Cass's feet were killing her and her head was pounding and all she wanted to do was strangle her Potions professor for assigning them a paper the same week they had all their N.E.W.T. exams. She now had to fit in writing ten pages of parchment in between all of her final studying and going to the Quidditch House Cup finals and housing a whole freaking baby! Cass was just about four months along but she'd felt every single week.

"Ughhhh," Cass groaned and put her hand on her baby bump. It was small but it felt like it was growing every day. "You're killing me, baby girl."

Yes, baby girl. Thanks to some bloodwork, they found out that the little bean in Cass's stomach was going to be a baby girl. Needless to say, Enzo was absolutely ecstatic. Cass had thought he'd want a son the same way many men did—some macho masculine thing she never quite understood. But when the healer revealed that they would be having a daughter, Enzo sobbed with joy. It seemed like he was really looking forward to being a girl dad.

"I can take some stuff off your hands!" a cheery voice said from next to her.

Cass jumped to see Astoria Greengrass staring at her with her bright, emerald eyes, her black hair curled into perfect ringlets. "Bloody hell, Astoria! You can't just sneak up on me like that."

The girl smiled sheepishly. "Sorry. I thought you saw me. Oh! Hi, Dray."

The blond boy was walking in the opposite direction with Blaise Zabini. He had a smitten smile on his face as he looked at his girlfriend. Cass almost wanted to roll her eyes. Draco had been looking at Astoria like that for months. How they thought they were keeping it a secret was a mystery. To her, they'd always been so obvious about their love. "Hi, my love. Scheming your way to being the best aunt?"

"Of course," Astoria grinned. "I'll be at your room in a bit." She turned back to Cass. "So. Seems like you're stressed. I can help out with some of that."

"Unless you can take my N.E.W.T.S. for me or deliver this baby for me, I don't really see how you can."

"Well, a little birdie told me that you and Enzo are getting married after the final exams. I could plan the wedding for you!"

Cass felt her ire increase. Who had Enzo told? Cass knew that Margot would never tell anyone and it wasn't as if her parents were walking around Hogwarts spreading gossip. So that left only one culprit. One culprit who had the tendency to gush whenever he was excited and babble whenever he was nervous. Thanks to him, their baby's gender had only been a secret for about five minutes. The wedding secret probably lasted just as long.

Cass made a mental note to make her fiance rub her feet a little bit more that night—and maybe write her potions paper for her. "And who was that little birdie?"

"I'll never tell. But trust me: between Draco and I, you can't keep anything secret. We're the nosiest people on the planet."

Cass snorted because from what Enzo told her, that fit Draco pretty well. "Alright. Yes, we're getting married but just a small ceremony by the cliffs. We don't want a big celebration. I'm honestly not worried about the details."

"Details are what make a good party." Astoria wrinkled her button nose before smiling. "Luckily for you, I'm great at planning parties! I'm happy to take on wedding planning. And I'm doing the baby shower. That's non-negotiable."

Cass huffed out a breath just as they ducked into the Slytherin Common Room. Cass was such a permanent resident here amongst the Slytherins that they hardly batted an eye at the yellow on her robes. She was a little bit worried that they'd judge her for being a Hufflepuff but she quickly learned that Slytherins weren't as prejudiced as some other houses had her believing. Plus, even if they were, she was their Captain's girlfriend (well, now fiancee). That basically made her untouchable. "Do I get a say in any of this?"

"Nope!"

"Well, I guess I can't stop you. But nothing crazy, please. For either. I just want something lowkey. Calm. Nice."

Astoria mock-saluted. "I would never go overboard!"

There was a snort from behind them. "Astoria? Overboard? Never."

Cass turned to see Aria standing behind them, her deep blue eyes sparkling as she stared at her two friends. Ever since Cass had announced her pregnancy, she and Aria had been hanging out a lot more. Cass had always liked Aria but the girl was introverted. Now that she was a little more secure in her relationship with Theodore Nott and now that Cass had proven how much she'd loved Enzo, the girl started to open up more. She was a kind, sweet soul who just took time to open up. Cass was glad that in just a couple of weeks, they'd be sisters.

"Hi, Aria," Cass said with a smile. "How's your N.E.W.T. week going?" It was Aria's first year at Hogwarts so Cass wondered how their end-of-year examinations compared. Aria was smart, though, and the only subject she struggled in was the one that her boyfriend and soulmate happened to excel at. It was just one of the many ways they were a perfect match. Just like Cass and Enzo.

