Chapter 5: A maiden in distress.

The scene begins in one of the tallest towers of Tristain Magic Academy, where Headmaster Osmond 's office is located . The old man was sitting at his desk, signing a contract with a wooden hand that floated in the air thanks to his sorcery.

In front of him stood Count Mott , who held a sheet of paper with a haughty air as he read it carefully. After a few seconds, the count closed the document with a theatrical gesture and said:

Count Mott : "I am very grateful to this academy for our understanding and cooperation in this matter."

Director Osmond : [with a calm smile] "Of course. We will always fully comply with any decree issued by the throne."

The count, satisfied, smiled exaggeratedly and replied:

Count Mott : "I think it's wonderful."

With that, the Count turned to head for the exit. Just outside the office was Longueville, the director's secretary, waiting patiently. As soon as Mott saw her, his gaze almost immediately shifted from her face to... well, to a part of her anatomy she preferred to keep out of the conversation.

Count Mott : [with a lascivious smile] "Would you like to dine with me tonight, Miss Longueville?"

Longueville, clearly uncomfortable, covered her chest with her arms before responding in a firm, professional tone:

Longueville: "It would be an honor, Count Mott , but I decline the proposal."

The Count, ignoring her refusal, bowed his head with an even more annoying smile and muttered:

Count Mott : "Well... I'll wait for the moment."

After a theatrical bow, the count finally left. Once he was out of sight, Longueville sighed in disgust and muttered something under his breath before reentering the office.

Longueville: [looking at the director with a raised eyebrow] "And what kind of trouble is the royal family getting us into this time?"

Osmond raised his eyebrows, as if he had just been accused of a crime, and replied in a distracted tone:

Principal Osmond : "What? Nothing important. We're just being warned about a thief who's been spotted in our area."

Longueville, who was stacking a pile of books on a nearby shelf, blinked and repeated:

Longueville: "A thief?"

Principal Osmond : [nodding while stroking his beard] "Yes, it's a thief who calls himself Fouquet . He specializes in stealing magical artifacts from nobles using magic. He's been causing quite a stir in the world lately."

Longueville, while reaching for a high shelf, raised his wand to gracefully levitate the last book, and remarked curiously:

Longueville: " Fouquet ? Do you mean Fouquet , the Fist of Earth?"

Principal Osmond : "Exactly. We were alerted because the Staff of Destruction, a treasure belonging to the royal palace, is kept here at the academy."

Longueville, hearing those words, frowned as he put the book back in its place.

Longueville: [with a mixture of doubt and sarcasm] "The Staff of Destruction? The name alone sounds dangerous."

Principal Osmond : [in a casual tone, stroking his long beard] "I don't know what Fouquet 's magical abilities are , but there's no need to worry. Our treasure vault is protected with several sealing spells cast by Quadrangular Mages. So, honestly, the fear is unfounded."

As he said this, Osmond took his cane, which he also used as a wand, and with a subtle movement cast a levitation spell. The wooden hand, still hovering near his desk, began to move slowly toward Longueville, as if it had a clear target. With unnerving precision, the hand went straight to the secretary's back and began tickling her.

Longueville, clearly fed up with the headmaster's antics, turned around with a look of annoyance. She quickly grabbed the driftwood hand and, without hesitation, hurled it hard back at Osmond . The hand flew through the air like a magic missile, striking the headmaster directly in the head.

Scene Change: Academy Courtyard, Night

Night had fallen upon Tristain Academy of Magic , and the courtyard was illuminated by the soft light of the moon. Peter Parker, still dressed in his Spider-Man suit, sat in a small chair, a look of concentration on his face as he washed Louise's clothes in a fountain that was attached to the wall of the academy.

Peter: [frustrated, gently rubbing a silk garment] "How did no one think that doing laundry could be so complicated? It's like trying to stop a train with a spider web!"

Just then, he felt a slight tickle on the back of his neck, his spider-sense warning him that someone was approaching. He turned around, smiling at the sight of Siesta, the academy maid, approaching with a curious expression.

Siesta: [with a smile] "Hi, Peter! Everything okay?"

Peter: "Hey, Siesta! All good, just... enjoying a lovely evening of laundry."

Siesta moved a little closer, noticing the silk garment Peter was so carefully trying to wash.

Siesta: "Do you have any problems? I can help you if you want."

Peter: [with a nervous smile] "Yeah, actually. I'm trying to figure out how to wash this without destroying it. Do you have any expert advice?"

Minutes later, Peter was closely following Siesta's instructions as she showed him how to treat silk gently.

Siesta: [demonstrating] "First, you need to gently dip it into the water, and then rub it in a circular motion. Don't press too hard."

Peter: [nodding] "Understood. Silk! A material that seems more fragile than a superhero's ego!"

After the explanation, Peter successfully finished washing the silk. He turned to Siesta, his face lit up with a grateful smile.

Peter: "Thank you so much, Siesta! You're an expert in the art of laundry."

Siesta: [smiling shyly] "It's nothing, I'm glad I could help."

After finishing the laundry, they both started talking, and Siesta, curious, asked:

Siesta: "So, how do you feel after these four days at the academy?"

Peter: [sighing] "It's... interesting. Louise is, well, she's a grumpy, angry girl. Sometimes I feel like I'm dealing with a volcano about to erupt."

Siesta: [laughing softly] "Oh, yeah. Louise has her way with her."

Peter: "But at least he's got some kindness. He's helped me with some things, like reminding me that I can't jump from one building to another without a plan."

Siesta: "That's good to hear. In the end, we all have our differences, but there's always some goodness in people."

Peter: [with a mischievous smile] "Yes, and sometimes that kindness shows up in the way they teach us how to wash silk in the middle of the night."

They both laughed, enjoying the light moment in the middle of the magical night.

The conversation between Peter and Siesta became calmer. They both looked up at the night sky, filled with brightly shining stars. The light from the two moons softly illuminated the patio, creating a perfect atmosphere for more personal reflection.

Peter: [with a calm voice and a melancholic expression] "You know, being here... is strange. Somewhere else, with magic, with customs I don't understand. Sometimes I feel like a stranger in a place where I don't fit in. But what weighs on me the most is... what I left behind."

Siesta looked at him curiously, but didn't interrupt, allowing him to continue.

Peter: "I left my home, my city, New York. I left my life, which, well... wasn't normal, but at least it was mine. I left the people I cared about, like my Aunt May. She was like a mother to me. Also... my friends. And now that I'm here, I don't even know if I'll be able to go back."

Her voice was filled with a nostalgic tone, while her eyes seemed to be lost in the stars. Siesta, moved, decided to share a bit of her own story as well.

Siesta: [with a sad smile] "I know how you feel. It's not easy being away from the people you love. I... miss my family too. I had to leave home to come here and work as a maid at the academy. It's been days, weeks, since I've seen my younger siblings... and my grandfather."

Peter looked at her, listening with genuine interest. The nap continued as his gaze filled with nostalgia.

Siesta: "My grandfather was one of the people I admired the most . He used to tell me stories about his country and ... about a great war he lived through in his youth. He said he fought against some enemies called... Germans. I didn't understand much of it, but his stories always fascinated me."

Hearing the word "Germans," Peter felt a chill. His mind filled with questions. How was this possible? How could anyone in this world know about Germans? But he said nothing; he preferred to keep listening.

Siesta: "What I liked most was when he talked about a war hero. He said there was someone who fought for freedom and justice, someone who inspired soldiers. He always gave me details about him: he wore a suit with two colors, red and blue. On his chest was a white star, and he always carried a round shield."

Peter, hearing the description, felt his breath catch in his throat. "It can't be..." He thought. His gaze turned to Siesta, completely shocked. He knew exactly who she was talking about.

Peter: [in a whisper, almost inaudible] "Captain America…"

Siesta didn't hear the name Peter said, but she noticed his surprised expression. Peter, trying to control his emotions, decided to ask more.

Peter: "Your grandfather... did he ever tell you what they called that hero?"

Siesta looked down, her expression somewhat sad.

Siesta: "No... he never told me his name. I would have loved to know, but he died before I could ask him more. Sometimes I think I didn't even know his real name, I just admired him for what he stood for."

Peter ascended, mourning not only the loss of her grandfather, but also the fact that she was never able to learn more about the hero she so admired.

Peter: [in a sympathetic tone] "I'm so sorry for the loss of your grandfather. But you know, even though you don't know who that hero was, there's one thing you do know for sure: your grandfather was a true soldier. And from what you've said, he was also an amazing grandfather. His stories and his love for you are proof of that."

Siesta looked at him with a grateful smile, although her eyes shone with a touch of melancholy.

Siesta: "Thanks, Peter. Sometimes I just need someone to remind me how much he meant to me. My grandfather will always be my hero."

Peter in his mind, thinking about how those words resonated with him too. The image of Captain America filled his mind, a reminder of the heroes he'd left behind and the inspiration they represented to people like Siesta, even in this strange world.

They were both silent for a few moments, looking back at the stars, each lost in their own thoughts, but sharing a special connection. Peter, after a moment of silence shared with Siesta, decided it was time to leave.

Peter: [with a slight smile] "Well, it was good while our conversation lasted, but I think it's time for me to head to Louise's bedroom. I need to get some rest."

Siesta: [with a warm smile] "Sure, it was nice talking to you, Peter. Have a good night."

Peter: [raising his hand in farewell] "Goodnight, Siesta."

They both said their goodbyes cordially, and each went their separate ways. Peter walked through the halls of the academy, climbing the steps that led to the third floor of the tower where Louise's dormitory was located. As he walked, he continued to ponder the conversation they had just had.

Peter: (quietly to himself) "Captain America... How does anyone here know about him? This world is full of surprises."

Just as he was about to reach his destination, something unexpected happened. As he passed Kirche's bedroom door, it suddenly opened. Peter, surprised, turned his head and saw Kirche standing there, as if she had been waiting for him. She was wearing a somewhat sheer purple lingerie, which made Peter somewhat uncomfortable. It was clear she had a plan.

Peter: [calmly greeting her and looking away] "Hello, Kirche... Everything okay here?"

He tried to look away as she smiled with her characteristic seductive attitude.

Kirche: [in a playful voice] "Oh, Peter, I knew you'd stop by. What a coincidence, huh?"

Peter was about to ignore her and continue on his way, but he suddenly stopped. He remembered what had happened a few hours earlier and decided to apologize.

Peter: [sighing] "Look, before I go... I want to apologize for what I said to you a few hours ago. I didn't mean to be rude."

Kirche raised an eyebrow, intrigued, as he continued.

Peter: "It's just... you tried to win me over by buying me a sword, but Louise had already bought me one. And, well, the problem is that the owner of that shop sells fake, flimsy swords. I know because I checked. And you, wanting to humiliate Louise, ended up buying the flashiest sword, not knowing it was one of those fake swords."

Kirche, instead of getting annoyed, smiled flirtatiously.

Kirche: [in a soft voice] "Ah, Peter... how sweet of you to apologize. It's such a... lovely thing to do in a man like you."

Peter immediately noticed that her voice was thick with intent and realized she was manipulating him again. He tried to say goodbye quickly.

Peter: [nervous] "Well, I'm glad you understand. Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to—"

Before he could finish, Kirche moved quickly and grabbed his arm, hugging him tightly. Peter blinked, completely surprised, as he realized he was trapped with his arm pressed against her breasts.

Peter: [irritated and scared] "Oh my God! What are you doing now?"

Kirche: [in a flirtatious voice] "Oh, come on, Peter. I just wanted to talk to you for a little while. Is that too much to ask?"

Peter sighs, resigned, and looks at her with a serious expression.

Peter: "Okay, but listen: You only have three minutes. And no tricks, okay? Just talk."

Kirche clearly victorious, maintaining her flirtatious tone as she tightened her grip.

Kirche: [with a mischievous look] "Three minutes, huh? I think I can make it worthwhile..."

Peter sighs deeply, wondering how he always ended up in these situations, as Kirche begins to speak in that honeyed voice that definitely doesn't help him feel any less uncomfortable.

