When the darkness consumed the USJ, Katsuki immediately reached out for Cami, only to feel them torn apart; he felt something grab him around the waist. It was cold and damp before it released him, and then there was the sensation of falling. As his vision returned to him, he was high above a city of fire, having just emerged from a portal that snapped shut behind him. He scanned the skies and saw a pair of gloves and boots falling through the sky, and Mezo as well.
Katsuki saw Mezo sprout multiple arms, and they flared out; there was webbing in between them; it caught the wind and slowed his classmates' descent at the very least.
Katsuki fired off his quirk and pushed himself toward Toru; it was a maneuver he had been practicing with Endeavor; he couldn't fly, but he had learned how to propel himself around and control a fall with his quirk. "Toru!" Katsuki yelled.
"HELP!" Toru screamed.
"I am going to get you," Katsuki said as he fired off his quirk and came within arm's length of Toru; he saw the gloved hand desperately reaching for him, a quick burst, and she grabbed his forearm; the ground was coming up fast. As Toru clung to him, they began to spin. "Get to my back, or we both are going to die!"
Toru did her best to do so and to not vomit, once Katsuki felt her arms wrap around his neck, he braced his shoulders and fired off the biggest blast he could to halt their momentum. Falling to your death is a great way to work up a sweat, but not something Katsuki wants to do regularly. The landing was rough, but he felt Toru leap from his back just before impact and tumble as she hit the ground to lessen her damage and his so she didn't crash down on him.
Katsuki spun and saw Mezo; Mezo hit the ground and tumbled, crashing into a burnt-out husk of a car.
"Oh, look at the fresh meat!" a woman's voice sang.
Katsuki whirled to see a gaunt woman dressed in rags. Her skin was clinging to her bones, but her face was a burnt husk of a skull, and her eyes were these burning embers.
"You chose the wrong person, skull head," Katsuki growled. Suddenly, from the woman's eyes, blasts of fire exploded. He would have been in trouble if it hadn't been for Katsuki's training with Endeavor. The blast was fast, but not as fast as Endeavor's. Katsuki jumped to the side and fired off an explosion; the woman was not in range as he hadn't rebuilt his sweat, but with the heat of the zone and the blast, that would not be a problem for long.
They have no idea what our quirks are, Katsuki having our rescue training attacked would have been better, nor being separated, but dropping me here was the best thing they could have done. I need to get out of her and get back to Izuku, if Azrael is here then something bad is going to happen. That asshole never shows up to give good news.
Skull jumped back from Katsuki's attack on impulse; Mezo had scrambled to his feet ignoring the pain of the fall, and rushed to take the woman down, when suddenly a bull made of fire came tearing out of the flames and slamming into him sending him sprawling. The creature's fire singed his skin and costume, but it could have been much worse. It had exploded upon impact, engulfing him in flames.
Toru was about to attack the woman when the bull attack made her pause, she whirled towards where the bull had come from and a saw small dwarfish man, bald with a bare chest and black pants. Her attention was distracted. She almost didn't see the attack coming, she caught a glint of silver out of the corner of her eye and dove away as a gleaming silver spear pieced the ground where she had just been standing. The spear then disappeared in a silvery dust cloud.
"Damn, I missed," said Toru's attacker; she looked and saw a tall blond man wearing a white toga that came down to his knees; he was well-muscled and would have been considered handsome if he hadn't just tried to kill her. He had a classic appeal to him, with piercing blue eyes and a chiseled jawline. "I wonder what kind of toy runs into a fight in a pair of gloves and boots; I hope it is something sweet!" The way he licked his lips removed all sense of appeal as it sent a shudder down Toru's spine; she had been thankful for the body suit before, but even more so now.
"The kind that is going to kick your toga-wearing ass so hard you will regret coming to our school and raising a ruckus!" Toru said.
"Oh, a foul mouth, young lady, I would prefer a nubile young man, but beggars can't be choosers," the man said, hugging himself, "You may worship me as Ares! I will be your god today! Come and embrace divinity!"
Skull recovered as Katsuki rushed to close the distance, and she fired off another blast aimed towards Katsuki's feet. He had to leap; seeing the woman smirk was an image that Katsuki would not soon forget. She fired another blast while he was airborne. He fired his quirk to the side, barely managing to push himself out of the way, but it sent him tumbling. As he got to his feet, he didn't see the flock of shrapnel till it was nearly too late. He managed to dodge some of it, but the jagged pieces of metal tore across him, opening up several wounds. Then Skull attacked again, while he was vulnerable, he got his arms up to block the hit, but it sent him flying back he could feel the burn on his upper arm where there was no protection. He hissed and kept his focus as the shrapnel came looking back like some sick flock of birds.
Katsuki raised one arm towards the flock and one towards Skull and he let loose his quirk. The flock of shrapnel mostly disintegrated in the massive explosion. Still, some pieces broke around and stuck true, driving into his flesh. Skull thought they were out of his range from the first attack that Katsuki had fired, so they didn't jump back; instead, they moved to the side some to try and line up a shot, but Katsuki's explosion was much larger than before. It struck Skull and sent her flying back through the air, and she crashed into a burning car, her clothing catching fire. The two massive explosions jarred Katsuki's shoulders; he felt his left shoulder wrench, a sudden flood of heat as numbness raced down his arm.
