Welcome
An exciting new chapter
: Chapter Twenty - The Permit of Shadows
The light from the window filtered gently across the sleek, modern apartment. Kushina sat on the edge of her couch, her hands clutching a cup of tea that had long since gone cold. Her eyes were distant, lips pursed tightly, hair tied up but still cascading in thick crimson waves down her back. Her body language was tense.
Across from her, Samui leaned against the wall, one knee bent, arms crossed over her chest. The icy blonde was calm, her expression unreadable.
"You're sighing again," Samui said casually.
Kushina looked up, startled slightly. "What?"
"I said you're sighing," Samui repeated, a slight smirk playing at the corner of her lips. "What's wrong?"
Kushina shook her head, brushing her fingers through her hair. "Nothing."
Samui raised a brow and pushed off the wall, walking closer. Her heels clicked softly against the floor. "Kushina... come on. Talk to me."
Kushina hesitated, staring into the depths of her tea cup. Finally, she muttered, "It's Naruto. Something's wrong with him."
Samui sat beside her, resting an arm on the back of the couch. "What happened?"
"I called him earlier. He didn't answer." Kushina's voice cracked slightly. "And Naruto... he always answers. Even when he's working."
Samui narrowed her eyes. "You think he's in trouble?"
Kushina bit her lip. "I don't know. Maybe it's something else. Last time Hinata and I were with him, he said he was going to visit the flower shop. You know... that flower shop."
Samui's lips parted slightly in realization. "Ino's place."
Kushina nodded slowly.
A beat of silence passed.
"You think he's... grieving again?" Samui asked.
Kushina's eyes turned watery, but she blinked them back. "He never stops. But this felt different. Like something snapped."
Samui took a breath, brushing a stray lock of hair from Kushina's face. "Maybe... maybe he thinks she didn't die in childbirth. Maybe he thinks she was murdered."
Kushina's heart skipped. Her eyes widened. "Oh my god..."
Konoha Police Department.
The heavy doors to the precinct slammed open. Every officer in the main hall turned toward the entrance. Detective Naruto Uzumaki strode in like a storm cloud. He didn't greet anyone. Didn't even look at them.
Shino, sipping from a paper cup of coffee, noticed immediately. "Naruto?"
Naruto didn't respond. He moved with a lethal purpose, straight toward the Chief's office.
Tsunade was in mid-conversation with an aide when the door flung open. She looked up sharply.
"Naruto, what the hell—"
He shut the door behind him, the lock clicking.
"I need something," he said, voice flat.
Tsunade leaned back in her chair, narrowing her eyes. "You barge into my office without knocking, without a word, and now you're making demands?"
Naruto placed his hands on her desk, his eyes burning into hers. "I want a permit. One that allows me to kill anyone instantly. No paperwork. No hesitation."
Tsunade blinked, then stood up. "Are you insane? Do you have any idea what you're asking for?"
"I do."
"That kind of permit doesn't even exist, and even if it did, I wouldn't give it to you."
Naruto didn't move. "I need it."
"For what? What case is so big that you need to turn into a damn executioner?"
Silence.
Naruto didn't answer.
Tsunade rounded the desk. "Naruto, listen to me. I know you've been through hell. I know losing Ino wrecked you. But this? This is a suicide mission. It's career suicide. It's moral suicide."
"This isn't about me."
"Bullshit!" she shouted. "This is all about you!"
Naruto stepped forward, face inches from hers. "I have reason to believe there's a web of corruption going deep into this city. Something dark. Something old."
Tsunade crossed her arms. "That doesn't give you the right to act like a god."
"I'm not asking to be a god," Naruto said. "I'm asking for the ability to protect myself and others when this explodes. Because it will explode."
Tsunade paced, jaw clenched. "Give me details. Names. Anything."
"I can't yet. But soon. And when I do, I won't have time to file forms or wait for backup. I need to act. Instantly. Or I die."
She stopped, facing him. Her eyes searched his face.
"You're not telling me everything."
Naruto's silence was her answer.
Tsunade sighed heavily, rubbing her temples. "You're putting me in a hell of a spot, kid."
"I know. But if something happens and I didn't have the tools I needed to stop it... that'll be on you."
She looked up, eyes sharp again. "Don't threaten me."
"I'm not. I'm just telling the truth."
Tsunade stood frozen for a moment. Then she walked to her desk, opened a drawer, and pulled out a confidential authorization form. She stared at it.
