A/N: So the first 7 chapters are written before i ever intended to publish this or try to.

Whether or not i continue this story / finish it most likely heavily depends on the feedback i receive for this.

Also because i dont like author notes there wont be others until at the very least chapter 7 if i can none at all. However just a note since i chose a very different approach:

I decided to use an entirely different name for Percy for some reasons that dont have any significance to anyone but myself. If you dont like it too bad i dont care.

Percy pov:

After the second giant war things finally seemed to look good for my friends and myself. It seemed after all these years of adventures and quests that they finally could just relax and do nothing and enjoy the peace. I thought to myself yawning whilst leaving the Poseidon cabin to head down to the dining pavilion for breakfast.

Judging by the sounds I was going to be the last one arriving.

I faintly heard Chiron announce something. Which resulted in a lot of cheers and yelling from the demigods. I smiled and continued to walk towards the pavilion.

Upon arrival I grabbed my food sacrificing some of it to the gods and sat down at my table to eat. As I sat down I noticed Annabeth sliding onto the bench next to me. "Hey seaweed brain" she whispered. I looked up into the eyes that had been mesmerising me whenever I saw them ever since I was 12. I must've been staring for a while because Annabeth's look went from happy to concerned. ".. wise girl" I mumbled choking on my food.

3rd person pov:

Annabeth laughed emotionless but Percy didn't seem to notice. The 2 time saviour of Olympus, Praetor of the twelfth legion, Band of Kronos, Bane of Gaia and the last hope of Olympus was completely oblivious to the fact that his girlfriends laugh was a completely emotionless and detached laugh.

"Can I count on you for capture the flag against the hunters?" Annabeth asked after a while. Percy looked back up from his food "Of course wise girl. You know you can always rely on me".

With that he went back to his food happily eating his blue pancakes. "I'll see you tomorrow Perce. I have a lot to do today" Annabeth said getting up to leave looking at her Boyfriend who just nodded and continued eating.

Percy pov:

I watched as Annabeth left the pavilion. Something felt off today but I couldn't quite figure out what it was. I shrugged it off continued thinking about the plan.

The plan I had been discussing and planning with the help of Nico and Thalia. After the titan war and even more so after the giant war Nico Thalia and I had grown close to each other. Like siblings we would spend the time we had when we were all together bickering and calling each other names. Occasionally when Nico and i got in a fight over some miniscule detail Thalia would stand by and make comments about them reminding her of Apollo and Artemis.

I smiled thinking about this. Whenever Thalia commented that it caused another discussion about who was more similar to Apollo and who was more like Artemis. It was a childish argument but they had it every time they met.

I must've trailed off because when I finished my food there was almost no one left in the pavilion so I got up and made my way towards cabin 3. I had some iris messages to send.

Upon arrival in my cabin I went to the small fountain in the back and grabbed one drachma. Holding it briefly before throwing it into the rainbow "Oh fleecy do me a solid, show me Thalia Grace with the Hunters of Artemis" An image formed in the rainbow showing Thalia teaching some of the newer hunters that joined after the giant war how to properly shoot 2 arrows at the same time.

After Thalia finished explaining the hunters shot a few rounds and Thalia inspected the targets. I was still watching staying silent to not interrupt. When Thalia came back after inspecting the targets she noticed me and smiled. As quickly as the smile came it vanished as she turned to the younger hunters. "Sera, Xanthe go collect your arrows and then find Phoebe to help her with the preparation for lunch" the young hunters nodded and quickly ran to collect their arrows. Thalia turned to me "Hey fish face" I raised an eyebrow "That's a new one thals" she just shrugged "what's up" "I wanted to ask whether or not you got the ring" "yes I got the ring it's not like it was hard to get a bit of silver in the camp of the hunters of the goddess of the moon whose entire identity is developed around silver esthetic" Thalia rolled her eyes while answering. A little Softer she continued "We'll be at camp tomorrow morning so I'll be able to give it to you then. I also asked the hunters what you wanted me to and they agreed. Altho I don't think you're getting around helping us move camp a couple times for this.."