Peter entered Kirche's room , still somewhat reluctantly, and looked around with a mixture of curiosity and discomfort. The room was lit only by a few candles, which made the whole place feel even more mysterious and... strange. Peter sighed and sat down on the bed without removing his suit, while Kirche, with a flirtatious smile, sat down next to him.

Peter: [looking around] "Why is your room always so dark? What's the problem with lighting more candles or opening a window?"

Kirche: [in her flirtatious voice, moving a little closer] "Oh, dear Peter, it's to set the romantic mood. Don't you feel it?"

Peter: [rolling his eyes] "Sure, sure... romantic atmosphere. I see."

Peter looked at her, trying to stay serious as he quickly changed the subject.

Peter: "Let me ask you something. Why do you do all this? Why do you have this obsession with flirting with everyone you can? I imagine that's won you quite a few suitors, huh?"

Kirche grows even louder, leaning towards him slightly, as her voice becomes even more mellow.

Kirche: [in a playful tone] "It's simple, Peter. Flirting is something I enjoy, so why not do it? It's fun, and I like hanging out with interesting people... high royalty, powerful people."

As he spoke, he began to lean even closer to Peter, with a mischievous look.

Kirche: "And you're quite powerful, aren't you?"

Peter, uncomfortable with the closeness, moved to the side to put some distance between them.

Peter: [with a nervous smile] "I may be strong, but trust me, there are a lot of people far stronger and more powerful than me. So, I don't know if I fit into that category of yours."

Determined not to let the situation drag on any longer, Peter quickly got out of bed.

Peter: [turning around] "Well, it was nice talking, but I think it's time for me to get some rest. Good night."

As Peter was about to leave, Kirche quickly stopped him, pulling a wooden box from one of her shelves.

Kirche: "Wait, Peter. Before you go, look at this."

She opened the box and revealed a smaller one inside, from which she took out a sparkling necklace. She held it up to him with a charming smile.

Kirche: "What do you think? Isn't it nice?"

Peter looked at her with a completely neutral expression, crossing his arms.

Peter: [sarcastically] "What do you expect, someone to ask you what it is and how much it costs? No, thanks."

Kirche, unwilling to give up, set the necklace aside and took out another piece of jewelry, this time a ring, followed by a book. She held it in both hands, as if it were an object of great importance.

Kirche: "And this? It's a family heirloom. A very old book that has been passed down through generations in my family."

Peter: [raising his hands] "Look, I don't care what it is or how much it costs. I appreciate it, but I really have to go."

Peter took a step toward the door, but Kirche, with a determined expression, tried to basically stop him. She grabbed his arm and tried to pull him back, but thanks to Peter's strength, she couldn't budge him an inch.

Peter: [sighing] "Really, Kirche? Are we really going to do this?"

Not giving up, Kirche changed tactics. She launched herself at him and hugged him tightly, burying her face in his neck as she sniffed him.

Kirche: [softly] "You smell so... unique, Peter."

However, Peter was still wearing his Spider-Man suit, including his mask, which clearly wasn't helping the moment Kirche was trying to create. Frustrated, she lifted his mask slightly to expose part of his neck and, without warning, began kissing him.

Peter, who was already uncomfortable before, was now completely horrified.

Peter: [jumping slightly] "Oh no! This isn't romantic, this is disgusting! And it tickles!"

With a slight movement, Peter managed to get Kirche off of him, retreating towards the door.

Peter: [sighing, tired] "Look, it was nice talking... well, sort of. But I really have to go. Good night, Kirche."

Before she could try anything else, Peter opened the door and quickly left the room, closing it behind him. Once outside, he leaned his back against the wall and let out a deep sigh.

Peter: [quietly to himself] "Finally... away from Kirche. I need a break... and a shower."

With that, Peter resumed his walk to Louise's bedroom, ready to finally rest after another night filled with discomfort.

The morning was quiet, with the sun barely illuminating the academy grounds. Siesta stood, looking up at the student dorm tower. Her gaze was fixed on a specific window on the third floor, the window of the room where Peter was still asleep. There was a mixture of sadness and resignation on her face.

She wasn't wearing her usual maid uniform. Instead, she wore a long skirt and a simple blouse, and she was holding a briefcase that looked like a small suitcase. Her fingers tightened slightly around the handle, as if she were hesitant to take the next step.

Finally, with a sigh, she began walking toward a waiting carriage. Before getting in, she paused and glanced once more toward the third-floor window. Her expression became even more dejected, but she said nothing. She climbed into the carriage, closed the door, and it began to move, slowly moving away from the academy.

Scene 2: Peter and Louise's morning routine

Meanwhile, in Louise's bedroom, Peter was going about his daily routine. He approached Louise's bed, where she was still fast asleep, and began to wake her.

Peter: [gently shaking her] "Come on, Louise, wake up. It's time to get up."

Louise groaned and rolled over, clearly annoyed at being woken up.

Louise: [in a sleepy voice] "Five more minutes, Peter..."

Peter: [sighing] "No, there aren't five more minutes. You have class, and I have to change your clothes. Again."

Louise finally opened her eyes and sat up in bed, yawning. Peter, already accustomed to this routine after four days, began helping her change. Although he had found it awkward to see her naked at first, he now did so without flinching.

Peter: [while helping her] "You know, someday you're going to have to learn to change yourself. I'm not always going to be here to do it."

Louise: [with her arrogant attitude] "You're my servant and my familiar. It's your job, so don't complain."

Peter: [rolling his eyes] "Yeah, sure, my job. But trust me, I'm starting to get fed up with this. Staring at you all the time isn't exactly my idea of fun."

Louise looked at him with a mixture of irritation and embarrassment, but didn't say anything else. Once she was ready, they stopped arguing and left the dormitory to head to Louise's classes.

The academy's hallways were filled with students heading to their respective classes. Louise walked with a firm stride, while Peter followed close behind. However, at a certain point in the hallway, Peter stopped.

Peter: [crossing his arms] "Louise, I don't think I'll walk you to class this time."

Louise stopped and looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

Louise: "What? Why not?"

Peter: [shrugging] "I have no interest in magic, and honestly, I don't want to spend hours sitting around listening to things I don't understand. I'd rather be out in the yard, resting or training a little."

Louise frowned, clearly annoyed by the response.

Louise: "You're my family member. You should be with me at all times."

Peter: [with a calm smile] "Yes, but I'm not an ornament you can carry around. Besides, I don't think my presence will make much of a difference in your classes."

Louise snorted, but didn't press the issue further. Finally, she turned around and continued walking toward her classroom, while Peter headed toward the courtyard, ready to enjoy some quiet time.

The sun shone softly on the academy courtyard, and Peter Parker decided it was the perfect time to relax a little. He headed to a quiet corner near the courtyard walls and sat down on the grass with a sigh of relief. To one side, he set his metal briefcase , which contained his Iron Spider Mark III suit , transformed into a carrying case for convenience. It was one of the most advanced pieces of technology Tony Stark had ever designed, but for Peter, for now, it was simply a handy "traveling companion."

Using the briefcase as a small makeshift table, Peter took off his backpack and placed it to the side. He stretched his arms and leaned against the wall, enjoying the fresh air. Then, he reached into his backpack and pulled out something that reminded him of his past life: a surprise pack of comics he had bought just days before being summoned to this strange world.

The package was brightly colored, red and yellow, and bore the iconic Marvel Comics logo. Peter smiled somewhat nostalgically as he opened it, remembering how he'd spent an afternoon at the comic book store looking for something to entertain him. He finally tore open the wrapping to see what was inside.

Peter: [chuckling softly to himself] "Well, let's see what I got. I hope there's something interesting..."

He began to look through the comics one by one with a mixture of excitement and disappointment.

Captain America (Volume 1, Special Edition): Peter smiles at the sight. "Ah, Steve... always so inspiring."

Wolverine: Logan: "I already read it... but it's okay, it's a classic."

Daredevil : The Man Without Fear: "I have it at home, but I don't mind reading it again. Matt is always interesting."

Inhumans: Marvel Knights : "This makes me nostalgic... but it's not my favorite."

Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom: Triumph and Torment: "Oh, this is a good one. Strange and Doom... a strange but fascinating combination."

Peter sighed as he looked through the comics. Although he had already read some of them or had them in his collection, they were the only thing he had to entertain himself in this world, so he decided to take one out and start reading. He decided on Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom, remembering that he had once had a conversation with Strange about that particular arc.

Unexpected Interruption: The Snake

While Peter was engrossed in his reading, something began to move in the nearby bushes. He didn't pay much attention to it at first, thinking it was just part of the natural environment, but then he saw a figure slithering toward him: a snake.

Peter raised an eyebrow, clearly confused by the reptile's presence. The snake, which appeared to be one of the familiars summoned by some student at the academy, was moving curiously toward him. Peter tried to back away a little, uncomfortable.

Peter: [talking to the snake] "Hey, buddy, I don't know what your idea is, but I'm not exactly a fan of snakes. Why don't you turn around and go that way?"

The snake, as if completely ignoring his words, moved even closer. Peter tried to gently push it away, but then the reptile did something that made him jump: it tried to bite the comic he was reading.

Peter: [with a mixture of annoyance and humor] "Hey, no! This is all I have to entertain myself. Don't chew it!"

The snake persisted, but Peter, having no other choice, tapped it on the side to push it away. The reptile retreated a few feet, but a few minutes later, it approached again, this time with a completely different attitude. Instead of trying to bite the comic, it simply slithered up to Peter's legs and settled there, as if looking for some warmth.

Peter: [looking at the snake, incredulous] "Really? We're friends now?"

The snake didn't respond, obviously, but closed its eyes as if comfortable. Peter sighed and, resigned, began gently stroking the reptile while he went back to reading his comic.

Peter: [muttering to himself] "Well, I guess it's not so bad. At least you're not trying to bite me again."

Over time, Peter began to relax more, reading his comic while massaging the snake's body. For someone who used to swing between skyscrapers and fight supervillains, this scene had a certain tranquility... albeit a little strange.

After spending some time in the courtyard, Peter Parker decided he'd had enough. He'd managed to get rid of the snake that had settled on his legs, but it wasn't easy. Other students' familiars began to appear, and some were strange or even creepy creatures, which made Peter feel even more uncomfortable.

Peter: [muttering to himself as he walks away] "What kind of zoo is this place? First a snake, and now... what's next? A dragon?"

With a yawn, Peter began walking through the halls of the academy. He had finished reading all the comics in his backpack, as well as the books he had brought from his world's library. He remembered with some frustration that, once summoned to this world, he would never be able to return them.

Peter: [grumbling under his breath] "Great, now I'm a book thief. Thanks, Louise."

Hunger began to set in, and Peter kept his voice low as he walked.

Peter: [whispering] "Why didn't Louise feed me this morning? I'm starving here..."

Suddenly, his spider-sense went off, alerting him to imminent danger. Without thinking, Peter quickly moved to the side, dodging a small blow someone tried to land on his back. He spun around to see who was responsible.

In front of him stood Marto, the academy's cook, with a mischievous smile on his face.

Peter: [smiling in recognition] "Marto! What are you doing here?"

Marto: [laughing] "Ah, our sword! That's what they call you now, isn't it? The first commoner to defeat a noble. It's a title you earned, boy."

The narration paused for a moment to explain the nickname the commoners had begun to use for Peter. After defeating Guiche, a nobleman, in a duel, Peter had become something of a hero among the commoners at the academy. His victory had proven that even someone without a noble title could face a nobleman and win.

Returning to the interaction, Marto looked at Peter curiously.

Marto: "By the way, how did you manage to dodge my blow? I didn't expect you to be so fast."

Peter: [shrugging with a smile] "Let's just say I have good reflexes. But don't worry about that, what are you doing here?"

Marto left the subject of Peter's reflexes and quickly changed the subject.

Marto: "Well, I came to get you. We're waiting for you in the kitchen."

Peter's eyes lit up at those words.

Peter: [excited] "Really? That's just what I needed! Some food."

Marto nodded with a smile and started walking toward the kitchen, while Peter followed, feeling much more cheerful. Finally, it seemed like his day was about to improve.