The bigger problem was the shrapnel that had collided with him; he was stabbed in the gut, arm, and even in the chest. Katsuki fell to one knee, trying to ascertain the damage while scanning for his !
Toru tore off her gloves and rushed towards Ares; the man smirked, raising his hand casually above his head as another spear formed and raced towards Toru. She dove to slip past it; she wished there was a way to remove her boots as she ran, but the speed of Ares's attacks would make such an attempt very unwise. She thought she was going to be able to close the distance when two more spears appeared above him and launched. She slipped past one, but the second one she couldn't wholly avoid as it tore into her side, leaving a large gash. Toru's blood spilled onto the ground as she stumbled; another spear was racing towards her. She dove forward, rolled, and came up at Are's feet.
"Exactly where you belong," Ares sneered.
Today would be a day to remember; Toru understood that even without a villain attack. Now, coupled with that fact, if they survived, that was even doubly more so. What Toru was not happy about having to remember about today was as she came up to his feet, she caught a look at Ares's toga, and what wasn't' there made her want to vomit. Instead, Toru was not about to let seeing his junk stop her today.
Toru, not stopping her momentum, brought her legs under her, pushing off a; she delivered a thunderous jumping uppercut straight to his unguarded and exposed genitals. Ares, of course, grabbed at his crotch and fell to the side. Toru hit the ground, spun on her heel, and landed a kick across his face, sending blood and maybe a tooth flying. She stumbled, grabbing at her side where she had been cut; she tried to turn and continue her attack when a spear pierced her gut, sending her stumbling back. Toru went to grab the spear, only for it to turn to dust; she fell on her hands and knees while one hand was at her gut, trying to stop the blood from pouring out like a fountain.
The Fire Bull turned and rushed at Mezo yet again, Mezo had one of his extra appendages from an eye and keep look out for the bull's Controller. He grabbed the fire bull by the horns, hearing his flesh sizzle; with extra arms, he slid back, twisted with all his might, and sent the bull tumbling towards the Controller. Mezo bit back the pain as he could feel the skin on his hands bubbling. He knew that they would heal thanks to them being his created appendages, but he still felt pain. The bull dissipated into a burst of flames as the controller dove away.
Mezo pushed off and rushed the Controller; just as he was about to tackle the man to the ground, fire cats came leaping out and dove onto him. The feeling of his flesh being burned as they cut into him with their claws was one that he would not soon forget. In a desperate attempt, he dove and tackled the Controller to the ground, catching the dwarfish man in his arms. They tumbled along the ground, some of the fire cats lost their forms, and both of them were caught in the flames. Both of their screams filled the air as Mezo's extra limbs grabbed at the remaining ones and tore them away. Mezo's eyes watered at the pain; he grabbed the Controller by the head and began to slam the man's head off the ground. The last Fire cat was thrown free as the man went limp; Mezo fell over and rolled to try and douse the flames on his suit; it was fire resistant, not fireproof.
As he rolled, he looked over the battlefield and saw what he guessed was Toru, blood pouring from her gut; he stumbled as he got to his feet. Pain racking his body, he tried desperately to move and save his classmate, only to stumble and fall to the ground.
Katsuki had never been stabbed before; now, he understood when Izuku gave it a zero out of ten that night when he saved Hitoshi. He saw more pieces of shrapnel come out from around a corner, joining the ones that had survived his attack. He saw an older man peeking out; one eye was closed, but the other was open, three times the size of a normal eye. He was hunched over, and on his back was a wicker basket with more pieces of shrapnel sticking out. He cackled as the flock came at Katsuki once again. Katsuki waited and rolled back at the last minute, firing off a close-range blast hoping to consume the flock; as his blood hit the ground from the numerous wounds, he came to rest on one knee. Raising his arm, he struggled to get his other arm to cooperate as Katsuki grabbed the pin on his bracer.
The old man ducked back behind the building, "Not going to save you," Katsuki fired his quirk. The massive explosion tore loose; it hit the corner of the building and blew it away. Katsuki couldn't hear the man scream, but he saw the shrapnel flock fall to the ground.
Katsuki tried to raise his other arm but couldn't; he grabbed it with his good arm, lifted it, and rested it on his knee. Ares stumbled to his feet, holding his bloody mouth, three lances formed over his head. "Sorry, kids, you don't get to be heroes," Ares laughed; two spears turned and faced Katsuki and Mezo.
I have never even been kissed, Toru screamed mentally. Suddenly, she felt something hit her back; her entire body was bathed in black fire, then it turned white; her strength surged, and her wounds healed; she speared Ares in the gut, sending him down. Ares sent the spears flying towards the boys, but they had also been healed. Katsuki and Mezo dodged as Toru kneed Ares in the genitals again. Mezo razed forward, landing a running punt kick that broke Ares's jaw and orbital socket as the villain fell unconscious.