"If I sign this... you'll be a loaded weapon."
"I already am," Naruto said softly.
She signed it. Slowly. Then handed it over.
"This never happened. If anyone asks, I denied it."
Naruto nodded and turned to leave.
"Naruto," she said before he opened the door.
He paused.
"Don't lose yourself."
He didn't answer.
The sleek, black luxury car purred to a halt in front of the Konoha Police Headquarters. The afternoon sun glinted off the windshield as the driver's side door swung open. A long, toned leg stepped out first, adorned in a crimson high heel, and then came the rest of her—Kushina Uzumaki.
Heads turned. Conversations stopped. Phones were lowered.
Her dress was a deep, rich red—tight, sleeveless, with a plunging neckline that hinted at the curves beneath without giving away the full show. Her full breasts strained subtly against the smooth fabric, perfectly cradled and perfectly hidden. The material clung to her hourglass figure, accentuating the dramatic sway of her hips with every step. Her hair, vibrant and loose, spilled over her shoulders and down her back like a waterfall of flames. Her legs, long and smooth, glimmered in the sunlight. Her lips were glossed, full, and curled into a faint, unreadable smile.
Every officer who saw her stared. A few even bumped into each other, too distracted to maintain basic motor functions.
Inside the lobby, Shino Aburame noticed the stir and turned just in time to see Kushina striding in.
"Kushina," he greeted, straightening slightly.
She walked up to him, confident. "Shino. Where's Naruto?"
Shino adjusted his glasses. "In his office. He's working."
Kushina smiled lightly. "Thank you."
As she walked past, one of the younger officers leaned toward Shino and whispered, "Damn... she's really sexy."
Shino's voice cut like a blade. "That's Naruto's lover. Don't talk about her like that."
The officer froze. "Sorry. I didn't mean—"
"Just don't."
"Okay. Got it."
Kushina walked into the station like she owned the place, her high heels clacking on the tiled floor, her scent a magical blend of lavender and cinnamon. Officers peeked over the walls of the inspection rooms, some abruptly stopping what they were doing.
She knocked once on Naruto's door, then let herself in.
Naruto was at his desk, leaning forward, staring into a case file. His black shirt was slightly wrinkled, his hair messier than usual. The air around him was cold, tense.
He looked up. "Kushina."
He stood.
She crossed the room quickly, wrapping her arms around him and hugging him tightly. Her scent hit him like a wave.
Then she tilted her head up and kissed him. Slowly. Deeply. Her lips lingered against his. Her hands gripped his shirt.
She pulled back slightly and whispered, "How are you?"
"As you see," he said, gesturing around the cluttered office.
Kushina looked into his eyes. Dark. Stormy. Unreadable.
She thought to herself, He looks angry... tense... maybe sex will calm him down.
"Are you done?" she asked softly.
"I'm finishing."
"Great. I want you to come to my house. Hinata will be there. And her maid."
Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Tenten?"
Kushina nodded with a faint smile. "Yes. That maid.
Naruto sighed.
Kushina moved closer to him, stroking his cheek with her fingers. "She's yearning for a man. Hinata wants her to join us."
He sighed again, this time deeper. "Okay."
She stepped back. "Good. Get ready."
But Naruto's mind was elsewhere. Beneath the cool facade, he was brewing something darker. Thoughts Kushina didn't need to see.
And she knew it.
The drive to Kushina's house was quiet. Naruto leaned against the car window, watching the city lights blur past. The mood inside him was heavy, a storm brewing beneath his usual stoic face. Kushina sat beside him, legs crossed, her red dress riding high, but he barely glanced. She noticed, but didn't push. She had something else in mind.
Kushina's mansion loomed at the top of a hill, lights glowing softly behind tall hedges. The automatic gate opened, and she drove in with practiced ease. The sleek car purred into the garage, and she turned to Naruto.
"They're already inside," she said.
"Hinata and the maid?" he asked, tone flat.
She nodded, smiling lightly. "Tenten. You'll like her."
He sighed, shaking his head.
They stepped inside. The house smelled of vanilla and something else—something faintly floral. Candlelight flickered along the hallway.
As they entered the main room, Naruto's gaze landed on Hinata. She was seated on a velvet couch, barefoot, legs tucked under her, dressed in a silk robe that clung to her body like a second skin. Her breasts strained against the thin fabric, nipples clearly visible beneath.
Next to her, seated awkwardly, was Tenten.