Peter and Marto were in the kitchen, a bustling place. Cooks and servants bustled about, preparing dishes and carrying them toward the academy's dining halls. Marto, with a kind smile, had prepared a special dish for Peter, who sat in a corner, slightly lifting his mask so he could eat.

Peter: [savouring the food] "This is amazing, Marto. Really, thank you. And, well... sorry for making you cook something just for me."

Marto: [laughing while waving his hand] "You don't have to apologize, boy. These are just leftovers, what nobles don't eat. Nothing is wasted here, and you need energy, don't you?"

Peter thanked them as he continued eating. However, as he looked around, something caught his attention. Among all the servants coming and going, someone was missing. Peter frowned and set his plate aside.

Peter: [looking at Marto] "Hey, Marto... where's Siesta? I don't see her around here."

Marto's smile disappeared immediately, and his expression became serious. He lowered his gaze, as if searching for the right words.

Marto: [with a discouraged tone] "Didn't he tell you?"

Peter looked at him, confused, and began to worry.

Peter: [frowning] "Tell me what? What happened to Siesta?"

Marto sighed deeply, and Peter felt a knot in his stomach. Something wasn't right.

Marto: "Siesta left this morning, very early. She was bought by Count Motte to work as a servant in his mansion."

The words hit Peter like a bucket of cold water. He lowered his head, processing what he had just heard. Then, he turned his head to the right, shaking it slightly in frustration.

Peter: [mumbling] "Why did you suddenly...? Why didn't you tell me anything?"

Marto, with an expression of resignation, shrugged his shoulders.

Marto: "We commoners have no choice but to obey the whims of the nobles. Siesta had no choice. That's how things work around here."

Peter remained silent for a moment, staring at the ground. Finally, he murmured Siesta's name under his breath, as if trying to reconcile her departure. However, after a few seconds, a small smile appeared on his face. An idea had begun to form in his mind.

Peter: [with a spark of determination in his eyes] "I know what I'm going to do."

He stood up from his seat and looked at Marto with a smile.

Peter: "Marto, I need your help. Could you do me a favor?"

Marto, although surprised by Peter's repentant change of attitude, approached without hesitation.

Marto: "Sure, tell me what you need."

Peter: "I want to make a small cake. It's for nap time. I want it to be a going-away gift."

Marto was excited, understanding Peter's intentions, and moving forward with enthusiasm.

Marto: "I can do that. Come on, kid, let's get to work."

Later that day, Peter Parker was in Louise's room, carefully cleaning the window. The late afternoon sun filtered through the glass, illuminating the room.

Louise, meanwhile, was sitting at her vanity, brushing her hair. After a moment, she turned to Peter.

Louise: "That Count Motte is a nobleman who occasionally comes to the academy on royal business. He's a man who lives on a pittance, and I don't like him at all."

Peter listened intently as he continued with his task. Then he turned to Louise, his expression somewhat dejected.

Peter: "Louise, do you know why Siesta suddenly went to work for that count?"

Louise looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

Louise: "You don't know? Well, when a nobleman chooses a young commoner to be his servant, it's usually because he wants to make her his mistress."

Hearing that word, Peter's eyes widened.

Peter: [alarmed] "Lover? You mean...?"

At that moment, Peter's sword , which was leaning against the wall next to Louise's desk, moved slightly and spoke.

Sword: "That's right, young master. That's what usually happens to commoners who are chosen by nobles. They usually make them their lovers."

Peter clenched his fists, his expression filled with concern.

Peter: [with a distressed tone] "Siesta! How could this happen?"

He looked back out the window, calling Siesta's name softly, a mixture of sadness and determination in his eyes.

Peter's Reflections and Decisions

Peter was silent for a few moments, processing the information he had just received. The idea that Siesta, a kind and hardworking young woman, could be forced to become a nobleman's mistress was deeply disturbing to him.

He thought of Siesta's smile, her kindness and dedication. She didn't deserve to be treated that way, like a mere object to satisfy the whims of an influential man.

As he stared out the window, an idea began to form in his mind. He had to do something. He couldn't just stand idly by knowing Siesta was in danger.

Peter turned to Louise, his expression dull.

Peter: "Louise, I need you to tell me where I can find this Count Motte . I have to go see him."

Louise looked at him in surprise, but before she could answer, Peter continued.

Peter: "I'm going to give Siesta a gift. Something to show her we haven't forgotten her."

Louise frowned, clearly confused by Peter's determination.

Louise: "A gift? For a commoner? What are you planning to do?"

Peter gave a small smile.

Peter: "I'm going to make sure Siesta is okay. I can't just leave her in that earl's hands without doing anything."

With that, Peter headed for the door, determined to put his plan into action. He had to find Siesta and make sure she was safe, no matter what he had to do.

In the center of the academy, next to an elegant fountain, Guiche and Montmorency, a couple well known to the students, sat enjoying what seemed like a romantic moment. Guiche, always with his smug attitude, held a flower in one hand while handing Montmorency a necklace with the other.

mithril brooch would look tremendously on you, Montmorency. Don't you think it enhances your beauty?"

Montmorency, although initially delighted with the gift, quickly changed her expression to one of disgust, looking at Guiche with disdain.

Montmorency: [coldly] "And you think this will fix you cheating on me with that girl?"

Guiche, surprised by the comment, tried to defend himself with his usual arrogance.

Guiche: [laughing nervously] "Of course not! But... don't tell me you believed that rude relative's words."

However, Montmorency was in no mood for games.

Montmorency: [annoyed] "I don't need anyone to tell me. I saw it with my own eyes, Guiche. You flirted with her as if I didn't exist."

The tone between them began to rise, and the tension was about to explode when Peter appeared, walking calmly toward them. He was carrying his metal briefcase, with a serious expression on his face, although still wearing his usual suit.

Peter: [interrupting the discussion] "Hi, sorry for being rude, but I need to talk to you, Guiche."

Guiche, hearing his voice, stood up suddenly, stepping back a little as he pointed dramatically at Peter.

Guiche: [screaming] "Spider! You again?!"

Guiche still didn't know Peter's name, and only called him "spider" because of the symbol on his chest. Montmorency, curious about the interruption, looked at Peter with some intrigue.

Guiche: [still screaming] "You keep trying to ruin other people's love lives! What do you want now?!"

Peter, clearly irritated, quickly walked over and covered her mouth with his hand.

Peter: [yelling at him as he interrupted] "Blah, blah, blah! I'm not even interested in your love dramas, but I promise I didn't come here to ruin anything. I just want to ask you something."

Scene 2: In the kitchen – The mission change

Scene change. Peter, without warning, slammed open the kitchen door, causing several cooks and servants who were working to jump in fright. With decisive steps, he walked directly toward Marto, who looked at him in surprise.

Marto: [nervous] "Peter? What happened? Why did you come in like that?"

Peter, with a new determination in his eyes, crossed his arms and spoke to her in a firm tone.

Peter: "The farewell party is canceled. That cake will be a welcome-back. I'm going to catch a nap."

Peter's statement left Marto and the other cooks stunned. Marto, somewhat confused, asked:

Marto: "Get her back? Why? What happened?"

Peter takes a deep breath before explaining the truth.

Peter: "I heard something. That earl didn't just buy her to work as a servant. He wants to make her his mistress."

An awkward silence fell over the kitchen. The faces of the cooks and servants filled with disgust and anger upon hearing Peter's words.

One of the cooks: [growling] "Those nobles... always abusing the commoners. They have no shame."

Peter: [looking at everyone] "Look, I don't care what you think of me, but Siesta is my friend. I'm not going to let anyone treat her like an object. I promise I'm going to bring her back. Aren't I supposed to be her sword?"

The determination in Peter's voice made everyone present look at him with admiration. Although Peter didn't seek praise, the cooks began to praise him.

Marto: [smiling] "Good luck, kid. If anyone can do it, it's you."

Peter: [sighing] "Please don't praise me. I'm just doing what I think is right."

With those words, he said goodbye and left the kitchen, leaving the cooks and Marto with a feeling of hope and pride.

Scene 3: Peter arms himself for the mission

Outside the academy, Peter placed his metal briefcase on the ground. With a firm motion, he placed his foot in the center of the case, causing it to begin disassembling and unfolding. Peter raised his hands, allowing the Mark III Iron Spider's advanced technology to slide down his body, completely encasing him in its armor. In a matter of seconds, the suit was fully assembled.

Peter then lifted his sword, Derflinger , and placed it on his back. Looking at the weapon, he spoke to it in a determined tone.

Peter: "Are you ready to fight again, Derflinger ?"

The sword replied, in its characteristic confident and animated voice:

Derflinger : "Of course, mate! I'm ready for anything. Let's give these old bones some action."

Peter snorted slightly, his confidence growing. He looked toward the horizon, in the direction of Count Motte 's mansion . Without another word, he began moving quickly toward his destination.

Change of scene…

It was evening, and the academy's grand dining hall was filled with students enjoying their afternoon snack. The tables were laden with freshly baked bread, soups, and a few more elaborate dishes for the more privileged nobles. Louise, sitting in her usual spot, looked impatient, looking around while drumming her fingers on the table.

Louise: [muttering to herself] "Where has that useless commoner gone? He's supposed to be here with my food."

In front of Louise was a plate with a small piece of bread and a bowl of soup, the kind of food Peter had grown to detest after days of the same thing. Louise became suspicious, clearly annoyed by her relative's absence.

At that moment, Kirche appeared, with her characteristically confident demeanor and flirtatious smile. She was pushing a small cart filled with delicious, steaming food: roasted meats, perfectly cooked vegetables, soft bread, and fresh butter. Seeing her, Louise raised an eyebrow, clearly puzzled.

Kirche: [looking at Louise] "Louise, where's your little familiar? I was thinking of giving it some decent food."

Louise looked at the cart, frowning as she pointed at the contents.

Louise: [disdainfully] "What's all that about? Why are you bringing a cart full of food?"

Kirche: [laughing softly] "Well, I thought it was a shame all the ridiculous food Peter always has to eat. So I thought I'd share a little of the feast you prepared for me."

Louise quickly got up from her seat, approaching Kirche with an annoyed expression.

Louise: [crossing her arms] "So this time you're trying to lure him with food! Stop spoiling other people's familiars! Peter is MY familiar, you don't need to spoil him."

Kirche kept her smile, clearly enjoying Louise's reaction.

Kirche: [shrugging] "Well, that doesn't matter, does it? I can't give him food if he's not here. By the way, where's Peter? I don't see him in the dining room."

Louise, still upset, let out a sigh as she tried to remember.

Louise: [thoughtfully] "The last thing I asked him was to wring out the dust cloth, but... he hasn't come back since."

Kirche: [laughing softly] "Where did he run off to? He doesn't seem like the type to stay too far away."

The two girls turned to a young blond man sitting nearby, Guiche, who was eating quietly with a flower in his hand, as always. Louise and Kirche approached him, clearly looking for answers.

Louise: [authoritatively] "Guiche! Have you seen Peter? Do you know where he is?"

Kirche: [curiously] "Yeah, where is it? It's weird that it's not here."

Guiche, raising his head with a smug smile, answered without any problem.

Guiche: [thoughtful] "Now that you mention it, he asked me recently how to get to Count Motte 's mansion ."

Both girls looked at him in surprise.

Motte 's mansion ? Why would I want to go there? That doesn't make sense!"

Suddenly, Louise remembered something important. Before Peter left, he'd mentioned that after his homework, he'd go say goodbye to Siesta. As she put the facts together, her face filled with concern.

Louise: [muttering to herself] "It can't be... Did he go looking for Siesta?"

Without waiting for an answer, Louise stood up from the blow of the table.

Louise: [determined] "I'm going to find him! That idiot is probably up to something stupid!"

Kirche, intrigued by Louise's reaction, smiled as she watched her walk away.

Kirche: [with a playful smile] "This is getting interesting. Maybe I should follow her... Just in case."

Change of scene…

Night had fallen, and Count Motte 's mansion loomed in the distance. Peter Parker, wearing his Mark III Iron Spider armor and his trusty Derflinger sword on his back, watched from afar while considering his next move.