Katsuki looked around and saw torrents of black and green fire erupt around the USJ. "Izuku," he whispered.
Flood Zone
As Ibarra emerged from the darkness, she plummeted towards a vast body of water. She scanned around her and saw Tsu, Ochaco, and Koji in the same predicament. Her quirk headed her call as it lashed out, grabbing her classmates and pulling them together. Ibarra didn't even have to say anything to Ochaco, who immediately negated their gravity. She used her quirk again to reach out and lash onto the boat's railing floating in the middle of the water and yanked them towards the deck as various villains emerged from the water's surface, yelling taunts at the group.
Suddenly, from the water came a man with a strange fish-like head with black spikes; they fired off toward the group. Ibarra had to react quickly, moving them out of the way. In the process of doing so, she couldn't respond to the villains who emerged from the cabin on the ship, more importantly to the young man dressed in a green body suit with hazmat warnings emblazoned. He grabbed her vine, which suddenly turned black and began to wither; it raced up the vine. Ibarra could feel this pull as it got closer as if her energy was being pulled along with it.
She pulled a knife from her belt and cut the vine before it got too close to them. Tsu saw the water level shift as a massive hand bursting out floating. They could do nothing as the hand grabbed them and yanked them down into the water. All they could do was take a deep breath.
The hand released them as they plunged into the depths, and villains descended upon them in mass. Ochaco spun and could barely dodge past a man with grey skin, wearing tight blue swim shorts with razor-sharp fins on his arms. Unfortunately, she didn't dodge the villain's attack completely as it cut her suit, drawing some blood. Two minor villains who looked like demented children with Pirahna quirks came at her. She managed to get her arm away from one, but the other bit her leg and began to tear through her muscles. Ochaco yelled, trying to hammer on the villain, but it wasn't doing much. She got her hands on the sides of the villain's head to try and stop the sawing attack; she closed her eyes for a second and dug her fingers into its eyes in a desperate attempt to make it stop. The thing released its bite and retreated blindly. Ochaco turned as its partner was about to feast on her shoulder, but Ibarra's vines suddenly grabbed it. The thorny vines landed in the thing's mouth as it was yanked back like a horse on a bit.
Koji turned as this massive jaw came at him, got his hands up, and grabbed the shark villain with the snout, which pushed him away from the group, trying to shake him free so it could tear into him. It was a long shot, but Koji activated his quirk, trying to muddle the villain's senses; it seemed to work for a moment, but that was all Koji needed as he could push himself up and over the attack. He tumbled in the water as the villain raced past him; he didn't have a chance to dodge the second villain attack. As a spear from a spear gun shot into and out the other side of his leg. He did his best to hold in his scream. The villain was dressed in a scuba suit, but from his head, their hair looked like seaweed, and there were no oxygen tanks.
Tsu swerved past the hammerhead attack, deftly maneuvered past and by the tentacles of the Octopus-armed villain as she delivered a stunning punch to the villain's head, sending him back. With a kick of her powerful legs, Tsu was on the villain before he could recover; she noticed this villain had an oxygen tank, so they couldn't breathe underwater. The villain recovered as she collided with him; they used their tentacles to grab and try to tear her loose. Tsu held on as she grabbed at the hoses to the tank; once she had it in hand, she let the villain tear her free, bringing the hose with her. As he was torn away, her tongue lashed out and pulled the respirator from the villain's mouth, bringing it with her as well. Tsu tumbled as the villain released her. Then, the hammerhead returned; she got her arm to protect her midsection, but the villain still bit deep into her. It shook its head to one side, but it exposed its eye, to which Tsu took her other hand and drove her thumb into the thing's eye till it screamed, releasing her. Tsu wasn't done yet; she managed to mount the things back as it tried to flee; she slid down some and grabbed the villain's gills, her hand slipping inside as she tore out filament and rakers.
Ibarra vines were lashing out as the villains tried to attack her, but she was able to bind them and crash them together as she kicked for the surface; she broke the surface and took a massive breath before going back down under the water she saw Ochaco about to be chomped. Desperately, she sent her vine out again, and she managed to catch the villain by the mouth and yanked it away. The Fin Blade villain came racing in and cut through her vine; it deftly dodged past another and came at Ibarra. Ibarra waited for it to close, then sent her vines out again, this time capturing the villain; she turned and used the Fin Blade to fend off attacks from another villain, the Needle Launcher, as Ochaco and Koji broke the surface for some much-needed air. They had to get out of the water; it was too far to swim, and villains were waiting for them on the least on the ship, Ibarra thought we had more chance.
They all made for the boat; Tsu arrived first, and when the other three arrived, "I am going to see if I can scale the other side and get a surprise attack on the villains, allowing you to get on the deck so we fight the best we can, ribbit," Tsu said. She cradled her bleeding arm.
"We can't let you go alone, Tsu," Ochaco pleaded. "You injured, and so are Koda and myself."
"I can slingshot us up there," Ibarra said. "As soon as we clear the rail, just negate our gravity, Ochaco, so we can begin our attack!"
