[10:48 AM]

A pale-skinned woman in a black suit reads the clock in the lobby as she leans on a pillar, to the left of the entrance. She brushes a few strands of lavender hair from her purple eyes as the sun gleams on her pale complexion. She pulls up her sleeve to find that a minute has passed before a black sedan parks by the entrance steps below her.

The rear door opens as a tall, lean man steps out of the vehicle, revealing a pair of black boots with jeweled buckles and metal shin guards above the footwear. He scratches his short brown hair, creaks his neck, and wipes off the grime from his face, mustache, and chinstrap. He fluffs out his silver-rimmed open blue coat, exposing a black breastplate and a matching pair of black pants with an earthy brown jeweled belt carrying two supposedly flintlock pistols. He adjusts his black leather gloves before pulling a purple bandana from his pocket and tying it on his head, exposing a symbol of a black cat staring from a crescent moon. He then dons a pair of glasses and blinks as his dull blue eyes dart toward the woman.

"Saved by the minute, Captain [Flash Dove]." The woman smirked with her arms crossed as she went down the steps.

"Haha! Should've known you'd be here to meet ol' me in the flesh, Kiri!" Flash guffawed as he patted [Kyoko Kirigiri]'s shoulder before extending his hand to her. "Sorry, it's just' me though. But I was told the others will follow suit."

"Hopefully fast enough…" Kyoko returned the gesture as she briefly clenched harder. "I trust that the drive went smoothly?"

"I wouldn't have slept soundly otherwise!" Flash smiled as he released the clasped hand before replacing his smile with a concerned one. "It's not every day though that you call for me on short notice," he said as they climbed the steps.

"I'm afraid not," Kyoko confirmed as they entered the building through the automatic doors. "I contacted others for their assistance. You arrived here first, so I'll debrief you on the situation." She passed him a dossier as they walked through the lobby.

Flash opened the dossier finding notes and photos of Hope's Peak Academy, albeit damaged as though it had been a battlefield.

The next photo was taken from a satellite. Clouds parted for a pillar of light erupting from the school grounds, coating the entire city in a warm golden glow.

The next two photos are seemingly taken from a civilian's smartphone; one shows a blur of pink striking an agent to the chin with a bat, and the other shows a female figure firing an assault rifle as demonstrated by the muzzle flashes within the dust cloud.

The last three photos were taken from a body cam, meaning the situation had escalated. The first showcases the conflict within the dust cloud as red and black blurs dash in and out from the debris. One figure sticks some kind of devil tail out of the cloud, and a single patch of white and grey tackles and supposedly bites a soldier's arm.

The second looks more like artwork than a camera feed as two figures huddled together with the tall one, holding the shorter one closely, swishes some kind of cape or wing, revealing constellations beneath with a sword of light in hand as a starry sky stood above them.

The last photo is rather vague. All that could be shown were a pair of white orbs within a pitch-black background, and the only notes below the photo were "Danger."

"A few days ago, Makoto called up the Foundation when a portal appeared before Hope's Peak's pathway. Immediately, we dispatched multiple squads to the school while Komaru and Fukawa remained on standby."

"You brought Makoto's sister into this?" Flash asked as his gaze narrowed. "How many?"

"Around 50% of our forces had injuries ranging from bullet wounds to bite marks, supposedly canine, but none were lethal. The other 50%…"

"Dead?"

"No, which is more concerning." Kyoko points at the dossier to the photo of pink, specifically at the bat, "Most of them sustained bruises across their bodies along with fractures and others. On the other hand…" She moves her finger to the last photo on the dossier with pursed lips. "This is where we need your assistance."

"Yeah, I wanted to ask about this one." Flash comments as he takes the photo out of the dossier. "What exactly is it? Some kind of Heartless or-"

"I don't know."

Flash swerved her head to Kyoko, finding a very concerned expression on her as she gulped.

"All the information I've gathered about that leads to nothing from our files. We've cross-referenced with other information from the other worlds, but we found nothing… save for what the agents could describe from their encounter."

"...That being…?"

"Silence." Kyoko simply answered as they focused more on the photo. "All sounds of the battlefield ended the moment that appeared. Gunshots, voices, and even their breathing went silent, save for the storm it brought."

Flash's gaze led to the white orbs in the photo, supposedly the eyes. The more he stared, the more he felt the orbs staring back at him.

"I'll keep an eye open," he notes as he returns the photo to the dossier. "I'll see what my crew can gather about it on their ends, but we may need more leads." he closes the dossier before returning it to Kyoko.

"We have a few." Kyoko digs a photo from her coat pocket and gives it to Flash. "This would help your search."

Flash takes the photo and stops, widening his eyes at the clue.

A Keyblade.

From bottom to top, the weapon's worn blade stands pitch-black with steel gray engravings across its shaft, which tapers inward at the blade's silver tip. Its teeth appear to be two weathered silver branch-like protrusions that dim into the gray engravings on the shaft. A gray crossguard connects the blade to black-plated metal, silver-trimmed hilt guards with a silver pommel at the end of a gray cylindrical grip with rings of silver at both ends. Finally, dangling from the pommel is a weathered hexagonal medallion keychain with an emblem of a tree connected by a weathered silver chain.

"...I can see why you called me in for this…" Flash commented as he caught up to Kyoko.

"And that's only part of it." The two continued as they stopped before a door labeled 'security.' "Not sure if you'd agree to this being a good idea, but I called some extra help before you."

"Parv?" Flash raised an eyebrow.

"My thoughts exactly." Kyoko opened the door and found two familiar individuals in the room.

The first was a wavy, pink-haired woman with light-blue eyes in a white long-sleeved blouse with a ruffled collar under a long-sleeved black jacket with white trimmings. She wore knee-high white socks in her standard-length red pleated skirt in her knee-high black boots. Currently, she is constricted in a supposed bear hug by the person next to her.

Hugging her sits [Parvati Dove], a brown-haired woman, whose neck-length hair has her bangs combed to her left, in a purple form-fitting dragon-scaled pattern full bodysuit with a black armored gold-trimmed chest plate with shoulder pads and a pair of black gauntlets reaching her elbows with retractable claws on her fingertips. Planted on the ground were black armored boots with wyvern wings etched on the sides, also equipped with claws at the tips. While she wore a black leather belt with a golden emblem buckle, she wore a pair of purple-lensed goggles above her head as her brown eyes widened at Flash's arrival.

"Father?!"

"Okay, Parvati I can see. But why bring Junko?" Flash notes as he waves at them before briefly turning to the pink-haired woman. "Nice outfit by the way."

"Thank you, captain." Junko thanked him as Parvati released her and approached her father, giving him a quick hug.

"Okay so," Parvati began, backing up as she adjusted the security cameras. "You remember how you, Mother, and Auntie Kyoko merged all the Danganronpa timelines into one, which is how we got our Junko here?" she gestures to her as Junko sits straight, albeit with a worrisome expression.

"Yeah, of course." Flash shrugs before narrowing his eyes. "Is there something you're not telling me here?"

"Well…" Parvati types on the keyboard as the camera switches to one of the cells.

What caught his attention most was the current prisoner on screen.