Derflinger : [curious] "So, buddy, what's the plan? Are you going in with style or with force?"

Peter crossed his arms and sighed, looking at the mansion's entrance from the top of a nearby hill.

Peter: [talking to himself] " Hmmm ... I don't know. I could try something stealthy, but with my luck, I'm sure I'll end up in a fight. I better plan as I go along."

As he continued to observe, he noticed something strange: the mansion had no gates or high walls, unusual for the residence of a powerful nobleman. This aroused his suspicions.

Peter: [mumbling] "What kind of nobleman doesn't put security on his mansion? This is weird... or maybe no one has tried to break into him before because they know he has more tricks up his sleeve than a circus magician."

Suddenly, two guards appeared at the main entrance, armed with spears and wearing light armor. Peter decided to approach calmly and greet them first so as not to arouse suspicion.

Peter: [raising a hand in a friendly manner] "Hello! Good evening, lads. I don't want any trouble, I've just come to negotiate with Count Motte ."

The guards exchanged glances, clearly surprised by Peter's polite attitude, but kept their spears raised, watching them closely.

Scene 2: Inside the mansion

Inside the mansion, Count Motte sat in a luxurious armchair in the main hall. In front of him was Siesta, wearing a pristine wine-colored maid uniform, but her expression was clearly dejected.

The Count held a glass of wine as he looked at Siesta with a smile that was meant to be friendly, but only managed to make her even more uncomfortable.

Count Motte : [with a fake smile] "So, dear Siesta, how are things going? Have you settled into your new job yet?"

Siesta: [looking down] "Y-yes... more or less, sir."

The Count rose from his seat and walked slowly behind Siesta, who remained still, clearly uncomfortable. He leaned slightly toward her, speaking in a tone that was meant to sound affectionate but only increased her feeling of unease.

Count Motte : [placing a hand on her shoulder] "All right, but don't push yourself too hard, my dear. After all, I didn't hire you solely to clean."

As he spoke, the earl began sniffing Siesta's hair and slid a hand down her arm, a gesture that made her tremble with fear. Her face showed clear disgust, but she didn't dare move or say anything. However, before the earl could continue, they were interrupted.

One of the guards hurried into the room and bowed to the count.

Warden: "Excuse the interruption, my lord. There is someone at the main entrance requesting to see you. He says his name is... Peter Parker."

The earl frowned, clearly puzzled.

Count Motte : [muttering to himself] "Peter Parker? Who's that? I don't remember hearing that name before."

As the count pondered, behind him, Siesta jerked her head up to hear the name. Her eyes widened in surprise, and a spark of hope lit her face.

Siesta: [muttering to herself] "Peter... What are you doing here?"

The Count, ignoring Siesta's reaction, turned to the guard with an air of arrogance.

Count Motte : "All right, bring him here. Let's see what this Peter Parker wants."

Count Motte sat elegantly in a luxurious armchair, surrounded by the opulence of his mansion. Opposite him was Peter Parker, who had decided to remove his Mark III Iron Spider before entering, showing that he had come in peace. However, the conversation wasn't going as planned.

Count Motte : [scornfully, while holding a glass of wine] "What kind of nonsense are you babbling? Get out of here, commoner!"

Peter raised a hand, trying to calm the situation with a conciliatory tone.

Peter: [with a calm smile] "Come on, relax, Count. You should thank me for even considering talking to you. It's not something I do every day, you know."

The count let out a sarcastic laugh, looking at him with disdain.

Count Motte : [arrogantly] "Thank you? A commoner? Don't even dream of it. But come on, tell me, what absurd proposal do you have? Make it quick, I don't have all day."

Peter took the opportunity to explain his plan, trying to convince the earl to return Siesta to the academy. He used clever words and language that seemed to confuse the earl, but he tried to maintain a formal tone.

Peter: [speaking calmly] "What I'm proposing is a more mutually beneficial solution. Perhaps there's a way to return Siesta to the academy. It could be an exchange that even improves her reputation."

The count raised an eyebrow, clearly suspicious, and interrupted him.

Count Motte : [suspiciously] "And what kind of relationship do you have with that servant, commoner? Why are you so interested in her?"

Peter crossed his arms, frowning and thinking before answering, but he did so in a confused manner and with vocabulary that seemed deliberately complicated.

Peter: [smiling] "Well, let's just say I have a vested interest in things being fair. And as a... proponent of social balance, I think that would be the most appropriate thing to do. I mean, don't you think maintaining a professional working relationship with your employees is ideal in this day and age?"

The earl blinked, clearly not fully understanding what Peter was saying, but before he could respond, Peter changed the subject and pointed out something that caught his attention.

Peter: [looking around, pointing at the row of maids in the room] "By the way, Count, why do you need to hire more maids? I mean, you already have several here. Or... let me be more blunt: why do you insist on making your maids your mistresses?"

The earl frowned at the question. His tone grew colder as he answered.

Count Motte : [arrogantly] "Because Siesta is now an official member of my household. As her master, I can treat her however I want. It is my right as a noble."

The earl's response made Peter clench his fists, clearly displeased. He crossed his arms and sighed, as if confirming something he already knew.

Peter: [in a dry tone] "I knew it..."

The earl continued, unaware that he was fueling Peter's anger.

Count Motte : [with a condescending smile] "For any insignificant commoner, it is a great honor to be in the service of a prestigious noble such as myself. You should be grateful that I don't even speak to you."

Peter stared at him, his displeasure growing increasingly evident. He began taking small steps toward the earl, causing the latter to tense. Before he could get too close, two guards stood in his way, pointing their spears at him.

Peter stopped and gave a small laugh, looking at the guards.

Peter: [with a sarcastic smile] "Oh, really? This is the best you've got, Count?"

The guards didn't respond, but held their spears steady. Peter raised a hand, pointing at one of the spears.

Peter: [calmly] "Let me ask you something, Count Motte . Tell me: what is a commoner and what is a noble?"

The earl gave a mocking laugh, clearly considering the question nonsense .

Count Motte : [superiorly] "What kind of question is that? It's simple. Nobles are those born with the gift of magic, the only ones special by divine right. Commoners, like you, are mere tools without skills or value. Nothing more than that."

Peter moved forward slowly, as if he were pondering the answer.

Peter: [with a dangerous smile] "Well, that's true. Normal people don't have special abilities, but you know what? Let me show you something."

Before the guards could react, Peter reached out and grabbed one of their spears. With a swift motion, he bent the spear like a piece of wire. The guard stepped back, clearly impressed, while Peter did the same to the other guard's spear.

Peter: [looking at the earl, with a smile] "So, a commoner like me can do this?"

The count stepped back a little, visibly surprised and somewhat frightened. The guards stepped back, exchanging nervous glances. Peter stretched slightly and leaned slightly toward the count, his face now just inches from his.

Peter: [in a mocking tone] "What do you think now, you mangy dog?"

Peter let out a low laugh behind his mask, as the earl stepped back, clearly shocked by what he had just witnessed.

Count Motte , visibly upset by Peter's attitude, rose from his seat in fury, pointing at the young man with a trembling finger as he shouted.

Count Motte : [full of anger] "How dare you?! Common scum! How dare you insult a noble?!"

Peter stood there, arms crossed, his expression calm but clearly irritated. His eyes followed the count's every movement as he continued his contemptuous speech.

Count Motte : [walking to a piece of furniture on his left] "Your insolence will not go unpunished! Justice must be served to impertinent trash like you!"

The count opened the cabinet and took out what appeared to be a walking stick, though its size and design suggested it was much more than that. It was, in fact, Count Motte 's magic wand , decorated with intricate golden engravings and a gem at the end that glowed with a faint mystical glow.

Peter, meanwhile, watched with disdain, thinking to himself.

Peter: [in his mind] "These people... always with their wands and their magic. In my world, we stopped relying on things like this a long time ago. We traded magic for science and technology... and I couldn't be happier about it."

The earl turned to Peter, pointing his wand at him as he continued to speak in an authoritative tone.

Count Motte : [with contempt] "Remember your position, commoner. You are nothing more than a tool for the nobles. You do not even deserve to speak to me. I should punish you right here for your insolence!"

Before the earl could continue, Siesta, who had been watching from a corner of the room, rushed over to Peter, placing herself between him and the earl. Her face was pale, and her hands trembled as she bowed deeply to the earl.

Siesta: [voice shaking] "Please stop, Count Motte ! Forgive him! I deeply apologize for Peter's behavior. Please don't punish him."

The count, however, showed no compassion. His face remained rigid, and his tone was filled with contempt.

Count Motte : [rejecting the apology] "I won't. You can't expect me to let something as serious as this slide! Impertinent commoners must learn their place. Get back to work, Siesta!"

Siesta, desperate, stood her ground and lowered her head even further, pleading with the Count with tears in her eyes.

Siesta: [pleading] "I can't, Count Motte ! I beg you! I'll accept any kind of punishment you wish, but please, forgive him."

Peter, hearing this, frowned. Although he appreciated Siesta's attempt to protect him, he couldn't allow her to sacrifice herself in his place. He stepped forward and placed a hand on Siesta's shoulder, speaking in a calm and confident tone.

Peter: [gently] "No need, Siesta. I have something else on my mind."

Siesta looked up at Peter, clearly confused and worried about what he was about to do. Peter, however , didn't take his eyes off the earl, who was looking at him suspiciously.

Peter: [looking at the count with a slight smile] "I have another proposal, Count Motte . Something that might be more interesting to you."

The earl narrowed his eyes, lowering his wand slightly, though he was still clearly prepared to use it if necessary.

Count Motte : [with a suspicious tone] "Proposal? What kind of proposal could I have for someone like you that interests me?"

Peter smiled calmly, his mind clearly working on a plan he hadn't yet fully revealed. But there was something in his posture and tone that suggested he was confident.

Peter sighed deeply, trying to calm himself as he looked at Count Motte . There was something about the man's arrogance that irritated Peter deeply, but he knew he had to maintain his composure to save Siesta. Then, with a calm but confident tone, Peter spoke.

Peter: [looking at the earl] "You didn't tell Siesta you 'd do anything for her, did you? But instead of Siesta, I'll offer myself. Whatever you need, I'll do it. Just tell me."

The earl raised an eyebrow, finally interested in what Peter had to say. He crossed his arms, slowly repeating Peter's words as if evaluating them.

Count Motte : [mumbling] "Whatever I want...? Hmmm ."

The count began walking slowly toward a bookcase on his right, his fingers sliding along the spines of the old, dusty books. As he did so, he began to speak, almost as if he were reflecting aloud.

Count Motte : "I have a hobby... I collect books. Rare, unique books that aren't easy to find. And there's one in particular that I've been looking for for a long time."

Peter: [tilting his head, intrigued] "A book? What book? It doesn't matter if it's on another continent, I'll get it."

The earl stopped, turning slowly to Peter with a sly smile. His eyes shone with ambition as he began to explain.

Count Motte : [speaking calmly] "It is a book that a legendary wizard summoned from an unknown location while experimenting with magic. No one knows exactly where it came from. But it seems that a distinguished family in Germania has been passing it down from generation to generation as part of their locket. Their daughter, as far as I know, is enrolled at the academy at the moment."

Peter frowned, processing the information. Germania... He'd heard of that place before. Then, he remembered someone who fit the description perfectly. A wry smile appeared on his face as he exclaimed aloud.

Peter: [screaming] "Kirche von Zerbst !

The count turned quickly to Peter, surprised. He hadn't expected the young commoner to know anything about the noble Zerbst family .

Count Motte : [in disbelief] "Impossible? A mere commoner like you knows the daughter of the Zerbst family ?"

Peter: [crossing his arms] "Let's just say I was lucky enough to run into her. So that's the book, is it? The Zerbst locket ?"

The count smiled maliciously, completely satisfied with the situation.

Count Motte : [authoritatively] "Exactly. If you want Siesta back with you, bring me the Zerbst family heirloom . That book will be mine."

Peter didn't respond immediately, but his mind was already working. He knew finding Kirche wouldn't be difficult, but convincing her to hand over the book would be a completely different challenge.