The girl smiled wryly. "About as good as any finals week can go. Yours?"

"Long. I'm ready to not worry about school any longer."

But graduating from Hogwarts didn't mean that her school was over. She still had to train at Saint Mungo's—the best place to be a healer, a place that had miraculously wanted Cass. Thankfully, they were completely understanding of her situation, saying that they didn't want to lose a good healer simply because she wanted to prioritize her family too. Cass had worked it out with them to where she'd do most of her in-person training this summer. When she had to start resting more, she'd be studying hospital policies and procedures and wrapping up any other remote examinations. Cass would take a year off to be with her baby before returning to Saint Mungo's, who would be flexible enough on her shifts to where she and Enzo could alternate being at home with the baby until they were old enough to go to school. Enzo had officially decided to hang up his Quidditch robes but thanks to his amazing skills, he was offered a position under the Head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports. His boss, Ludo Bagman, wanted to groom Enzo to eventually become the head too. It meant that Enzo's schedule could be hectic during Quidditch season but outside of it, he was free to take care of the baby as much as Cass needed. Plus, Mr. Bagman had already said that Enzo could bring the baby along whenever he needed to. And if none of that worked, Cass's parents were already planning on moving to wherever she and Enzo decided to move since her mother wasn't magic and couldn't apparate to see them.

Things were working out well for the two of them. They already had appointments booked to look at houses as soon as classes were over. Thankfully, Saint Mungo's and the Ministry didn't require them to live anywhere specific as long as it was in the UK so they had their pick of places to live.

That really just left finishing up her exams and preparing to deliver the baby. Both of those felt incredibly daunting so Cass had to admit, the idea of Astoria taking off some of the wedding and baby shower stress sounded nice, even if it meant both of those events becoming much larger productions than she wanted.

Aria seemed to read the look on Cass's face. "I'll make sure she doesn't go too crazy, Cass. Promise."

Cass smiled at her future sister-in-law. "That'd be great, Aria. Thanks. And thank you, Astoria. This is going to be such a big help."

"It's really no problem," Astoria said with the sweetest glow on her face. "I was going to do it anyway. It's just easier with your permission."

Cass wanted to gape at the girl's cheekiness but after knowing Astoria for a few months, she wasn't surprised. She had no idea how Draco managed to keep up with her but somehow, he did. Astoria just giggled. "You should see the look on your face, Cassie. Seriously. Just relax. Aria and I've got this! Just write down a list of everything you want and we'll figure out the rest."

"That's easy," Cass said. "I just want a small ceremony on the cliffs that Enzo brought me to on the South of England. I want a nice, simple dress that doesn't make me look like a balloon. That's really it."

"That's it?" Astoria squeaked. "Oh my gosh! That gives me so much to work with. I better get started!"

She darted away, happily mumbling under her breath as Aria gave her an exasperated look. "I hope you know that you just made her entire week. Maybe month."

Cass smiled. "Oh, I know."

"You're here!" Enzo exclaimed with a smile on his face as he walked in the door to his dormitory. He dropped his Quidditch bag and practically ran to the bed where Cass lay, her bump out in the air as she munched on a crisp sandwich—an invention he'd made in the middle of the night when Cass was craving something salty, crunchy, spicy, and sweet. He'd taken some bread, smashed a bunch of crisps in between, and doused the thing in honey and sriracha sauce. It'd become Cass's favorite thing so he always made sure that she had all the ingredients available in case she craved it while he was stuck in classes or at Quidditch practice. "I didn't think you were coming back until later. I would've helped you carry your stuff up the stairs.

Cass rolled her eyes. Enzo knew that he'd been a little... overprotective since he found out she was pregnant but could you blame him? His wonderful fiancee was having his baby. He didn't want her to have to lift a single finger. "I finished my Transfigurations N.E.W.T. early," she mumbled with her mouth full of crisps. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?"

Enzo just smiled. "There's my beautiful girls." Enzo lay beside Cass, careful not to put any pressure on her. She went through enough aches without him putting more on her. He smiled again at her before kissing her stomach. "Hi, baby girl." Then, he shifted so his head was by Cass's before kissing her too. Her soft lips tasted like his terrible crisp sandwich recipe and even though all the vinegar from the crisps made him want to gag, Enzo still couldn't help but smile again. Because that taste was just another part of the wonderfulness of his life. "Hi, baby girl," he murmured to her.