A light blue-eyed [Junko Enoshima] leans on a chair brushing out dirt under her nails with a toothbrush she grabbed from the cell's sink. Unlike in the security room, she wears a thin black choker, and a black cardigan over a white dress shirt opened up to the third button, exposing the top of her red and black bra. In an extremely short red pleated skirt, she sets her mid-sized black-heeled red-laced boots onto the table, crossing her legs as her long black and white necktie lays on her chest next to a red bow tie on her left breast and two buttons above her right hip. Complete with her pink hair tied into twin pigtails with her twin bear hair clips; her right tail is a white bear with dot eyes and a neutral expression while her left tail is a black bear with a wicked grin and jagged red eyes.

Flash looks to his left, finds Junko fidgeting in her seat, and then looks back at Junko on the monitor.

"...Okay, who's the fuckhead that released the big tittied disaster from the afterlife!?" he exclaims as Kyoko goes up to the keyboard.

"Surprisingly, she answered that question along with her cohorts." She types as four monitors surrounding Junko's flare open to reveal her sister and three cells of abnormal prisoners, with the cameras properly labeling their names.

A freckled [Mukuro Ikusaba] briefly glances at the camera, showing her purple-grey eyes as her short black bob cut bounces. Currently, in her white button-down blouse, she stretches her arms to reveal a striking black wolf tattoo on top of her right hand before stretching her legs in her brown pleated skirt, black stockings, and black shoes.

The red male imp of the cell, [Moxxie Knolastname], strums an acoustic guitar, singing a song in a black long-sleeved turtleneck and black pants covering his hooved legs as he sits on the floor with his legs crossed. He wore fingerless gloves as his red fingers plucked the guitar's strings, bopping his white hair and black and white horns to the rhythm while wagging his pointed tail, occasionally opening his yellow eyes to meet with his wife, his current cellmate according to the staff.

Bopping her short charcoal bob cut along to Moxxie, [Mildred "Millie" Knolastname] sings a tune, exposing a gap between her front teeth, also opening her yellow eyes to meet her husband's, smiling as the beauty mark under her right eye becomes noticeable. She too wears fingerless gloves as she sits on the floor in her cold-shoulder crop top with straps held by two golden-yellow buttons, a pair of black ripped denim pants, and toe-less footwear, exposing the toes on her hooves.

Currently lying down on the bottom bunk, [Loona], a white and gray adolescent hellhound (not a werewolf as corrected by her adoptive father, Blitzø) stares off with her red eyes (red sclera, white irises, and black slit pupils), as her tail rests on the mattress. In contrast, her silver side-swept hair rests on the pillow, exposing her dark grey ears. Her attire consists of a large spiked black choker, a tattered grey off-shoulder crop top held at the neckline by a series of spaghetti straps forming an inverted pentagram along, her black hem-tattered shorts with a white crescent moon on her right hip, and a pair of thigh-high toeless stockings with her black claws exposed at her toes. She pushes herself from the bed with her black fingerless gloves she turns herself to discuss a topic with her cellmate further.

Her cellmate, an avian adolescent named [Octavia "Goetia"] sits on a chair drinking tea prepared by the staff with her long white fingertips on her gray feathered hands in her pink long-sleeved star-patterned dress under a black feathery cardigan, crossing her black leggings and heeled boots. She blows her tea and sips with her small black beak in her black beanie with a pale yellow tiara design, brushing her shaggy-styled bangs as she converses with Loona. She wipes her white mask-like face with a small towel and her slate-gray feathers brush the floor as her pink eyes (pink sclera and bright white irises) blink before turning to the left wall of the cell.

Fiddling with sparkles of light with his bird-like claws, Octavia's father, [Stolas "Goetia"] sits at the table hunched with his red turtleneck sweater and beige pants with his yellow eyes focused on his handiwork. He strokes his left hand over his dark gray-blue feathered hair, clearing his second pair of yellow eyes. His plume-tail feathers swept the floor below him as he occasionally glanced at his cellmate and his progress.

Stacking a tower of cards, [Blitzø Buckzo] sits at the same table with his tongue sticking out the side of his mouth. The tall red imp stands in a pair of black knee-high heeled boots in black overalls on top of a white t-shirt as his black-tipped tail sways in anticipation. A drop of sweat drips off his red and white spotted chin as he holds his breath and places the card on the tower, stepping back while keeping an eye on its balance before letting his breath out and wiping his broad and red arm on his head and black and white horns. He straightened his back, proud of his progress as he popped his back, releasing the tension on his back as he glanced at Stolas with his yellow eyes (yellow sclera and red irises) and heart-shaped skull symbol on his forehead. He received a smile and thumbs-up from Stolas as the imp grinned.

"...Okay, I recognize Mukuro straight away." Flash pointed at the monitor before gesturing to the other three. "But aren't they the crew of that 'Helluva Boss' show?"

"You know about them?" Kyoko turned back to him.

"Not at all. I never got around to watching the show. And 'have zero plans to." he responds before crossing his arms.

"Either way, Father, they were with D-Junko and D-Mukuro when they appeared," Parvati explained.

"D-Junko?" Flash raised his eyebrow at the term.

"'Despair' Junko and 'Despair' Mukuro." Surprisingly, their Junko answered. "It's to differentiate them to me and Mukuro."

"So… what? Would we call you and Mukuro: S-Junko and S-Mukuro?" Flash guessed.

"That could work." Parvati shrugged while Junko nodded before they turned to the monitors. "Anyway, when Auntie Kyoko and the others interrogated them, they all gave the same answer about D-Junko. Even D-Mukuro gave the same answer surprisingly."

"Hold on, hold on!" Flash perplexed, unraveled his arms. "What do you mean she gave the same answer? Are you telling me that D-Mukuro was NOT following her gaslighter of a sister?"

"If that were the case, she wouldn't have bothered to cooperate with her," Kyoko added as she typed on the keyboard. "What doesn't add up either is D-Junko herself."

Flash pondered the information, crossing his arms as he leaned on the wall behind him. "Call it a guess but…" he turned to her daughter to ask "She hasn't started to despise despair… has she?"

From her seat, Parvati turns to her father with a grim nod.

"Well… Now I want to know what mastermind could pull that off." Flash inquired as he turned to Kyoko. "So who's the leader of this merry band?"

"Well, he-" Kyoko paused, sighing as the occupants turned to the monitor.

The footage was static with the recording time still ongoing.

"Aw come on, he did it again!" Parvati fumed as Junko threw a throw pillow towards her before punching the cushion.

"A broken camera?" Flash deduced as Kyoko pinched her nose bridge. "What, did he jump and hit it with a Peach Bomber?" he lightly joked.

"That's the FIFTH ONE TODAY!" Parvati growled, continuously punching the pillow before throwing it at the wall. "Auntie Kyoko, I'll check the damage this time with Father! I'll bring him up to speed on the containment procedures while I'm at it."

"Please do…" Kyoko grumbled as Parvati and Flash exited the security room, bringing a sheet of paper. S-Junko noticed her grab something from one of the drawers.

"Kyoko-san, please don't bring out the tequila-!"