Shortly after, Peter ran out of the count's mansion, his determination evident as he rushed back to the academy. In his mind, he replayed his relationship with Kirche.

Peter: [thinking while running] "I never thought I'd have to deal with Kirche... This is going to be complicated. But if it's for Siesta, I'll do it."

As he ran, the sound of a galloping horse alerted him. Peter looked back and, to his surprise, saw Louise riding a horse, clearly looking for him. She had found him.

Louise: [shouting in the distance] "PETER! STOP RIGHT NOW!"

Peter snorted, knowing full well that if Louise caught up with him, she'd force him back to the academy immediately and probably punish him for leaving without permission. That wasn't in his plans.

Peter: [muttering to himself] "Great, just what I needed... I don't have time for this."

Louise galloped rapidly, closing the distance between them. Peter knew he had to act quickly if he wanted to avoid her. Then, with a nimble movement, he turned in Louise's direction, running straight for the horse.

Louise: [confused] "What are you doing? Idiot, don't run towards me!"

When Louise was just a few feet away from him, Peter leaped high, over the horse, and landed behind Louise. Before she could react, Peter had already started running again in the opposite direction, leaving Louise surprised and furious.

Louise: [screaming] "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING, PETER?! GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!"

Peter didn't stop, he just raised a hand as he ran, as if he was saying goodbye.

Peter: [yelling at Louise] "Sorry, boss lady! But I have something important to do. See you later!"

Louise reined in the horse, turning it to chase him, but Peter was already too far behind. With his agility and speed, he soon disappeared into the distance, leaving Louise frustrated in the middle of the road.

Peter finally arrived at the academy, walking calmly but focused on his goal. As he walked through the halls, he talked to his trusty sword, Derflinger , who kept commenting on his plan.

Derflinger : [curious] "So, buddy, do you really think this plan will work? What if that Kirche doesn't want to give you the book? What will you do then?"

Peter: [with a slight smile] "I have 20 plans in total. So if the first one fails , I have 19 others to try."

Derflinger : [intrigued] "20? And what is the success percentage of all those plans?"

Peter: [in a calm tone] "They vary, from 10% to 90%. But it's always good to have options. The key is to improvise."

As he continued walking, Peter arrived in front of the door of Kirche von's room. Zerbst . Before playing, he sighed deeply, preparing for the encounter. It was then that he remembered something important.

Peter: [thinking out loud] "Ever since I was summoned here, I've never taken off my suit. I've always been using the Mark III or my regular suit. Maybe it's time to change that."

With that in mind, Peter began to remove his suit, revealing his casual clothes for the first time: a tight black T-shirt and dark jeans that highlighted his athletic figure. Finally, he removed his mask, leaving his face fully visible.

Derflinger : [surprised] "Wow, buddy! So this is the face of my new owner. Not bad, huh? I bet you haven't even been with me a day and I'm already seeing that you're more interesting than I thought."

Peter ignored the comment about his sword and sighed again, looking up and down the hall to make sure no one was there. He needed to hide his suit, briefcase, and sword before knocking on the door. After a moment of hesitation, he had an idea.

Peter: [thinking out loud] "Well... this should work."

With a swift motion, Peter tossed his suit and briefcase up into the air and shot out a pair of webs to stick them to the ceiling, ensuring they were out of reach of anyone passing by. He then did the same to Derflinger , who protested slightly as he strapped him to the ceiling.

Derflinger : [complaining] "Hey, buddy! What are you doing? I'm not a ceiling ornament!"

Peter: [mumbling while smiling] "Just stay there for a while. I'll come back for you."

Once everything was ready, Peter composed himself, straightened his posture, and knocked on Kirche's door. After a few seconds, the door opened, revealing Kirche von Zerbst , who looked at Peter curiously. However, her expression quickly changed when she saw the handsome young man in front of her.

Kirche: [in a flirtatious tone, upon seeing him] "Who are you...?"

She couldn't finish her sentence as she noticed Peter's deep brown eyes and messy brown hair. Peter's casual yet striking appearance instantly impressed Kirche. Peter, keeping up his character, bowed elegantly and greeted her in a soft, deep voice, full of elegance.

Peter: [politely] "Good evening, miss. My name is Michael Faraday." (Choosing a name inspired by the scientist from his world) "I am a servant to a prestigious nobleman and I have come to request a favor on behalf of my master. I hope I am not interrupting your time."

Kirche was intrigued by the young man. There was something about his bearing and voice that attracted her, and she couldn't help but smile as she crossed her arms, adopting her classic flirtatious tone.

Kirche: [with a smile] "Michael Faraday, huh? A fancy name for someone so... flashy. And what kind of favor is your master seeking? Why send someone like you instead of coming himself?"

Peter stepped back a little, keeping his distance as he responded in a perfectly calm yet slightly charming tone.

Peter: [In a deep, elegant voice] "My master prefers to keep his identity a secret for personal reasons. I can only tell you that this favor is of the utmost importance to him. His trust is completely in me to perform this task."

Kirche tilted her head, clearly intrigued by the young man, but also enjoying the conversation.

Kirche: [flirtatious] "Okay, Michael. What's this important favor you need from me?"

Peter took a deep breath, knowing that now came the hardest part.

Peter: [seriously] "The favor is simple, Miss Zerbst . My master needs a book that belongs to his family. I've been informed that it is an heirloom that has been passed down through generations. We would just need to borrow it for a while, if possible."

Kirche raised an eyebrow, surprised by the request. However, her relaxed expression didn't change. Without taking her eyes off Peter, she leaned against the doorframe and smiled at him.

Kirche: [with a playful smile] "My family's book? Hmm ... It's something very valuable. But if you need it for something important, I can lend it to you. After all, I'm not as stingy as some of the nobles around here."

Peter bowed slightly in gratitude.

Peter: [in a grateful tone] "Thank you very much, Miss Zerbst . Your generosity will be remembered by my master."

Kirche, still intrigued by the young man, opened the door fully and gestured for him to enter.

Kirche: [with a smile] "Okay, come in. But before I give you the book, I want to know a little more about you, Michael. You're... interesting."

Peter entered Kirche von's room Zerbst , maintaining his elegant posture and serious face, was somewhat tense inside. He knew Kirche had a reputation for being flirtatious and provocative, but he hadn't expected the situation to turn so awkward so quickly. The room was decorated with a luxurious and feminine touch, reflecting its owner's personality. Kirche, for her part, closed the door behind him and began to flirtatiously walk towards her bed.

Kirche: [with a playful smile] "Well, welcome to my room, Michael. Don't you think it's cozy?"

Peter nodded slightly, trying not to look uncomfortable as he watched Kirche sit on the bed in a posture that clearly sought his attention. She crossed her legs sensually and delicately slipped her wand through her fingers before pointing it at a small bookshelf. With a flick of her wand, she caused a book to float in the air and land softly in his hands.

Kirche: [flirtatious] "This is the book you're looking for. It's a family heirloom... but honestly, I've never paid much attention to it."

Peter carefully picked up the book, noticing that it was decorated with antique prints and covered in worn leather. However, he couldn't help but feel curious. In his elegant voice and casual tone, he asked:

Peter: [calm and curious] "If I may ask, Miss Zerbst ... Why is this book considered so special?"

Kirche smiled broadly, leaning lightly against her bed as she played with a strand of her hair. Her gaze was mischievous, and her tone was still that of someone who enjoyed the attention.

Kirche: [flirtatious] "Oh, that... Well, I'm not a big fan of reading, so I have no idea why it's special. I just know that it was given to me as part of my trousseau."

Peter raised an eyebrow, clearly confused by the word. Though he tried not to tear his paper, he couldn't help but ask in a softer, more curious tone.

Peter: [with a slight nod] "Dress?"

Kirche gave a light laugh, clearly enjoying the fact that the young man wasn't familiar with the term. She stretched out a little in bed, shifting her position as she explained.

Kirche: [with a playful smile] "It's part of the things a woman receives when preparing for marriage. Although, honestly, I don't understand why they included it. My family said there's something special about this book... that supposedly makes men more passionate."

Peter, hearing this, couldn't help but react internally. In his mind, he let out a small insult directed at Count Motte .

Peter: [thinking silently] "Right... Now I understand why you wanted this book, you old pervert."

Kirche, meanwhile, continued talking, ignoring Peter's slightly irritated expression.

Kirche: [shifting position] "But, really, I don't need it at all. I mean..." [pointing to her own body with a hand as she leaned back slightly, lifting her hips] "...I think I've got everything I need to drive men wild."

Peter quickly looked away, avoiding direct gaze while maintaining a serious expression. Kirche, now lying sideways on the bed, had slightly raised her hips, revealing her butt, covered only by a thin pair of panties. Her provocation was obvious, but Peter refused to fall for it.

Peter: [thinking to himself] "Please... let this be over quickly."

Kirche, noticing that Peter wasn't reacting like other men, smiled even wider, clearly amused by his distant attitude.

Kirche: [flirtatious] "What's up, Michael? Am I not your type? Now that I've given you the book, I want to know a little more about you."

Peter sighed quietly, trying to remain calm. Even as he spoke, he was clearly irritated by the situation, though his face remained that of someone elegant and self-confident.

Peter: [in a deep, elegant voice] "It's not that, Miss Zerbst . I simply believe it is inappropriate to discuss my personal life in this context. I am here on behalf of my master, not as myself."

Kirche, however, didn't seem willing to give up so easily. With a slow motion, she began to slide one of the straps of her bra, letting it slide down her shoulder. A portion of her breast was partially visible, showing a hint of her nipple. Her voice became even more playful.

Kirche: [in a seductive tone] "Oh, come on, Michael. Just a little. What's wrong with telling me a little about yourself? Don't be so secretive."

Peter closed his eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath to keep the situation from getting the better of him. Although he was clearly displeased by Kirche's attitude, he maintained his composure, speaking in a calm and professional tone.

Peter: [in a serious voice] "Miss Zerbst , I thank you for your hospitality and your generosity in entrusting me with this book. However, I mean no disrespect to my master or to you. I am here only to do my duty."

After receiving Kirche's book, Peter knew it was time to leave. Despite the discomfort her flirtatious attitude had caused, he remained calm and elegant throughout. With a slight but professional bow, Peter spoke in a calm voice.

Peter: [in a polite tone] "Thank you very much for your help, Miss Zerbst . My master will be very grateful. Now, I must retire. Have a good evening."

However, before he could take a step toward the door, Kirche swiftly grabbed his arm, turning him around to look him straight in the eyes. Before Peter could react, she hugged him, getting dangerously close to his face.

Kirche: [playfully] "But... in return, I want something. How about we go out together? Just you and me. Okay?"

Peter pressed his lips together, clearly uncomfortable, but maintained his composure. He carefully took Kirche's shoulders and pulled her away slightly, making sure to be gentle but firm. In a soft, elegant tone, he responded.

Peter: [with a slight smile] "I'm sorry to disappoint you, Miss Zerbst , but I can't accept. I'm... engaged."

Kirche blinked in surprise. This wasn't something she expected to hear. Peter took advantage of the confusion to continue.

Peter: [lying elegantly] "My wife, erm ... Marie Curie... is waiting for me. I can't be unfaithful to her."

The mention of such an elegant and sophisticated name seemed to impress Kirche a little, and she finally let him go. Peter bowed once more and said goodbye.

Peter: [with a calm smile] "Thanks again for your cooperation. Have a great evening."

Peter opened the door and left the room, leaving Kirche alone. She, still sitting on her bed, was shocked. Never in her entire life had a man rejected her. Her gaze turned serious as she muttered to herself.

Kirche: [thinking quietly] "A man rejected me... A man rejected me, Kirche von Zerbst ? That's never happened before. But... his voice, his attitude... there's something familiar about him. I don't know who he is, but I'll find out."

From the slightly ajar door, she decided to spy and follow him.

Outside the room, Peter gave a little jump of joy, holding the book in his hand. Although it had been an uncomfortable experience, the objective had been achieved.

Peter: [in a low voice, excited] "Yes! I did it! This was easier than I expected."

