Harry Potter belongs to a blonde blue-eyed middle-aged English woman. I am none of those. All hail JK Rowling

Susan:

Susan Bones was terrified. She was being held against her will by some teenaged muggle who was intent on undressing her. Across from the young witch was her aunt who was uselessly struggling against her own abuser.

Susan shook the situation from her mind and tried hard to think of what to do. She felt her robe being removed and a hand gripping her shirt. She jerked forward suddenly, taking her captor by surprise. Susan bit his finger and kicked his knee hard.

"HELP!" Susan yelled. She knew that there would be aurors outside the door and was hoping there was not a muffling charm on the door. "Help!" Susan yelled again. She was terrified and Dursley was running after her yelling, but Susan couldn't hear anything other than her heartbeat in her ears.

All of a sudden the door was blasted open. Susan knew from experience to duck down under the desk so she wasn't hit by spellfire.

Susan could have wept with joy. Peeking over the desk Susan saw all three muggles on the floor, her topless aunt shaking on the floor, and Aurors Tonks and Shaklebolt at the door, wands drawn.

"What happened, Miss. Bones?" Auror Sacklebolt asked her.

Susan stood up shakily. "It was t-them," She said, pointing to the Dursleys. "The k-kid tried to rape me and the g-guy tried to do it to A-Auntie Amelia."

Auror Tonks kneeled next to Susan's Auntie Amelia. "Are you okay, ma'am?" She asked.

The woman nodded and grabbed her robe. "Just shaken, thank you."

"Damn them muggles." Auror Tonks said.

"Language." Auror Shacklebolt reprimanded her. "I don't disagree though."

"They are terrible. Are all muggles like this?" Susan asked no one in particular.

Susan's aunt shook her head. "They are the same as wizards, there are good and bad. Otherwise we'd have to open an abuse case for every muggle born child."

Susan nodded. "That makes sense." Then a sudden thought struck Susan. "D-Do you think they did that to H-Harry?" She whispered.

Susan's aunt avoided her eye. "We have proof, yes." She said quietly.

Susan's eyes welled with tears. 'Sure I never liked the boy, but he doesn't deserve this!' She thought.

"Speaking of which, I need to speak to him about the trial." Susan's aunt broke her from her musings.

Susan nodded. "Will this go onto their sentence?" She asked.

Susan's Aunt Amelia shook her head. "It will be mentioned, but nothing ended up happening and both you and Dursley Jr. are underage while both me and Dursley Sr. are of age." She said quietly. "What they did to Mr. Potter will though as both his uncle and aunt are over the age of seventeen."

Susan hugged her wonderful guardian. "Thank you for being a good guardian, Auntie. Looking at the Dursleys, I am very happy I was more fortunate than Harry."

Susan's Aunt smiled sadly. "Thank you. I must be off."

Susan nodded and her aunt left. The young girl sat down in her Aunt's chair and looked up at the two remaining aurors. "Thank you," She said. "I don't know what would have happened if you two hadn't heard me.

They both nodded and left the room. Susan sat there for a few minutes longer, still slightly shaken, before remembering she would talk to Hannah.

Susan moved over to the floo. "Abbot residence!"

Once stepping through the floo, Susan came face-to-face with Hannah's Brother, Jonathan Abbot. "'Lo, Johnny," She said quietly. "Is your sister home?"

The 18-year-old nodded, "Hannah!" he called.

Hannah came down the stairs hand-in-hand with her mother. "Susan!"

Susan tried to smile, but the sight of her best friend having a happy family when Harry was alone made her upset.

"What's wrong, Susan?" Mrs. Abbot asked.

Susan sat down on the couch. "Horrible horrible muggles!"

All three Abbots were shocked for a moment before they sat next to the weeping girl on the couch.

"Are you alright?" Johnny asked.

Susan looked at Hannah, her face blurred by unshed tears. "I was with Auntie, who was working on a child abuse case." She started.

"Abuse?" Mrs. Abbot asked, shocked. "We haven't seen one of those for twenty years!"

"Who was the last one?" Johnny asked.

"Severus Snape, his muggle father abused him and his witch mother."

"Out potions teacher?" Hannah asked.

Susan nodded, her Aunt had explained as much as she could about abuse and the most recent cases before she took Susan with her to the ministry so she was prepared on what she would hear.

"I knew him. Not well, but I was friends with Lily Potter, who was his best friend." Mrs. Abbot told her kids and Susan. "Lily was the one who reported the abuse after she saw a scar in their second year."