After a short break Thalia continued almost laughing "and when I say helping us I mean getting bossed around by a bunch of 15 year old girls treating you like their personal slave"

I stared at her through the rainbow image. After a few seconds I just looked her in the eyes and responded "She's worth it" Thalia looked at me with an expression I can't quite describe it seemed like she was sad? No sad wasn't the right word maybe disappointed but that also didn't fit. "Is Nico in camp" "he'll arrive by tonight I asked him to bring a gem to complete the ring for her" Thalia's face brightened up then she looked to the side and her eyes widened. Without looking back at me she waved through the rainbow "I have to leave brother. The hunters found someone stumbling through the forest" I froze "it's a guy" and with that the connection ended.

3rd person pov:

After he had IM'd Thalia the son of Poseidon made his way towards the arena to exercise. He only got to about the Halfway

point between his cabin and the arena when he started to hear cheering coming from the arena.

After he made his way towards the arena he saw Annabeth and a new demigod fighting in the middle while seemingly the entire camp was watching and cheering. The new camper exceptionally talented form what it seemed as he was holding his own against Annabeth. At least for a while after around 10 minutes of back and forth he was drenched in sweat while Annabeth was still fresh and just a single drop of sweat formed on her forehead. His movements slowed down and eventually he started to fall behind. His sword now blocking her dagger a split second to late allowing Annabeth to throw him off balance and pin her dagger to his throat. "I yield" he said. Annabeth's stiff face lightened up as she reached out his hand to pull him back up. When he got up she nodded at him and turned around starting to walk away from the arena. Before she got far everyone gasped and Chiron stepped forward from seemingly nowhere.

Getting on one knee he announced "All hail Chris Wilson, Son of Dolos"

Percy pov:

After that the day went on pretty normal i went back to training and eventually decided to go down to the beach.

Who is this Dolos god. And why have I not ever heard of him before. Maybe I could reach Poseidon and ask or I could ask Annabeth later.

I reached the Beach walking along the coast and eventually reached my spot. It was a crescent shaped Bay that was very secluded from the rest of the camp since it was surrounded by a wall of cliffs. No one ever came here and when I had mentioned its existence to some of his friends they looked at him weirdly and asked if he was ok. After that i had never brought it up again and instead spend some of my free time in this seemingly enchanted place that only i could see.i spend my time building a small house to relax whenever i needed space to think or just to be by myself. I told Thalia and Nico about this place and asked whether they knew what it meant but they too had no idea that this place existed and couldn't see it.

Today i was working on the final parts of my small house just refining the kitchen-like area. Eventually the sun started to set so i made my way back towards the camp for dinner.

As I was heading back towards the camp along the shore a shadow seemed to follow me and eventually materialise fully into a person next to me. The person grabbed me by the arm stopping me "Don't go Perce" I turned to the person looking into pitch black eyes. Raising an eyebrow I responded "Don't go where Nico". His eyes narrowed and his face tensed "Promise on the Styx that you won't go to the dining pavilion tonight" "I- Nico you're scaring me" "Just promise" he continued to push. I held my hands up in resignation "Fine I swear of the river Styx I won't go to the dining pavilion tonight Even Tho my stomach is screaming at me because I'm hungry" A smile hushed ove Nico's now relieved face. "Now where do I get something to eat if not from the dining pavilion" I looked at Nico in expectation "I did not think that far" he admitted shrugging "you'll find something" and just like that he disappeared back into the shadows. I continued walking towards the camp after a few seconds of contemplating what even happened just now.

When I reached camp I stopped paying attention where I went and just went wherever. Eventually I found myself approaching the campfire. A little girl was looking after it. As I approached she looked up and gave me a warm smile "Lady Hestia" I bowed "Stop the formalities nephew" she responded clearly amused at my behaviour.

I stood there in silence watching the campfire burn. Minutes past by before Hestia turned to me "Come sit with me" pointing to a spot near hers "you know when you're this close to the hearth most people stop noticing you." As i sat down she continued "Why don't you join me all of tonight to experience the campfire from this perspective"

I simply nodded and started to relax around the campfire and Hestia.