From above, Derflinger was still tied to the ceiling, but he wasn't impressed at all.

Derflinger : [mockingly] "Well done, mate, but... can you put me down now? I'm not a decoration, you know?"

Peter shot a web toward the ceiling, leaping nimbly to retrieve his briefcase, his suit, and Derflinger . Slowly, he began to put on his suit, leaving his mask for last. However, just as he was about to put it on, a scream echoed through the halls.

Louise: [shouting in the distance, furiously] "PETER! WHERE HAVE YOU GONE THIS TIME!?"

Peter froze momentarily, feeling a chill as he heard Louise's voice. He turned slowly and, from a distance, saw a shadow approaching rapidly. His heart leapt.

Peter: [nervous] "Oh shit... It's Louise!"

Wasting no time, Peter grabbed his briefcase and sword and ran down the hallway. Louise, ever closer, chased him with quick, determined steps.

Peter reached Louise's room, quickly closing the door behind him. Thinking quickly, he shot a web at the handle to lock it. From the other side, Louise's banging began immediately.

Louise: [knocking on the door] "OPEN THE DOOR, PETER! I KNOW YOU'RE THERE!"

Inside the room, Derflinger kept talking, clearly worried.

Derflinger : [shouting] "Partner! What do we do now? That girl sounds like she wants to kill you."

Peter looked around, searching for an exit. His eyes fell on the open window, slightly smiling.

Peter: [with a light laugh] "Relax, buddy. There's something you don't know about me yet. Prepare to be surprised."

Derflinger : [alarmed] "Don't tell me you're going to jump out the window!"

Peter ran to the window, holding Derflinger tightly. He paused for a moment, looking down, and with a confident smile, murmured:

Peter: [in an amused tone] "Superhero landing... here I come."

With that, he jumped out the window. Upon landing, he bent one knee and did the classic "superhero landing," causing a small tremor in the ground. Derflinger was completely impressed.

Derflinger : [amazed] "Holy crap, mate! That was spectacular!"

However, Peter didn't have much time to celebrate. From the window, Louise appeared, screaming furiously.

Louise: [angry] "PETER! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"

Peter looked around quickly and saw a horse tied up nearby. Without a second thought, he ran over to it, untied it, and mounted it quickly.

Peter: [shouting at Louise] "Thanks for the horse, Louise! I promise to give it back!"

Louise clenched her fists, completely furious. As Peter rode off into the distance, Kirche, who had been watching everything from her half-open door, came out dressed in a robe. Her smile was wide as she looked at Louise.

Kirche: [scoffing] "Oh, Louise. Looks like your 'familiar' got away from you again. Don't you think you should tie it up like a little dog?"

Louise turned to her, even angrier.

Louise: [screaming] "Shut up, Kirche! I won't let him get away with it this time!"

In one of the academy dormitories, Tabitha, a student known for her calmness and few words, woke up suddenly upon hearing noises in the hallway. Getting out of bed, she walked over to the window and looked out, where she saw Peter riding briskly off the academy grounds.

Tabitha watched silently as Peter walked away, not saying a word. Her calm, penetrating gaze reflected a suppressed curiosity, but she made no attempt to stop or follow him. She simply stood there, watching until Peter's figure disappeared into the distance.

Scene: Siesta and Count Motte

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the academy, Siesta found herself in her chambers, finishing her bath. A servant entered and informed her that Count Motte was waiting for her. Siesta, with a dejected expression, moved forward silently. Before leaving, he stood for a moment, letting a single tear roll down his cheek.

Back at the stables, Louise was hurrying to saddle a horse, preparing to chase Peter. Her face was twisted in anger, but there was also clear concern in her eyes.

Just then, Kirche and Tabitha approached. Kirche had a mocking smile on her face, while Tabitha maintained her usual calm demeanor.

Kirche: [mockingly] "Well, well, Louise. So your familiar ran away again? Do you need help catching him?"

Louise turned to them, clearly irritated.

Louise: [angrily] "Don't interfere, Kirche! This is my business. I don't want Peter to have trouble with a noble."

Kirche raised an eyebrow, still smiling.

Kirche: [nonchalantly] "Trouble? Come on, Louise, your familiar is strong. I doubt the Count can do anything to it."

Louise frowned, remembering something important.

Louise: [seriously] "That's the problem, Kirche. Peter isn't a common commoner. When he was challenged by Guiche, he fought back without a problem. He was able to pierce through the chest of one of Guiche's golems with just his bare hand. I don't want him to face a noble and end up hurt."

Kirche looked surprised by this revelation, but then smiled more enthusiastically.

Kirche: [with interest] "Well, well... Then this is getting interesting. Well, let's join you, Louise!"

Louise looked at Kirche and then at Tabitha, who remained silent.

Louise: [hesitantly] "You too, Tabitha?"

Tabitha approached silently, following Kirche. Louise sighed, knowing she couldn't stop them, and climbed onto the horse.

Louise: [determined] "Fine, let's go. I can't let Peter get into trouble with a noble."

With that, the three girls set off in a hurry, following Peter's trail.

Motte 's imposing mansion , dismounting with a big, satisfied smile. He was thrilled to have successfully accomplished his mission.

Peter: [talking to Derflinger ] "We did it, buddy! Now I just have to deliver this book to the Count and Siesta will be safe."

Derflinger : [curious] "Yes, it was a pretty short mission without much action. But I have to ask, why is that book so important to that count? Could we take a look at it before we hand it over?"

Peter thought for a moment, then decided.

Peter: [calmly] "I guess it wouldn't hurt to take a look. I'm not tempted to keep it, but I'd like to know what's inside."

Peter took out the key that Kirche had given him and prepared to open the book, when suddenly he heard an angry female voice.

Louise: [screaming] "PETER! Stop right now!"

Peter turned around and saw Louise, Kirche, and Tabitha approaching quickly. Louise looked furious, while Kirche had an amused expression, and Tabitha maintained her usual calm demeanor.

Peter: [distressed] "Louise! What are you doing here?"

Louise stopped in front of him, looking at him sternly.

Louise: [angry] "Peter, you don't understand the relationship you have with Siesta! You can't just go around challenging the nobles!"

Peter tried to explain himself quickly.

Peter: [nervous] "Wait, Louise, I just want to help with a nap. I don't mean to cause any trouble."

But Louise didn't seem willing to listen to him.

Louise: [firmly] "I don't care! I don't want you to sully my name by fighting an earl. So don't draw your sword, no matter what!"

Peter pressed his lips together, unsure if he could keep that promise.

At that moment, Kirche intervened, pointing at the book Peter was holding.

Kirche: [curiously] "Hey, Peter... Where did you get that book? I gave it to a guy named Michael Faraday. "

Peter became nervous, looking for a quick excuse.

Peter: [laughing nervously] "Michael Faraday? Oh, yes! Well, it's a long story. You know, he... he's a very busy servant! ...he gave it to me to give to the Count... yes..."

Kirche narrowed her eyes, clearly suspecting that Peter was hiding something from them.

Peter looked at Louise, understanding her concern. In a calm voice, I tried to reassure her.

Peter: [speaking sincerely] "Louise, I know you're worried, but I can't leave a nap in the hands of that count. I've been through similar situations in the past, and I don't want to see a friend hurt again."

Louise looked at him seriously, but Peter continued.

Peter: [determinedly] "I promise I won't draw my sword and I won't fight the earl. I'll do everything I can to not tarnish your name or bring shame to your family. Trust me."

Kirche, who had been watching silently, decided to intervene.

Kirche: [with a mischievous smile] "Well, well. Since Michael Faraday gave you that book, I guess I can trust that he knows what he's doing."

Peter sighed in relief, grateful for Kirche's intervention. Louise, after a moment's thought, finally agreed.

Louise: [with resignation] "Fine, Peter. But Kirche, Tabitha, and I will go with you."

Derflinger , who had been silent, whispered to Peter with concern.

Derflinger : [whispering] "Are you sure it's a good idea to let them come with us?"

Peter: [answering in a low voice] "Relax, it's to give Louise more confidence. Now let's go."

Peter approached the girls and invited them to come into the mansion with him.

When they reached the entrance, Count Motte was already waiting for them. He looked at Peter and then at the three young women accompanying him, with a confused expression.

Count Motte : [in an intrigued tone] "Who are these girls, Peter?"

Kirche and Louise knelt and politely introduced themselves, while Tabitha spoke in her usual calm voice.

Kirche: [in a cordial tone] "It's a pleasure to meet you, Count Motte . I am Kirche von Zerbst , of the Zerbst family ."

Louise: [also in a respectful tone] "And I am Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière ."

Tabitha: [softly] "Tabitha."

The count opened his eyes in surprise upon hearing Kirche's name.

Count Motte : [in amazement] "The daughter of the Zerbst family ? So that book you have is...?"

Kirche: [nodding] "Yes, it's my relative's book."

Peter, somewhat bored with the introductions, interrupted the two.

Peter: blah blah Blah … you know why we're here. Here's the book you asked for." Peter extended the book to the earl. The earl was about to grab it, excited, but Peter pushed him away. " No way…"

Peter: [firmly] "But I don't trust you that much. I want you to keep your end of the bargain and give Siesta back to me."

The count, visibly annoyed by Peter's attitude, responded sternly.

Count Motte : [authoritatively] "A deal's a deal. Bring Siesta."

One of the guards opened the door, and Siesta walked out normally. Seeing Peter, she gave him a grateful smile. Peter smiled back and handed her the book without hesitation.

Count Motte took the book carefully, looking at it in great detail. His eyes shone with excitement as he spoke.

Count Motte : [enthusiastically] "Ah, this beautiful relic! I never imagined it would fall into my hands."

Peter, who was watching with his arms crossed, turned his head slightly to ask Kirche.

Peter: [curiously] "Are you sure this is really a relic, Kirche?"

Kirche, shrugging, responded with disinterest.

Kirche: [indifferently] " Nah , I checked it out, but I'm not really interested."

The count, ignoring the conversation, began to undo the key that kept the book closed. Slowly, he removed the protective cover, and as he opened it, a smile of excitement spread across his face.

Count Motte : [laughing enthusiastically] "This is... I can't believe it! I've never seen a book like this."

Peter, seeing the contents of the book, let out a cry of surprise and horror. His eyes widened, and his expression turned into one of utter astonishment and disgust.

Peter: [loudly] "What the hell?! Is this... a Playboy magazine?"

British Playboy magazine , with the publication date still visible on the cover: 2003 with its 25 price tag, before the UK left the European Union.

Louise, confused, looked at Peter and then at the earl.

Louise: [curiously] "What's a Playboy?"

Peter, not quite knowing how to explain it, remained silent, without taking his eyes off the surprising revelation.

Kirche, for her part, seemed amused by the situation.

Scene: Peter and Kirche question the origin of the book

After the shocking revelation, Peter turned to look at Kirche, with an expression of disbelief.

Peter: [incredulously] "Wait, you said this book was summoned by a wizard, right?"

Kirche, without losing her mischievous smile, nodding.

Kirche: [nonchalantly] "Yeah, that's what my grandfather told me. Some wizard must have summoned it by accident and sold it to him."

Peter was silent for a few seconds, processing the information. There were some pieces that didn't fit into the story.

Peter: [thoughtfully] "A 2003 British Playboy magazine... How could it possibly have been conjured up by magic?"

The revelation of the book's true contents left Peter with more questions than answers. Something didn't add up, and Kirche's story about the book's origin seemed increasingly suspicious. But he'd put that aside, as the most important thing would come back to the academy.

Motte 's mansion , Peter, Siesta, Louise, Kirche, and Tabitha returned to the academy and retired to their respective rooms. Peter and Siesta were left alone in the courtyard.

Siesta, carrying her suitcase, looked at Peter with a grateful expression and bowed.

Siesta: [soft voice] "Thank you so much, Peter. I'm so grateful for everything you've done for me."

Peter answered him with a smile.

Peter: [modestly] "You don't have to thank me, Siesta. I also had help from Louise and Kirche, a little..."

Siesta shook her head, moving a little closer to Peter.