Susan just cried harder thinking of how Lily Potter would likely react to her son being hurt by her sister when she saved her best friend.

"Susan, are you okay?" Hannah asked her again.

"The abusers were the child's muggle aunt, uncle, and cousin." She explained. "They were arrested before, but Dumbledore got them out of jail and the child was given back to them."

All three jaws dropped. "Professor Dumbledore returned the child to his abusive relatives?" Hannah asked her.

"He kidnapped the person from his new guardian and returned them to his abusers." Susan said. "He almost died. If not for Professor Lupin, he would have."

"How did he know what happened?" Mrs. Abbot asked.

"He was good friends with the guardian. She tried to get him herself, as did Auntie, but there were wards preventing their entrance." Susan explained to the dumbstruck people next to her.

"Were they arrested again?" Jonathan asked.

Susan nodded. "That's where I was this morning."

"Is that why you are upset? Hearing what they did?" Hannah asked her.

Susan nodded. "Mostly. There was also an incident…"

"What type of incident?" Hannah asked.

"The cousin held me b-back and tried to r-rape my while the u-uncle did the same to auntie." Susan whispered.

Three pairs of eyes widened. "Did he succeed?" Mrs. Abbot asked seriously.

Susan shook her head. "I bit Dursley's hand and kicked him in the knee." Susan explained, her eyes wet. "I called for the aurors before anything happened to either of us…"

"Thank god. I couldn't imagine going through that much. It was brave of you to tell us, many victims are too scared to." Johnny said with a smile.

Hannah nodded. "Mum said that she works with similar cases a lot and they are often too ashamed."

Susan nodded. "You're a healer, correct?" She asked Mrs. Abbot.

She nodded absently, staring into space with her hands on her mouth. Tears were rolling down her cheeks but her eyes held a dangerous fire.

"Mum, are you okay?" Johnathon asked uncertainty.

"Dursley." She almost whispered. "Dursley."

"That was the name of his relatives, yes." Susan said. She knew no one knew Harry lived with them as her Auntie told her it was incredibly confidential information.

"I will kill Albus Dumbledore." Mrs. Abbot said, her voice both strong but choked with tears. "Lily wrote in the will that Harry was never under any circumstance to go with them."

"Harry Potter?" Jonathan asked.

Mrs. Abbot ignored her son. "Lily had a terrible relationship with her sister and wrote in the will very clearly that Harry was never to go with them…"

"Why do you know that?" Susan asked. "You said you were friends, but you have never met Harry that I know of."

"I Have a restraining order against Harry Potter because of Dumbledore." She explained. "He claimed I was a spy working for You-Know-Who at the end of the war."

All three kids looked at the woman inquiringly.

"I never worked with You-Know-Who obviously, but I left right after the war started and returned just after it began because my mother, who lived in Germany, was dying." She told the teens. "He knew I was close with Lily and James, Severus, and I were the only ones to know the Dursleys."

"So he wanted to make sure you were out of the way?" Susan asked.

She nodded. "Yes. He had a lot of 'evidence' that pointed to me being a death eater. Neither of us could prove the other wrong so it ended in a restraining order against Harry Potter, Minerva McGonagall, and Rubeus Hagrid."

Susan gasped. "They were the two who knew where Harry was staying. They were there when Dumbledore dropped him off."

Mrs. Abbot nodded. "I always assumed he just stayed with Minerva, so that's why I thought he had the order."

"Dumbledore is a terrible person." Hannah said fiercely.

The other three nodded in agreement. "I am very sorry about what happened to you, Susan." Mrs. Abbot said. "Is Harry alright?"

Susan shook her head. "Auntie didn't tell me much, but the abuse was very severe."

"Do you know anything at all?" She asked Susan desperately.

Susan sighed. "Yes but you won't like it." She warned the three.

All three motioned for Susan to continue and she took another deep breath. "They tried to kill him twice at least. I don't know the specifics but Molly Weasley, Ron Weasley's mum, and Professor McGonagall saved him the first time."

"Attempted murder?" Johnny asked.

Susan nodded and continued. "The second time he was saved by Professor Lupin, but he had internal bleeding and was even close to death." Susan took yet another shaky breath. "I also know there was sexual abuse as I asked Auntie Amelia after out close encounter with them."

Mrs. Abbot's eyes were blazing. "I hope they don't go to Azkaban because I want to kill them myself."

Susan smiled sadly. "There are quite a few people on that list."

The rest of the day went by as usual, with the only noticeable change being the two Abbot children's newfound appreciation for their mother.