The door closed before she could finish.

"I… never knew her taste in drinks." Flash mused as he and Parvati went off.

"You can thank him for turning Auntie Kyoko into a practicing alcoholic." Parvati straightened the sheet in her hands.

"And for that, he's on my 'wallop' list." Flash declares as he listens to his daughter. "So, what do I need to know?"

'For one, they've been rather tame.'

"I spy with my little eye, something… white!" Moxxie starts the game as his head lies on Millie's lap.

Blitz groans as he continues his card tower, reaching the upper bunk. "Mox, I swear to God, if it's your hair-!"

"It's not, Blitz! It's not even in my cell!" Moxxie bickered as Millie stroked his hair. "Besides, I never said it was in our cell!"

"Is it Loona?" Octavia guessed from her cell in between Moxxie's and Blitz's. "Most of her fur is white."

"I was thinking more of the walls than me," Loona added, noting the white walls in the cells compared to the gray hallway. "I mean, it makes sense, doesn't it?"

"A question, dear Moxxie," Stolas asked, sitting on the lower bunk. "Would the object in question be on the other side?"

"Oh! Yer gettin' warmer there, sir!" Millie answered.

'Their requests usually involve recreational activities. A guitar and some music for Moxxie and Millie's cell while Blitz gets a deck of cards while Stolas is doing… whatever he is with his hands. Loona and Octavia said they'd think about it, but I got a hunch that they'll just ask for the Wi-Fi password.'

'Well, that eases me up a bit. But what about the sisters?'

'Well…'

"Are you guys talking about my shirt?" Mukuro asks across Moxie's cell.

"Nah, but it's above it," Millie answered.

"Sorry to say, but my eyes are gray." Mukuro corrected as she sat on her bed. "Purple-gray according to Junko."

"Can you also add that to the list though?." Junko requested as she removed her contacts, revealing her red eyes in the mirror. "We need to get you better clothes than a leftover school uniform. Do you want to keep your skirt or…?"

"Honestly, I'm thinking of ditching it." Mukuro decides while examining her worn-out skirt. "I, know you said it looked more feminine, but I think his suggestion for pants or shorts is preferable to me. Shame I had to lose them…"

"Oh right, I forgot about that." Moxxie acknowledged as he sat up from his wife's lap. "You had your guns with you, right?"

"Before the Foundation confiscated them, yes." Mukuro sighed, plopping her back onto her bed. "I forgot how bad we screwed up the world."

"No use crying over it," Junko commented, patting her face with a dry towel. "You know how the saying goes."

"Can we play something else? Preferably something that isn't 'I Spy' for the 53rd time?" Blitz groaned as he toppled his card tower from the upper bunk.

"How about Monopoly?" Millie suggested before blinking in realization "Oh, wait, we don't have a board big enough."

'When I was about to confront D-Junko in the field, I was stopped by D-Mukuro, who ordered her to retreat. To my surprise, she relented the order before complying, she ran off to their leader before I faced off against Mukuro.'

'You kicked her ass?'

'You know it. It wasn't as hard though since she was wounded beforehand so I made sure to apply first aid after. Though… just before she blacked out, she requested adjustments for their imprisonment.'

'At least they sort of complied. What'd they ask for?'

"How long has he been asleep?" Octavia voices her thoughts, glancing at the cell between the two sisters.

The prisoners' gazes turned to the individual sleeping on the bottom bunk of his bed. Though his black business coat blocked the view of his upper body they could see a pair of black pants and socks on the bed and a pair of black shoes below.

Blitz gathered his cards and answered, "He's been asleep for nearly two days since we got out." He shuffled the cards in his hands. "Hard to blame him for carrying the team."

"Cheers to you, sis, for getting us cells with beds!" Junko cheered with glee while brushing her teeth. "I bet he's grateful for that."

"Beds, running water, clothes, and I'm still surprised they even did the sandwiches." Mukuro marveled as she flipped herself on the mattress, her chest facing the bed.

"A piece of heaven in my mouth, holy shit…" Loona praised as the others chorused their agreement with 'Fuck yes!' among them. Her smile dropped upon remembering. "I almost want to say I'm glad we got our asses kicked but… It doesn't feel right without…"

The room quieted as Octavia clenched the teacup, melancholy hanging over them.

'Well… Would you like to check in at Hotel California~? You can check out anytime you'd like, but you can never leave~'

'Hehe, Eagles, nice~! We're about to meet the merry band themselves, what'll you do in there?'

'Probably just some small talk. I may as well get to know them during their stay. Plus, y'know, get answers from the D-Sisters and Mr. Mystery.'

Stolas' head perked up as he turned to the room's door. "We have company."

The others' gazes followed Junko as she pulled up her chair and faced the reinforced glass window while Mukuro sat on the edge of her bed.

Their attention was drawn to the opening door as the Captain and his Daughter entered the room.

From the three cells to Flash's left, the prisoners observed from within. Three imps, two owls, and one hound.

Millie smooshed her face against the window while Moxxie leaned at the corner of his cell to get a better view.

Loona and Octavia remained in place, while Blitz walked over to the table and shuffled the duck, while Stolas observed intently.

The Captain stopped before D-Junko's cell with his daughter on his left as they assessed the prisoner within.

D-Junko hunched over with her elbows on her knees, returning their gaze.

"So, You're the Junko my handler's familiar with." Flash began, clapping his hands to gesture to the prisoner. "'Surprised anyone would want you back after all you've done."

"And you must be the famous 'Captain Flash' I've heard from the guards," Junko emphasized his name with a chuckle. "The feeling's mutual, but I gotta be honest, I'm surprised they got an actual pirate like yourself here."

"Well, that I am." He affirmed, glancing two cells to his right. "And I see whoever got you out also brought along your sister." He confirmed as he walked over to Mukuro's cell, finding her looking back at the captain before he returned to Junko. "You know, I was hoping to meet her one day. She always seemed to be the fearsome one between you two."

"Hihi, you got that right!" Junko giggled, her hand reaching her mouth. "It still surprises me how there are two of us here now. I mean, two Junkos and two Mukuros. Shit would hit the fan in no time flat, wouldn't it?"

Parvati shrugged with a wry smile. "Yeah, but no offense, your demeanor's a dead giveaway on who's who," she explained. "The Junko we know is not as… uhm… "

"Fucking cringe?"

"More like she's not 'lol GG no ree' random as you are." she clarified. "If anything, she's more receptive to her original talent."

"...Is that so…?" Junko pauses, before putting her leg up. "Tell me something… Parvy? Is that right?"

"Only mom calls me that, but yeah. What's up?"

"I need you to be straight with me here," Junko stressed staring intently. "Have either of them tasted despair?"

"If I remember right…" Parvati held her right elbow as her right forefinger rested under her lips. "Mukuro- er, our Mukuro, was devastated when she learned what you did to your sister."

Flash briefly heard D-Mukuro gripping the bedsheet before turning to the two as his daughter continued.

"She was a sniveling mess by the end of it, makeup running and everything. Luckily for her, I was there to help her back up." she finished, noting the softened gaze in Junko's eye, surprising her slightly.