The maid wore a short black dress, clearly not her usual uniform. Her face turned crimson the moment Naruto looked her way. Her hands fidgeted in her lap, her eyes avoiding his.
She was cute—round cheeks, wide brown eyes, and a more modest figure than the two women next to her. Her breasts were smaller, her frame more petite, but it gave her a kind of vulnerability that was... different.
"Naruto," Hinata purred, standing slowly. The robe opened slightly at her thigh. "You made it."
He nodded.
"Come sit."
Kushina stepped forward, brushing past him. She walked to the bar and poured wine into crystal glasses. "He needs to relax," she said.
Hinata smiled. "He will."
Tenten bit her lip. Her dress was slightly tight around her chest, and when she moved, it rose a little higher on her thighs. She looked like she wanted to disappear.
Naruto sat in the armchair, legs spread, watching them.
Hinata moved first, straddling his lap without hesitation. Her hands went to his shoulders. "You're too tense."
He didn't respond.
Kushina approached from behind, kneeling beside him. Her hand slid over his chest, unbuttoning his shirt slowly.
Tenten watched, eyes wide, her legs pressed tightly together.
"You want to join us, don't you?" Hinata asked her, voice soft.
Tenten's mouth opened slightly. She didn't speak.
"Come here," Kushina said, looking at her with a teasing grin.
Tenten stood hesitantly. Her legs were shaky. She stepped forward, and Kushina stood to meet her. The red-haired woman gently touched the maid's arm.
"You're so shy."
"I... I'm not like you," Tenten whispered. "I'm not as..."
"Sexy?" Kushina teased.
Tenten blushed. "Big."
Hinata giggled. "You're cute. And Naruto likes cute."
Naruto didn't deny it.
Kushina's fingers reached for the strap of Tenten's dress. She pulled it down slowly, baring her shoulder. Then the other. The dress slid off, revealing a simple white bra beneath.
Hinata joined her, slipping her arms around Tenten's waist from behind. "Let's help her feel beautiful."
Naruto watched, silent, as the two women undressed the trembling maid.
Tenten's cheeks burned as she unhooked her own bra with trembling fingers, revealing her chest slowly. Her breasts were perky, smaller than Kushina's or Hinata's, but firm and soft-looking. Her nipples were a delicate pink, and she instinctively tried to cover herself with her hands.
"Don't hide," Hinata said gently. "You're gorgeous."
Kushina nodded, her eyes dark. "You have a body men dream about."
Tenten looked at Naruto, her face bright red. He was silent, but his eyes were intense.
Hinata let her own robe fall open and slide off, revealing her full, luscious figure. Her breasts were large, heavy, and round, her waist curving into wide hips. She stood confidently, unashamed.
Then Kushina stood tall, slipping her red dress over her head. Her breasts bounced free, round and high, with thick pink nipples. Her figure was fierce—mature, strong, and impossibly alluring.
The three women stood before him now, bare.
Naruto stood slowly.
He unbuttoned his shirt fully, then slipped it off. His body was lean, muscular, covered in faint scars and tension. He undid his belt, dropped his pants, and stood in just his briefs.
Tenten gasped, eyes wide. Her face went even redder.
Hinata grinned. "Told you he was huge."
Kushina stepped closer and whispered, "Now you'll see a man like you've never seen before."
Tenten's eyes dropped. And what she saw made her knees nearly buckle.
Her lips parted, her breath caught.
"Oh my god..." she whispered.
The room grew hotter, the silence louder, as anticipation thickened in the air.
Tenten's breath caught in her throat.
She'd never seen anything like it—not even in the wildest stories whispered behind lockers or late at night in whispered giggles between friends. Naruto's manhood was fully revealed now, and it wasn't just big… it was surreal.
Long. Thick. White.
It wasn't a rumor. It wasn't exaggeration. It was real—and it was twenty inches of raw, intimidating length, hanging proudly between his legs like a declaration. Its pale, smooth tone caught the soft lighting of the room, almost glowing with power and presence.
Tenten couldn't look away.
Her legs weakened beneath her, her face a deep crimson, and a soft, almost involuntary sound escaped her lips. Hinata stood nearby, arms crossed with a smug smirk, and Kushina gave a sly chuckle, clearly enjoying the reaction.
"Now do you believe us?" Hinata teased.
Tenten didn't answer. She couldn't. She was still staring, eyes wide, her hands nervously brushing down her thighs.
