Chapter 17

Curses

Kaisa woke to the pleasant feeling of woman in her arms. That feeling was short lived however as the reasons for why a woman was in her bed came crashing back into her mind. Looking down Kaisa found Medora sound asleep and currently using her breasts as pillows. Kaisa's gaze drifted to the ceiling above her as she pondered what to do. While Medora was successful with her ritual it really only confirmed their suspicion that someone from Wayrest was behind the King's murder. It didn't bring them any closer to finding out who actual did the deed, and she was out of leads.

Deciding that breakfast was a better use of the morning, Kaisa gently wormed her way out from underneath Medora. Digging some bread and cheese, Kaisa munched on the light breakfast. Kaisa pondered going to the castle and seeing if any of the nobility had anything but was hesitant to go down that path. By now she was pretty well known by all the nobility of the Illiac Bay. Due to the fact that she had done jobs for all of them now, they were probably hesitant to work with her now. Fearing that she might indulge information to the other noble houses.

Kaisa's musings were interrupted by a light knock on the door causing Kaisa to reach for the dagger sitting on the table. Kaisa slowly rounded the corner and stopped when her gaze landed on the letter on the floor. Kaisa leaned against the wall next to the door and opened it enough to poke her head out it. Unfortunately, the street was vacant of people this early in the morning. Cursing she closed the door and scooped up the letter and turned it over a couple of times looking for anything odd. Finding nothing she opened the mystery letter while walking back to the table and pouring herself a cup of water.

Dear Aerilan Kaisa Alierious

Queen Akorithi of Sentinel spoke highly of you as a brave, able, and unprejudiced Nord. Her actual words were, "a hero." For some time, we have been looking for someone like that. I will not lie to you about our loyalties. We serve the Underking. If you are a believer in fairy tales and consider the Underking the ultimate force of evil, we apologize for misjudging you. Otherwise, we need your help.

There is a dagger that was recently stolen from us by a group of bandits not far from Sentinel. Normally a simple dagger wouldn't be cause for concern and my organization wouldn't bother someone of your station over such a trivial matter. However, this dagger is meant to be wielded by the dead. If in the possession of a mortal, the enchantment on the dagger will drive the individual and the people around him mad. Causing them to attack anything they come across and those felled by the blade will return as the risen dead. If left unchecked this could consume the entire Sentinel region.

If you would take up this noble quest, meet me at the Resolution of Zenithar in Sentinel and I would provide you with a trinket that will neutralize the dagger's corrupting influence so that you may retrieve the dagger and bring it to me safely. Your reward for this task is the identity of the one who murdered the King of Daggerfall.

"Son of a bitch!" Kaisa shouted.

Kaisa's outburst unfortunately woke Medora who looked around bewildered while rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"Is something wrong Kaisa?"

"Sorry for waking you," Kaisa said sheepishly.

"It's alright, but what's wrong? You shouted."

"This," Kaisa said holding up the letter.

Medora crawled out from the covers and padded over to Kaisa on bare feet. Medora's delicate hand took the letter and read its contents with growing confusion. Looking back at Kaisa she handed the letter back before sitting across from the Imperial beauty.

"I don't understand, isn't this good news?"

"Objectively yes. But it also makes everything you just did pointless. You watched your love get murdered for nothing," Kaisa said before her head impacted with the table.

A growl of frustration emanated from Kaisa, not for her own sake but for the hell Medora just went through. That horrible sacrifice that was just erased by this stupid letter. A gentle hand took Kaisa's causing the beautiful woman to look up. Kaisa found Medora looking at her with a brilliant smile and a gentle squeeze to her captured hand.

"Thank you, but it's alright."

"It isn't right. You suffered horribly. If this fucking letter would have been delivered yesterday…"

Kaisa let the rest of her statement go unsaid, it didn't need to be said. Instead, she looked at Medora and hoped her regret was conveyed through her expression.

"You truly are one the kindest and most compassionate woman I've ever met."

"Not everyone would say that about me," Kaisa said as she racked her free hand through her messy hair.

"I'm sure the ones who matter all think that."

"Perhaps…I hope so anyway."

"So, I take it your next course is to follow this letter?" Medora said nodding towards the letter and releasing Kaisa's hand.

"Not much of a choice. I have nothing else to go on," Kaisa said shrugging.

"I'll pack you some food for the trip then."

Without another word Medora got up and started rummaging through the pantry for food that would keep for a couple days. Smiling gratefully Kaisa got up as well and got ready to head back across the Illiac Bay for the hundredth time.

Kaisa walked into to the Resolution of Zenithar and took a moment to both enjoy the cooler air and admire the dancing Redguard woman. This quickly brought visions of Sariah to mind and a steadily climbing pulse however. Shaking her head Kaisa moved on to the back of the small temple where a man stood engrossed in a book. Kaisa could tell this was an act and that the man was actually watching every move she made.

"You wrote this?" Kaisa said holding up the letter.