Ochaco nodded; Koda took a deep breath before flashing a thumbs-up. Ibarra grabbed her classmates and sent her vines out wide, hoping they wouldn't be noticed, and then up and out, they flew. Ocahco did her part as they cleared the rail; the Hazmat Villain was caught unaware as Tsu came flying over the rail and, with a dropkick, sent him crashing into the rail on the far side, denting it in the process.
A woman in old Japanese samurai headgear and chest armor came charging at them, her fingers growing into 3ft long claws as she did so. Ibarra vines grabbed her around the ankles and launched her high over the rail into the water. Ochaco tried to stop a second villain swinging a rusted pirate cutlass; it matched his almost cartoonish outfit. She saw the high slash coming. She ducked under and went to land a hit to the stomach when the villain suddenly turned to smoke, and she hit nothing, falling to the deck. Ibarra whirled and sent her vines at the pirate who had reformed but not halted their charge, only for the same thing to happen.
When the pirate reformed, it pushed a vine that was inside of them out, cut through a vine, and then drove their cutlass deep into Ibarra's shoulder. After years of living and training with Himiko, Ibarra vines grabbed for the wrist, again smoke, but Ibarra drew her knife, as soon as the pirate reformed she plunged the blade into their gut, and Koda grabbed them and threw them over the rail.
Koda grabbed a bandage from his pack, ignoring his own wound, and pressed to the gaping wound on Ibarra's shoulder. Tsu shouted a warning as she dropped into the splits under the bald villain's attack; the villain looked too dressed like a strong man from the old times long, long before quirks. Tsu rolled forward and sprang off her hands, landing a thrust kick under the villain's chin, sending him into the air and crashing on top of the cabin.
The warning was for the Hazmat Villain, who had recovered and was charging. Ibarra hesitated to send her vines out for a half second before she sent them out, and he slid past it, grabbing it, and it began to blacken. Ibarra cut the vine free, Ochaco ran dove, and tried to tag the villain to use her quirk. She barely missed, but his hand snaked out and grabbed Ochaco by the hair, slamming her to the ground. Koda and Ibarra yelled in a panic, wondering if she was about to be affected by the villain's quirk, but nothing happened. They saw the Hazmat villain turn and make a dive for her body. Tsu was there, landing a desperate punch and knocking him off course.
Koji hobbled and dove, trying to shoulder block the villain further away, but he collided with Hazmat. But Hazmat's hand grabbed Koji's head, and they heard their classmate scream as his head began to blacken. The girls watched in horror as the very life force of Koji seemed to be being burned out of the by. Suddenly, Koji and all of them were engulfed in black flames that turned a soothing white. All their wounds healed, even Koji's. The boy grabbed the villain and threw them into the air, as Ibarra grabbed them by the ankles and just threw them as far as she could. Ibarra saw the same pillars of flame erupting all over the USJ.
"Izuku," she whispered.
Forest
High above the forest canopy, Cami came falling out of the darkness, "OH SHIT!" she screamed. Suddenly, strong, soft legs wrapped around her; she looked up and saw Momo with a parachute latched onto her.
"Oh, thank you, thank you." Cami cried out. They heard another yell as Fumi came falling out. Still, Dark Shadow sprung forward, grabbing the falling Power Bomb, and Fumi got them down to the ground. It was rough but better than the alternative.
Cami and Momo cut the chute as Dark Shadow caught them, bringing the group together.
Power Bomb turned to the students. "Listen, be alert," he said. "Creation, Illusion, Dark Shadow," he said, pointing at them and naming their quirks.
The sound of something massive charging towards them snapped their attention as an enormous bull elephant of a man burst through the trees, carving a path of devastation; they all dove out of the way. As the villain passed, they saw him turn to make another charge. Dark Shadow grabbed Fumi and dove away, and the saw blade flew, nearly taking the boy's head off.
Momo tried to scramble to her feet when a woman dressed in furs came out of the trees and tackled her to the ground; a second one, a man, came leaping out at Cami, holding a rudimentary spear. Cami jumped back.
The woman pinning Momo had a wild look in her eyes, pulled a stone knife from out of nowhere, and brought it plunging down straight for Momo's neck. Momo tried to catch the woman's arms, but this woman was powerful when Power Bomb came over and tore the woman away. As he did so, she tried to cut his arm but barely managed a scratch. Momo saw the pro hero pivot as a red sphere appeared in his hand; he stepped over Momo and threw the sphere, which hit the charging elephant. It exploded in this strange, deep boom that sent the Elephant Man toppling to the side.
He reached back, not looking at her, and held his hand out; she grasped it and pulled her up effortlessly. Cami expelled her quirk, enveloping Wild Man as she moved away. More saw blades came arching out of the forest around the tree; a yellow ball with black flakes formed in Power Bomb's hand as he intercepted one of the blades; they were expecting an explosion, but when the two collided, the blade disintegrated.
"Dark Shadow, can those cut you?" He yelled out.
"No Sensei!" Dark Shadow responded.