It wasn't just the size. It was the energy. The weight of it. The impossible length—twenty inches that seemed to mock logic itself. It was something that shouldn't exist on a man… and yet, it did.
And it belonged to Naruto.
Tenten's hands trembled slightly as she stood between the two women—Kushina on one side, Hinata on the other, both of them calm, confident… and quietly soft golden light of early morning poured in through the sheer curtains, draping the large bedroom in a warm, gentle glow. Kushina stirred beneath the silk sheets, her body instinctively reaching for the warmth she had grown addicted to—Naruto's body pressed against hers, his weight, his breath, his heat.
But today… there was nothing.
No warmth. No pressure. No sensation of his masculinity buried deep within her femininity like every other morning. Her body instantly noticed the absence, and a small frown formed between her brows as her eyes fluttered open.
What the hell?
She turned her head slowly—and froze. Lying on either side of her were Hinata and Tenten, both tangled in the sheets, both completely, unashamedly naked. Their skin gleamed slightly with the residue of the night's passion. Kushina's lips parted in a quiet gasp as she sat up.
Naruto wasn't in the bed.
She pulled the soft sheet off her body and stood up, stretching slowly before reaching for her favorite transparent robe—the one that left nothing to the imagination. It clung to her curves, the thin fabric flowing over her wide hips, her full breasts, and barely covered her thighs. Her long red hair fell wildly over her back as she padded barefoot out of the room.
She followed the scent of him. A pull in her chest, a bond of craving. Her body still throbbed faintly, unsatisfied from waking without him inside her. Every step down the hallway heightened her tension.
And then she found him.
He stood near the window, fully dressed in slim black trousers and a tight-fitted button-up. His golden-blond hair shimmered like silk, falling over his forehead, his features so stunning they looked almost delicate—almost feminine. He was a dangerous beauty, cold and glowing.
"My love," Kushina said softly, leaning against the doorway, her voice low and sultry.
Naruto turned slowly, his face calm, his blue eyes sharp.
She tilted her head. "I woke up, and I didn't feel your penis inside my vagina like I always do. Why are you already dressed? Going out?"
He didn't flinch at her bluntness.
"I have work."
Her eyes narrowed. "Is it for her? Ino, right?"
Naruto sighed.
Kushina walked forward slowly, her hips swaying, robe flowing like smoke behind her. "You got permission from the chief of the department to shoot anyone. Isn't that right?"
He nodded. "Yes."
Her voice lowered, darker now. "So… you intend to take revenge. You really believe she was killed."
"I don't think," Naruto said, his tone cold. "I know."
Kushina exhaled sharply, stepping even closer until their faces nearly touched. "But revenge… it never satisfied you. You said that yourself."
His jaw clenched. "I don't care. He took my daughter from me. The one my wife never got the chance to give birth to. And now he's out there, laughing, free. I'm going to make him pay."
Kushina's eyes shimmered with a mix of lust and sorrow. She touched his chest, then slid her hand down to his belt.
"You're trembling," she whispered. "You're hurt. And angry. And broken. But if you go now… without control, without me… you'll become something else. Something you won't come back from."
He grabbed her hand, gripping it tightly. "I already am something else. I haven't been whole since I lost her."
Kushina moved closer. Her large breasts pressed against him, her robe parting slightly. "Then let me bring you back. Even just for a moment. Let me remind you what's real."
He stared at her, chest heaving.
"Don't be reckless," she whispered. "I didn't stand in front of you just to watch you destroy yourself."
"I love you, Kushina," Naruto murmured, his voice hoarse.
She kissed him hard, pulling him against her. "I love you too."
Later that day…
Kushina stood at the doorway of their home, watching Naruto leave. Her voice followed him like a spell. "My love… don't be reckless."
Naruto didn't turn around.
He arrived at the hospital as dusk began to fall. The tall building loomed in front of him, cold and clinical, yet it held the last moment his wife Ino had ever existed. The place where she had gone to give birth. The place where she had died.
His face was unreadable as he entered through the main doors. He looked sharp, deadly—like a fallen angel. The hospital staff paused when they saw him, conversations dying mid-sentence. His presence was stunning, captivating, and ominous.
He made his way through the sterile corridors until he reached the obstetrics wing. Then, with calculated precision, he stepped in front of a door with a plaque: Dr. Shizune, Chief Obstetrician. He knocked firmly.
