Warning for attempted rape.

Dudley:

Leaving that prison was the best moment of Dudley's life. The teen felt as if he was being reborn.

The boat ride passed quickly. The man told Dudley and his parents about how Dumbledore had released them and they didn't deserve it.

The three family members followed the woman who tried them - Bones - out of the room and onto a boat. They were soon joined by two other 'Aurors' by the names of Tonks and Kinglsey. They talked to each other the entire time about 'The Order of the Phoenix.'

"Did you quit? I haven't yet, but this was unforgivable." The one with pink hair asked the black one.

The black one nodded. "Yes, after I found out how Albus felt about Potter's home life, I quit. I wouldn't normally have, but after I heard his plans for them, I decided I shouldn't be a part of his plans."

"You, Sirius, Minerva, Molly, Arthor, Severus, and Remus all quit. I think I am going to soon, but I want to hear the reasoning behind it. The unbreakable vow about how no one would tell Minerva was terrible"

"If I had known the 'information I am about to give you' was about Potter's homelife, I never would have made the vow."

"Releasing them was unforgivable. Amelia, can you tell Minerva about Albus' plans to put Potter back with them?"

"No. I would gladly do it, but unfortunately anything said on the boat pertaining to the prisoners cannot be relayed to another party." Bones answered

The black one shook his head. "I thought not, but it was still worth a try."

"I told you two Albus Dumbledore was not a good person." Bones told the two other freaks.

"You were right." The two said in almost perfect unison.

"I am going to quit the next meeting," The girl freak said darkly. "This was unforgivable and I am going to try to convince others of this fact too."

Dudley and his parents had been captured for beating the freak again and Dudley was now sitting in Bones' office several weeks later. It was 20 July and the trial was not tomorrow but the next day.

Dudley was not nervous. Dudley's mum was convinced she and her son would get off but Dudley's father was not as hopeful.

Dudley was not paying attention to anything but a pretty teenage redhead sitting next to Bones.

Bones had explained her name was Susan and she was only here due to complications in leaving her at home alone due to 'Death Eaters.'

Had she not been a freak and wasn't constantly sending dirty looks at Dudley and his parents, Dudley would have asked her out.

Dudley looked up at Bones when he heard his name.

"Dudley Dursley, are you listening to me?" She barked angrily.

Dudley glared at the freak. "Of course not, Mum told me I would get off and I am incredibly bored.

The woman narrowed her eyes. "Dursley, I don't think you understand the magnitude of your crimes."

Dudley rolled his eyes. "Explain then. All we did was punish a freak that did wrong."

Bones glared at the boy. "Firstly, you abused him. In the wizarding world, abuse is punished very heavily because it is very dangerous to abuse a wizarding child. If you had been magical, you and your parents both would all be administered the Dementor's Kiss."

"What the hell is a Dementriod?" Dudley's father asked.

To Dudley and his father's surprise, Dudley's mum answered. "They guard Azkaban, the prison we were in."

"Correct," Bones said. "They suck out people's souls too, but it is illegal to do it on muggles."

Dudley's father ignored Bones in favor of looking in wonder at his wife. "How the ruddy hell did you know that?" He asked her incredulously.

"I heard him telling her about them." She said bitterly.

Dudley was gaping at Bones. "They suck out your soul for slapping your cousin?" He asked incredulously.

Bones shook her head. "No, they suck your soul out for almost killing your cousin." She said angrily. "That brings me to my second point. You and your parents were more than abusive. You all almost killed the boy twice."

"He deserved it." Dudley said. He was done explaining it.

Dudley's father smirked at his wife. "We have proof that he is a freak even among you."

"And what's that?" Bones was obviously exasperated and her niece looked ready to kill Dudley.

"Well," Dudley's father started. "Whenever we were at a shop freaks would always shake his hand and thank him, he had an ugly scar on his forehead, and that Dumbledore freak said that moldy-more or whatever was trying to kill him."

Susan's eyes went wide. "YOU ABUSED HARRY POTTER!?" She exclaimed.

Dudley's mum shook her head. "No. We took him in when his parents died out of the kindness of our hearts so we hardly think this is fair."

Bones looked at her niece. "Susan, you are to tell no one. Abuse cases are always incredibly publicised due to the severity and rarity of them, but it would be worse considering this is The-Boy-Who-Lived."

Susan nodded before glaring at Dudley again.

Bones turned back to Dudley. "That is my next point, you abused The-Boy-Who-Lived. Before this summer almost everyone considered him their hero."

"But not anymore." Dudley's mum muttered.

Susan winced. "There was an incident and now everyone is calling Harry a liar."

Bones continued. "But with this new situation, people will forget about their previous thoughts and side with him due to the severity of his situation."

Dudley rolled his eyes, but he was starting to be kind of scared. "So what do you think will happen to us?"

Bones fixed him with a piercing stare. "Ventiserum is a truth serum. It will be used on you as it is with all abuse cases. It is only ever used with these cases, none other."

"So everything we say will be the truth?" Dudley's mum asked. She looked as scared as Dudley and his father.

Bones nodded seriously. "Yes. They will ask about your treatment of Mr. Potter, whether you regret your actions, and if you truly felt you were in the right."

"Do you think we will get off?" Dudley's mum whispered.

Bones raised her eyebrows and Susan snorted. "You abused The-Boy-Who-Lived, almost killing him, and you want to know if you will get off?"

Dudley did kind of think that was a stupid question, but his father evidently did not. "What do you think we will be sentenced with?"

Bones looked at him. "Based on what you've admitted, you will receive life in Azkaban. Your son I really cannot say. Whether or not to put children in Azkaban has never been agreed upon. I think your son will be heavily punished, but not with jail time. Your wife will receive twenty years, if not life."

Both of Dudely's parents both looked scared now, but Dudley's father looked more angry than scared. The man stood up and raised his fist. "You have no right to tell me how I treat my nephew. I can use corporal punishment if I wish to. Why can I not get the Queen's court to rule?"

Bones spoke calmly, but there was rage burning in her eyes. "Attempted murder is not corporal punishment and your nephew is magical, therefore you are tried in a magical court."

Dudley's father lost it. He grabbed Bones' wand and snapped it in half. He then grabbed her by the hair and motioned for Dudley to do the same thing to Susan. Dudley grabbed her wrists and held them behind her with one hand while the other hand held her mouth closed.

Bones opened her mouth to yell for help. But it was caught by Dudley's father's hand. Dudley's mum, still sitting, watched the chaos unfold.

Dudley watched as his father grabbed Bones' weird robe thing and started to pull it off. The grown freak was still struggling, but it was to no avail as Dudley's father was much taller and wider.

Susan was still struggling against her own captor as she watched Dudley's father take Bones' top off.

Dudley followed his father's example and removed the pretty girl's own robe. She had very nice curves but before he was able to fully enjoy them, his hand was bitten hard and his knee was kicked.

"HELP!" Susan screamed. The girl was not looking at her aunt, who was almost completely undressed, but was running from Dudley while yelling loudly for help.

"Come back here you bitch!" He yelled after her.

Just then several things happened at once. The door was blasted off its hinges, Bones was let go of, and everything went black.