"Chase whomever that is down; I don't want to have to destroy the forest if I don't have to," Power Bomb ordered.
Dark Shadow tore into the forest and found a man dressed as a lumberjack with a huge beard, the spinning blades in his hand. The villain launched them at Dark Shadow, who ignored them and crashed into the villain, launching them into a tree. Dark Shadow let loose a roar, grabbed the villain by the feet, and threw them into another tree, knocking them out.
Suddenly, all the splintered and destroyed pieces of wood from the explosions and rampaging Elephant Man launched from the ground at the group. Momo tried to create a shield, and Power Bomb launched his attack. Cami and Fumi dove for cover, but it was too late. The sudden barrage tore into them, filling the area with their screams.
Dark Shadow came tearing back towards Fumi when a red disc fired from the forest; as it collided with Dark Shadow, the explosion sent the sentient quirk crumpled to the ground as parts of his very body seemed to have been eaten away by the explosion. Dark Shadow lay in a crumbled heap, screaming in pain. Fumi stumbled out as more splintered wood rained down on the heroes, who were stumbling towards his brother.
Momo's shield had protected her head and torso, but her legs were not spared in the assault. Momo was trying to drag herself out of the line of fire. Cami flooded the area with her quirk, trying to offer them shelter from the villain's attack. She had a large piece of wood through her shoulder, and several smaller pieces littered her body.
Power Bomb was on his feet, trying to find the source of the attack, when a massive piece of wood came crashing into his stomach and sent him down. As the sound of another attack fell upon them, the smoke of Cami's quirk fell away. He saw the girl lying on the ground, blood pouring out of her, and there were numerous wounds on her upper body; it looked like one had hit dangerously close to her heart. He witnessed Momo stumble over to Cami, her shield above her head, calling out desperately to her classmate; the scene was the same as Fumi had dragged himself behind a rock with Dark Shadow, who appeared to be on the brink of death.
"There you are," Power Bomb looked towards the brush and the familiar voice.
"Annihilation!" Power Bomb choked out. Out of the brush stepped a man with red skin and long black hair, dressed in black combat pants and a shirt with a red leather jacket. "Fucking coward, attacking children."
"There was just a means to an end, my friend," Annihilation said as red energy discs formed on his palms and began to spin.
"I came so I could kill you, then I will get my hands on that sweet, dear sister of yours," Annihilation smirked.
From behind him skipped a waifish-looking woman/girl in a bad costume store elf outfit, her hands twirling above her head as splinters rose off the ground and began to dance above her head. "Aww, they are dead already?" she said childishly.
Momo steadied her breathing, and she took a defensive position over the unconscious Cami. She had one arm tucked behind her back to mask the glow as Revolver came to her hand. "Not dead yet," Momo spat out, staring at the waifish woman.
"Oh goody!" Waif said, jumping up and down for joy.
Annihilation smiled at Power Bomb, "It's over, Power Bomb. Say goodbye."
When electric green feathers came racing in the he, roes and their bodies erupted in flames, making the villains jump back. Out of the fire, Power Bomb, now healed, speared Annihilation in the gut and then went to the ground in a heap. Waif turned to help her companion when a gunshot rang out, followed by a second, then a third. Waif looked down as blood began to pool on her chest before she fell to the ground.
Annihilation was about to yell something when Power Bomb shoved a yellow sphere with black flames in the villain's mouth. "Goodbye!" Power Bomb said as the sphere detonated, leaving no trace of Annihilation's head or a good portion of his upper body.
Cami got to her feet and was fully healed. She looked around and saw that they were all healed. "Izuku," Cami whispered.
Landslide
Mina and Himiko emerged from the portals simultaneously, temporarily blinded by the sudden change of light. As their vision cleared, they let out a panicked scream as they were falling towards a mountain. Both girls came in at an angle; they hit the ground and did their best to roll with the impact. Cuts and bruises formed as they stumbled and began to slide. Himiko let out a scream as she headed towards a cliff. Mina reached out and grabbed Himi's hand. Her other hand began to secrete acid as she dug it into the earth to slow it down.
Mina's hand finally sank deep enough, and they suddenly stopped. Still, as they did, Himiko's momentum carried her over the edge. Mina screamed as her shoulder was wrenched from the socket, and her grip on Himiko didn't falter. Himiko slammed her back on the rock face, her head a bit dazed; she looked and saw Mina still holding her firm.
"Himiko! I can't hold on!" Mina screamed. "Himiko!"
Himiko shook off the cobwebs; she saw some handholds built into the rock face. "Just a few more seconds!" Himiko shouted. "Let go!"
Mina released her grip; Himiko lunged and grabbed the handhold but slipped; she reached out and caught the second one.
"Himiko?" Mina called out as she looked over the cliff, relief washing over Mina, seeing Himiko dangling from the edge but beginning to climb up.
Once Himiko reached the top, she took a few deep breaths, "Thank you, Mina, you saved my life."
"You know," Mina said, holding her shoulder. "Hero shit and stuff."
"Dislocated?" Mina nodded; Himiko crawled over and told Mina to brace as she popped Mina's shoulder back into place.