A soft voice answered. "Come in."
He opened the door.
Inside, the room was surprisingly warm, filled with soft light and the gentle cooing of a baby. Sasuke stood beside Sakura, who cradled a newborn in her arms. Shizune sat behind her desk, papers scattered in front of her.
Sasuke blinked in surprise. "Naruto? This is… unexpected."
Sakura turned. "Naruto… what brings you here?"
He stepped inside, closing the door behind him. His gaze was razor sharp, focused.
"As you know," Naruto said, his voice cool, "I'm a detective. I have the right to seek explanations. And I'm here for answers, Madam Shizune."
Shizune's eyes flicked up. "Me? What is the matter, Mr. Naruto?"
Naruto's tone didn't falter. "You were the doctor who was supposed to deliver my dead wife, Ino. Correct?"
Shizune hesitated, then nodded. "Yes. I was."
Naruto's eyes narrowed. "Then tell me why I didn't find my wife's phone with her when she died."
Shizune blinked. "I… I don't know."
Sakura, holding the baby gently, frowned. "Naruto… I know how hard this is. But Shizune is a very respectable and honest doctor. She's saved so many lives. She would never—"
Naruto cut her off with a slow, chilling smile. "Really?"
He turned his gaze back to Shizune, who looked pale now, her hands slightly trembling on the desk.
The room fell into silence, thick with tension.
Shizune's breath caught in her throat. Naruto stepped closer.
The moment had only just begun.
Sakura stepped forward, her expression calm but her voice pleading. "Naruto… please, don't cause trouble."
Sasuke narrowed his eyes, standing protectively in front of Sakura and their infant daughter. "What's going on, Naruto? What's wrong?"
Naruto smiled faintly, but there was no warmth in it. His eyes shimmered with a cold edge. He turned to Shizune. "Ma'am Shizune… please, there are security cameras in the maternity ward. I want to see the footage. From two years ago—the day Ino gave birth."
Shizune stiffened behind her desk, her expression hardening. "There are no such videos. And you don't have the right to request them."
Sakura blinked, her brow furrowing. Her eyes moved slowly from Naruto to Shizune.
Naruto's smile widened. "Why don't I have the right? She was my wife. I just want to see what happened. How she died."
Shizune's voice remained firm, but there was a tremor behind it now. "I told you… it was a pregnancy complication. That's all."
Naruto laughed under his breath, the sound dark and hollow. He took a step forward. "Is that your final answer?"
Shizune's lips tightened. "Yes. There were no cameras. I didn't show you anything because there's nothing to show."
In a flash, Naruto moved.
He lunged forward, grabbing Shizune by the neck with one hand and slamming her against the wall. Papers flew. Sakura gasped, clutching Sarada to her chest, and Sasuke stepped forward instantly.
"Naruto!" Sasuke barked.
The nurses nearby froze, shocked, too scared to act.
Naruto's grip tightened on Shizune's throat. Her eyes widened, struggling for breath as he hissed into her face, "I want the videos. Now."
Then—he pulled out his gun.
A collective scream erupted in the room.
Sakura's voice trembled. "Naruto, not like this!"
"Don't be rash," Sasuke said, stepping in, hand instinctively moving toward his pocket. "This isn't you."
But Naruto's face was stone. Cold. Empty.
"I swear to you," he said in a low, dangerous voice, his gun inches from Shizune's temple, "if you don't show me the footage now, I will kill you."
Shizune let out a strangled scream. Her hands clawed at his wrist. "Okay! Okay! Please! Don't shoot!"
Her voice cracked with panic. "Sari! Bring the footage! The security footage! The cameras from that date—two years ago—hurry!"
One of the nurses jolted into action, bolting out of the room.
Naruto released Shizune, throwing her to the ground like a rag doll. She collapsed, coughing, gasping for air, her face pale and wet with tears.
Sakura stood frozen, trembling, her baby crying in her arms.
Sasuke stared at Naruto in disbelief. He had never seen him like this. Never.
Naruto stood silent, unmoving. The gun hung loosely in his hand, but his eyes were locked on the doorway where the nurse had vanished. Waiting.
The room was a storm of fear and silence.
Shizune curled against the wall, humiliated and shaken, her breath coming in ragged gasps. The entire staff of the department stood in a horrified hush, afraid to move, afraid to speak.
And amidst it all—Naruto looked like a man with nothing to lose.