"How…" Junko closed her eyes, finding the right words. "How did the other me react to… everything?"

"Well, she had a midlife- wait no… quarter-life?" Parvati turned to her father.

"Quarter-life."

"Yeah, she had a quarter-life crisis. Long story short, she couldn't decide if Despair was worth its salt and went on an adventure to find the answer. I was there with everyone else beating the stuffing out of Monokuma as everyone united under one flag, bringing our Junko her answer."

"In the end…" D-Junko spoke solemnly and thoughtfully. "She was disgusted by Despair?"

"I'd say she chose Hope over Despair. Or Light over Darkness in Kingdom Hearts terms." Parvati concluded Flash patted her shoulder with a proud fatherly smile.

"Kiddo here follows the same mentality I have, that light and darkness co-existing is the best way forward," Flash added as her daughter smiled at him. "Light's always gonna cast a shadow, but the dawn will always rise after dark."

Flash smiled before turning to Junko, who blinked at the two.

"...If that sounds confusing, I apologize for that."

No one said a word as Junko put down her foot before leaning back in her seat. "...Victory to Hope… Heh…" She pulled her head back as she faced the ceiling, allowing a bittersweet smile to creep on her face.

"...Good for her…"

Flash glanced around the room, finding various reactions.

Blitz released a breath he held as Stolas embraced his hand, offering a comforting smile as he returned in kind.

Millie rested her head on Moxxie's shoulder, who hugged her from the side.

Octavia softly smiled as Loona smirked on the side of the cell.

He couldn't see Mukuro's, but she appeared asleep rather peacefully.

He then looked to the right of her cell, and noticed the hanged coat on the upper bunk, remembering why they were there.

Along with a question that'd been racking his head all day since he arrived.

"So, how much of a ride did you take your puppet savior on?"

As he got onto the brass tacks, the room's mood shifted, tensions arose, and Junko's hands twitched.

"Ready to cut his strings yet?"

"...Excuse me?" Junko hunched back to her position, her elbows on her knees while clenching her hands.

Raising his eyebrow, he continued. "Yeah, you know, get what you want from him, then once he outlived his usefulness…" Flash drew his thumb across his neck. "The full taste of Despair."

"..." Junko remained silent as her gaze shifted to the floor.

"I… take that isn't the case…" Parvati wagered. "Junko, we need you to tell us what truly happened when he saved you."

Junko remained silent, unanswering.

'The heck is going on?' Flash wondered. 'Did I strike a nerve?'

Junko took a deep breath as she faced the two. "If I tell you, what will Kirigiri do with what I know?"

"Well…" Flash scratched his head with a click of his tongue. "I'll be honest with you, I don't know what Kiri would do with the information if it'll be useful anyway."

"What about him?" Junko glanced at the cell to her right, his cell.

"Maybe she'll go easy on him? I dunno." He shrugged. "That's for her to know and me to trust her judgment."

Rolling her jaw, she glares at Parvati. "What exactly is Kirigiri to you? I know she's your dad's handler, but what about you?"

"My honourary auntie. So yeah… I trust her." Parvati responded as she asked, "You got a problem with that?"

"Just tell me what the hell she wants with Lucius!" Junko growled as the room turned quiet.

The silence was deafening as the two stared off.

'Lucius, huh?' Flash turned to the prisoner sleeping between the sisters' cells. 'At least I finally got his name.'

"I told you already, Auntie Kyoko didn't inform either of us what she plans to do about Lucius." Parvati groaned, pinching her nose bridge. "Why the hell are you so worked up about him- …Wait…" she dropped her hand as her mind raced.

Realization hit her like a truck.

"Are you…?"

Parvati met Junko's gaze and her eyes widened.

"Do you genuinely love him?"

*CRACK!*

The two stepped back to find a web of cracks forming on Junko's window, caused by a sharpened toothbrush in her hand.

"Okay… That did not go as I planned." Parvati admitted.

She watched Junko step back and grab her chair.

"Now, I know you want to hurt me. But I have an idea how we can settle this." She offered, halting Junko's actions. "Now we could do this the easy way and brawl like civilized women in the ring, or we can do this the hard way." Parvati puts up her fists and bends her knees.

"...How about no?" Junko threw her chair at the window, shattering it to pieces.

Parvati dodged the chair, shattering at the opposite cell's window, and let a grin form.

Junko dashed toward her, grabbed the fallen toothbrush shiv, and went for a stab.

"Hard way it is!" Parvati cheered as she spun 180 degrees, roundhouse kicking the shiv out of her hand.

Using the momentum, Junko extended her leg to counter Parvati.

Both legs clashed, with Parvati having the upper hand in the physical struggle.

"You sure you know what you're doing, kid?" Flash queried, crossing his arms while leaning on the wall next to the door.

"Positive!" She chirped as Junko hooked her leg to Parvati's before grappling onto the limb. "See! She knows she wants it!" She throws herself with Junko on her leg to the floor before rising to face the fallen analyst.

Recovering from her daze, Junko noticed Parvati offering her hand.

"Y'know, my offer still stands." Parvati gave a jolly grin while observing Junko's body language.

With a sigh, Junko grasps the hand as Parvati pulls up her body.

And then she smirked.

"Nah, I'm good," she answered, headbutting right after.

"Mmgh!" Parvati winced, releasing her grasp as she nursed her nose. Though unbroken, it did hurt.

Glancing at the floor, Junko kicked her below the chestplate hoping to create distance.

"Woah!" Unfortunately, she ended up pushing herself off-balance with her back on the floor again before grabbing the leg of the broken chair and rolling back against a wall.

"Brick abs, baby!" Parvati cheered, flexing her arms as she resumed her combat position. "'Can keep jabbin' them all day, but this girl's still standing!"

Gritting her teeth, Junko runs up to the brawler, leaping from Lucius' window before swinging the chair leg.

Parvati delivered a left hoot towards the makeshift weapon, shattering the wood with her gauntlet as Junko grabbed two more chair legs from below. She swung the two limbs as Parvati lifted her left armored boot, breaking the wood before thrusting her foot at the analyst, kicking her back to her starting place as she fell to the floor.

Shaking off her daze, Junko grabbed a glass shard from the ground and charged at the captain's daughter, who frowned. Parvati grabbed Junko's wrist as the shard neared her neck, halting all movement. She clenched the shard, trying to inch the hazard closer.

"Ok, drop the glass, you're just gonna bleed that way." She ordered as she picked the shard off her hand, disposing it to the side as she examined the pink bleeding wound.

Junko swatted the hand as she retreated, wincing her now bleeding hand.

"Seriously, stand down. Your wound will worsen if we don't treat it." Parvati assured her as she turned to her father. "Father, hand me a med kit."

"Gimme a sec…" Flash fished his pockets, finding the kit. "Here you-" he paused as he looked past his daughter who grabbed the item.

"Father-?"

"Kid, get back!" Flash exclaimed as Parvati's sixth sense kicked in.

She leaped back as a blur clawed off her chest plate, exposing her sports bra and toned abs as the armor crashed into the back wall of Junko's cell. Luckily she suffered no wounds on her body before she looked back to Junko, alarmed by the sight.