Cass winced and Enzo's worry was immediately raised. "What? What is it? Am I hurting you?"

She frowned. "No, but your daughter is."

Your daughter. He was certain he'd never tire of those words for as long as he lived. His fiancee. His daughter. His family. Enzo was so happy to learn that he was going to be a girl dad—mainly because of how much he loved taking care of his baby sister. Plus, a baby that was like the woman he loved? How wonderful would that be?

He hoped she turned out to be like Cass. Enzo didn't want any of his family's traits passed down to her. Manon's wretchedness ended with him.

He kissed her cheek. "And just what is my precious little angel doing?"

Cass rolled her eyes. "Kicking. The healer said I probably wouldn't feel anything until eighteen weeks but she freaks out whenever you're near. It's terrible!"

Enzo smirked. "Doesn't sound terrible to me," he teased.

"Because you're not the one feeling it!" Cass groaned. "This baby is killing me. I didn't realize how much pain she would put me in. Plus, I'm starting to feel like a hideous balloon. My nose looks different, Enz! My nose!"

"It still looks cute to me." Enzo eyed her body up and down, noticing the way his cock rose at attention. "Trust me: you're still very sexy. Actually, scratch that. You're sexier."

"Really?"

Enzo's heart clenched at the way her little lip trembled. He grabbed her hand and squeezed it gently. "Really. You're carrying my baby, sunshine. You're creating life all on your own. That itself is so fucking beautiful. And the fact that you look like this while doing it? Yeah, you're sexy and you're beautiful and you're cute and you're pretty and you're amazing. I'm so proud of you. I don't think I've ever loved you more than I do right now when you're sitting on my bed eating a terrible sandwich I've made with our baby inside of you. I love you so much, baby. Don't worry about your nose because if this is your new nose, I love your new nose. If you feel like a balloon, I love balloons. I love it all because I love you."

Damn it. Now Cass's lip was really wobbling, her eyes rimming with silver tears that made his heart rip in two. "Aw, sunshine. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry! Fuck, I'm an idiot."

"No," Cass laughed through her tears. "No, I'm crying because I love you and I'm pregnant. You just said the sweetest freaking thing and now I feel like such an idiot for feeling ugly."

Enzo wrapped her in his arms—where she belonged—and embraced her tightly. "Your feelings are always valid, Cass. You can't help what you feel. But I will tell you that you're not ugly. You're far from it. I think you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Think, not thought, because that is still very much valid in the present day." He pulled back and smiled at her, tucking one of his favorite little blonde curls behind her ear. "Now, how can I prove it to you?"

Cass shrugged but Enzo just smirked. He ran his hand up her stomach—savoring the little bump under his fingers. Then, he grabbed the hem of her sweatshirt and ripped it over her head. Enzo's cock hardened to a painful level as he stared at Cass's plump breasts. Bloody hell, they'd grown so much.

"And you thought you weren't beautiful," he rasped. Enzo grabbed the hem of her sweatpants and pulled them down too, kissing her legs along the way. Her panties shortly followed. Enzo wasted no time getting naked himself. Cass let out a shaky breath when she saw how hard he was. Enzo smirked. "See, sunshine? I find you more than sexy."

Cass moaned when his hand brushed against her clit. "I want you in me, Enz."

Well, shit. He wasn't going to deny his baby's mum what she wanted.

Enzo buried himself inside of Cass before she could utter another word. She cried out in ecstasy, while Enzo was trying to keep himself from coming in two seconds. "You're so. Fucking. Beautiful," Enzo growled in between each slow, hard thrust.

Cass tightened around him. "I love you," she whimpered just as one of his hands reached down to play with that tight little bundle of nerves that he adored. Enzo made sure to touch her bump again because she needed this. She needed to see how much he adored and desired her even with her bump. Cass whimpered again. "We love you."

Enzo smiled. "I love my girls back. Now look at me, sunshine. I want your eyes on me while I'm making you feel good."

I love Enzo as a dad. He'd be the best girl dad. Anyone else think so too? I hope you're enjoying the story. Don't forget to like/comment/follow/whatever if you do! :))
