Chapter 4:

Radley was getting ready for the big charity party he's hosting. "I can't wait for the party," says Dynomutt, "I can show off my dance moves!"

"Actually, I was going to turn you off," says Radley.

"What," asks Dynomutt.

"I'm trying to keep my identity a secret and I can't risk you telling people who I am," says Radley, "in fact, I was going to turn you off before I changed, but I might need you to learn my identity just in case!"

"Please, let me join the party," asks Dynomutt, "I'll pretend to be a normal talking dog! Please!"

Radley sighs. "Fine, just hide your gadgets!"

"Yes, Sir," says Dynomutt.

...

Everyone has arrived for the party. "Glad you could all make it," says Radley.

"Radley," says Hanna.

"Hanna, you look great," says Radley.

"This looks like a great party," says Barbara.

"Thank you, Madame Mayor," says Radley.

"Hey, who's ready to party," asks Dynomutt.

"You got a dog," asks Hannah.

"Uh… yeah, this is Dyn… I mean… Don," says Radley.

"Don the Doberman, please to meet you," says Dynomutt.

"I'm Mayor Copeland," says Barbara.

"Your Magesty!" Dynomutt then kneels.

"She's a politician, not a queen," says Radley.

"And… this is my sister, Hannah, reporter for Channel 9 News," says Barbara.

"Really," asks Dynomutt, "is this party gonna be on the news?"

"If it's successful," says Hannah.

"Let's go, Hannah," says Barbara.

"Say, Hannah, I was wondering if you'd like to share a dance later," says Radley.

"Maybe," says Hannah.

The two ladies then walk away. "Wait, you like that news lady, don't you," asks Dynomutt.

"I don't commit to relationships and besides… she likes Blue Falcon," says Radley.

"But… you are Blue Falcon… or is your secret identity actually a multiple personality disorder or…"

"She doesn't know we're the same person," says Radley.

"Oh," says Dynomutt.

Then the lights go out. "Look at you all," says a voice, "the rich and elite of Big City! Looking down on others! You know why they call it Big City? Because you only care about the big people, while the little ones are forgotten!"

"The Gimmick," says Radley.

"Either that or a teenager raging against the man," says Dynomutt.

"I think Radley Crown should learn a lesson," says the Gimmick.

Then Radley falls down a trap door…

...

Radley lands in a room where the button he lands on triggers an overly complicated trap that results in a cage over him. Dynomutt then comes. "Don't worry, Radley," says Dynomutt, "I'll get you out of this!" A bomb goes off.

"Defuse the bomb," says Radley. Dynomutt begins to try to remove the cage. "What are you doing?" He removes the cage and Radley leaps to the bomb and defuses it. "What was that?"

"My database says that the hero should do things like defusing the bomb," says Dynomutt.

"But the bomb could've gone off in time for you to get me out," says Radley. He then sighs. "Let's return to the penthouse." The two then walk away.