"Indeed." The man said closing the book and setting it on a nearby shelf.

For a moment they stood in silence as they each sized each other up but it wasn't long before her patients began evaporating. The longer this took the longer she was away from Sariah and she longed for that beautiful Redguard's touch.

"I assume your presence here means you have accepted the mission?" The Underking agent finally said.

"Yes, you mentioned a trinket to keep me safe from the dagger's corrupting influence?"

"Yes, here. Where this amulet and it will keep you safe until you can get the dagger back to me."

"And where am I to find you?" Kaisa asked taking the amulet.

"I will await your return here."

"Is that wise, taking a dagger that corrupts all around it into a major city?" Kaisa said folding her arms across her ample breasts.

"It takes roughly a week for the effects to manifest so assuming you don't get too distracted with a certain tavern maid it should be fine."

Kaisa snorted and shook her head before dropping her hands to the sword sitting comfortably on her hip.

"Nice try with the intimidation. The two most beautiful woman in the city kissing in the middle of the most popular tavern in the city and then sneaking off to rooms together. I would be more surprised if you hadn't heard about it," Kaisa said smugly.

"Your words, not mine," the agent said with a shrug.

"How about you make yourself useful and tell me where in oblivion this bandit camp is," Kaisa barked.

"Head out the main gate to the city and turn west, follow the coast for about half a day until you see a small oasis. They are camped out at the oasis and before you ask, I don't know how many there are."

"Great, have a wonderful day," Kaisa said turning and heading for the door.

It was late afternoon so Kaisa decided to head to the tavern and get a room and head out in the morning. The fact that Sariah was also at said tavern had absolutely nothing to do with her decision of course. Shielding her eyes from the low hanging sun she made her way to the tavern just down the street. Kaisa entered the tavern and stopped at the door as she scanned the room for her favorite Redguard. Kaisa found Sariah behind the bar pouring a drink for a patron and she smiled at the sight of her. Sariah was beautiful with her hour glass figure, rosy lips, brilliant eyes, and light brown skin that was soft as silk. She was the desire of many patrons in the tavern and Kaisa sighed at the though that those gentle lips would soon be on hers.

Sariah finished pouring the drink and handed the man his cup with a radiant smile and a thank you for the generous tip. Sariah finally looked towards the door and her eyes bulged at the sight of the absolutely gorgeous Kaisa standing there smiling affectionately at her. For a moment Sariah stood transfixed by the sight before vaulting over the bar and startling some of the patrons that Sariah narrowly missed bowling over in her haste. Next thing she knew she was being kissed senseless by the beautiful woman. Kaisa eagerly returned the kiss and lifted the woman up into her arms. They both ignored the cat calls and whistles that floated over from various tavern patrons, to lost in each other to care. After far to short a time Sariah pulled back just enough to get some air in her lungs, though still close enough that her velvety lips teasingly brushed against Kaisa's.

"You're staying?" Sariah asked with hope radiating from her brown gems.

"For a day or two at least," Kaisa said kissing those delicate lips she was hopeless to resist.

"Here, room six. I'll be up as soon as I can," Sariah said as she dropped a key down the front of Kaisa's travel shirt.

Kaisa giggled as her heart stopping cleavage caught the key and she leveled a sultry smirk at Sariah causing the beauty to gasp.

"Naughty girl, dropping strange objects down a woman's shirt," Kaisa teased.

Sariah just shrugged with a happy smile adorning her beautiful face and unwrapped her legs from Kaisa's waist.

"I'll bring some food and drink when I come up, I'm sure you're hungry."

"Starving," Kaisa purred as her sapphire eyes traveled up and down Sariah's curvy body.

Sariah blushed before giving Kaisa one last kiss and walked back to the bar. Kaisa took a moment to watch Sariah's enticing hips sway back and forth as she walked before digging the key out from her breasts and headed up the stairs.

"You're a lucky lady to have such a gorgeous woman as your lover, even if she is an Imperial," A patron said with envy to Sariah as Kaisa started up the stairs.

"The luckiest," Sariah responded without hesitation causing Kaisa to smile.

"Half Imperial," Kaisa whispered.

Kaisa unlocked the door and stepped into her room. She dumped her pack in the corner next to the small table with a grateful sigh. Kaisa then promptly face planted into the bed and enjoyed the soft covers for a moment. Rolling over onto her back she looked up at the ceiling and eagerly waited for Sariah. Digging out a brush from her pack she started combing her hair, getting it straightened out and a good shine back into it. She wanted to look her best for Sariah so occupied herself with that goal.

A light nock finally announced Sariah's arrival and the Redguard entered with a tray of food and drink balanced on her delicate hand. Sariah's breath hitched as she found Kaisa laying on the bed in nothing but a form fitting night gown. Quickly setting the tray down on the table before she dropped it, Sariah turned back to the goddess on the bed.

"Hungry?" Sariah asked.

