Chapter Three: Honesty
Aquarius Camus's Point of View
By: Sassy Little Owl 808
It all started with a rhetorical question that turned into a full-blown yelling match between my best friend, Cancer Death Mask, and my lover, Scorpio Milo. The argument had brought out the other Gold Saints as well as a very tired-looking Aaliyah, who just stepped between both Death Mask and Milo. I had to blink twice as Aaliyah had swept Milo's feet right from under him while she turned and shoved Death Mask into Aphrodite with a cold glare that left no argument.
"I suggest you both take them home, or I'll put my Master's training to good use," Aaliyah growled coldly.
Aphrodite and I both nodded in agreement and I dragged Milo toward Aquarius while Aphrodite dragged Death Mask to Cancer, scolding our lovers. I turned once, and I saw Aaliyah watching Milo and me for a moment as she followed Shaka back to Virgo. Shaka had an amused look on his face.
I stayed up all night pondering what Hyōga had said about Aaliyah having a crush on two Gold Saints, but both of them are so dense that they had not even noticed Aaliyah was crushing on them. I wondered who is the two morons?
I pulled Milo close to me, feeling him shiver against the cold. I thought more of Aaliyah and her crush. I laughed softly to myself as I snuggled Milo closer if the young woman had a crush on the two of us and we're the morons Hyōga keeps talking about. I could ask Mū if he knew anything about Aaliyah and her crushes in the morning. I fell asleep with that thought in mind.
The next morning, I walked past Virgo. I saw Aaliyah armed with a broom and a look of pure determination as she chased Pope Shion, Mū, Kiki, Dohko, and Shaka with a cold glare and a mischievous smile on her face as I heard her declare,
"Alright, since you little boys want to make a big mess and not pick up after yourselves, then stay out until you learn it is unacceptable to start a food fight and not want to clean up after yourselves. Oye, I thought I left the boys home, but apparently, I brought them with me."
I hid my smile behind my hand because I could see her doing this to Milo whenever Milo messes up. I called Mū over to me, but I saw Aaliyah glaring at us, so we went up to the Eighth house.
Milo had made a vegan breakfast for us. It was during the meal we both learned Aaliyah did indeed have a crush on two Gold Saints and we're the morons Hyōga keeps telling me about. I just looked stunned while Milo looked like a fish out of the water, while Mu sat smiling at us.
"Aaliyah is a bit rough around the edges, but she has a big heart. Shaka has been trying to get her to ease up with her OCD, but no dice there. Shaka knows about her crush on Milo and finds it highly amusing especially when Milo and Death Mask have their yelling matches and she knocks Milo on his ass and sends you all home."
Milo cringes at the reminder.
"You should hear Aaliyah mumbling she would rather deal with Ikki and Seiya than you two, or she says a few choice words in every language she knows as she makes herself mint tea, and she once blurts out that she does not like hurting Milo like that. Shaka put it all together." Mu muses.
I looked defeated at this.
Mu laughed awkwardly at this as I openly glared at him.
"What?" I said coolly.
"Aaliyah was crushing on you way before Milo, or did you forget that you met Aaliyah before she was sent to Japan to eliminate the boys before finding out the truth and thus betraying Sanctuary."
I went into shock as I remembered a sixteen-year-old vixen who always teased me, calling me "Snowman." I stood up from my seat as a realization hit me. I began to laugh, which caused both Mu and Milo to look at me oddly.
"So, Aalyiah, the very cunning little vixen had been crushing on us. I believe it is time we go and bring our vixen home with us. Eh, Milo?" I said, smiling.
Milo smiled as well.
"It's very unnatural for our little vixen to be nineteen and still living with her Master, so how about we bring our vixen home with us?" Milo cooed.
I walked toward the door with Milo following me as we made our way to Virgo, and I felt Mu teleport to the Aries. Aalyiah was outside of Virgo as we approached. She just watched us warily and dropped the mop. I watched as she ran. Milo teleported to the entrance while I stood at the exit.
Aalyiah looks at us both as she drops to her knees, covering her face as we both approach her slowly. Milo very gently kneeled beside her and pulled her hands away from her face, kissed her temple, and I sat beside her rubbing her back.
"Aaliyah, it's okay if you love us, and we love you too, because of that big heart of yours," I said softly.
"You both think I am a child, don't you?" Aalyiah said with a sad smile playing on her lips.
Milo kissed her lips and pulled Aalyiah against his chest, and whispered in her ear.
"No, our cunning little vixen, we want you with us. Why else would we come after you as we did? I grow tired of Hyōga calling us morons for not noticing you love us."
I scooted closer to Aalyiah, kissed her forehead, and wrapped my arms around her slender waist as I heard Milo whisper in her ears once again,
"Aaliyah, be ours because we want you, and we know you want us. Please, come home with us?"
Aalyiah looked from me to Milo, burst into tears, which I could tell were happy tears, because she flung her arms around my neck and kissed me shyly at first, then I heard her moan softly as Milo found her sweet spot on her neck.
I pulled away from the kiss and whispered against her lips,
"My place or his?"
"Yours" came the throaty reply.
I teleported us to Aquarius, and no one saw us for the rest of the day. In the weeks that followed, Aaliyah moved in with me because, in her opinion, Milo's place was cluttered.
The End!