The mask was off. The grief, the rage, the hollow darkness inside him… it was all there on display.
And it was terrifying.
The room was silent.
Too silent.
Sakura's heart pounded in her chest as her eyes flicked between Shizune—who was now trembling and sobbing uncontrollably—and Naruto, who stood unmoving in front of the massive screen. The tape was in his hand. Sasuke sat, arms crossed, his face pale as if he'd seen death itself. Maybe he had.
"What the hell is going on?" Sakura whispered, voice cracking.
Shizune didn't answer. Her cries grew louder, her shoulders shaking as if every breath hurt.
"Shizune!" Sakura barked, stepping forward. "Why are you crying? What's in the damn video?"
Sasuke raised his head, eyes sunken, jaw clenched. "Maybe... I really did kill Ino."
Sakura turned toward him, her mouth falling open. "W-What?!"
Without a word, Naruto stepped forward. He inserted the tape into the projector and pressed play.
Everyone's eyes fixed on the screen as the image came to life. Fuzzy static cleared, revealing a dim, cold hospital room. The walls were pale green, flickering under faulty fluorescent lights. A scream echoed across the speakers—raw, primal, pained.
It was Ino.
Her face was drenched in sweat, her hands clenching the sides of the hospital bed, legs trembling as her body convulsed with the pain of labor. Shizune was at her side, face taut with focus.
"It's coming, Ino! You're doing great!" Shizune shouted in the video.
"Damn it!" Ino cried, her voice hoarse. "Damn you, Naruto, and your stupid huge pole! This is your fault!"
Naruto flinched slightly at that, but didn't say a word.
Sakura exhaled hard, fists clenched. Sasuke stared at the screen with glassy eyes.
Ino screamed again, louder this time. Her voice cracked as she cursed, cried, and gritted her teeth. Her long blonde hair was plastered to her forehead with sweat, her whole body quivering.
But then, something shifted.
The Shizune in the video turned her head suddenly and... left. Just like that.
No warning.
Ino's eyes widened. "W-Where are you going? SHIZUNE?!" she screamed, reaching out. "What the hell are you doing?! I'M GIVING BIRTH!"
She was left alone.
The camera, somehow still recording, captured the moment the door creaked open again. A figure stepped in—tall, slim, blonde, and cold.
Shion.
Sakura gasped. "Is this...? This is Shion!"
Naruto's jaw tightened.
Ino's panic doubled. Her eyes locked on Shion. "W-What are you doing here?! Where's Shizune?!"
Shion stepped forward slowly, like a predator. She tilted her head, that sadistic smile etched across her face like it was carved in stone. "Give me your reward," she said in a voice so calm it was terrifying.
Ino blinked. "What?!"
Before Ino could speak again, Shion reached out and grabbed her by the neck. The motion was brutal, fast—like she'd done it a hundred times. Ino gasped, her hands flying to Shion's wrist.
"Stop—Stop—Shion, I'm pregnant! The baby—"
Shion's grip tightened.
Ino thrashed, her arms flailing, but her strength was gone. She was drugged—her skin pale, her breath short, her voice hoarse. Her mouth opened wide as she screamed.
"HELP ME!" she cried. "This damn lamp is going to kill me! SHIZUNE! ANYONE!"
Sakura's nails dug into her palms. Her face was drenched with tears, her mouth trembling.
"Ino..."
The screen continued. Ino's screams became more frantic.
"NARUTO! SAKURA! NARUTO!"
She called out his name again and again, her voice breaking, her throat dry.
Then—one final scream.
"My beautiful daughter... KAMILIA!" she shrieked. "She's going to DIE like this!"
Sasuke stood, frozen. Shizune collapsed to her knees in the back of the room, sobbing, repeating, "I didn't know... I didn't know... I didn't mean to... I was tricked..."
And on the screen—Ino's voice began to fade.
Her head lolled back, her body twitching weakly. Her chest stopped rising.
"Ko...u..." she whispered. Her final word.
Then—silence.
But it wasn't over.
Shion took a step back.
Blood was everywhere.
And from between Ino's legs... the camera captured it.
A tiny form slid out—alive. Moving.
It was her daughter.
Kamilia.
A single, fragile cry filled the room. The newborn gasped for her first breath—still coated in blood and fluid.
But Shion wasn't done.
Without blinking, she picked up a small surgical blade.
Sakura screamed. "NO! STOP! STOP THE TAPE!"
But Naruto didn't stop it.
