Cayenne woke up in the back of a van. She was comfortable on some blankets and pillows, and Seth sat next to her.

"You fucking drugged me again," she said.
"I had to so you won't give away where we live now. That's why they always have someone following you around. They're hoping we'll mess up and use you to bring them straight to us," he said.

He reached out his hand and she grabbed it. He pulled her up to sit and handed her a bottle of water and some painkillers.

"Where are we?" She asked.
"In a parking lot with no cameras," he said. "I don't care if you tell them the truth or make up some story. Just be safe."
"That's it? You're just leaving me here to figure it out on my own?" She asked.
"What else am I supposed to do? Drive you home to them?" He asked.

She sighed and shook her head. He was right. There was nothing else he could do. He had already taken a risk kidnapping her in the first place. He slid open the door to the van and she looked outside. It was evening and no one else was there. She moved past him and he gently grabbed her wrist.

"I miss you," he said.

She looked at him and saw tears in his eyes. She moved in and hugged him while shedding a few tears of her own.

"I miss you too," she said.
"Come home," he said. "Please!"
"I can't," she said.
"I told you that Roman..." He started.
"And I told you it isn't about him," she said.
"What is it about then?" He asked.

She shook her head and moved out of the van.

"Be safe, Cayenne," he said.
"As safe as I can be," she said.
"They're always watching you but so are we. We know the places you like to go and we've noticed how they hide so you won't notice them. The safest place you go is the library. They never enter it with you. They wait outside for you to come back out. We'll send someone there every morning when they open and we'll be there until noon. You never come in later than that and you can't change your routines. If you want to talk to us, we'll be there waiting," he said.

She nodded at him and turned around. It was too risky to stay out in the open. She knew Jacob's gang would be driving around looking for her. She ran to the nearest ATM and took out 1000 dollars. She ran to a park where she knew four homeless people were living. She quickly handed them 250 dollars each and continued forward. She dropped her wallet down in a sewer on the way. She made it back to the house and looked up at the camera. The lock clicked and the gate opened. She stepped through it and walked up to the house. She walked inside and came face to face with Jacob, Solo and Tama. Everyone else had to be out looking for her.

"Where were you?" Jacob asked.
"Some crazy woman drugged and kidnapped me," Cayenne said.
"What did she want?" Jacob asked.
"Money," Cayenne said. "She told me she would keep me until she had cleaned me out. I can only take out 1000 dollars each day. She got my money today. When we made it back to her place, she made the mistake of not tying me down in the van. When she opened the door, I kicked her as hard as I could in the head, and then I ran."

Jacob snapped his fingers at Solo and Tama. They walked over to her and Solo grabbed her throat. He smirked at her in that creepy way that always made her blood run cold.

"Give me your bank card," Tama said.
"She has it," Cayenne said.
"Check her while I keep her here like the good, little puppy she is," Solo said.

Tama looked over at Jacob who nodded in return. Tama moved in and started checking pockets and feeling up Cayenne. She stood there trying not to show how much it bothered her being touched like that.

"She's got nothing on her," Tama said.
"I'll call the bank tomorrow to see if some of my money is missing," Jacob said.
"I'm not lying," Cayenne said.
"We'll see about that," Jacob said.
"Give me one good reason to lie to you. If I wanted to run away with your money, I wouldn't have come back," Cayenne said.
"So why did you?" Solo asked.
"Because I belong here now. This is my home," Cayenne said. "Have I done anything for you to question my loyalty since I got here?"

She looked from man to man, and Jacob broke out in a grin.

"You can't blame me for worrying," Jacob said.
"I don't," Cayenne said.
"Let's get some food in you. I doubt the crazy bitch fed you well," Jacob said. "And don't worry about her. We got the footage from the bar. We won't rest until we find her. No one hurts one of my own and gets away with it."