"Oh, fuck you," Mina hissed.
Before either girl could say anything else, fighting could be heard from down the mountain.
Eijiro came crashing down the mountain, his hardened form doing all it could to lessen the impact. He tumbled down and slammed against a rock; he cursed as he stumbled to his feet. As he did so, a man came exploding through the rock he had crashed into and shoulder-blocked Eijirō, sending him flying through the air.
As Eijiro crashed to the ground, the wind was driven from his body; he tried desperately to catch his breath as the villain charged him again. The villain was dressed in simple blue jeans and a black t-shirt; he was very well-muscled, and his arms were a strange blue metallic color. Right as the villain was going to land, possibly a bone-breaking downward punch, a grey scarf came from nowhere and wrapped around the villain's head.
Mr. Aizawa came leaping in, twisted, and yanked the villain skyward, sending him flying. "Get up, Kirishima, more are coming."
Eijirō got to his feet as a group of villains broke from cover; Eijiro felt his heart begin to race and a tremor in his legs; there had to be over 30 villains. "Stay on my left, worry about them circling to get behind you, keep your attacks focused, and don't chase. I will handle the front and the right," Aizawa said. "Don't worry, Kirishima, you can do this."
"Yes, sir," Eijiro replied, raising his fists. A scream escaped his lips as the first villains came rushing in. Eijiro watched as Aizawa sprang into action; his hair floated up, the villains faltered, but the teacher did not.
Aizawa's capture scarf lashed out, grabbing the lead villain around the leg and yanking them down, causing others to trip. One industrious villain leaped over the pile only to come crashing into a straight left that dropped them like a bad habit. The first broke left and came at Eijiro; Eijiro missed his right hook; the villain's counter uppercut didn't, but it hit Eijiro's hardened chest. Eijiro landed a counter elbow and kicked the villain away as the other rushed in.
Eijiro could see two more circling wide; the second villain landed a palm strike that sent a sonic pulse through Eijiro, sending him down to one knee. Aizawa grabbed that villain and threw them off, ducked under an attack aimed at his head, and kicked the villain away. Spun away from an earth spike that suddenly burst forth, launched a flying knee that dropped another villain; Aizawa looked at a down villain and brought his boot down on the villain's knee, breaking it up.
Eijiro was back on his feet; the first villain threw a combination that Ejiro could avoid. Ejiro landed a counter jab, and as he tried to follow up, the second villain came in with a flying kick that sent Eijiro stumbling. Aizawa threw another villain and rolled over the back of a tackle attempt only to get grabbed and taken to the ground, forcing Aizawa to blink and restore the villain's quirks. Aizawa rolled on top of his attacker and drove his elbow across the villain's temple. Another villain slipped an arm under Aizawa's chin, yanking him off and attempting to lock in a choke. Aizawa grabbed the villain's arm, stepped back, and hip-tossed him over. He was about to land a downward punch when a kick came out of nowhere, sending him stumbling back.
Eijiro rolled and was on his feet, pushed a second kick attempt off course, grabbed the villain around the waist, and tossed them over his head wildly. Their partner came leaping off a rock, attempting to land a flying punch for Eijiro to tackle them out of the air. Eijiro was getting to his feet when a man with mallets for fists landed a blow, sending cracks racing up and down Eijiro's arms. Eijiro got his arms up to deflect the second blow and stumbled back; another villain shouted out some sort of whip from their fingers, sending Eijiro down onto his back. He saw the Mallet coming in for another attack.
Suddenly, Mina came flying in, her acid flying, hitting the Mallet and driving them back; Himiko came leaping over the edge, and knives flew, hitting the vine villain; she landed and raced forward, landing a running knee and knocking that villain out.
Mina dropped to the splits under another villain's attack and landed a nut shot; Eijiro leaped over the villain, grabbed them, and threw them into their compatriots. Aizawa blocked the knife strike, slapping the weapon out of the villain's hand, landing a knee to the gut; he ducked his head under a wild haymaker from another villain. Aizawa activated his quirk again, fired his capture scarf, and sent another villain down. He couldn't dodge the Claw villain as their claws stabbed him. Aizawa just grabbed the villain and head-butted them, sending them stumbling away. Blood began to seep out from the cut. Another villain came in, landing a punch that knocked Aizawa's goggles from his head. He ducked under the follow-up. Landed a blow to the floating rib, ate a kick in the back, spun past Claw, landed a counter right, blocked a kick to his head, and swept the leg. As Aizawa was on his feet, the villains were swarming; he saw Claw coming at him; he was about to move when another villain sprang from the earth and trapped him.
Himiko came diving out from a rock, driving her daggers deep into claws and shoulder blades, sending them crashing to the dirt; Aizawa freed himself, and she landed a sidekick to another villain's gut, doubling them over. The villains swarmed over the group, and there was a mad clash of limbs, quirks, blades, and blood.
Aizawa stumbled to his feet; he looked at his bleeding students and the few remaining villains, "You can surrender," Aizawa spat out a goblet of blood.
