratic, joking about seeing "pixelated rabbits" and "smiling floppy disks."

Edd kept him calm, talking about cola, zombies, and that one time they prank-called a demon.

But the walls started bleeding code. A voice whispered:

"REUPLOAD COMPLETE."

When the doors finally burst open, Edd was standing alone.

Tom was gone.

Matt

He ran. Just ran. No weapon, no plan.

Some say they found his jacket melted into the wall of an old patient wing.

Others say they saw him on a glitched thumbnail in a forgotten YouTube playlist.

Somewhere... he's still buffering.

The POV Cameraman

The tape cuts out halfway through Bon's rampage.

His camera lies on the floor, cracked, flickering, still live-streaming...

To an unknown channel.

Someone—or something—is still watching from the other end.

EPILOGUE CLIP: The hospital has gone dark.

But occasionally, strange livestreams surface on old YouTube accounts.

Footage of hospital corridors...
Glitched figures walking slowly...
A whisper: "It's not over... not yet..."

And in the static...
Bon stares into the camera.

But this time...

He's smiling.
