Chapter 1: District 13, Prison or Playground?

District 13 is boring.
No ocean. No sun. No bread riots.

Just gray walls and way too many rules.
Perfect for someone like me—who hates rules on a spiritual level.

Finnick keeps me from sneaking into weapon storage.
Poppy starts an underground arm-wrestling ring.
Milo creates black-market carb smuggling.

I, obviously, become aminor criminalwithin two weeks.

Chapter 2: The Face of Rebellion (Help.)

Coin wants me to be asymbol—the brave Victor rebel, the ocean's daughter, the fearless inspiration.

Problem:
I'm bad at speeches.
I'm worse atbehaving.

During my first propaganda shoot, I accidentally call Snow a "barnacle-faced sea goblin" on camera.

District 13 edits it out.
The footage still leaks.

It goes viral.
Capitol teens start spray-painting "SEA GOBLIN" graffiti everywhere.

You're welcome.

Chapter 3: Hostage Waves

Snow strikes back.

He capturesCal—my old fishing partner, my best friend, the boy who survived the first Games with me.

He broadcasts footage of Cal in a Capitol cell, battered but stubborn.

I swear revenge.
Very loudly.
On live TV.

District 13 is NOT thrilled.

Chapter 4: Fishnets and Fury

We plan a rescue mission.

Coin says no.

I say "too bad" and steal a hovercraft.

Team Petty rides again:

Me, flying badly

Poppy, throwing axes

Jax, hacking security grids

Milo, supplying pastries (obviously)

Finnick, regretting all his life choices

We crash into a Capitol seafood market.

Operation Fishnets and Furyis underway.

Chapter 5: Rebellion with Extra Spice

Capitol citizens are angrier than the Capitol wants to admit.

When we blow up a Peacekeeper armory (accidentally... maybe), people start rioting for real.

Kids in the Capitol start waving forks tied with blue ribbons.
("The Trident Uprising.")

Someone graffiti-tags my face onto a statue of Snow, but with a shark tail.

New trending phrase:#DaughterOfTheDeep

I cry laughing.

Chapter 6: Under the Sea (of Trouble)

We sneak into Snow's mansion.

There's a secret aquarium tunnel underneath.
Because of course there is.

Inside:

Mutant jellyfish

Electrified eels

Sharks that look suspiciously robotic

We dodge death-by-fish while Jax hacks the security system and Milo sets literal bread-bombs.

We find Cal.

Barely alive.
Still joking.

Typical.

Chapter 7: Blood in the Water

Getting OUT is harder.

Lucian (Glossia's brother, STILL alive somehow) corners us.

"You ruined everything!" he screams.

"Good," I say, and smack him across the face with a wet baguette.

(Iconic.)

We fight our way out.

Finnick nearly drowns saving me.
I punch a Capitol drone out of the sky.

We lose good people.

I scream into the salt air.

Chapter 8: One Last Tide

Snow doubles down.

District 13 demands I stay hidden.

I refuse.

"You want a symbol?" I growl. "Fine. Watch me."

We stage a MASSIVE assault:

Giant sea walls crash into the Capitol's defenses

Rebel hovercrafts drop nets and tridents

Capitol citizens flood the streets

Peacekeepers surrender

Finnick leads the charge with a trident and a broken smile.

I swim straight into Snow's mansion, storm in my heart.

Chapter 9: Roses Are Red (And Burning)

Snow tries to trap me.

He offers peace if I turn myself in.

I laugh.

I tear his rose garden apart by hand.
I burn the roses.
I burn the lies.

I find Snow coughing blood in the ruins of his empire.

I don't kill him.
I let Panem see him fall.

The people drown him in justice.

Chapter 10: Salt and Storm

Victory isn't clean.

It costs too much.

But Cal is alive.
Finnick is alive.
District 4 is free.
The world breathes again.

I stand on the beach.

Salt on my tongue.

Storm in my chest.

The Capitol tried to drown me.
They made me a wave instead.

And this wave?
Doesn't break.

The End.