"Corpse Explosion!" A voice rang out. Screaming erupted as villains began to explode. The heroes tried to dive for cover, but it was too sudden; Eijiro managed to spin Mina away and shield her with his body. Bones were launched like shrapnel, tearing through rock and flesh. Aizawa tried to grab Himiko but was hit by an explosion point blank, his world teetering on the edge of darkness. Himiko was down and struggling, Eijiro was out, bodies littered with bone shrapnel, and Mina was on her feet, ignoring her own wounds as a short little man with a plastic skull mask came dancing out from concealment. The area was littered with exploded bodies; Mina did all she could to not vomit at the sight of the carnage. She watched Aizawa, blood pouring from his body, push himself up against a rock.
"Stay away from her!" Aizawa managed to growl out, his quirk suddenly flaring to life; Mina stumbled and launched her acid, hitting the villain on the side of her head; another body exploded. Mina fell to the ground screaming as her eye was removed by the blast. Aizawa stumbled and fell; Himiko drew her last knife; her vision was blurring around the edges, and it was getting darker. When suddenly, she was healed. Aizawa activated his quirk, tackled the Corpse villain to the ground, and knocked him out. Himiko looked and saw that everyone was completely healed, "Izuku," Himiko whispered.

The Nomu burst forward with such a bust of speed it left a sizable divot behind from where it pushed off; it was a blur that seemingly just appeared before Izuku and punched him in the gut, sending blood flying. It grabbed Izuku by the face and dragged him across the ground before hurling him into the wall, spider-webbing it. The Nomu didn't hesitate; it blurred again as white fire erupted from Izuku.
Izuku slipped his head to the left to avoid the straight right from the Nomu, and he landed a solid body shot at the Nomu, but it seemed to have no effect. The Nomu grabbed his arm, trying to tear it from his body as it had been commanded, but Izuku unleashed all his restraint on One For All; the green fire erupted around his body as he grabbed the Nomu's other hand and overpowered the beast before wrenching his arm free and shoved the Nomu all the way back to Shigaraki.
"I see they have been upgraded since last time," Izuku said.
"This is the Anti-All-Might," Shigaraki crowed. "You don't stand a chance."
The Nomu and Izuku blurred as they charged each other, Izuku was fast; he managed to avoid the first attacks, landing counter shots of his own, but the Nomu didn't flinch. It landed a haymaker that broke Izuku's jaw and a punch to his sternum that broke it. Izuku pumped his healing fire to heal the wounds. Izuku realized that this thing had to have some sort of shock absorption quirk, but not negation; he could shove it, but these punches had no effect. Izuku kept in close, ducking and blocking what attacks he could while landing fruitless counters just to keep up appearances.
The world around him went dark again; he ate a punch that sent him flying; using his fire, he pushed the Darkness away just in time to see a portal open, ready to swallow him. Izuku got his feet under him, pushed off, and flipped over the Portal. As he descended, another opened under him; using OFA, he fired off a concentrated blast of air that sent him to the side. He toppled, rolled to his feet, slipped past the Nomu's attack, and dashed forward. The Darkness surrounded him again; he stopped moving, launched his tendrils out, grabbed onto the villains, and yanked them into the air. Izuku pushed the Darkness away, saw his opponents skyward, and launched himself after them.
He yanked the Villain in the cape back to him. The Villain's cloak flared out, and black tentacles came after Izuku countered them with his own. The two collided; Izuku healed himself again and punched the Villain in the jaw, jerking their head back. Izuku grabbed the Villain by the hair, spun in the air, and rifled him to the ground.
As Izuku came down, he saw that the Nomu, Shigaraki, and Portal were already on the ground; when a portal opened under him, he saw the Nomu come racing out. The Nomu collided with Izuku, sending them both higher into the air. Izuku could see the mental turmoil and anguish radiating off the Nomu. There was something similar in the Mist Villain, and Shigaraki was mentally ill. Still, he seemed more natural than the others. The only one who didn't seem mentally ill was Darkness.
The Nomu knocked Izuku higher; Izuku would heal only for the Nomu to drop into a portal and out another, pushing them to the very ceiling of the USJ. Izuku shoved the Nomu away, planted his feet on the roof, and pushed with all his might, rocketing down like a missile. A portal opened, and he fired the concentrated air blast to the side to move him off course; it was a high-speed game of chicken. Izuku proved to be an adept game player, as he suddenly got a sense of where the Portal would open before it happened, like a buzzing in his ears.
With a last burst, he dodged the last Portal and barreled into Misty; he reached into the mist and grabbed the Villain's head as red fire erupted around them. Izuku fell off Misty as he healed from the impact. Shigaraki roared, ran, and kicked Izuku away before trying to leap on him; Izuku got a foot in between them and launched Shigaraki overhead, sending him flying. Izuku was on his feet and rushed to try and end this when the Nomu was there again, and its massive fist crashed into Izuku.
Before Izuku could be launched away, it grabbed him by the head and pulled him back, slamming him into the ground. It raised its massive fists over its head and began to hammer down on Izuku. Bones breaking, blood flying. "Yes, grind him into pulp!" Shigaraki yelled. "Kill him!"