A monochromatic Warhammer slammed into the ground with pink blood splattering the black side in contrast to the clean white side. Junko heaved as she leaned on the red handle, turning pale as she struggled to stay awake. As she held the weapon with her right hand, her body had certain… abnormalities ranging from a glowing red eye flickering with color to a black bear claw draped over her left shoulder reaching her forearm. Among the changes, her right boot is now white with black laces contrasting her left black boot with red laces. Finally, a cloud of fluff rests by her neck on her right, unstained by the pink blood dripping from her closed right eye.

The hammer's handle fell over as Junko passed out, now falling forward.

Parvati caught her from falling as the abnormalities, minus her eye no longer glowing, disintegrated into black wisps, including the hammer.

Parvati laid her down on her back after her father cleared out the glass shards with a brief wind spell into a corner between the door and Junko's cell.

"Okay… What just happened?" Parvati queried, addressing Junko's wounds and cleaning off the blood before wrapping them with bandages. "I don't know what that was, but I know for sure THAT wasn't something she could do." She notes as she glances at the broken chest plate before looking down at her damaged bodysuit. "Still, either she got one heck of an adrenaline rush or that hammer was made of something way stronger to wreck my armor." Parvati mused as her gaze returned to the unconscious Junko. "Though, from how it looked… Do you think it was-"

"It wasn't darkness," Flash confirmed, turning to the cracks the hammer formed on the floor. "Her weapon and cloak came from her, but… it's weird." He went over to the crack, analyzing any possible lead to the phenomenon. "There's no essence of darkness or any that leads to her forming a Heartless."

Parvati turned to her father to her left.

"It's almost as if she manifested her equipment through sheer will." Flash deduced. "Like how those Phantom Thieves summon their Personas, you know?"

"Almost like the first two games if I remember right but with equipment instead?" Parvati added. "What would you even call it?"

"E.G.O."

Flash shot his head up to the baritone voice as his daughter followed his gaze with alarm.

Kneeling before the unconscious Junko was a man in black business pants and shoes. He wore a white turtleneck, and a pair of black gloves, held an open white gold-rimmed book with his left hand, and laid his right hand on Junko's chest above her heart. His light blue eyes focus on his right hand as it emits a golden glow encompassing the woman's body reflected on his metallic half-rimmed reading glasses, salt and pepper faux hawk, and a silver ring hanging on a small golden chain around his neck.

"The 'Extermination of Geometrical Organ.' Personalized equipment manifested from an individual's mind, varying from ranged weaponry to prosthetics." He explained as he observed Junko's bruises compress and wounds seamed. "Failure upon manifestation would cause one to become a Distortion. The fact that her E.G.O. manifested in an incomplete state proved a high risk of her conversion into a Distortion, bringing danger to many around her."

The golden glow dimmed as Junko's breathing stabilized before he closed the book.

"You have my thanks for suppressing her before the situation escalated." He stood up as he faced the father-daughter duo, adjusting his glasses with his right hand. "I don't suppose introductions are in order?"

Flash approached the man and extended his hand to him.

"Captain Flash Skullhunter, at your service." Flash firmly shook hands as he noticed the book was no longer in his hand. 'No book… Is it his E.G.O.? Either way, I'd best not let my guard down around him.'

"Lucius. No surname I'm afraid." Lucius introduced himself with a smirk as he released his grasp before turning to Parvati.

Flash noticed his dazed daughter and gently shook her shoulder, snapping her out before she faced the man before them.

"P-Parvati Skullhunter. Sorry, I'm just trying to process all… that." she lowered her gaze as the sleeping Junko remained on her back against the floor.

Following her gaze, Lucius sighed as he lifted her body to sit with her back against his cell window.

Flash noted the lack of sound he emitted.

"First time witnessing an E.G.O., hmm?" He turned to Parvati, "It was a good reflex to avoid that hammer. Who knows what it could have done?"

That got her attention.

"What do you mean?" Parvati asked with a hint of worry.

"For one, we've yet to determine the afflictions upon contact. However, we hypothesize that such effects include schizophrenia, mass hysteria, and dementia to name a few possibilities." He explained before he knelt before Junko to inspect.

He ignored the captain and his daughter tense up before Flash shook his head.

"You know, Lucius." he began as the man turned to the captain. "I'm impressed you managed to get out of your cell without triggering any of the alarms. Even more so considering you decided to stick around."

"Well from one leader to another, no man gets left behind." Lucius dusts Junko's shoulders who slowly awakens. "No matter what."

Blinking her eyes, Junko sees Lucius kneeling before her as a genuine smile creeps across her face.

"Did I win~?" Junko asked with a blissful look.

"No, she kicked your ass," Lucius answered bluntly before his hands reached her cheeks.

With a deadpanned look, he pinched, squished, and stretched Junko's face to her dismay.

"Hey- Why?!" Junko pleaded as her face constantly shifted from squished to stretched.

"Punishment," Lucius gruffly responded. "I warned you about your E.G.O., yet you used it anyway."

In the brief moment he released his grasp on her face, she reached out to his, attempting to return the punishment.

That attempt failed as his right hand flicked her chin, dropping her arms instantly.

As her arms rested beside her unmoving body, Junko pouted as Lucius released a smirk on his face.

"Now you stay in my cell and chat with the captain's daughter until I'm done with the man himself." He pecked Junko's forehead as he rose and faced the duo. "Can you have your kid…?"

"Yeah, sure thing…" Flash agreed as Parvati went over to Junko, but not before addressing his concern. "What do you need me for?"

"Well, I figured we could even things out given your daughter had a skirmish with Junko as she folded her like a Sunday morning lawn chair-"

"You asshole!" Junko flipped him off as Parvati carried her like a sack of potatoes, opening Lucius' cell window.

"-And I could use the warm-up with the same guy who provoked her in the first place," Lucius added, staring into Flash's eyes. "Your question was justified, but it still triggered her nonetheless."

"Was only ascertaining your position in the partnership, Lucius." Flash clarified. "And we'll need to find somewhere bigger to do that. I'm sure Kiri wouldn't hold it against me."

"But she definitely would against me," Lucius smirked as he stuffed his hands into his pockets. "I heard she became a practitioner in alcoholism. That true?"

"Yeah and for that reason, you are on my list." Flash snarked.

"Sweet, time to destroy the main hall~!" Lucius skipped out the door of the prison room with a shit-eating grin.

"Once again, you are on my list!" Flash threatened as he followed the prisoner.

Parvati and Junko were left in the room as the prisoners resumed their activities.

"Are they going to be alright?" Parvati inquired from an unmoving Junko lying on Lucius' bed.

"Worried about your pirate papa?" Junko joked.

"Of course I am." Parvati firmly answered, "Your leader destroyed three months' worth of surveillance equipment in a row, drove my Auntie Kyoko, the Ultimate Detective, to drink, escaped his cell without a literal sound, and remained in the room when he could have either struck us down or escaped on his lonesome."

"He's still recovering too."

Parvati turned to the cell across, finding Loona and Octavia facing them.

"Lucius is still recovering his strength from our escape from hell and when you and your guys arrested all of us," Loona answered.