Siesta: [sincerely] "But you did everything you could to rescue me. You're really a great friend."

Peter: Well, I'm Spiderman, that's what I do. I help people.

Then, without warning, Siesta stood on her tiptoes and slightly lifted Peter's mask, placing a soft kiss on his cheek. Then, she walked away with a smile, wishing him goodnight.

Siesta: [in a sweet voice] "Good night, Peter."

Peter stood there, surprised by Siesta's gesture. But then he remembered something and yelled at her.

Peter: [calling Siesta] "Wait, Siesta! I have something for you."

Change of scene …

Peter led Siesta to the academy kitchen. Upon opening the door, Siesta was in for a big surprise. All the cooks, servants, and kitchen staff were there, welcoming her.

Peter: [with a smile] "Surprise, Siesta! We made this for you."

At that moment, Marto, the head chef, pushed a wheeled table carrying a huge cake.

Marto: [proudly] "Welcome back, Siesta! We made this cake especially for you."

Siesta looked around, her eyes brimming with tears of happiness. Everyone present gave her warm smiles and applause.

Siesta: [in an excited voice] "I... don't know what to say. Thank you all so much!"

Peter approached Siesta, placing a hand on her shoulder.

Peter: [gently] "This is the least we could do for you, Siesta. You're an important part of this family."

Siesta looked at Peter, smiling with deep gratitude. At that moment, she knew she had found a true friend in him.

Inside the kitchen, all the cooks, servants, and staff were gathered together, celebrating Siesta's return. Peter joined the party, enjoying the delicious cake they had specially prepared for the occasion.

Marteau , the head chef, walked over to Peter and patted him on the back, a big smile on his face.

Marteau : [enthusiastically] "Thanks for bringing Siesta back, Peter! It really goes to show that commoners are not to be underestimated by those nobles. You're a true red knight!"

Peter irritatingly accepts the nickname with pride.

Peter: [with a smile] "Well, if that's the nickname that fits me, then I gladly accept it. I am the Red Knight, the guardian and protector of the commoners!"

Everyone present burst into laughter and cheers, shouting Peter's new nickname with excitement.

world. Back then, at a Christmas party, all the superheroes, from the Avengers to the X- Men and Inhumans, had gathered. But at the time, he had stood back, watching the scene from afar, feeling a little out of place. Not having been invited

However, at this moment, Peter felt fully accepted and valued by this group of servants and cooks. They were simple people, but they appreciated him and recognized him as one of their own. This experience filled his heart with joy and made him feel like he had finally found a place where he belonged.

As he enjoyed the celebration, Peter couldn't help but reflect on the differences between this world and his own.

In his world, despite being a renowned superhero, he sometimes felt alone and misunderstood. Even in moments of celebration and reunion with other heroes, he couldn't fully fit in.

But here, in this magical world, where he was considered a "commoner," he had found a sense of belonging and acceptance that was comforting. These servants and cooks valued him for who he was, regardless of his status or abilities.

Peter was incredibly happy, feeling that perhaps this world offered him the chance to find a home and a family who would truly appreciate him. Something he had always longed for in his own world.

During the celebration in the kitchen, Peter couldn't help but glance at Siesta. She looked back at him, and they exchanged a genuine smile. Even though Peter was wearing his mask, the movement of his lips betrayed his happy expression.

Siesta seemed radiant, surrounded by all the servants and cooks who welcomed her warmly. Peter was pleased to have been able to help her and bring her back safe and sound.

Change of scene…

After the party, Peter headed to the stables, where he knew he would find Louise brushing her horse.

As he approached, Peter tried to talk to her, seeking to apologize for his actions.

Peter: [in a conciliatory tone] "Louise, I..."

But Louise interrupted him, her voice firm.

Louise: [sternly] "What you did was stupid, Peter. I still don't understand what kind of relationship you have with Siesta."

Peter sighs and looks up at the sky, seeing the radiant and spectacular two moons before answering.

Peter: [calmly] "Siesta is my first friend in this world. She helped me when I arrived here."

Louise looked at him seriously, then rephrased her question.

Louise: [inquisitively] "Are you in love with her?"

Peter shook his head immediately.

Peter: [confidently] "No, I'm not in love with Siesta. Besides, who would attract me to me…"

Peter said that last bit a bit sadly, but it passed quickly when he turned to look at Louise. Peter laughed a little and asked Louise something mockingly, "Is the girl jealous again?"

Peter couldn't help but let out a small laugh, but... his gesture was answered with a kick in the groin from Louise.

Louise: [angrily] "How dare you insinuate that I'm jealous of a commoner like you?"

Peter writhed in pain on the floor, but managed to get up with difficulty.

Peter: [angry tone] "Hey, I was just joking! That kick wasn't necessary!"

Louise looked at him with disdain and walked away, leaving Peter hurt and confused by her reaction. He walked after Louise.

Louise had given him , Peter followed her through the halls of the academy.

Louise, still angry, turned to Peter.

Louise: [in an irritated tone] "Since you disobeyed and challenged a noble, you will have to receive a punishment."

Peter, anticipating the worst, tried to reason with her.

Peter: [pleadingly] " Whips ? That won't work on me, I can easily avoid them!"

Derflinger , Peter's sword, chimed in mockingly.

Derflinger : [humorously] "My, my, weren't they the best brothers?"

Peter, playing along, shouted at his sword.

Peter: [sarcastically] "That's what I want most, to be brothers so I can bother Louise without any problem !"

Louise, also angry, responded to the provocation.

Louise: [angrily] "Well, I wish we were siblings too, so I could yell at you and ruin your days every day!"

Peter and Louise continued shouting and insulting each other as they walked through the hallways, reaching the third floor, where Louise's room was located.

Their screams were so loud that they could be heard from all four floors of the academy.

The other students, fed up with the noise, covered their ears with pillows, trying in vain to block out the deafening screams.

Student 1: [in frustration] "Shut up already!"

Student 2: [covering his ears] "I can't even sleep with all this noise!"

The argument between Peter and Louise seemed to have no end, and the poor students would have to endure their screams for a while longer.

Peter, tired of Louise's constant hostility, decided to confront her directly.

Peter: [seriously] "Ever since I came into this world, you've never treated me right. You never feed me properly, you always insult me, and now you've broken the oath we made to stop mistreating each other. Don't you realize that I'm your familiar, a powerful being you summoned?"

Peter paused, his voice reflecting the frustration that had built up.

Peter: [sadly] "What hurts me the most is that, even though I told you my brutal origin story, you still do n't value me. Why do you treat me so badly if I am your guardian and your protector?"

Louise, surprised by Peter's sincerity, responded in a more thoughtful tone.

Louise: [honestly] "It's true that I dislike that my familiar is so rude and disrespectful. But I also recognize that you are truly strong and powerful, something I've never achieved with my magic."

Louise paused, looking down.

Louise: [in frustration] "Maybe that's why I treat you badly, because I'm insecure about my own ability as a magician. But that doesn't excuse your behavior."

Confrontation and possible reconciliation

Peter, hearing Louise's words, was shocked. He understood that his partner had insecurities, but that didn't excuse the way she had treated him.

Peter: [firmly] "Since when did I not respect you, I've done everything possible to be nice to you. You're the one who's been rude to me!"

The argument between Peter and Louise seemed far from resolved, but perhaps this moment of sincerity would allow them to reach an understanding.

Louise, angry, shouted at Peter.

Louise: [in an accused tone] "You really haven't respected me! Have you forgotten the first time you disobeyed me when I summoned you? You ran away!"

Peter, trying to defend himself, explained his perspective.

Peter: [calmly] "That first time was understandable, Louise. I was summoned suddenly, without warning. I was scared and defensive, how did you expect me to react?"

Louise didn't stop there, listing the other times Peter had disobeyed her.

Louise: [angrily] "And what about the second time, when you accepted Guiche's challenge even though I told you not to?"

Peter justified himself again.

Peter: [logically] "Well, in that case, Guiche was the one who started it. I was just defending myself."

Louise kept pushing.

Louise: [screaming] "And the third time, when you didn't do the laundry like I told you to!"

Peter responded with a reasonable explanation.

Peter: [calmly] "You always sent me to do laundry at night, Louise. It's too cold at that time!"

Finally, Louise mentioned the last time Peter had disobeyed her.

Motte 's property and got into a fight with him!"

Peter defended himself once again.

Peter: [firmly] "That was for a good cause, Louise. I was helping with a nap."

Louise, upon hearing Siesta's name, couldn't contain herself any longer.

Louise: [screaming] "Stop mentioning Siesta!"

Peter, undeterred, answered him.

Peter: [with determination] "I won't do it, if that bothers you."

The argument between Peter and Louise seemed far from resolved, with both defending their positions and justifying their actions.

Louise, visibly angered by Peter's constant mentions of Siesta, exploded.

Louise: [screaming] "If you love Siesta so much, why don't you sleep with her and show her your love?! Go to hell, you and her!"

Peter, surprised by Louise's aggressiveness, responded firmly.

Peter: [disgusted] "Is that what you want? Well then, I'll sleep with Siesta. I bet she's nicer and more caring than you!"

Louise, without losing momentum, counterattacked.

Louise: [sarcastically] "I bet she'll give you goodnight kisses, like a mother!"

Peter, feeling hurt by the comment, responded.

Peter: [sadly] "That's what I'd like to receive, a little affection, something you haven't given me."

Louise, without stopping, continued attacking.

Louise: [screaming] "I bet she'll give you better food than I will!"

Peter, without losing his composure, answered him.

Peter: [sarcastically] "Of course, she'll be a better mother than you."

Finally, Peter made a series of kissing sounds, further provoking Louise's anger.

Louise: [screaming] "Get out of my room, now!"

Peter, with a mocking smile , replied .

Peter: [sarcastically] "Guess where I am!".

And with that, Peter left the room, slamming the door shut.

After the intense argument with Peter, Louise covered herself completely with the blanket on her bed, hiding her face. Little by little, sobs began to escape her lips.

Louise: [in tears] "I always fail... I can never do anything right... I'm a useless person who can't control magic... I failed... I failed with my familiar..."

Louise repeated these harsh words to herself, battering her own self-esteem. Tears flowed uncontrollably as she blamed herself for her constant failures.

Just as Peter was about to leave the room, he heard Louise's wailing from the other side of the door. He stopped in his tracks, moving closer to hear better.

He could hear the pain and frustration in Louise's voice as she insulted herself and complained about not being able to master magic and humiliation.

Peter, who had been arguing heatedly with her moments before, felt a pang of guilt upon hearing his companion's suffering.

Peter feels guilty

Standing in front of the door, Peter remained silent, listening to Louise's heartbreaking sobs. Little by little, he began to feel remorse for the way things had ended.

Perhaps he had been too forward in his comments, causing Louise to collapse like that. Now, Peter wondered if his actions had contributed to making the situation worse.

With a lump in his throat, Peter stood there, wondering what he could do to help Louise and mend things between them.

As Peter stood silently listening to Louise's heart-rending sobs, his sword Derflinger decided to intervene.

Derflinger : [seriously] "Well, well, it seems the argument between you two has gotten out of hand. Can't you see you've hurt her, kid?"

Peter didn't respond, he just stood there, reflecting on what had happened.

Peter decides to go in and comfort Louise.

After a few minutes of silence, Peter sighs and said:

Peter: [with resignation] "Yes, she started it, but I'll apologize."

Slowly, Peter opened the door and looked at Louise, who was lying down. Peter approached Louise, who was still covered by the blanket.

Peter: [gently] "Louise, are you okay?"

Louise, hearing Peter's voice, shouted at him.

Louise: [angrily] "Get out of here!"

But Peter, undeterred, stepped closer and patted him on the shoulder.

Peter: [determined] "Please let me help you.

Louise: [still sobbing] "I don't want a commoner to help me."

Peter: "I know you don't want a commoner like me to help you, but I want to."

Louise was silent for a few moments, until finally Peter sat on the edge of the bed.

Peter: [empathically] "Tell me everything, Louise. Now that I've told you my story, it's only fair that you tell me yours."