Instead of answering Kaisa slowly got up from the bed and made her way over to Sariah, never taking her eyes of the Redguard woman. Draping her arms around Sariah's neck and shoulders, Kaisa gave her a gentle but smoldering kiss.

"Later," Kaisa whispered as she gently guided Sariah towards the bed.

Sariah offered no resistance and kissed Kaisa passionately as she was backed towards the bed. Sariah helped Kaisa shed her cloths as her knees impacted the bed frame and once Sariah was wonderfully naked, she was pushed onto the bed. Sariah giggled at Kaisa's eagerness but her laughter died out when Kaisa shed her night gown. For a moment Sariah forgot to breath as the most beautiful body in Tamriel was revealed to her. Every curve of Kaisa's hour glass figure was perfect, every inch of flawless bronze skin a monument to her godly beauty. Kaisa's perfectly round breasts that defied gravity swayed gently with her movements and caused Sariah to twitch with the desire to reach out and touch them. Kaisa tilted her head with a gentle smile and amusement dancing in her sparkling blue eyes. Sariah wasn't sure if she could blush any more than she already was. Kaisa obviously knew what she was doing to Sariah and was loving it.

Kaisa slowly moved to the end of the bed while never taking her eyes off of Sariah with a sultry look that left no doubt what was about to happen. Sariah's gaze was glued to Kaisa's beautiful hips and ass swaying sensually back and forth. Once she reached the end of the bed, Kaisa slowly crawled up the bed like a cat stalking prey. As that devilish smile got closer, Sariah's pulse intensified to the point where Sariah though it might burst out her chest. Once Kaisa got to gorgeous brown thighs she began a dance of kisses that had Sariah squirming. The kisses slowly climbed higher that had Sariah panting with anticipation. Once Kaisa got to the treasure hidden between the Redguards legs she paused for a moment to appreciate just how wet Sariah already was.

"Please," Sariah begged as her hips began to buck.

Instead of claiming the sweet folds Kaisa gently blew on her center that caused a groan that was equal parts pleasure and frustration to escape Sariah.

"Please don't tease I…"

Sariah's protest died in her lovely throat when Kaisa suddenly attacked her breasts. Sariah was lost in ecstasy as Kaisa expertly rolled, pinched, and sucked her beautiful globes. After several moments of driving her half insane, Kaisa kissed her with a passion that left her dizzy. This turned out to be a clever distraction as two slender digits entered her, nearly making her jump off the bed from the overload of sensations. Kaisa moved down again to kiss and caress Sariah's beautiful breasts as her fingers continued to pump her. Sariah's hips naturally rolled in time with Kaisa's thrusts rapidly bringing her to the edge. Sariah had to clamp a hand over her mouth to muffle her screams as she came undone. Sariah's concerns with keeping quite quickly evaporated as her whole body shook from wave after wave crashing into her. Right when it began to be too much, Kaisa eased off to a few gentle thrusts. When Sariah's vision finally focused, she found the stunningly beautiful face of Kaisa smiling down at her.

"Welcome back," Kaisa said smugly.

Sariah smiled tiredly before craning her neck to kiss those soft red lips that haunted her dreams. Kaisa removed her fingers from Sariah causing her to whine, already missing the fullness. It was short lived when Kaisa licked her fingers clean, causing desire to surge through Sariah again. Kaisa moaned at the taste and began to kiss her way down the flawless brown body.

"It has been far too long sense I've had your taste on my lips," Constance whispered as her kisses blazed a trail of fire down Sariah's flat stomach.

Sariah gasped at the first touch of rosy lips on her entrance which quickly turned to desperate moans as she was devoured.

"T-turn around, I want you too," Sariah pleaded wanting to touch and pleasure this divine beauty as well.

"Oh yes!" Kaisa cried as she quickly pivoted around and presented her treasure to the eager Sariah.

Hours later the two were in a tangle of limbs as they basked in the after glow of countless orgasms. The two gently kissed in a slow embrace of mutuel affection and not wanting this to be over but to tired to continue. Slowly parting, blue crystal looked into brown gems and both smiled happily. Sariah sighed and snuggled into the crook of Kaisa's neck and breathed in her intoxicating sent. Kaisa pulled her closer and gave Sariah a gentle squeeze before kissing her lightly on the top of the head.

It was at that moment that Kaisa's stomach made its presence known by roaring its displeasure at not being fed in a while. Sariah giggled while Kaisa gave her muscular stomach a look that promised murder.

"Go on, eat something," Sariah laughed while placing soft kisses on Kaisa's delicate neck.

"But I want to hold you some more," Kaisa pouted.

"I'm not going anywhere, now eat before you waste away."

Kaisa reluctantly untangled herself from Sariah and rolled over to reach for the tray. Once she grabbed a piece of bread she yelped as Sariah smacked her on the ass. Kaisa turned her head to give Sariah an amused stare. Sariah simply winked at her causing Kaisa to laugh before turning back to the tray.

In another life. Kaisa thought sadly as she grabbed the wine to wash down the bread.