The Nomu kept landing blows as white fire engulfed Izuku, and then the massive fists came down again, only to be caught by Izuku. He got a foot in the creature's chest and pushed away as he got to his feet. Shigaraki watched as all the wounds closed, Izuku cranked his head from side to side. The Nomu charged Izuku, caught the thing's hands, and they slid to a stop in a test of strength. Izuku broke the grip and placed his hand on the Nomu's head.
"You cannot win!" Shigaraki yelled as he charged towards Izuku, "You cannot overcome its shock absorption."
"I don't need to," Izuku replied. Black fire erupted from Izuku's hand, "All the damage you gave to me has in return." The body of the Nomu began to twitch all over as the damage was fed into the creature; parts of its body began to explode as it fell to the ground in a twitching mess.
"You fool!" Shigaraki yelled as he leaped and grabbed Izuku's arm. "It's over!"
Shigaraki activated his quirk; Izuku could feel his arm begin to decay under the Villain's touch, and his own quirk roared to life, white fire. Shigaraki was stunned watching his quirk be beaten back by Izuku's.
Izuku then used the opportunity to punch Shigaraki in the gut and the other in the face broke his arm that was holding on to him, and kicked him away. Shigaraki screamed in pain and fell back, blood gushing from his nose. Izuku held his arm up as the white flame finished repairing the damage that Shigarki had done. The strange buzzing was in his ears again; he ducked under an attack from the Nomu. Regeneration? Izuku wondered. He turned, placed his hands under the creature's rib cage, and pushed forward with all his strength. The creature roared as Izuku grabbed it by the ribs and tossed it towards Shigaraki, who had to dive for cover.
Izuku saw the Mist villain struggling to his feet, grabbing at his head still, the purple smoke around its head fluctuating wildly. Izuku used his sight and looked over the USJ. He could see so many injuries, and he saw his loved ones struggling. In a rage, he let out a roar; electric green wings of fire materialized on his back and exploded, the feathers racing off.
The Nomu was back on him, and Izuku met every punch with one of his own. Their fists blurred in the air, and Izuku could feel the rush coming towards him; he got under the Nomu, lifted the creature up, and sent it flying into Misty. Dodged past an attack by Shigaraki before landing a sidekick that sent the rest of the Villain's hands flying off into the USJ.
All the damage he had healed came rushing back to Izuku; he screamed as all that pain flooded his body; he could feel his body wanting to shut down, to surrender to all the pain. He tapped into OFA, flooding it through Spirit Fire. A tornado of white and black flames surrounded Izuku, kicking up a windstorm. When it suddenly cut off, Izuku was standing there bare-chested, smoke rising from his body. The Nomu came forward as if in slow motion; Izuku met the Nomu's charge and placed his hand on the monster's chest.
"All for you," Izuku whispered. The Nomu stumbled; its body began to bubble and twist, then exploded into a red mist. Izuku locked eyes with Shigaraki, "that wasn't even all of it. I have more just for you. I promised you that every ounce of pain you inflicted would be repaid to you. I always try to keep my promises."
Shigaraki tried to attack, but Izuku just slipped past his blows and was about to place his hands on Shigaraki's face.
"IZUKU DON'T!" Ibarra yelled.
Shigaraki used the distraction to touch Izuku's chest, activating his quirk; the white fire immediately answered. Izuku backhanded Shigaraki away. "Izuku, don't kill him," Ibarra said running up. Izuku looked past her as more of the class was flooding the area. "You are not a killer. We are heroes. Bring him in."
Izuku looked at Shigaraki. He expected Azrael there, but instead, he saw Azrael standing by the Mist Villain. Azrael pointed at the Mist Villain; Shigaraki yelled nonsense and rushed toward the group, only for an energy shield to engulf him courtesy of Containment. A vision of Mr. Aizawa and this Mist Villain filled his head. Izuku blurred, and before the Mist Villain, he grabbed the Villain. Green, black, and red fire engulfed the Villain, and it screamed and struggled in Izuku's grasp. Izuku stumbled back, holding his hand out to keep Ibarra away as the red and white fire burned around Izuku's head. He fell to one knee, his breathing ragged. The Mist villain fell to its knees like a marionette whose strings had been cut. The black and purple mist faded, revealing an electric blue hair and blue eyes.
Aizawa froze dead in his tracks, "Oboro?" he whispered.
"Shota?" The Villain responded before he fell face-first on the ground.
Shigaraki was pounding on the shield, screaming at Izuku about vengeance and blood. As the doors to the USJ came bursting open, the faculty responded to the emergency call that Thirteen had been able to get out. They flooded the USJ, taking all the villains into custody. Izuku had a hard time standing, Ibarra helped him walk out of the USJ soon they were joined by Himiko, Katsuki and Cami. Once they were all outside, the medics were able to clear them all rather quickly as they had all been healed by Izuku. Izuku eyes began to droop, "It's okay my love, sleep, you have earned it," Ibarra whispered as his eyes closed.