"Not to mention he's been asleep for nearly two days," Octavia added. "And he still managed to destroy your cameras while asleep."

"As if he couldn't be any more dangerous." Parvati rolled her eyes. "I don't understand why he'd want to duel my father though. Not that I'm judging his commitment to you but…" she rubbed her nape as Junko got up.

"He's going to make a gamble," Junko answered.

That sentence alarmed the four cells, awakening Mukuro in the process.

Blitz dropped his deck of cards while Stolas' sparks faded.

Loona nearly dropped her phone along with Octavia and her tea.

Moxie and Millie honed their eyes on Lucius' cell

And Mukuro got out of bed and leaned on her window.

"What kind of gamble…?" Parvati narrowed her eyes at the analyst who smiled.

"Say, Flash, are you a gambling man?" Lucius asked as they walked through the hall, ignoring the stares of the employees who avoided their path.

"I prefer guarantees over gambles," Flash answered honestly. "I don't rely on chances to succeed."

"Well, that's one thing we don't share I suppose." Lucius sighed as his eyes drifted across the hall. "I on the other hand use them as a last resort but with a high chance of success. Call it a 'calculated risk' if you will."

"If I may ask, why bring it up?" Flash inquired as they neared the main hall of the Future Foundation.

"I just thought it'd be interesting if we made a bet over our little duel. As a fair man, I will comply with your conditions should you be the victor."

"Bah, no need for any of that. What better way for men like us to communicate than to let our blades do the talking?" Flash sticks his hand out as his Keyblade appears.

A spectral glow encompasses a long cobalt blue blade with carbon scythe teeth as its bone-like handle surrounded by deep purple horns as hilt guards held by a yellow gemstone and a golden cylinder as the rain guard.

Flash rolled his shoulder before letting his weapon rest on his shoulder.

Lucius halted his tracks as he analyzed the blade on the captain.

"First time seeing another Keyblade wielder?" Flash hummed with a raised eyebrow.

"Well yeah, I am…" Rubbing his hair, Lucius responded before mumbling. "Lucy wasn't kidding when she said there were others…"

"I saw your file and noticed you had one of your own. You mind if I look?" Flash asked kindly.

Bringing his right hand out of his pocket, he opened his hand as a golden glow formed his black blade with a snap.

Now refurbished, the blade's weathered metal shined brilliantly under the light as it dangled in Lucius' hand.

"Hmm, not bad. You got a name for it?" Flash asked.

"Isn't it just called a 'Keyblade' though?" Lucius raised his eyebrow.

"Well yeah they are, but some have names of their own. Take Coded Deductions here which gives me a boost for my spells." Flash motioned the Keyblade on his shoulder.

"They give abilities?" Lucius widened his eyes.

"Yep! So, what do you call yours?" Flash scanned the Keyblade in Lucius' grasp.

Lucius' mouth thinned as he looked at his weapon.

"Honestly… I don't know." He admitted as they entered the main hall. "Never gave it a thought while we were down there."

"I'm sure it'll come up while we clash." Flash assured as they stood at the center of the main hall, now empty as onlookers watched from a distance.

An irritated Kyoko Kirigiri watches with the crowd as S-Junko watches with worry.

"Alright!" Flash smiles, planting Coded Deductions into the ground to stretch his limbs. "I'd be lying if I didn't admit I was looking forward to fighting you."

"I'll have to apologize since I'm still recovering my strength." Lucius turned to the captain after they spaced each other. "Been asleep in there for nearly two days from what I heard."

"Yikes…" Flash winced as he pulled out Coded Deductions. His left foot forward and held the sword with both hands as the blade lowered to his right. "Sad to say I won't be holding back even if you're healing."

"I'd be insulted if you did otherwise." Lucius chuckled as he rolled his neck and twirled his unnamed Keyblade before pocketing his left hand. "I hope I can meet your expectations, captain."

Flash smirked as he tightened his grip on Coded Deductions.

~Start BGM: "Pillars of the Underworld" from {Guilty Gear X2 (Korean OST)}~

The room went silent once as the two Keyblade wielders focused on each other with their weapons drawn.

In a flash, Lucius dashed toward the captain who swung his weapon upward as a Blizzara chain shot towards him.

Lucius slid under the chain shot, glancing at a mini-glacier form upon impact on a pillar near the corner before returning to running as he neared the captain.

Flash swung upward as Lucius parried the attack which sent him airborne. Seeing the opportunity, Flash swung Coded Deductions downward, sending a Fira chain shot toward Lucius.

He threw his Keyblade at the incoming projectile which deflected toward the mini glacier, melting into steam as his weapon vanished.

As Lucius landed into a crouch, Flash resumed his stance, focusing on his opponent who quickly scanned the area.

As he refocused on Flash, he leaped from his crouch and dashed toward the captain who readied his spell as Lucius summoned his Keyblade.

However, Lucius threw his Kayblade at the captain, who deflected it with Coded Deductions in an upward slash.

As he drew close without a weapon, Flash swung downward where Lucius should have parried it with his Keyblade.

Instead, the captain's eyes flashed wide as Lucius swung a flat-tipped greatsword toward him causing the swords to clash as Flash asserted his strength to push him back.

This allowed Lucius to utilize the force against him as he flipped himself using the momentum to deliver an overhead slash.

Flash jumped back as the sword crashed into the ground before he looked up to find Lucius perched on top of his greatsword aiming a black and silver semi-auto shotgun at the captain with a smile!

'Crap!' Flash called back Coded Deductions while casting Aero on himself, narrowly avoiding the first shotgun blast.

With the wind from Aero, Flash zigzagged away from his opponent who fired two additional shots until he was far enough.

Lucius' greatsword vanished as he leaped off the blade, firing his 4th round at the captain, who blocked the pellets with his Keyblade as a few whizzed through his coat.

As Lucius fired his 5th round, Flash cast 'Aerora,' creating a whirlwind barrier as the pellets were caught in the wind current, now orbiting around the pirate.

Upon seeing this, a smile crept across Lucius' face as he fired his last round in his shotgun. As he lowered his hands, the gun was replaced by a pair of black and silver pistols. He aimed the gun in his right hand at the captain, firing nine bullets as he did the same with the gun in his left.

As the last bullet was caught in the air current, the guns vanished as Lucius dashed toward the captain, who released his spell. The bullets exploded from the shield, causing some employees, including S-Junko and Kyoko, to duck and cover as the walls and glass windows chip and crack.

Lucius charged at the captain as a black and silver lance was in his grasp, narrowly dodging a bullet that grazed his cheek.

As Lucius neared Flash, he swung Coded Deductions upward, sending the lance out of his hands. As the lance struck the ground behind Lucius, a pair of black and silver blades appeared in his grasp. Lucius countered with a cross-slash as Flash held off against the blades, sparking as they pushed each other back.

With a smirk, the blades in Lucius' grasp vanished as he ducked under Coded Deductions. Flash looked below as he received a blunt force to his chin, sending him back to find a black and silver hammer in Lucius' grasp.

He then shifted his body as he swung the hammer straight into Flash's breastplate, cracking the armor as he crashed into a pillar.