Louise, after a brief silence, began to open up and share her own struggles and frustrations with Peter.

After Peter's insistence, Louise finally decided to open up and tell him everything.

Louise: [sadly] "I'm the daughter of two sisters, and I'm the only one who can't handle magic well. My parents have done their best to ensure that I'm not an embarrassment to the Blanc de la Vallière family . They are very obsessed with greatness."

Peter, listening attentively, responded with empathy.

Peter: [sarcastically] "Typical of nobles, huh?"

Louise listened and continued.

Tristain Magic Academy , so I'd stop being useless and an embarrassment to my family. But I haven't been welcomed here either. My classmates also look down on me when I fail at using magic. When I try to create a combination, it explodes! When I recite an incantation, it explodes! Even when I summoned you, it explodes!"

Peter, listening attentively, answered him with understanding.

Peter: [enthusiastically] "But Louise, that doesn't make you useless! Explosions are super cool!"

Peter comforts Louise

Peter approached Louise and said:

Peter: [with a smile] "I've seen you fall a ton of times when you fail, but I'm always amazed that you still get back up. When we're in tough times, we always find a way to get back up."

Then Peter hugged Louise, who felt uncomfortable and confused.

Louise: [with disgust] "What are you doing?"

Peter, without listening to her, replied.

Peter: "a treatment of compassion and physical comfort."

Louise. [with disgust] "That doesn't help me…"

Peter: [consolingly] "Everything will be okay, now... now..."

As he said this, he patted Louise on the head.

Louise, surprised by Peter's hug and pats, pushed him away and got out of bed.

Louise: [irritated] "Even though you're a jerk and act like a jerk to others, you've helped me a little. Thank you."

Peter, accepting the thanks, replied.

Peter: [sincerely] "Of course, that's why I'm here as your guardian familiar. I feel it's no coincidence that you were summoned, since we have similar problems, even though our lives are different."

Louise, without looking at Peter, said:

Louise: [thoughtfully] "Maybe you're right, maybe we do have similar problems."

Louise decides to punish Peter

Peter, feeling tenderness towards Louise, asked her in a loving and playful manner.

Peter: [with a mischievous smile] "Hey, can I have a goodnight kiss?"

Louise, disgusted and angry, stared at him.

Peter, seeing Louise's reaction, apologized.

Peter: [regretfully] "I'm sorry, I'm sorry."

Louise, looking away from Peter, gave him a mischievous smile.

Louise: [with satisfaction] "Thank you for helping me and motivating me. Now, as punishment for your fight with the Count, you will go without food for a week."

Peter, surprised, answered him.

Peter: [desperately] "What? Why are you being like this to me?"

Louise, mercilessly, increased the punishment.

Louise: [firmly] "Two weeks."

Peter, somewhat angry, tried to reason with her.

Peter: [begging] "But I didn't do anything. Please don't take my food away! It's my only source of nourishment."

Finally, Louise sentenced him.

Louise: [authoritatively] "Four weeks."

Peter, resigned, jumped into his web hammock and whispered.

Peter: [in frustration] "This girl can't be reasoned with."

The two finally sorted out the situation somewhat.

Change of scene…

In a different mansion, a hooded figure with green hair emerged, leaping toward the building's roof. Once there, the mysterious woman stood up and began to glow.

Using his earthbending magic, he soundlessly pierced the ceiling, turning it into earth. Inside, there was an open chest, with nothing inside.

She had just stolen the diamonds and money from the mansion.

Fouquet , the thief of the crumbling earth

Once outside, the woman positioned herself at the top of a tower, observing the horizon while holding the stolen jewels.

Fouquet : [with satisfaction] "My organization has raised more money... it will definitely be stolen."

Saying these words, he revealed his identity:

Fouquet , the thief of the crumbling earth

She is a mage who masters the element of earth, using her magic to pierce and collapse structures without a trace.

Change of scene …

Back at the academy the next morning In the morning, Peter found himself training with his peter sword , using his holographic project to guide him through the movements and steps to follow.

Peter: [frustrated] "I have to practice all day... God! What a pain in the ass! Why does it have to be tomorrow? I don't have time to rest! Besides the trouble I had yesterday saving a nap from that disgusting old man."

Derflinger : [wisely] "But at least you did what was right, Peter."

Peter sighs at his sword's words, putting aside the incident with Siesta to focus on sword training, preparing for the day of nothing.

While Peter was training, Louise arrived and interrupted him.

Louise: [authoritatively] "Peter, you must come with me to my room. It's time for your education in being formal and gentlemanly."

Peter, somewhat tired, sighed.

Peter: [resigned] "I guess I have no choice."

So Peter followed Louise to her room, putting his training aside for the moment.

Post-credits scene…

(universe. number 12345),

In another universe, far from Peter's home, we find ourselves in Avengers Tower. SHIELD officers and scientists were analyzing and scanning the crime scene, leaving nothing unturned: the plates, the cake, and the party table.

Tony Stark, visibly incredulous, surprised and worried, watched the security cameras alongside the officers, showing what had happened.

Cameras captured the moment when Peter, Spider-Man, began to float and glow green, then suddenly disappeared.

The Avengers assemble

While SHIELD officers investigated Peter's disappearance, the Avengers found themselves gathered in another room, discussing what had happened.

Captain America: [concerned] "How could Spider-Man have just vanished in the middle of our homecoming party?"

Thor: [gravely] "This is the work of powerful magic, my friends. We must find our companion and bring him back safely."

Black Widow: [cautiously] "We need to fully investigate what happened. Something or someone has taken him from this universe."

The Avengers looked at each other, worried by the sudden and mysterious disappearance of Peter, the Spider-Man of their universe.

As the atmosphere in the room grew tense, an unexpected burst of laughter broke the silence. All the Avengers immediately turned around, surprised by the presence of Deadpool , who was laughing at the situation, accompanied by Miles Morales , Ben Reilly and Spider-Gwen .

Deadpool : [scoffing] "Ha ha ha! Really? How touching! The great and powerful Avengers are now worrying about our little friend Peter Parker! "

The Avengers looked at him irritably, but Deadpool , not caring, walked towards them with his typical defiant attitude.

Deadpool faces the Avengers

Deadpool : [blatantly pointing at them] "When did you all become such hypocrites? Come on, admit it ! You guys never gave him the respect he deserved. And now? Just because he magically disappeared at this stupid homecoming party, you're worried about him?"

Iron Man tried to calm him down, but Deadpool walked right up to him.

Deadpool : [sarcastically] "And you, Stark? Peter always hated you. You want to know why? Because you never shared the same ideals. You always tried to turn him into something he didn't want to be. Remember that?"

Deadpool then turned to Captain America, pointing his finger at him.

Deadpool : [accusing] "And you, Captain America? Remember when the Punisher tried to shoot you, but Peter protected you ? He saved your life, but instead of thanking him, you left him lying there, dying. You didn't even show a little gratitude!"

Deadpool finally approached Thor, looking him up and down with a mocking smile.

Deadpool : [defiant] "And you, Lord of Thunder? You never respected Peter because he was a pacifist, because he didn't share your way of solving problems with your giant hammer. Why do you care so much about him now? Is it because he disappeared and you want to clear your conscience?"

The Avengers' response

The Avengers fell silent, knowing that Deadpool 's words held some truth. Finally, Tony Stark spoke.

Iron Man: [seriously] "Maybe you're right, Wade. Maybe we didn't value him as much as we should have at first. But seeing the progress he's made, the things he's accomplished, and how he's improved as a hero, we value him now. That's why we had this welcoming party, to recognize him as an Avenger."

Deadpool , without losing his style, shrugged.

Deadpool : [sarcastically] "Oh, how touching! Peter Parker, the Avenger... But you know what? Even though he's made progress, you guys turned him into someone he never wanted to be. You think Peter liked the idea of playing by your rules? Come on! That kid's always been a lone wolf!"

The reaction of the other Spider-People

As Deadpool spoke, Miles Morales, Ben Reilly, and Spider-Gwen watched silently. Finally, Miles stepped forward.

Miles Morales: [firmly] " Deadpool is right about one thing. Peter never wanted to be like you guys. But he also knew how to work as a team when necessary. I think, despite their differences, he did respect you... even if he never said so."

Spider-Gwen: [seriously] "What matters now is finding him. There's no point in arguing about who was right. Peter is out there somewhere, and he needs us."

Ben Reilly, arms crossed, intervened.

Ben Reilly: [determined] "If we work together, maybe we can bring him back. But we need to put aside our differences and focus on what's important."

Deadpool began to laugh slightly, so that everyone could hear him, while muttering something strange to himself.

Deadpool : [excited] "Oh, finally! I'm in this fanfic ! I've been waiting for this for so long!"

The others in the room—the Avengers, Miles, Ben Reilly, and Gwen—looked at him with a mixture of confusion and concern.

Spider-Gwen: [frowning] "What the hell are you talking about?"

Deadpool : [shrugging] "That doesn't matter. This is what matters..." [pointing to the SHIELD agents still investigating the scene] "Really? You're just going to keep wasting your time investigating this birthday party like it's a CSI case? It's OBVIOUS this is about magic, guys!"

He paused dramatically, then, with exaggerated abandon, struck a ridiculously heroic pose, raising one finger in the air as if he had just discovered the answer to the greatest mystery in the universe.

Deadpool : [screaming] "We know someone who can help us with this case!"

Deadpool 's attitude , understood who he was referring to. They all nodded, knowing exactly who he was talking about.

Miles Morales, however, was visibly excited... but confused.

Miles Morales: [excitedly] "Oh yeah! Yeah, of course we know that person! Hoo yeah, of course!" [pause] " Uhh ... Who do we know?" [nervously muttering] "Can someone remind me who that is?"

An awkward silence filled the room. Everyone, from Iron Man to Thor, Ben Reilly to Spider-Gwen, turned to Miles, sighing irritably.

Spider-Gwen: [crossing her arms] "Really, Miles...? You really don't know who he's talking about?"

Miles Morales: [embarrassed] "Well... no, but it sounded super exciting, okay?"

Deadpool , the showman

Deadpool , of course, didn't miss the opportunity to poke fun at the situation. He slowly approached Miles, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Deadpool : [dramatically] "Miles, kid, you disappoint me. How can you call yourself Spider-Man and not know this? It's like Batman forgetting who the Joker is... essential, dude! But don't worry, Uncle Deadpool is here to illuminate your dark ignorance."

Miles Morales: [annoyed] "Are you going to say it already or are you just here to give a pointless speech?"

Deadpool : [exaggerated and theatrical] "Calm down, young padawan . The person we need to solve this magical case is none other than... Doctor Strange!"

Everyone reacts (except Miles)

Iron Man: [nodding] "Sure, that makes sense. If this is magic-related, Stephen is our best bet."

Captain America: [ dedicatedly ] "We must contact him immediately."

Thor: [confident] "The Sorcerer Supreme is a reliable ally, if a bit arrogant. But if this has traces of magic, he'll know it."

Spider-Gwen: [to Miles] "See? It was obvious."

Miles Morales: [confused] "Doctor Strange? Who's that? Is he like a wizard or something?"

Once again, everyone turned to Miles, sighing even louder than before.

Deadpool : [laughing out loud] "Oh, boy, you're the spark of this group! Never change, Miles, never change."

Iron Man took the lead at that moment, ignoring Deadpool 's attitude .

Iron Man: [serious] "It's decided. We're going to find Doctor Strange. If anyone can track Peter across dimensions, it's him."

Deadpool : [slowly clapping] "Brilliant, Stark! Look at the way you make decisions like you're the leader of this group! But just so we're clear... if we end up in a dimension full of magical unicorns and princesses, that's the place for me!"

Captain America: [annoyed] "Can you ever take this seriously?"

Deadpool : [laughing] "And lose my charm? No, thanks."

As the Avengers and Spider-People began planning their next move to contact Doctor Strange, Deadpool stood back, muttering to himself, clearly breaking the fourth wall once again.

Deadpool : [whispering] "Oh, this is getting good! What's next? An epic interdimensional battle ? A crossover bigger than Endgame ? Oh, I love fan fiction !"