They all watched.
Shion leaned in. The baby cried louder.
But at the last second—
Kamilia kicked. Hard.
And the knife missed.
The screen turned to static.
Everyone was frozen.
Sakura's legs gave out and she collapsed to the floor, covering her mouth. "I-I can't breathe... I can't believe this..."
The air was thick with a tension so deep, it seemed to pull oxygen from the room. Sakura's cries tore through the silence like broken glass.
"WHYYYYY, SHIZUNE?!" she screamed, her body trembling, her voice cracked and raw. "Why was she pregnant?! WHY DID YOU ALLOW THIS?! WHY?!"
Tears flooded her cheeks, her knees buckling as she dropped to the cold tile floor of the hospital hallway. Her arms wrapped tightly around Sarada, shielding her daughter's ears even though the damage had already been done. Sarada was crying too, frightened and confused.
Shizune stood near the entrance to her office, hands covered in blood—the blood of her sins. Her knees knocked together, her lips pale and trembling. The horror on her face said it all. She had no answer.
Sakura's shriek rose again. "She was my best friend! My sister! SHE WAS GIVING BIRTH! AND YOU—YOU LET A MONSTER WALK IN?!"
Naruto's voice cut through like a whip. Cold. Loud. Final.
"STOP."
Everyone froze.
Naruto stepped forward slowly. His coat flapped behind him as he moved like a storm held barely in place. In his hand was a cold black pistol—sleek, heavy, merciless.
"Sakura. Get out." His voice was hollow. "I don't want your daughter to see what's about to happen."
Sakura looked at him with shock and horror. "Naruto…?"
"Take her," he said. "Now."
Sakura held Sarada closer, crying, whispering something to her that no one heard. She stood with shaking legs, kissed Naruto's cheek despite everything, and fled down the hallway, sobbing.
The hallway darkened. It felt like the sun itself had disappeared.
Shizune looked up at him, eyes wide and full of tears. "N-Naruto... please…"
He raised the gun. Pointed it right between her eyes.
The hospital staff had vanished. All the patients? Gone. Maybe someone pulled a fire alarm. Or maybe fate itself was giving this moment to Naruto—undisturbed.
Sasuke stepped forward quickly, tense. "Naruto. Don't do this. Let the law handle her. We have evidence. She'll be tried. Executed if needed. But not by you."
Naruto didn't even blink. "I am the law. Or did you forget? I'm a detective. Fully licensed. And you think I didn't get permission?"
He pulled a document from his coat and threw it onto the ground at Sasuke's feet.
"Emergency Authorization for Immediate Field Justice."
Signed. Sealed. Approved.
Sasuke's jaw tightened. "That doesn't mean you have to go through with it—"
"Stop talking like I'm still human," Naruto said, his voice dangerously soft. "My soul died with her. When I saw her... begging for her life... calling out my name..."
His hands shook—not with fear, but rage.
Shizune crumpled to the floor. "Please... I didn't mean for it to happen. I let her in, yes, but I didn't know what Shion would do! I was tricked—"
"You let her die."
"I-I didn't know!"
"YOU LEFT HER!" Naruto roared. "You walked away while she was in LABOR! You left her with a psycho! A priestess with a god complex! She strangled her. Ino screamed until her voice was gone, and her baby almost died too! You were her doctor. She trusted you. And you

murder mine."
She fell completely, forehead to the floor. "I'll do anything, Naruto! Anything—punish me any way you want! Hit me, break me, f*** me, anything! I'll give you my body—rough sex, in the ass, anywhere! Please don't kill me!"
Sasuke looked away in disgust.
But Naruto didn't flinch. "Anything?"
"Yes! Please—I don't want to die!"
He took a step closer. The gun pressed to her forehead.
"Apologize to her."
Shizune blinked, confused. "W-What?"

Naruto's face didn't change.
Behind them, several nurses who had hidden around the corner peeked out. Their eyes wide, their hands trembling. No one dared speak.
Naruto holstered the gun. Walked out without a word.
He stepped into the hall.
Sakura was there, still crying, holding Sarada who was asleep now from exhaustion. She looked up at Naruto, eyes swollen, voice shaking.
"W-What... do you intend to do now...?"
He didn't respond.
Just walked.
The blood still fresh on his boots.
He passed by them like a ghost—soulless, shattered, no longer the boy who used to laugh, no longer the man who loved ramen and dreamed of peace.