As he recovered, he resorted to leaning on his Keyblade like a crutch to stand against his opponent.

Lucius waltzed over to his lance as both the weapon and hammer vanished. As he turned to the captain, two weapons appeared in his hands: a black and silver mace in his left, and a silver axe in his right.

~End BGM~

'Crap…' Flash noticed pieces of his armor chip off his person as Lucius watched him intently. 'I'll give you one thing. You know your way around your weapons. But sad to say…' He got up, holding Coded Deductions with his right hand. '...I ain't letting a SECOND Tragedy happen.' He takes a deep breath before cracking a smile with a ferocious glare at his opponent.

"Time to turn the tide."

~Start BGM: "Rising Force" by [Victory]~

Upon seeing the intensity in Flash's eyes, a pair of black and silver plated gauntlets materialized over his gloves, covering up to half his forearms.

The captain charged at Lucius, faster than before while readying his Keyblade.

Lucius eyed the captain's movement as he returned in kind, readying to strike with his axe.

Flash swung his Keyblade with a side sweep as Lucius brought his axe overhead, only for the captain to leap back as he brought it down and thrust his blade toward his opponent.

Noting his change in speed, Lucius swiftly parried the blade with his mace, with a side strike as his axe dispersed.

Planting his foot, Flash used the force to swing his Keyblade on the opposite side.

Widening his eyes, Lucius raised his left gauntlet as the strike launched him across the main hall, dispersing his mace.

In midair, Lucius' gauntlets protracted claws from his gauntlets as he clawed the ground as he landed before launching himself at the captain, now with a knife in his right hand.

Flash planted his feet as his two hands gripped his Keyblade upon seeing Lucius' speed.

Lucius readied his left claw as Flash parried the strike. Both fighters struck their marks as Flash's bandana tore above his right eyebrow while Lucius' left shin was hit before he clawed the ground.

Again, he pounced at the captain and blocked his Keyblade with his knife before tilting, which ground the weapon up the blade, reaching the hilt and beyond as Flash narrowly avoided the knife by tilting his head. Luckily, only his glasses flew off his head.

As Lucius skidded, he pivoted his foot to turn back to the captain before he got a taste of his own medicine, taking a hit to his chin as his glasses dispersed.

While in midair, Flash gave chase, leaping into the air to send a barrage of strikes at Lucius, who could only guard with his gauntlets and pants. These were taking the damage surprisingly well despite the actual damage to the wearer, whose blood dripped from his head.

Flash slammed Coded Deductions at Lucius, sending him to the ground on his back.

Lucius lay on his back as he spotted the captain rapidly approaching from above and threw himself to the side, narrowly dodging the captain's crash into his spot before skidding into a kneel.

In Lucius' eyes, he spotted the captain rise from the crater and trained his blue eyes on him before honing in toward his opponent.

He rose from kneeling as a black-sheathed katana manifested in his grasp. He drew his katana, revealing a silver blade as the captain was caught in a storm of slashes.

As Flash weathered the storm, he felt the bandana on his head fly off from the battlefield while the storm cut his coat and remaining armor he marched his way toward Lucius before dashing toward him as the storm subsided.

Sheathing his katana, he dispersed the weapon before summoning his Keyblade into his right hand, charging toward the captain head-on.

Head-to-head, the Keyblade Wielders clashed before Flash sent Lucius toward the third pillar of the main hall, giving chase as his opponent countered with a barrage of strikes from his Keyblade, each parried by Coded Deductions before they launched off the pillar.

Across the main hall, both fighters clashed, parried, and deflected each attack until they returned to their spot at the center.

Flash grits his teeth as he readies his weapon for one last upward slash with both hands wrapped around the handle.

Lucius spits blood to his side as he enters one last stance with a clawed hand to his left and a tight grip on his weapon to his right.

Both fighters glare at one another before they charge at each other at blinding speed.

And then they slash.

~End BGM~

Both fighters skidded past each other and remained in their stances with both Keyblades above them.

Flash returned to his stance as Lucius followed suit, observing each other in the silence.

Moments passed until the captain fell to his knees, panting as some blood dripped over his eye while he held onto his Keyblade.

Lucius coughed blood as he covered his mouth with his left hand, splattering blood onto the glove before his legs failed him, and kneeled, planting his Keyblade and holding it as a crutch.

"So…" Lucius huffed as he looked up to Flash. "Would this count as a win or a draw?"

"What do you think?!" Flash sassed, wiping off his sweat and blood from his brow.

"I say…" He plants his hand on his chest as his body glimmers a golden glow. "...A win!" he bragged as he fully stood. "Hahaha… Oh shit." he fell back on his knees as blood continued to drip from his head as it seeped into his white turtleneck.

"How's that, asshole!" Flash jested with a chuckle before coughing into a fit.

"Father!" a voice called within the crowd as Parvati made her way past the crowd and ran up to her father.

"Right on cue…" Flash sat down and let his daughter patch him up. "Count yourself lucky she was trained by the Ultimate Nurse, my guy!"

"The fuck do you people mean 'Ultimates'?!" Lucius was exasperated as he sat down. "First Junko, then Mukuro, now you! What the fuck does that mean?!"

"A title given to those who excel in a talent," Kyoko informs as she approaches Lucius. "They're the best in what they do and often specialize in the talent they hold."

"So what does that make you, the Ultimate smartass?" Lucius goaded, wincing as he positioned himself.

"The Ultimate Detective." Kyoko felt a twitch in her brow as she responded.

"What, like Sherlocke Holmes or some shit?" Lucius wondered aloud as he turned to Parvati. "How's Junko by the way?"

"So far, she's resting on the bed of your cell right when we got a front-row seat to your cinematic fight with Father," Parvati informed, finishing her treatment on Flash.

"Stolas used his stars again?" Lucius inquired in a friendlier tone.

"Yeah, as well as the other cells," Parvati answered as she moved on to Lucius.

"You sure you want to patch up the asshole who beat the shit out of your dad?"

"Do you want to have a go with the entire Future Foundation right now?" Parvati challenged.

With deadpan eyes, Lucius sighed. "Nah, too tired for that shit."

"You swear a lot, don't you?"

"Unfortunately." He admitted as he turned to the captain. "Hey, remember my idea for a bet earlier?"

"Not a gambling man, Lucius!" Flash clarified his position. "We already talked about this!"

"I know that!" Lucius barked as he winced from his wounds, still patched up by Parvati. "But I wanted to make a deal with the three of you. Given you guys are the head honchos I've seen so far."

"And what kind of deal do you want to make with us? Parvati asked, now standing next to Kyoko.

"Well…" Lucius sighed as he lay on his back, staring at the sky past the glass ceiling. "One that benefits everyone I guess…"

"A draw, huh?" Mukuro noted, sitting on her bed.

"There goes my rations for the week…" Blitz murmured.

"Oh hush now, Blitzie." Stolas comforted with a hand on his shoulder. "If his plan goes well, we won't need to worry about that any longer!"

"That'd only be IF they're willing to compromise," Junko argued, sitting on Lucius' bed. "They still remember what I did to the world so it wouldn't be surprising if they outright rejected the deal and kept us all in these cells."

