Experiment #52987125-A62 (Potential Shield World Anomaly)
Within a large spaceship, two individuals were currently engaging in a most scientific debate over the most unexpected anomaly in a space area reportedly meant to house no known planet. Sitting by her chair, the genius owning purple eyes was unable to peel her gaze away from the absurdity that had taken her full attention and yet failed to give her something to grab onto.
"You are sure determined to crack the case, Madame."
"Of course I am, I have so many questions and so little clue to the answers - what a daring mystery!"
The robotic fellow standing beside her looked immensely puzzled, yet he was aware that the Madame was unique in her own ways. Especially when it came to 'mysteries' such as this one. And the synthetic genius beside the 'witch' could only hum in contemplation as he too failed to have a positive clue to work a thesis over.
The nebulas before them looked natural enough, yet the scanners hadn't lied - the technology was tuned to perfection, to the point where flaws were nigh-impossible to achieve and, by their own calculations, it was even more possible they truly found something noteworthy.
It wouldn't be the first time they both had to look into a potential shield world, some sort of 'experiment' hidden away from known society, ranging from the usual mad genius activity worthy of fellow geniuses to the potential birth of a new Aeon. Having long ignored a few similar cases on behalf of the IPC, the young woman refused to let this precious opportunity go to waste once more.
Like hell she was missing the chance to sink her teeth on something interesting and be cast back to boredom and redundancy.
With a quick sway of her terminals, a capsule was prepared and a single drone was prepared to break through what she could tell was a rather sturdy barrier that perfectly mirrored a stellar 'nothing'.
A first barrage against it had seen little result, but it made it clear to the two that something lurked deep behind that cover. And the greatest Genius refused to let this matter go unturned properly.
Having prepared her 'hard-impact capsule' for her brave and possibly suicidal drone, she made sure that all the numbers checked out and, as if without an afterthought, she allowed the drone to go.
A silent noise came as the lone gray capsule soared across space, and then slammed through the barrier. There was resistance, the capsule was clearly getting worked up a bit but, as anything made to withstand the worst kind of madness in the known galaxies, the capsule eventually broke through and... the 'sky' fixed itself back up. But not before some hyper-precise cameras didn't get a shot of what appeared to be a... planet.
Yes, the 'witch' smiled, they had something now to work with and, perhaps, this was all less worrisome than some of their theories.
After all, as believers of the Erudition, it is always difficult to take care of something as cumbersome as an Emanator for the Elation. Even worse if there were two of those around.

So, I am a bit burnout for the day and I don't wish to delay an update since I want to keep up a coherent update schedule. That being said, I am dropping some relevant pieces of information about how big of a verse we are dealing with. And that there are some consequences behind Sampo's little presence (and Sparkle's own awakening not helping in the process).