"Wasn't that why Lucius offered to duel with that Captain fella?" Millie clarified, sitting next to an empty bowl of popcorn. "So we wouldn't have to rot in these holes?"

"Plus I'm worried for you." Moxxie laid his hand on Millie's belly. "It's already been a month since we found out and who knows how long since we managed to escape the city."

"And that is why I know the most likely outcome," Junko smirked, drawing attention from all the cells.

"Once Lucius states the deal, Koyko, Parvati, and my other self, will be reasonably apprehensive, leading him to state the circumstances of our hellish band of fugitives." Junko points to Stolas and Blitz's cell. "Two lovers of separate classes until the former commits patricide and uxoricide during his exile, eventually eloping with the low-class devil who sold hell to a new monarchy, destroying the 'corrupted' governing system for a new one that embraces the aspects of true demons."

"Which made things a whole lot shittier down there," Loona added. "Now that Lucy is in power, the Overlords and the Sins became obsolete now that God, of all people, supported the movement."

"Lady Lucy or Mister Lucy?" Millie inquired with a raised brow.

"Lady Lucy," Mukuro answered. "Mister Lucifer and his wife were sentenced to support the rehabilitation project of their daughter under God's orders."

"Which left him to clean out heaven of Adam's followers," Octavia added with a smirk as she drank her tea. "God bless thee, ye filthy heathens~!"

"O-Octavia!" Stolas gasped with a cheeky smile.

"Now THAT's an insult, kiddo!" Blitz cheered as Loona gave an approving nod.

"I did learn from the best~!" she winked at Blitz as she turned to Mukuro. "Given Loona and I helped in our efforts to escape the city, we may be getting a light sentence compared to our fathers' crimes against hell."

"Not to mention I kept our little Knolastname a secret until we got out…" Millie muttered as she caressed her belly.

"Which made me both the happiest and most terrified imp in hell when I found out," Moxxie added, embracing his wife.

Junko smiled as she continued. "Because of that revelation, they would compromise by letting you guys out into dorms while-"

"-You and Lucius remain in these cells for another week before shifting you into dorms." Kyoko finished as she, Parvati, and S-Junko entered the room with Lucius in cuffs.

"Yo." he waved as the three walked him to his cell.

"Yeah, you wake up in the afterlife, meet the embodiment of tragedy, bring her back to the land of the living, and suddenly things go hunky-dory that you struck that kind of deal with my father?" Parvati summarized. "The only explanation here is that Lucius had zero clues to what you did."

"Oh no, I'm fully aware of what she did. Even experienced it all first hand." Lucius corrected, causing the three to turn to him. "By all means, I should be crashing into that cell, butchering her corpse, and burning everything around me to kingdom come as I flail her corpse like a flag as I parade her lifeless body like the 4th of July!"

The three stepped back in concern before Lucius relaxed his shoulders.

"But I got over it."

"You mean WE got over it." Junko corrected, crossing her arms as she leaned on the glass. As she faced the three enforcers. "You don't need to take our word for it but, the others were dragged into everything, even Mukuro. They can tell you how we escaped from their perspectives since you can't trust shit from us. Heck put some extra security or surveillance on Lucius and I so you won't have to worry your asses."

"You'd like that, wouldn't you?" Lucius suspected with a smirk and raised brow.

"You know what I mean~." Junko flirtatiously waved her eyebrows.

"...Well, it's your story after all…" Parvati mentioned, rubbing her nape. "So, enough beating around the bush, give us the deets!"

Lucius and Junko shared a look, smirking as they turned to Parvati.

"Let the others get their dorms, and maybe we'll let you know next week." Lucius bargained.

Kyoko narrowed her eyes at the man as she pulled out the keys to the cuffs. "You'll be under strict surveillance. So break the cameras and you'll find yourselves back in your cells."

"Fair enough." Lucius raised his cuffs as the detective retracted the keys before sending a glare.

"I'll make this as clear as possible with you. If there is even a chance that Junko reverts to her original self, I will use everything in my power so that you two never see the light of day for the rest of your years." Kyoko threatened, glaring deep into Lucius' uncaring eyes. "Got that?"

Lucius huffed as a soft but genuine smile crossed his face.

"Crystal."

Lucius returns to his cell uncuffed, and the three exit the room, with the cell's inhabitants following the detective. Mukuro stops in her tracks as she turns to the two in the cell, and Lucius gives a firm nod.

"Mukuro." she turns to find Parvati at the entrance, motioning her to follow.

With that, the door closes, leaving the two in the cell.

"Well, that went better than expected." Lucius hummed as he stopped leaning on the window. "We reached the best outcome of this situation and secured better living quarters for everyone."

"We get one week in this cell for ourselves though."

"Yeah. But hey, I'd say it's an improvement by a long shot." he smiled as he looked at the empty cells in front of him. "...Ok, say it. I know you want to say something."

"Was it a good idea to keep it from everyone?" Junko asked as she placed her hairclips and necktie on the upper bunk, letting her pink hair down. "I thought we would finally let them know once we got out?"

"We did," he reassured with his back facing her. "But given the tensions around here, it wouldn't be a good time. Not to mention your former classmates weren't exactly a welcoming committee for our arrival."

"I know THAT much." Junko rolled her eyes as she stretched her back. "I just… hoped we could finally tell them what happened between us."

"Still not a fan of that word are you?" Lucius asked as he stuffed his pockets.

"Well, the feeling's mutual between Hope and me," Junko admitted as she held her elbows. "If anything, I'd say it's better than… than…"

"You don't need to force yourself to say it," Lucius reassured as she turned to him. "We can take things slow 'till you're ready, okay?"

"Thank you." she smiles as she walks up to him.

"Anywho, we may not be getting lunch given the collateral damage in the main hall, so we may have to wait until dinner." Lucius playfully kicks the window, turning to his partner. "At the very least, we got a lot of time- …to… chat…?"

Lucius stuttered as Junko stood before him with her hands behind her back.

Completely naked.

"Of course~!" Junko allured Lucius in her boots. "Would you like to talk before or after?

Lucius felt his heart skip as a light blush dusted his cheeks before she grabbed him by his collar.

They crashed into the bed.

This officially marks the beginning of a new tale within the Sabrinaverse. Or at least a recap of a tale from their perspective.

And thanks to Chaorflash912 for his characters: Flash and his daughter, Parvati.

Anywho, I hope you enjoyed what you've read, and I understand there may be some questions that ought to be addressed.

1. The events take place after season 2 of Helluva Boss

2. The Danganronpa timelines of both the canon and the Summer Camp game were intertwined. Don't ask me how it's just how it is at FFN.

3. Yes, I've incorporated elements from Project Moon, it'll play a pivotal role in the story as it progresses.

4. I understand some characters at the moment seem to act OOC, but this is due to the developments that occurred throughout the main story. Thank you for your patience.

5. I'm not the owner of this universe, I got permission from its owner to make a story taking place in it.

Anyways, this is this and that is that.

Thank you for reading and I hope to see you in the next chapter!

Maybe Mukuro could explain things while those two are... busy.
